再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目-泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖20xx年的新产品开发设计、其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评、第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计,公司画册的设计;为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产,并受到了客户的好评,在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段,在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺模具加工和产品生产过程,多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。
最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情;还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复*来提高自己的能力，来化地实现自我价值，想通过3年的学*来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学*氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。如果我有机会在这所学校学*，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在中国整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。

首先，很荣幸能够参加研究生支教团的面试，对于我这样一个一直抱着支教愿望，想要投身西部的女生来说，这个突然到来的机会让我又惊又喜。下面，请允许我向各位老师介绍一下自己。

第二个原因，还是爱，是志愿者的爱。大学期间，我就经常参加一些志愿者活动，深刻感受到志愿者的精神和爱心，“尽己所能，不计报酬，帮助他人，服务社会”，这是每一个志愿者都熟记于心的誓词。而现在，我希望自己能把这样的爱心亲自带到西部，这个最需要温暖浇溉的土地！
第三个原因，是责任。每一次的抢险救灾行动和感人的光辉事迹培养了我强烈的责任感和使命感。虽然我现在还不是一名合格的***员，但是我一直以一名党员的身份严格要求自己。而支援西部的文化教育事业，服务祖国最贫困的地方更是我们的责任和义务。祖国培养了我们这么多年，现在是我们回报的时候了。研究生支教团刚好给我们提供了一个良好的契机，我想要抓住这次机会为祖国的繁荣昌盛尽一份微薄的力量。
而综合考虑我自身的素质，对于支教工作我自信满满。
首先，吃苦耐劳的意志品质是奔赴西部参加支教工作的先决条件。父母和朋友们都很支持我的决定，我从小就不怕苦。而从小保持的良好*惯和坚定的信念，加上三年学生工作的历练，让我丝毫不担心支教生活的艰苦和即将面对的任何困难。
其次，我一直都不敢放松对知识的追求。我现在*均绩点3.65，专业18名，连续两年综测都是A。顺利通过英语四六级考试，获得普通话水*测试二级甲等证书和江苏省计算机二级合格证书。多次参加校级院级比赛，曾获得校科技节创业计划大赛二等奖，金融学院“创业之星”模拟运营赛优秀奖。所以优秀的学*成绩和充足的知识也可以作为支教期间的强力保证。

第二，几句话概括一下自己的特点，这是关键，导师希望听到自己需要的特点。
例如：
1)我是一个热情开朗的女生，随和，自信，乐于助人，有责任心，是我样让我的生活非常充实。
2)我是个有想象力的人，对什么都很好奇，求知欲较强，尤其喜欢历史、文学、人文地理等学科，而且深深迷恋古人所说的读万卷书，行万里路。所以一爱看书，二爱旅行。对生活充满希望，因为我始终相信，一分耕耘，一分收获，只要自己不放弃，我的这一生一定会活得有意义的。
第三，一段话简介自己的经历。
这里需要强调的仍是投其所好，并且点明这些经历对你个人对你的学业有什么帮助。
导师看重的不是经历，而是你的这些经历让你学到了什么，你学到的这些东西对你的学业又有什么帮助，这些才是导师重点看的。
每个专业的重点都有所不同，因此准备这部分时同学们千万不要太死板的'背模板，应根据模板加上自己的特色，与目标院校的一些特色，写出属于自己的自我介绍。在这里透露一个小技巧，如果咱们已经认准一位导师，一定提前了解他，看看他出过什么书，最*研究的是什么等等，如果能认识他现在正带的研究生，会得到更多关于这位导师的资料(各方面)，如果能不经意的提到与他观点相关的东西上，导师一般会非常喜欢。除了阅读经典著作外，在复*的过程中还应有意地阅读一些与所报考的学校在该专业内相关老师的学术著作。

导师看重的不是经历，而是你的这些经历让你学到了什么，你学到的这些东西对你的学业又有什么帮助，这些才是导师重点看的。

大一到大三期间，我在计算机中心担任网络管理员，主要负责机房网络和工作站的日常维护工作，还负责机房财务收支管理工作。在这三年里，我不仅学到了有关硬件和网络管理方面的知识，为我精通计算机硬件和网络工程提供了可能。我还认识到了团队精神和诚信的重要性，我懂得了如何和服务对象相处，如何同伙伴协同工作。
大三到大四期间，我任职公共外语教学部办公室助理，从中我学会了如何才能适应每天繁琐、大量重复性的工作，学会了如何和其他人沟通交流，学会了如何和领导相处。
学*方面：大学期间我熟练掌握了计算机故障修复、网络维护、网络组建、网站开发、网页制作方面的技能。严谨的学风和端正的学*态度塑造了我朴实、稳重、创新的性格特点。__年11月，我参加了“全国计算机技术与软件专业技术资格(水*)-网络工程师”的考试，并有望拿到证书。即使如此我也没放松自己的专业——电气工程及其自动化课程的学*，这位我的综合知识和技能的提高提供了可能。
大学期间我还拿到了计算机等级考试考生——三级网络技术、英语四、六级考试的证书，这对我以后在工作中继续学*、发展奠定了坚实的基础。从刚进许昌学院时，对计算机知之甚少到现在同学公认的“计算机高手”，在计算机和网络方面的技能真的可以说是突飞猛进，这充分证明了我的学*认知潜力、可塑性和我对计算机和网络的强烈的兴趣。
根据大学四年的工作、学*经历，我有信心做好网络工程师这个工作，同时我也相信自己在以后的工作生活中能切实的发扬团队精心和吃苦耐劳精神。网络工程的方面技术可以说日新月异，我也相信自己对技术和应用的学*能力。所以我完全有信心、用能力胜任这一职业。
