工作流程：
做好选手及评委的通知工作，现场的布置工作及赛后会场清理工作，赛场的纪律维持工作。

安排选手出场顺序，演出的曲目及表演的道具。

五、比赛方法
（一）个人赛（每项每队报名男女各2人，可兼报。）
1、跳绳1分钟计时赛
比赛规则：比赛限时1分钟，以规定时间内跳的次数多少为成绩，中途停顿可继续进行比赛，双飞计两个。
分6组同时进行。
2、踢毽子1分钟计时赛
比赛规则：比赛限时1分钟，以规定时间内踢的次数多少记成绩，中途停顿可继续进行比赛。
分6组同时进行。
3、定点投篮2分钟计时赛：
规则：围绕三分线（女子比赛可将距离缩短）设定3个投球点，每个点每位选手投出5个球（共计15个），每球记1分，2分钟内得分多者获胜。
4、羽毛球拍托球3分钟计时赛
规则：在比赛规定时间内（3分钟），在规定距离内（15米）从起点由工作人员将羽毛球放在参赛者球拍上（每次一个），参赛者利用羽毛球拍托球（羽毛球）数量多者获胜。中途球掉落回起点重新开始。
5、钓鱼3分钟计时赛
规则：在比赛规定时间内（3分钟），从起点出发到终点钓起易拉罐返回起点，钓起易拉罐最多者获胜。在比赛的过程中，只可用手拿绳，不可触碰其他道具。运送过程中掉落回起点重新开始。
6、夹乒乓球3分钟计时赛
规则：从起点到终点夹起盘子内的乒乓球放入起点指定容器内，在规定时间内（三分钟）夹取数量最多者获胜。中途球掉落需回终点指定容器内重新夹起。
7、一心二用
规则：参赛者从起点跑到二十五米处抽取计算类题目，在剩下的二十五米中看题、思考，并在到达终点时将答案写在答题纸上后，停止计时。（答错者加十秒）用时最少者获胜。
8、搭桥运砖
规则：在规定距离内（女30米男50米），每10米为一个阶段，选手将砖向终点移动，脚随砖落地的位置放该砖上，若脚落地需在落足阶段起点位置重新开始，先到终点者获胜。
9、金鸡独立
规则：参赛者一只脚站立在半块砖上，另一只脚至少抬高至膝盖以上，十分钟后，蒙上双眼，并在头顶放置一个苹果，苹果落地，则被淘汰，坚持时间最长者获胜。
（二）寝室趣味运动接力赛
各参赛队伍必须以寝室为单位的两组参赛队参加预选赛，（男女寝室不限）每组3支队伍，每组取前1名进入决赛，决赛规则同预选赛。
1、手足情深（弯道）
参赛队员：每队2个四人寝室，共八人
比赛规则：参赛运动员一手握一足，用单足跳的方式完成15米赛段，4人相继接力完成比赛。
2、山路弯弯（弯道）
参加人员：每队2个六人寝室，共十二人
比赛规则：在直线距离上，参赛运动员在行进中要绕赛道中间的障碍物跑1圈，接力完成60米赛段。
3、齐心协力
参赛人员：每队2个四人寝室，共八人
比赛规则：两名参赛运动员面对面用身体将一排球夹住，每人双手在背后交握，侧跑完成规定赛段（20米），然后由另两名参赛运动员接力完成余下20米赛段，如果球落地，则要在球离开身体处由裁判重新放球继续赛程。
4、地道英雄（弯道）
参加人员：每队2个四人寝室，共八人
比赛规则：参赛运动员将分别将左右腿绑在一起（2人3足），在行进中钻过3个栏架，完成30米赛段，然后由另两名参赛运动员完成接力，钻过余下的三个栏架，完成30米赛段，用时最短组获胜。如果栏架翻倒，需参赛运动员扶起栏架并重新钻栏。
5、我是乔丹（弯道）
参赛人员：每队2个六人寝室，共十二人
比赛规则：参赛运动员后退运篮球，接力完成60米赛段。行进途中不得持球跑，也不能双手触球。
（三）集体赛：
1、众志成城拔河比赛
参赛队员：30人，其中至少15名女运动员。
比赛规则：三局两胜制
2、跳大绳
参赛队员：15人，其中至少要有5名男生。
比赛规则：每队5次机会，5次累计次数最多的为优胜。
3、紧急救援
参加人员：每队9人
比赛规则：比赛开始4名女选手双手交叉搭成“担架”，一名女选手打扮成“伤员”坐在“担架”上，完成25米赛段。然后由4名男选手搭成“担架”接力跨越障碍完成剩余25米赛段，如果“伤员”落地，在落地处重新坐上“担架”前进。
六、奖项设置和评选办法：
（一）凡是参加运动会的同学均拥有院级德育认证加分。
（二）各项比赛最终评出前三名，一、二、三等奖各一名，（个人赛分男女组，寝室趣味接力赛以寝室为单位，集体赛以系为单位），获奖代表队可获得相应证书。
（三）每项比赛都有积分，（一等奖3分，二等奖2分，三等奖1分），最终积分前三名的系代表队可获得团体总分前三名，获奖的团队将颁发荣誉证书。
七、注意事项：
1、各参赛队做好队员的组织工作，按时参加比赛。
2、比赛场地地面比较粗糙，请注意比赛过程中运动员的安全。
3、贯彻和谐、友谊第一，比赛第二的精神。
一、指导思想
营造“书香校园”，引导学生博览群书，增长见识，让学生在阅读中快乐成长。
二、目标
真正地让小学生“多读书，读好书”，提高小学生的语文素养。努力形成“书香班级”、“书香年级”、书香校园”。
三、具体内容
1、阅读指导：主要是教给小学生阅读的方法。引导小学生合理使用工具书，学会搜集信息、处理信息，会做简单的读书笔记或读书卡片，学会上网查找资料；指导学生边读边思考，提高理解能力、评价能力、想象能力等；指导学生写读书笔记和读后感等；一、二年级写填空式读书笔记，三、四年级写摘录式读书笔记，五年级采用摘录好词佳句和感想相结合的形式。
2、读物推荐：小学生年龄小，阅历浅，选择读物时往往带有盲目性和随意性。因此，我们要上好读物推荐课，可以通过讲解主要内容、朗诵精彩片段、讲故事等各种形式向学生推荐读物，也可以同学之间、小组之间互相介绍自己喜爱的书籍。
3、倡导师生同读，实现师生共进。

1、年三十至初六期间，所有房间的就餐标准不能低于118元/位。
2、在提高房间消费的'同时，还要保证上座率，为此，我们开通大厅来增加营业收入，大厅不设最低消费。
