虽然它长的跟其它红薯差不多，但种植起来却不一样。它要在夏姑娘来时才能种下，需要土地公公的供养充足，对水娃娃的要求也很严格。既要防害虫，又要有肥料和土壤的合适比例。所以“黄金薯”的样子都是细细长长的很是均匀。

首先拿出长长的“黄金薯”，洗干净后在水里浸泡一个小时，在用锡箔纸把它包起来，这是防止“黄金薯”在烘烤期间萎缩和它的糖分流出。接着妈妈把烤箱调到了180度，让烤箱“失望”的空烤15分钟后再把“黄金薯”放进“预热烤箱”里，再把时间调到一个半小时。“黄金薯”就在烤箱“开心”的烘烤下变成了金黄色。在烘烤的时候那阵阵的焦糖香味不断的扑进我的鼻腔里，让我肚子里的`馋虫一直爬来爬去。

这道小吃可以说是低头不见抬头见，街头的小摊，加长的饭桌上都随处可见，炸豆干美味可口，做法却极其简单。只需先把油倒入锅里，待油热，把豆干从锅边放入，两三分钟，豆干的颜色逐渐变得金黄，淡淡的都想便随之传出，再炸至一两分钟便可出锅了。接下来就是调味料了，只需在碗里倒一些白开水，加入少许盐，再把一些葱花撒在盐水上便可以一领豆干的“风采”。夹起一块豆干，蘸一点盐水，一口咬下去，淡淡的豆香伴随着葱花的清香，让人口齿留香，沁人心弹。它的外皮脆脆的，而里面却是软软的豆腐，豆类里含有的蛋白质绝不亚于肉类，所以炸豆干可说是老少协议的营养之物。
花蚌
花蚌虽然好吃，但处理不当就大大相反啦，还有一种让人“敬而远之”的腥味，我爸爸煮的花蚌可是一流。首先让花蚌在水里泡掉一些泥质，然后就是调味了。把花蚌倒入一个锅里（不能加水），加入盐，鸡精沙茶，辣椒等调味品，再加入金不换之类的，最好是加入一些麻油，味道更好了。然后把盆子放在电磁炉或煤气炉上，哪一个盖子盖住，煮个四五分钟，就可关掉开关了，不过不能还不能揭盖，要让它们“闷一闷”，二三分钟就可以上桌，阵阵香扑鼻而来，口水在嘴里不停地酝酿着，终于可以吃了。花蚌的腥味完全被掩盖了，光是金不换等配料就让人忘乎所有了，花蚌的香味被配料完全带出来。一个，两个，三个一盘花蚌一下子只剩下汤料了。真是此物只应天上有，人间难得几回“闻”。

每个人都有自己喜欢吃的食物，有的喜欢吃酸的，有的喜欢吃咸的，我却对甜食情有独钟，而最美味的甜食我认为应当是榴莲了。
一个星期天的下午，爸爸在超市里买来了一个金黄色的榴莲，满身是刺，像一只小刺猬，又像一个仙人掌。为了方便我们拿，超市里的阿姨掰开硬壳，拿出了果肉。每个果肉都像枕头一样，这就是人们常说的泰国“金枕头”榴莲。
回到家，我迫不及待地打开袋子，开始享用我的美味了。榴莲的味道很怪，闻着总是臭臭的，可当你一口咬下去，感觉顿时不一样了，软软的，滑滑的，像奶油一样，超级甜，美味极了！
没吃完的榴莲，放冰箱的冷冻室，过一会儿拿出来就成了冻榴莲，这样不仅可以保鲜，最主要是臭味没有了。冻榴莲的口感更好，像冰激淋一样，透心凉，吃起来那叫一个美！
榴莲还可以做很多美味，比如榴莲酥、榴莲饼、榴莲披萨等。我最喜欢榴莲披萨了，它是用面粉做成饼，加入榴莲肉，然后放入烤箱烤制而成，刚烤出来，金灿灿的，又脆又香，那浓郁的榴莲香味扑鼻而来，咔哧咬一口，满满的榴莲，别提多香了！

都说扬州炒饭是扬州最出名的，其实你们不知道，还有一道菜也超极好吃——长鱼面。
长鱼面，很多人一听名字就知道是碗面，但知道长鱼是什么的就很少了。长鱼其实就是黄鳝，“长鱼”是宝应话翻译过来的。听我爸爸说，要想做一碗地道的长鱼面，是很不容易的。一大清早，就要去市场买最新鲜的长鱼。接下来把长鱼肚子剖开，取出鱼骨煲汤，长鱼面是分清汤和油炸的，油炸的话就要把鱼骨炸一下再煮汤。然后就是煮长鱼了，这不需要过多的方式烹饪，保持原汁原味就好，但就是这样的原汁原味可难倒了许多人，不是太老了，就是太淡了，所以老街上做的好吃的也就那么两家。
在店里点一碗长鱼面。白白的浓汤上泛着金黄的油珠，面宽宽的，韧韧的，超有劲道。长鱼皮反射着灯光，显得格外有食欲。“面来了。”一大碗汤面，还有一碗鱼骨汤和一碗长鱼。

我喜欢吃的东西有很多，比如苹果、香蕉、薯片、包子、饺子……其中我最喜欢吃的是妈妈做的鸡腿。
我和妈妈约定好，只要我把作业认认真真做完，然后仔细检查、字迹工整，做的质量好，妈妈就会给我做我最喜欢的美食——炸鸡腿。
这不，我这次考试得了99分，妈妈看我的卷面字迹工整，做得质量又好，于是她就开心地走进了厨房给我做炸鸡腿。
炸鸡腿的外皮酥脆，里面的肉很鲜嫩，而且汁也多，所以我超级喜欢吃这个。
妈妈先把油倒在锅里，然后把鸡腿在面包糠里滚几下，就可以下锅了，锅里的温度要适当，不能太高，要不然容易炸糊。炸到鸡腿的表面不再粘稠，最后还要在锅里煎几分钟，炸鸡腿就完成了。
等妈妈做好后，我再倒一些调料在盘子里面的那个调料圈里。炸鸡腿做好了，我拿起一个，把外皮剥下来，把里面肉蘸下调料，这样吃，简直美味得不能再美味了。

从三年级开始，我就过于肥胖，是因为我常吃油炸的食物，把自己吃成这样，所以妈妈要我多运动，瘦下来才让我去吃我爱吃的炸鸡。因此在我瘦下来之前，我都不能吃这种食物，只能凭空想像，就连做梦都梦到我正高兴的搭车去卖炸鸡的地方吃炸鸡，正当我要咬下时，被阳光照醒，这场美梦也变成了噩梦。
