升学考生寒假备战之高三数学篇基础需补漏洞 做题要重质量 高三上半学期结束之后，多数学校高中阶段的数学知识就已经全部学完，并且进行了第一轮的复*，有的学校甚至开始第二轮复*。那么，在高中的最后一个寒假，高考生应如何做好数学这一重要科目的复*呢？科苑学校和学大教育的老师给出了一些建议。 高三学生的寒假时间虽然比较短，但是同样要制订好学*计划，而且最好针对每一科都有详细的计划。就数学这一科来说，查漏补缺是最为重要的，学大教育的徐新*老师说，寒假的数学复*，要针对每位学生的实际，全面落实考点，构建知识网络，掌握高考数学的知识体系，对没学好的章节内容各个击破，补全补牢不透彻的知识点；再就是学*好各种解题技能技巧，拓展解题思路，理清数学方法在解题中的应用。科苑学校的雷校长希望高三的学生在计划中订立短期目标与长期目标，短期目标就是每天熟记5至10个常用公式，做5道例题，一套综合卷子等；长期目标则是双基考试、一模考试、二模考试、高考中能取得什么样的进步。 高考数学科目中，占比最大的仍然是基础知识。包括优秀学生在内的任何一个学生，其复*质量高低的关键都在于是否切实抓好基础。函数、不等式、数列、三角、立体几何中的空间线面关系、解析几何中的曲线与方程是高中数学的主干知识，也是高考的重点，这些地方有明显漏洞必须首先弥补。抓基础不是把书上的结论看一遍，高三复*仍要强调理解知识的来源及其所蕴含的数学思想、数学方法，把握知识的横纵联系，在理解的基础上实现网络化并牢固熟练地记忆。抓基础离不开做题，要通过解题的思考过程(解题中模糊想法的澄清，不同想法的比较分析)并结合解题研读课本，深入理解基础知识。 做题是很多学生喜欢的复*方法，但是此时不应再盲目做题，需要重质而不是重量。高考数学考试的一个特点是研究题目就可以获得解题的方法，所以不建议高三学生在寒假期间再做模拟题，而应该在寒假期间对最*几年的真题进行分析研究，总结出一些解题的方法。对于*时数学成绩较好的学生来说，学会总结学*的思维，做到快速解题，把所有的题目固定成一种思维，同时总结出变型的主要原则。对于*时数学成绩不太理想的学生来说，这个时候还是应以课本知识点理解为主，在做历年的真题时，结合课本看哪些方面是没有掌握的，根据题目把课本上涉及的知识点标出来。看看这些知识点在应用的时候有何先决条件，知识点如何反向应用，具体的解题过程中在何处卡壳。 复*以往的错题也是寒假数学复*的重要方法。抽出一点时间，将*时各类大大小小考试的卷子都拿出来，把错误的题目再订正一遍，最好把错题分类整理在一个错题本上。有些同学会觉得麻烦，实际上，当你一道错题整理出来后，你会发现比你匆忙地去做10道题效果更好。高三学生一定要珍惜“错误”，弄清错误的原因。因为只有牢固掌握基础知识、基本方法，才能获得数学学*的通解和通法。而在明确解题思路的错误后，才能真正巩固所学的知识。

升学考生寒假备战计划之高三英语篇夯实基础 提高语言运用能力 很多经历过高考的学生都有这样的感觉，那就是在高考的各个科目中，英语是比较容易在较短时间内提分的科目之一。因此，在高三寒假期间，很多学生非常重视英语的复*。对此，倍加中小学个性化教育和现代教育的老师建议说，高考之前英语的复*应重点打牢基础，并提高实际运用语言的能力。 每个学生都要了解一下在词汇、语法、惯用法这三个方面，自己最差的地方在哪里，在最差的地方多下工夫。现代教育的高老师建议，首先必须充分认识词汇的重要性。词汇表里的词汇必须背得滚瓜烂熟，制定一个词汇的背诵和复*计划。记单词是令很多学生头疼的问题，记忆过的单词过不久就会忘记，这是很正常的，但并不代表永远记不住，要多次重复记忆并联系相关问题记忆，可以将一个单词放到一句话中去记忆，既记忆了单词又潜移默化的对语法知识和写作有所帮助。 其次，重视实战。语法知识、惯用法当然很重要，可是如果抱着一本语法书研究，可能是效率最低的`学*方法。不断做题目、对答案、抄下自己做错的题目、回过头来再研究语法和惯用法，可能是效率比较高的方法。在做题的同时要把知识系统化、网络化，并悟出特点、悟出规律、悟出方法，以达到熟能生巧、事半功倍的效果。可以联系教材和考试题型，梳理出易考题型和知识点。例如：词类对动词的考察占相当大比重，形容词、名词和副词也是学*的重点，语法角度讲，则仍然关于动词的有时态和语态，状语从句、定语从句和名词性从句、非谓语从句等要把握规律重点理解，而无论是语法知识考察还是完型填空及改错甚至写作，主谓一致、强调句型和倒装句都是易错点，有了这样的深入认识，在复*和答题时也可以时刻提醒自己注意。 阅读理解是高考中占分最高的题型，利用寒假的空暇时间，每天读一些题材不同而又符合自己程度的语篇，是备考中不可或缺的部分。可利用每天起床前的半小时，阅读几篇文章。务求读懂全文，切不可“浮光掠影”。对于较长较难的文章，可采用先读问题与选项，后读文章的办法。答完所有的题后，可以再快读一遍文章，逐一校对各题答案，查看答案是否前后照应，并在关键的地方结合上下文认真思考。 听力的提高是一个潜移默化的过程，是与学生的听力训练时间成正比。每天保持一定量的听力，训练并保持听觉的灵敏度才会有所提高。走亲访友或宴会吃饭的间隙，用mp3或者随身听练*听力，不仅方便也很可行。不过记住，听的时候要确保用心听，碰到听不懂或理解错的部分可以在事后对照答案和参考，切忌自以为听懂了大概却抓不住关键信息的做法。

升学考生寒假备战计划之高三语文篇全面积累素材 集中重点突破 有不少高三学生在学*中有一个共同的困惑：用功复*了语文，成绩却很难提高。因此很多学生在寒假各科目的复*中，也将语文放在了最后一位。京翰教育和学大教育的老师认为，高三的语文复*同样有规律可循，学生应在寒假里调整心态，摒除焦虑之心和拔苗助长的念头，增加积累，增强语感，提高应试技巧。 语文学*最重要的就是积累，但是在短短的寒假里，如果才能做到更有效的积累呢？京翰教育的老师认为，语文基础知识的积累，具体而言，就是拼音、文字、词语（含熟语）、古诗文默写、文言实词和虚词、通假字等知识需要日积月累。寒假里相对轻松一些，可以适当记忆一些。另外，作文素材的积累也可以利用寒假进行，比如说读一些时政文章（自然科学类文章、社会科学类文章的小阅读往往有很强的时效性，也可以通过网络、电视、杂志积累）。 作为应试之前的准备，积累的另外一种形式就是把上一个学期大小考试的试卷整理出来。建议看得细一些，看看哪些已经明白了，记得还很牢固；还有哪些当时不明白，现在再看，觉得已经很清楚；还有哪些会有突然的顿悟——这些地方对你更重要——因为感悟越多说明收获越大。主要从两个方面思考：一是命题规律；一是答题思路。当然，还会出现一些仍然不明白、没有掌握的地方，要做好标记，或者干脆抄下来，以便请教老师或与同学讨论。 由于语文板块较多，所以总体看上去的话，复*任务并不轻松，但考生完全可以选取自己薄弱的版块加以集中突破，使得自己的语文应试水*（而非语文水*）在短时间内取得一个较大的飞跃。学大教育的老师建议说，如果考生各个板块实力相对比较*均的话，建议考生将精力放在两部分：一是阅读延伸题，需要注意的是不要忽略诗歌鉴赏后面的阅读延伸；二是文言虚词复*。这两部分在寒假短时间内突击一下，应该会有比较好的效果。 作文是语文考试的重点，也是很多学生最头痛的部分。作文是对你审题、布局、选材、行文等多种能力的综合测试。其中材料一项，尤其需要较长时间的积累。寒假期间，针对作文可以进行以下准备，一是热点梳理。建议参考各大报纸的年终梳理，熟悉*年的社会热点。所谓熟悉，指的是既了解事件的来龙去脉，又能够对其做理性（哲学的、文化的）的思考。二是整合梳理。建议打通各种界限，将政治、历史、语文等所有学科中的材料和报纸杂志、影视网络中的所有信息，加以整合。三是角度梳理。可以静下心来想一想，在一个主题之下，你能汇聚多少材料？面对一个材料，你又能想出多少分析的角度？ 学大教育的老师特意强调说，高三学生要注意规范答题。高考这种选拔性考试很重视规范答题。考生可以把一轮复*的考点积累本、纠错本，语文晨读、晚练，好好看看，在整理中积累应试技巧。此外，字迹的工整也很重要，如果字写得不好，最好在寒假里抽出时间练练字。
【听力】听力水*无疑是新托福成功与否的关键，除阅读外，无论哪一部分都离不开“听”。所以可以说听力是六周内每周甚至每天都要坚持锻炼的一块。托福考试的听力是长对话或是5分钟左右的讲座。光靠听答题有点难，这就需要养成记笔记的*惯。练托福听力的时候，可以先备好记笔记的本子，听时把重要细节迅速记下来，如时间、地点等，这样在答题的时候才有把握。所以听力要“玩命”记笔记，要学会用简单符号记要点，比如：上箭头表示发展迅速，下箭头表示业绩下滑。听力的6篇阅读中有4篇是讲座，都是五六分钟一篇，篇幅很长，你认为自己能记住的东西，实际上到最后都忘了。所以不管有用没用，要边听边记。不过笔记虽然重要，却不要纯粹地为了记笔记而记笔记，耽误了大脑对于听力材料的整合。*时要注意泛听，经常下载一些各种英文音频听，坚持每天听上一个小时，这对提高听力水*很有帮助。比如手头有些事，但也不妨碍听东西的时候，可以进行泛听，但每天的精听是必须的，在刚开始听的时候，可以选择难度和你目前水*相*的几篇VOA之类的听力材料，听写下，看看结果，做下自己的听力分析：是否理解文章大意，错误率最高的点主要在哪里，是否总有些题材的听写正确率很低等，然后之后有意识地重点加强自己薄弱点。一般建议第一二周是基础听力加强，主要让自己适应英语听力环境，了解自己听力状态，泛听+精听训练，每周末的时候听力材料的难度都要比周一增加些，并找到合适自己的一些听力技巧和方法等。第三四周主要是针对考试听力题型等做训练，适应托福听力的题型。最后2周便是一个加强阶段，这个阶段，听力方面应该有不少进步，那接下去主要用真题或模拟题去测试，给自己严格限定时间，必须全部做完听力部分后才能去对答案，进行分析等。
【阅读】阅读部分应该是我们最有把握，但也是容易失分的一个部分。阅读题我们从初中开始练*，应该是“身经百战”，也相信大家有比较丰富的阅读方面的做题技巧和经验，如果这方面觉得还是自己的老大难，应该好好反思并尽快找到合适自己的方法技巧。托福阅读考试对词汇要求很高，因为词汇比重相当大。所以建议可以给自己订词汇学*目标，如规定每天背30个单词，一周复*结一次。另外背单个单词时，要注意它的同义词、近义词的学*，多总结、积累。做题时要看清题目，然后到文中找到与题目相关的内容，理解句子意思。每天做4篇阅读理解的话，对做错的题目分析做错的'原因，是词汇掌握不透彻，还是理解错误，下次就要注意改正错误。多做阅读理解有助于提高阅读速度。在做的时候，一定要给自己限时，刚开始可以时间稍微充裕点，但越到后期，越要减少做题时间，比一般完成托福一篇阅读题的时间还要缩下。而且一般考试也很少有多余时间允许你再回去检查一遍，所以每个题目都要当成最终答案去判断和选择，再模糊不确定的题目，也要先记录下可能性最大的答案。不然做题做到后面完全会忘了前面的做题思路，再回过去思考为时已晚。还有*时我们做练*最常见的就是对着一本练*册，因此对着纸张长时间做阅读题很*惯，但托福考是机考，长时间对着电脑上长篇幅的英语文章必然是不适应的，所以*时除了对着纸张上的题目做练*，用电脑阅读国外文章，浏览国外网站也是必须的。
【口试】口语其实比听力和阅读更难在短时间内提高，没有语言环境等好的条件，*学生提高口语是很难的。当然也不要灰心，即使难，主要努力也能取得一定进步。有些人建议看美剧电影来提高口语，笔者并不赞同。毕竟托福是考试，美剧电影中的口语因题材不同
而不同，有些太过口语化，有些地方方言、俚语等太多，还有美剧电影容易分散注意力，最后很容易被其情节吸引过去，而忘了最初的目的。
口语练*的方法很多，如找个搭档一起练，讲故事，大声朗读等。笔者建议基本的日常对话可以在*时的生活作息中锻炼，其他的都是要有针对性的。如第一二周，大家可以找些志同道合的搭档，一起约好时间练*，主要练就某一话题阐述自己的观点这一块。阐述完后可以让对方给你指出优缺点，当然，最好对方比你水*高些，这样指出来的点也更精准。这个阐述自己观点，还可以网上找些相关的音频视频材料，最好是国外的，比如辩论赛，选举等，可以学*他们如果简明扼要又非常到位地阐述方式、句型等。接下去几周拿真题做训练，练的时候可以适当记些笔记，梳理下自己的讲话思路后再开始说。而且语速快不代表你就够优秀，有些同学语速快，但发音不标准，都是词汇，不连贯?口试考察的是多方面，语速要流畅，发音要准确到位等。
【写作】这是个托福作文范文和优秀*作满天飞的年代，一篇优秀*作出来之后，往往大家顶礼膜拜之余用心学*的并非其语言转换能力，并非其句子和段落起承转合的方式，也并非其思维发散展开思路的技巧，大家常常只是记住了每个题目别人用了什么例子，然后照猫画虎生搬硬套。那些类似牛顿如何从树上掉落的苹果而思考万有引力定律这样的例子，就像我们*学生从小写的“我在马路边捡到一分钱把它交到警察叔叔手里边”一样滥俗。试想，ETS的评分人员看到千篇一律的此类例子，除了觉得这个学生毫无新意之外，会认定此人没有自己的思考能力而并不适合赴美高等院校深造。

充实，有意义的寒假，特制定此寒假学*计划：
1、每一天足量学*5小时，内容包括：寒假各科作业：语文阅读、数学练*、英语听力等
2、每日早晨 英语听力或口语30分钟
3、中午保证一小时休息，下午学*或外出体育活动（运动能使人头脑更清醒）
4、做数学竞赛书《初中数学竞赛新课标同步辅导（初二）》（这本书真的很好哦）记住先看例题，最好不要抄答案。

告别了往日学*的学校，告别了朝夕相处的同学，告别了给予我知识的老师，我终于迎来了我盼望已久的寒假！在这个寒假里，我不仅要好好放松一下我紧张的精神，还要计划获得更多的知识！
这是寒假的第一天。刚回到家，我要美美的睡上一觉，为之后的活力做充足的准备。第二天，我要和爸爸妈妈去一趟北京，到故宫游览一番，体验一下明·清时期的建筑风情;参观一下盛满珍宝的的故宫博物馆。当然，我还会去雄伟壮丽的长城游览一番，站在长城之巅，望着祖国的山山水水，我不禁为我是*人民而感到无比的自豪！
白驹过隙，转眼间，春节到来了，这是个举国欢庆的时刻！在那天，我要和我的亲人一起去趟图书馆，去领略祖国那一篇篇优美的篇章，沉浸在书的海洋中。吸收用之不竭的甘霖，享用无穷无尽的知识。接着，我们要去趟外婆家，我们要去祭奠我的外婆外公，他们去世刚好一年，我要为他们祝福，让他们保佑我，在新的一年里心想事成！
我盼望着明天下一场雪，那么我就能和伙伴们打雪仗，堆雪人了。每年这个时候，是我最开心的时候，和自己的好朋友玩，肯定是趣味无穷！
痛痛快快玩一场后，接下来要面对的便是作业。我准备一天写10页。在剩下的日子里，我要好好的进行复*工作，把寒假中所遗忘的全部补回来。还要进行充分的预*作业，通过书籍充分了解下学期的内容，准备迎接新的挑战！
这就是我的整个寒假计划，在这个寒假里，我一定会获得更多的知识，来迎接新的挑战！
寒假快要到了，我准备过一个有意义的寒假!
首先要认真做完寒假作业，还要多看一些书，因为书能让我学到很多知识。然后，在家里还要做一些自己能做的家务活，做一个爱劳动的好孩子。另外在空闲的时间还要经常锻炼身体，有时可以在小区跑步，有时可以在外面跳绳。当然空闲的时候也可以看看电视，但不能超过一个小时，做一个健康的好孩子!*时也可以做自己爱好的事情，比如可以画一会儿画给妈妈看，可以写一会儿书法练练字!最后在寒假春节中我还应该多陪陪爷爷奶奶，和他们说说笑笑闹闹玩玩!
希望今年这个寒假是一个丰富多彩的寒假!
"离寒假只剩一天时间了，我现在就来设定一下今年寒假的计划吧！
首先，要注意身体健康，早上睡到自然醒，但前提是，晚上9点半之前睡觉。每天早起锻炼半小时，跳绳，仰卧起坐，跑步等。
其次，合理安排好学*。趁着假期把字练好很重要，语文英语字帖每天各两面。
阅读是必不可少的。每天至少两小时，除了读好《假如给我三天光明》和《爱的教育》，另外重点阅读的书是《数理化通俗演义》《女儿的故事》《蓝色的海豚岛》。除此之外还有《万物简史》……共10本。可以在阅读小组里和大家分享。
背诗呢，也是必要的！每日两首，早晚各一首，陶冶自己的情操，年前背完五年级所有《经典诵读》中要求背诵的。
写作的话，每天一篇日记，字数在一面以上。一星期至少一篇做成电子文本，发到老师的邮箱。
另外，每天要做数学口算练*；一周至少四次练钢琴，每次一小时。"
作业写完后，先上会QQ农场，然后再玩会儿摩尔庄园。然后再写一篇司马彦的字贴，再来一篇口算。这时就该吃午饭了。吃完午饭后，再吃一根冰棍，再看会笑猫日记，再上网写篇博客。这时就该吃晚饭了。吃完晚饭后，再弹会琴，再玩会儿游戏，最后就上床睡觉了。
妈妈和我又进行了一下修改：
寒假快到了，我想给自己订一个学*计划，让我的生活更加丰富多采。
一、每天写两篇寒假作业，成老师的作业。
二、每天写一篇字贴，练练铅笔字。
三、每天看一小时书，提高知识量。
四、每天继续做一篇口算，提高准确率，改掉马虎的毛病。
五、每天继续坚持写博客，提高写作的.水*、多交博友、增加访问的量。
