为什么我最喜欢体育呢？因为上体育课可以让我们锻练身体，跑步可以让我们的身体瘦。而且我们的体育课里，还告诉我们许许多多的体育活动，就像跳绳、打篮球还有乐乐棒啊！通通各有千秋。而且运动还可以把身体里的脏东西排出来，因为一颗颗的汗珠里面都会有脏东西。所以运动的.好处有很多。
上篮球课时，不但可以练*瞄准力，还可以练*左右躲避、跳跃和上篮的方向及力气。上羽毛球课的老师对我们很好，而且他还教我们打得很高又很远的招式，就是把球丢高，然后再奋力的打，而且球还很快的冲到对手面前呢。我用这种方式跟吕主任打，的确打得很高，但是吕主任居然可以打的又高又远，所以我就被打败了。
运动真不但能锻练身体，还能训练实力，所以我最喜欢运动了，体育也就成为我最喜欢的科目了。
在那么多的科目里，有语文、数学、社会……等，其中我最喜欢的是“自然与生活科技”。其实我一开始并部特别喜欢哪一科，因为自然老师待人亲切又温和，教学认真又仔细，让我觉得很轻松、没有压力。
自然课常常都要实际动手做实验，例如：影子的变化、水的移动、时间的测量等，需要同学分工合作，有时成功，有时失败。在这过程中，不仅让我获得很多乐趣，也留下更深刻的印象。透过实验，让我学到许多科学的原理和小常识。
除了科学实验外，自然课还告诉了我大自然的奥妙，例如：彩虹的出现、月亮的圆缺变化、形形色色的动植物等，不知不觉引起我的兴趣与好奇心，因此想要知道更多关于大自然的神奇之处，从此我愈来愈爱自然课。
当然喽！还有最后一个我喜欢自然课的原因，就是每当月考得到满分时，老师就会赠送小礼物当作奖励，让我非常有成就感，所以我最喜欢的一堂课就是“自然与生活科技”！

这是一节体育课。上课了，体委周文杰在队伍的最前方，喊：“稍息，立正，向右看齐，向前看。”接着大排头葛书阳和夏舒琦带队围大操场跑了两圈，
这时一节有趣的体育课才真正开始，余老师拿来2个接力棒，分好组，1、2组一队，3、4组一队，互相切磋。比赛开始了，葛书阳好似离弦之箭，“嗖”地一声跑了出去。当他快传到夏舒琦时，敏捷的将接力棒用右手递上前去，这棒传的真漂亮！就这样我们队一直遥遥领先，比赛过去了一半儿，另一队的失误使我们之间的差距越来越大，到最后，我们毫无悬念地赢得了比赛。
由于另一队不服输，我们只好再比一场。这次对手吸取了上次的教训，而我们由于太过于骄傲，输掉了比赛，1比1，就在准备决一高下时，下课铃响了，我们只好依依不舍地回班了。
