2、学生作为青春时尚的代言人，当然是网购的主体。9人中有6人表示经常网购，90后越来越宅，网购是个不错的选择，至于网上买到的衣服，生活用品等都是一些小消费，不存在质量问题，其他的则表示喜欢传统的购物，看到实物放心。
3、对于中年人来说，*日工作繁忙，没有机会逛街购物，所以就选择网购，叔叔会在网上选择购买电器之类的，并且都有保障，比较安全，而阿姨们则会在网上购买衣物，她们说，每件衣服尺码三围都标得很清楚，所以不会担心买回来不适合穿等之类的问题，而且买家的态度很好，也会在不满意的情况下要求退换。他们说，网购衣物就等于逛商场一样。7人中4人选择网购，其他则表示网购不安全，担心购物过程中会有风险。淘宝为80%的人所选择的最佳网站，信息量大，搜索功能强，20%的也会关注易趣，当当等购物网站。

从用户的年龄分布来看，网上购物用户中，18-24周岁的人群比例最高，为33%，其次是25-30周岁的人群，分别为22.0%。tgi表明18到35周岁的用户比较偏好网上购物，18周岁以下和35周岁以上的用户不偏好网上购物。
3)用户性别特征
从性别分布来看，网上购物用户中男性多于女性，tgi表明女性比男性偏好网上购物。
4)用户婚姻特征
调查显示，单身网民的比例高于已婚网民的比例，tgi表明已婚网民比单身网民稍微偏好网上购物。
5)用户学历特征
从学历分布来看，网上购物用户中，高中学历的用户最多，为35.8%，其次是大专和大学本科学历的用户，分别为21.8%和20.6%，初中以下和硕士以上学历的用户比例最小。tgi表明高中及以下学历的人不偏好网上购物，大专及以上学历的人比较偏好网上购物。

总体看来，中国网民中偏好网上购物的群体人数还是比较多，这对中国的电子商务有着很大的推动作用。
摘 要：随着互联网和通信技术的高速发展，越来越多的人为了方便、节约时间进行网上购物。由于大学生接触网络比较多，所以我们对大学生网上购物消费情况进行了调查。

本次调查采取实地发放与随机发放的形式，在漯河市3所高校共发放问卷93份，收回93份，其中有效问卷93份，有效回收率为100%.以下是我们的调查报告：

调查对象：漯河职业技术学院学生
本次调查共调查93人，在有效的93份问卷中，有30人有网上购物经验，达37.29%,53人没有网上购物经验，占62.71%.
1 对有过网上购物经历的学生的有关情况分析针对选择网上购物的大学生，我们从选择网上购物的理由，以及网上购物者对网上购物的看法和现状进行调查和分析。
1.1 大学生选择网上购物的原因分析在我们的问卷中有一人填写了其他项，其答案是商品好、价格便宜，可以归结为节约费用，依次有过半的同学认为网上购物具有节约时间、节约费用的优点，其次是商品原因，寻找稀有商品的同学占27.72%,同时出于好奇和操作方便也是选择网上购物的主要原因。
1.2 大学生对网上购物流程的看法经调查数据分析可以看出，在所有被调查者中，大部分（61.36%）同学对网上购物流程不是很了解，非常了解的占29.55%,如果能提高非常了解的百分比，那么他们对网上购物流程的看法预计也将改变，因为有72.73%的同学认为网上购物有点繁琐，同时也有网上购物流程的确很繁琐的可能，如果网站制作者能够改善此情况，对网上购物者进行网上购物提供更加便利的条件，那么进行网上购物的人将会更多
1.3 大学生网上购物消费情况为了熟悉网上购物同学网上购物的基本情况，我们从他们经常购买的产品种类、*均每次购物金额以及购物频率进行统计和了解。
（1）根据我们对网上购物的了解，选择了一些较可能选择的产品让被调查
者进行选择，如书籍、电子产品等进行统计。
（2）根据产品可能类别，我们设想了*均每次购物金额，将*均每次购物金额分为五个层次进行调查显示，有52.27%的同学每次购物金额在100元以下，往上递减，4000元以上者为0,当然不包括有些没有被调查到的同学存在*均每次购物金额在4000元以上的情况，但总体而言，相对很少。由此可以看出，选择网上购物同学每次购物金额都不够高，他们所选择的产品一般都为较低价产品，这是因为大学生收入能力有限，因此消费水*也有限。
（3）对在校大学生网购频率进行统计与分析。显示约1/2的同学的购物频率为*均每季一次，27.28%的同学为*均每年一次，只有约1/5的同学为每月一次或更少。一般情况，大学生网上购物选择的产品一般为较廉价产品，原因是跟网络安全具有很大的关系。
1.4 网上购物存在的不足分析此部分我们从网络安全和网购遇到的困难进行统计和分析。
从同学们选择网上购物的支付方式进行分析可以看出，在选择网上购物支付方式的时候，被调查者大多选择相对安全的方式；同时大部分被调查者认为网上购物的可信度是60%~80%,对网上购物信心不足；而在被调查进行过网上购物的44人中，有3人有受骗经历，可见，网上购物可信度相对较低是可以理解的，如果不忽视传统购物中存在的类似的安全问题，网上购物还是比较安全的。
2 对没有通过网上购物的同学分析针对无网上购物经验者，我们对被调查者对网上购物熟悉程度、不选择网上购物的因素、被调查者网上购物观念、被调查者对网上购物的态度这四方面进行了分析，希望能据此对他们在这四个方面的基本情况有所了解。
我们从访问购物网站、开通网上银行、网上购物流程了解程度对此进行了统计与分析。调查发现，未网上购物者对网上购物的熟悉程度仅限于浏览网页，开通网上银行等，对网上购物流程非常了解的只占4.06%,因此，提高他们对网上购物的认识，将大大提高网上购物普及率。不过现实依旧存在着对网上购物流程非常了解，但却未在网上购物者，那么影响他们的.因素是什么呢，因此对这些可能的因素进行分析也是很有必要的。
2.1 未进行网上购物者的可能影响因素分析我们假设了众多可能的因素，比如受周围环境影响、担心网上购物存在一些问题、网络安全、自身观念的影响。
（1）受周围环境影响分析。人是受大众影响的具有自由意识的生物，大多数人都具有从众心理，因此我们调查的变量是被调查者周边选择网上购物人数的多少，由此来确定周围环境对网上购物的影响。经统计调查表显示，未网上购物者周边进行网上购物人数多少呈抛物线形式先增后减，其中有95.94%周边人数都不多，但少部分人占63.51%.可见，周边网上购物人员的多少对网上购物具有一定影响，但不是绝对化的。
（2）其他未进行网上购物因素分析。我们列举了商品问题、卖家诚信、货款的支付问题、商品的传送问题、售后服务问题、网络安全问题、环境不允许（如有些大一新生对网络接触较少）、信息匮乏，无法获得网上购物相关信息等客观因素对主体主观的影响，同时还有观念难以转变的主观因素的影响。调查结果可以看出，为网上购物学生对各种可以主观判断的客观因素表现出或多或少的担心，其中最为突出的两项是卖家诚信和网络安全问题。这些问题不仅存在于大学生中，也是网上购物者普遍担心的问题。
伴随电子商务在中国的快速发展众多学者对大学生网购相关研究也不断深入，面对电商网购领域每年几何级的增涨更要求对其理论研究也需不断更新。大学生群体有其特殊性，其本身也是网购大军最重要的组成部分，对其进行调查研究不仅可以有效的指导该群体合理消费，而且还可以分析整个未来的消费趋势，有利于电商行业的健康合理发展。本文以上海5所高校为对象进行调查，得到大量原始数据，并在此基础上对大学生网购行为进行综合研究。主要运用调查统计、数学相关性分析对影响大学生网购的主要因素分析。
一、电子商务的发展态势及大学生网购状况
艾瑞咨询数据显示，20xx年中国网络购物市场交易规模达18500.0亿元，较往年在社会消费品总零售额的占比达到7.7%.从季度数据来看，20xx由于受“双11”、“双12”等促销活动影响，同比增长80.0%，环比增长32.4%.由图一可看出中国网络购物市场从20xx年后开始逐渐进入成熟期。未来几年，随着传统企业大规模进入电商行业，中国西部省份及中东部三四线城市的网购潜力也将得到进一步开发，加上移动互联网的发展促使移动网购日益便捷，中国网络购物市场整体还将保持较快增长速度，预计到20xx-20xx年中国网络购物市场交易规模将超过30000亿元。
*年来，已逐渐进入了全民网购的时代，而大学生们的生活也被网购改变，借助互联网，不出宿舍就能在全国甚至全世界购物。而各大高校宿舍门口快递包裹山已成为校园新景。究竟网络消费在大学生中普及程度如何?20xx年支付宝发布首个大学生网上消费报告，对全国大学生的网购消费金额、频率、方式等做了全面盘点。报告显示：在校大学生网购族*均每年网上消费超过4000元。如果按照一位大学生一年生活费1万元计算，大学生网购族们的生活费有40%都花在了网上。
二，大学生网购行为调查分析
本次的调查群体定位在上海市高校的在校生，这些高校有：上海电机学院，上海海事大学，华东师范大学，上海金融学院上海大学。为了提高数据的可靠性采用了在分层抽样基础上的简单随机抽样方法，每个学校各发放105份调查问卷，共计发放530份，收回500份，得到有效问卷490份，回收率为96.3%，有效回收率93.3%.其中男生48.9%，女生51.1%.
从年级角度分析，各年级参加过网购的人数比例依次上升，大一最小为87.9%，研究生最大为97.6%，调查结果如表所示。大一的学生进入大学时间不久，对于网购的接触较少，因此通常只是购买一些价格较低的商品。随着年级的增长，大学生对网购的认识加深，而且通过兼职打工等获得的可支配收入增多，网购人数比例会逐渐增加。
通过对调查数据分析，主要分析以下三点学生网购行为模式特征：
1、购买物品选择：
大学生易于接受新事物，在购买商品时比较喜欢追求新颖和时髦、热衷于追随时代潮流，因此在服饰方面消费比重较多，他们往往是新产品、新品牌、新消费时尚的追求者和推广者。对于女生来说，网上的服装饰品多种多样，可供选择样式多，对于大多数男生来说，逛街不是一个买衣物的最佳选择，网购足不出户就可以买到自己想要的东西，而且免去砍价的尴尬。再者，一些学*用品如果到实体店也不容易找到，即使找到也要花费一定的时间。另外网购免去铺面的费用，价格相比于实体店也会便宜些。所以，服装饰品和学*用品才会占那么高的比例，而在学生用品、娱乐消费、书籍等方面则往往能紧跟时代的步伐，此外调查发现，少部分大学生对虚拟充值有一定量消费，主要在游戏充值、通讯费充值;根据研究：大学生需求、购买动机与行为既具有从众化，又具个性化。
2、支付方式选择：
网上购物选择的付款方式是大学生比较关注的一个方面。比较流行的电子支付方式有网上银行、U盾，支付宝，财付通，货到付款等，其中支付宝是学生选择的主要支付手段大约占据73%的比例，大家更信赖第三方这种付款方式;其次是财付通和网银，还有部分同学为安全起见选择货到付款。此外，调查可知大学生虽然是网购的主体但因为缺乏独立的经济来源，网购的消费能力较低*八成的学生每月网购次数在4次以下，半数以上的学生网购占生活费的比例小于12%.
3、网购心理：
研究发现消费者感知风险和消费者的态度对其是否采取网上购物行为有显着影响。通过对网上购物消费者的研究，发现丰富的产品信息可以影响网上购物。从网站技术的角度，结合消费者特征对影响消费者网上购物因素进行研究，结果证明有竞争力的价格和取消订单的便捷性是影响消费者网上购物的关键，网友的评价、价格，卖家的信用，商品介绍及实物图，支付方式等。
大学生的需求与购买行为具有强大的自主性和独立性;求实，求廉，求变求新，求美，求名心理在大学生消费中并存;大学生的消费动机与行为兼有冲动和理智的成分;在进行网购时大学生除了必需品消费外冲动消费也占有一定的比例，这说明大学生在进行网购时缺乏购物理性易受外界因素影响其中，网店的促销影响最大。价格高低是决定大学生是否网购的主要因素这一点在实体店与网店的比较中表现尤为明显，大学生选择网购而非实体店的主要原因是价格便宜。
三、大学生网购行为中存在的主要问题
1、大学生消费心理的不成熟
大学生社会经验不足，经济上没有独立，而他们往往在心理上需求独立，再加上他们兴趣广泛，因而使得大学生的消费心理具有时尚新颖性和合理实用性的双重特点。但大学生年龄一般处于17至24岁，该年龄阶段的年轻人活泼好动的性格在他们身上得到充分的体现。精美的商品包装、同学的建议及其他因素都有可能促成其购买行为的发生。大学生的消费特点主要有：消费的不*衡性、消费的多样性、消费的主导性。不合理的消费主要表现为盲目消费、攀比消费、无益消费和超前消费。当代大学生的.消费方式已经进入网络电子时代，消费倾向多元化发展，理性消费是主流，追求时尚和名牌是不老的话题。其中储蓄观念淡薄是当代大学生尤其需要注意的问题，财商需要培养和加强。大学生消费差距拉大，出现两极分化家庭经济背景对其消费状况影响较大;调查可知，一般的，生活费在每月20xx元以上的*均每月网购3次以上每月1500元以上的*局每月网购2次以上1000元以上的*均一次1000元以下的非必要需求一般较少网购;消费结构存在不合理因素，女生更为突出;过分追求时尚和名牌，存在攀比心理;恋爱支出过度等。
2、网购权益受侵犯，**意思淡薄
因为网上购物的虚拟性，很多的网购产品的实物和网上的图片相差很远在本次大学生网购行为模式的调查中同样存在着很多不满意的现象。调查发现，当大学生消费权益受到侵害后，**状况并不乐观。找商家理论的占总人数的45%，在与厂方协商不能解决的情况下，选择到消费者协会投诉和借助新闻媒体力量的学生占到人数的3%和9%，选择“算了，自认倒霉的”占到人数的43%.影响大学生**的障碍中，主观障碍如嫌麻烦的高达63%，不知道具体途径的也达到*10%.由此可见大学生**意识和渠道认识严重不足。
四，对策及建议
造成大学生消费结构不合理的因素较为复杂，牵涉到个人、家庭、学校、社会等多方面。分析其原因主要有：网购实物与描述差别太大、产品质量得不到保障，诚信缺失、商家霸权;大学生缺乏对法律知识，**困难，个人信息不安全，消费观的扭曲;没有资质的商品流入市场侵犯知识产权、扰乱市场秩序(淘宝商标侵权案);低价作为网购核心竞争力，诱使部分不法商家想方设法逃避国家税收征收;我国相关法律在网购方面的缺失，大学生在网购在买卖处于弱势地位;网购的规范致使部分大学生对网购信心降低，影响网购市场繁荣。购物网站、第三方支付在网购诈骗中的法律界限不清。
因此，我们建议：
1、大学生树立正确消费观个形成正确消费心理，促进大学生全面健康发展。为引导大学生形成健康合理的消费观念，学校应加强对大学生消费观念、消费行为的教育指导。同时，大学生自身也应加强自我控制力，学会合理理财，以形成合理化消费。其中储蓄观念淡薄是当代大学生尤其需要注意的问题，财商需要培养和加强。
2、大学生是网上消费者的庞大群体，也是弱势群体，为此大学生必须执法懂法。要熟知《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》这不仅是一种意识，更是大学生的责任。必须以一种法律意识学*、熟知网上购物的具体流程，做到网上购物的每一步都不疏忽，以免出现购物方面的漏洞。同时，法律要对商家进行严格的法律约束，对自己的网络信息承担相应的法律责任，要让他们把消费打折的权利放在首位，懂得尊重。建议学校可以加强相关教育，培养较高的法律意思这也有利于带动整个社会的法制意识。

电子商务既然在中国已经快速发展，能够带动国家经济的迅猛发展，是人们不再进行实体交易。者提供了人们便捷的消费方式。但电子商务又是一把双刃剑，游离出必然也仅存在着弊端，他对网络消费者的权利存在着一定的疏忽性，存在这个任何群体的信息的漏洞。为此，国家应根据这些现状，出台详细的电子商务法律、法规。向电子警察方面人才的培养，有利于网络信息的安全流动。给网络消费者提供一个安全可靠的*台，让他们敢于大胆的消费，和卖家建立一定的信赖关系。只有这样网上购物才可更乐观的发展，将来展现更客观的前景。
随着互联网在中国的普及，中国人对网络的依赖性越来越大，网络缩小了人与人之间的距离，而且还在不知不觉中改变着人们的观念和生活方式。科技的发展使网上购物成为当今时代的宠儿，网上购物满足消费者足不出户的要求，价位低、选择多、款式新成为拉动消费的动力;网络商场包罗万象，商品种类繁多，购买方便快捷，向消费市场散发着难以抵挡的诱惑。但是，种种诸如支付宝安全、交易诚信、货品质量、配送服务等问题层出不穷。本人就网上购物问题展开了调查，探讨网上购物的利与弊。
一、调查的情况
(一)网购人群比例：74%的网购消费者处于18-38年龄阶段， 18岁以下的占13%。
(二)网购市场规模：达到4980亿元，网购人数约为1.85亿。
(三)网购覆盖城市：全国
(四)网购选择网站：淘宝网占70.8%，其它网站低于淘宝。
(五)网购满意度：三分之二消费者认为产品差不多。
二、消费者网购的利与弊——利：
第一,网络商品种类多。它包含各种产品，在传统商店中，无论其店铺空间有多大，它所能容纳的商品都是有限的，而对于网络来说，它是商品的展示*台，是一种虚拟的空间，只要有商品，就可以通过网络*台进行展示，可以把各类知名品牌全部展示在上面，供消费者随意选购。
第二,购物方便。传统购物方式是在门市或大超市里.有营业时间的限制,要消费者亲自前去购物,网上购物方式要灵活的多，客户可以24小时随时购买你所要的商品，网络购物没有地域性，不需要出门只需要客户在家里打开网站，点击鼠标就可以轻松购物，而且卖家负责送货上门，在很短的时间内就可以完成。并且可以获得较大量的商品信息，可以买到当地没有的商品。而传统的购物形式需要奔波与多家商店之间，给客户增加了大量的时间人力物力财力的消耗。 第三,网上商品价格相对较低。网上的商品与传统商场相比相对便宜，因为网络可以省去很多传统商场无法省去的相关费用，所以商品的附加费用很低，商品的价格也就低了。
第四,商品信息更新快。只要将新商品的图片、介绍资料上传到网上，或者对商品信息、价格进行修改，购买者就可以看到最新的商品信息了，而且立刻在全球范围内统一更新。而在传统商业中，购买者要看到新的商品，就要等到商家拿到商品，放置到货架后才能够看到。在修改商品信息或调整价格，特别是要在较大地域范围内统一修改时，在时效性上传统商店就更处下风了。
第五,商品容易查找。网络商店基本都具有店内商品的分类、搜索功能，通过搜索，购买者可以很方便的找到需要的商品。而在传统商店中，购买者寻找商品就需要用更多的时间和精力。 第六,交流。因为消费者网购时有时候不知道什么适合自己，自己到底想买什么类型的商品，或是什么品牌的比较信得过。就可以发贴询问或者与客服聊天询问，从而买到自己合适的产品。
综上可以看出，网上购物突破了传统购物的障碍，无论对消费者、企业还是市场都有着巨大的吸引力和影响力，在新经济时期无疑是达到“多赢”效果的理想模式。
网购弊端:
第一，交易对象认定的模糊性。明确交易对象对于消费者来说是非常重要的事情，这关系到法律责任的承担问题。在传统购物环境下交易对象非常明确，商店里挂的营业执照就表明了经营者的身份。一旦出了问题可以直接到原购物地点追究责任。但是在网络环境下，消费者只有通过经营者网站中提供的信息了解对方，但是至于信息是否真实、对方到底是谁根本不清楚。 第二，商品信息描述不清。由于购买者对网络上的商品的了解只能通过图片和文描述来完成，而有些商品的描述语言模棱两可，容易使人对商品的认识产生歧异。当购买者根据自己的理解完成网络购物交易，拿到商品后，会投诉商品与自己订购的不一致。与传统购物相比，网络购物退换商品是一件相对麻烦和有成本风险的事情。
第三，收货太慢。尽管现在比以前的邮寄快了很多，但有时购买者还是要等上几天，而且有态度极差的快递公司，送一个快递需要大半个月的时间，耽误买者的宝贵时间。
第四，给消费者造成的问题：除了吃饭睡觉，几乎都守在电脑旁边，腰酸腿疼;没事就去淘宝，每买一样东西都要不停地比较，眼睛酸胀;几乎每天都要买点东西，不然就会觉得手痒心痒，存款数额则直线下降。
第五，退货困难。网上购得的货物想要退掉并不是件容易的事，经营者往往找种种理由拒绝退货。有时甚至直接在格式合同中明文规定某些商品不得退货。对于在退货范围内的商品，通过经营者的规定看也根本无法退换。
第六，网上欺诈与虚假广告。互联网技术使得某些商家可通过匿名的方式躲避调查，利用监管难度大、隐蔽性强、传播快的特点侵犯消费者的权益而为自己牟利。
第七，售后服务差。有时网上购物的售后服务较差，有时商品出了问题经营者能推则推，就算有售后服务也只是表面应付一下，许多问题根本得不到实质解决。
第八，泄露隐私权。这个问题是现在大家广泛关注的问题，也是挑战网络安全的主要大敌。一些商家为了扩大销售额，不惜将以前消费者的信息建立数据库，根据其经济状况、上网*惯等不停轰炸消费者的邮箱以推销自己的产品;更有甚者，为了眼前的经济利益将消费者的信息卖给他人。此外，消费者的信用卡账号、密码被篡改、被盗也是常有的'事。所有这些问题如果不能及时有效地解决，肯定会制约未来网上购物的进一步发展。
第九，付款不安全。虽然现在网上银行很方便，但是从技术角度来说，目前部分网银仍采用静态密码的方式，很容易被“木马”等病毒跟踪到，存在风险。最*，银行纷纷关注网上购物的安全性问题，而沸沸扬扬的账户被盗用事件中，也有不少用户深受其害。
三、对网购风险防范的几点建议
第一，建立合理的盈利发展模式。网上交易*台的成功取决于用户的成功,现在无论是淘宝网、拍拍网还是当当网都高举免费服务的大旗招揽顾客,虽然他们的身后都有雄厚的资金支持,但是坐吃山必空,永久的免费策略不现实也没必要。
第二，做好商品配送工作。应当建立覆盖服务区域的物流体系，提供24小时免费送货服务，货到付款;售后服务方面，应当向消费者承诺认真贯彻《产品质量法》和《消费者权益保护法》，严格执行产品退换货制度。同时，应当详细记录交易信息，定期与顾客勾通，注意每笔交易的信用评价，及时处理商品质量问题。
第三，保护消费者隐私权。对于消费者隐私权问题，经营者必须做到：首先，制定详尽、到位的消费者隐私保护政策;其次，于网站上明确向消费者提示关于消费者个人资料的收集方式以及使用目的，并且承诺只在所申明的使用目的范围内及消费者本人同意的情形下使用消费者个人资料;未经消费者授权，不得将信息提供给第三人;最后，不得为营利目的随意向消费者寄送电子邮件，但消费者同意的除外。
第四，加强信用保障和支付安全。首先,急需建立个人和企业完善的诚信体系和诚信查询制度,以实现在可靠性基础上进行的虚拟化交易。在登记身份的前提下开展网络交易活动,对主体的行为产生一种监督力量。其次,尽快建立我国统一的网上支付清算体系,加快我国网上支付工具的开发和应用,打击网上金融犯罪行为、维护网上支付的正常秩序。再者,支付安全是网上购物发展面临的首要问题。从而确保消费者更加放心的进行网上购物。
总之，网上购物是把双刃剑，我们消费者应该权衡好其中的利弊，才能让我们更加理性，愉快的进行消费。在维护自己利益的情况下也能更好地进化网购中所存在的不良问题。对于网络购物存在的弊端，我们消费者应通过自己在网上多次购物的经验总结出些心得或者是将自己的体会分享给身边购物的人，让我们大家更加享受网上购物得乐趣。
在现代企业的日常经营活动中网络已经成为了不可缺少的一部分，而电子商务作为网络时代下新兴的商务模式不仅仅改变了整个市场同时也对企业的管理方式、贸易方式等产生了巨大的影响，这使得企业的商务模式较以往发生了巨大的变革[1]。作为企业日常管理的重要组成部分财务管理无疑发挥着至关重要的作用，若要让企业的竞争力得到提升就必须让财务管理迎合电子商务的特点并以此为导向对其进行创新，以此来推动企业的发展，让企业达到更高的层次。
一、电子商务对财务管理环境的影响
在电子商务的作用下使得企业财务管理环境发生了极大的变化，主要表现如下：(1)个性化生产占据主导地位。以往大众市场经济活动较为突出，这使得企业过于强调内部资源集中化并通过扩大生产规模的方式来占据市场空间。而在网络信息时代下受到电子商务的影响，大众化市场已经逐渐退化，与此同时消费者的要求也变得越来越多样化，这就需要企业通过提升自身应对市场的灵敏度，通过个性化产品去占据市场份额。(2)信息化竞争占据主导地位。目前信息知识掌握已经成为了企业提升竞争能力的核心因素之一。在大量信息流动的情况下企业要保证自身能够准确地捕捉并给予正确的判断，通过掌握信息来深层次地了解市场动态以及产品动态从而获取较为可靠的客户需求信息，以此在市场占据一*之地。(3)企业联盟占据主导地位。在市场开放程度不断提升的过程中我国企业所面临的不仅仅是“本土对手”，同时也受到了发达国家的国际企业挑战，这也将企业竞争从区域化推至了全球化，这也促进了企业联盟的产生[2]。
二、电子商务对于企业财务管理的影响分析
在上述环境发生变革的情况下自然也给实际中的财务管理带来了影响，主要表现为以下几个方面：(1)集中式财务管理愈来愈受到重视。电子商务将客户、销售、产品等资源进行了统一性的整合，在电子商务不断展开的过程中让企业经营不再受到时空束缚，但这种情况下也同样使得企业开始过于依赖客户、合作人等虚拟企业，在企业运营过程中需要对信息进行全局化掌握，这就给予了集中式财务管理有利的运作条件。通过集中式运作方式可让企业迅速对集中资金进行调配，同时企业管理层可对财务信息进行高效查询，以此来达到有效监督目的。同时集中式财务管理可加强资源配置以及资源整合，从一定幅度上降低了企业运作成本。(2)动态财务管理愈来愈普遍。在以往的企业财务管理当中主要是以静态财务管理为主，而静态管理的基础则依托于相关会计资料以及部门资料。在信息化时代下以网络技术为铺垫可对企业日常活动乃至细微环节实施动态监控，这就让静态财务管理逐渐转变成了动态化财务管理。在动态化财务管理作用下企业的相关业务可迅速反映成会计信息，这种实时信息无疑更具有潜在商业价值，同时对这些信息进行综合性处理后便能够立马得到财务报告。另外企业可与网上银行进行关联，可借助网上银行*台对银行资金信息等进行立即性查询。通过上述动态性财务管理让企业具备了更为可靠的风险管理能力，同时根据风险漏洞企业可迅速作出针对性决策，让企业运营的安全性得到了极大的提升。(3)协同化财务管理影响范围不断扩充。在电子商务的导向作用下让企业财务管理活动与业务活动实现了同步从而推动了协同化财务管理的进行。协同化财务管理不仅仅包含了日常财务管理互动同时将企业财务管理与业务开展以及供应链沟通进行了有效的整合，在此基础上与社会部门也产生了一定的协同作用。协同化财务管理过程中只要有业务产生必然会生成相关财务信息，同时所得到的信息可进行立即性处理并有效地反馈至业务系统，还能够产生协同管理信息。在上述作用下便可以让企业对财务活动以及业务活动的`时间差进行有效的把握，防止财务滞后于业务，保证了两者的*衡，这种协调性发展对于企业实现长期战略目标有着重要的促进作用。(4)提升了财务管理活动的便捷性。基于电子商务的企业财务管理推动了线上交易形成，同时也实现了财务管理可在线进行，这大大地提升了财务管理的便捷性。通过在线*台财务管理人员可立即对相关信息在网上做出匹配反应并借助网络部署活动以及发布相关信息。
三、结语
电子商务在全球的不断推广给企业带来了新的商机与新的挑战，这也促使了财务管理的变革，如今财务管理正向着集中化、动态化、协同化、在线化以及便捷化方向发展，在这种形势导向下财务管理将达到更高的高度从而促进企业能够更好地实现战略目标，促进企业稳步发展
迎接新的一年，本应该是广大百姓走街串巷，大量购置年货的一派繁华景象，而寒假回家，却发现我们的小县城除过超市，其他的店铺可谓“门前冷落鞍马稀”，尤其为一些服装店。首先是服装店老板，都一致表示服装生意不如往年好做，导致大量的货物严重滞销，服装店本是女性的消费地点，可是大多人都只是带着逛街而不购物的想法，试一试就会走人，这让服装店老板很头痛。为此，1月28日，我特地调查了小区内不同年龄层次的20人，围绕“为什么选择网上购物而不是实际逛街购物？”、“在网购中遇到货到质量不满意等因素怎么办？”、“哪些网站是您最常逛的？”等问题，得到了以下调查结果。
1、学生9人，占该层比例为45%，中年人30岁到50岁7人，占该层比例为35%。老年人4人，占该层比例为20%。
2、学生作为青春时尚的代言人，当然是网购的'主体。9人中有6人表示经常网购，90后越来越宅，网购是个不错的选择，至于网上买到的衣服，生活用品等都是一些小消费，不存在质量问题，其他的则表示喜欢传统的购物，看到实物放心。
3、对于中年人来说，*日工作繁忙，没有机会逛街购物，所以就选择网购，叔叔会在网上选择购买电器之类的，并且都有保障，比较安全，而阿姨们则会在网上购买衣物，她们说，每件衣服尺码三围都标得很清楚，所以不会担心买回来不适合穿等之类的问题，而且买家的态度很好，也会在不满意的情况下要求退换。他们说，网购衣物就等于逛商场一样。7人中4人选择网购，其他则表示网购不安全，担心购物过程中会有风险。淘宝为80%的人所选择的最佳网站，信息量大，搜索功能强，20%的也会关注易趣，当当等购物网站。
4、老年人一般不会选择网购，但也有少数积极乐观，赶着潮流的老人会蹭蹭网购的热闹。根据调查有1人会选择网购。
购物网站是一个很好的*台，它能让我们实现资源共享，将最实惠的，最时尚的东西带给大家，在未来的日子，网购将成为各种购物形式的领衔冠军。
对于网购，我总结了以下经验：
1、选择大家所熟知的网站，以确保安全无风险。
2、仔细选择商品，提高辨别真伪的能力，多与卖家沟通。
3、选择合适的支付方式，充分保障消费者的权益。
结语：
社会调查报告的结语，这部分可长可短可无，其内容有时是总括全文，深化主题。有时是交代社会调查报告中未能解决而又须引起注意的问题。有时提出继续调查的希望和建议。总之，应视其具体情况而定。
第二单元有一个综合型学*，要求调查家乡的环境。而且园地二的口语交际和*作都是相关内容。家乡的环境，范围比较大，我怕学生无从下手，就分出了四个方面：花草树木、空气、水、垃圾。一排安排一个主题。一排有两个小组。两个小组比赛看哪个组表现好。
担心我的安排流于形式，我让组长考虑好分工，利用课上时间让组长上台布置任务。有的组长经过了考虑，而有的却不知从何说起。在我的提示下，小组成员从三个方面展开调查。即相关资料，如：花草树木的作用、垃圾的处理方式、空气和水的成分等。人们的破坏行为，即哪些行为破坏或污染了环境。人们的保护措施，即哪些行为改善了环境。可以搜集资料，调查了解。
周一孩子们就有些迫不及待了。一直推迟到今天下午才得以开展。每一个小组自由选择成员上台展示。孩子们展示交流了花草树木的作用，空气和水受到的污染，垃圾的四种处理方法：焚烧、回收、填埋、堆肥。印象最深的是白色垃圾的污染。白色污染就是一次性难降解的塑料包装物。比如一次性泡沫快餐具还有我们常用的塑料袋等.它对环境污染很严重,埋在土壤中很难分解,会导致土壤能力下降,如果焚烧会导致大气污染,所以现在提倡不用或少用此物,购买东西时自备工具,减少它的利用。真是埋埋不得，烧烧不得。
总结这次活动有以下优点：孩子们目的明确，能有的放矢的.进行资料的搜集了，而且还很积极主动。一看到要照相了，孩子们有表现的欲望了。缺点是：一调查的面比较宽，有的从全球说起，有的介绍国内如何，没有介绍我们家乡的情况。二形势比较单一，如果有照片展示就更好了。三学生个人不会整理资料，有用没用的全读了，哪怕自己都不明白自己介绍的什么。四不会合作，这和教师引导，组长协调有关。造成同一组内资料重复现象。
第一次这么正式的开展活动，孩子们还是比较积极的，吸收教训，积累经验，在摸索中前进。
一、调查目的
当今的大学生是新新人类，对新鲜事物比较好奇，加上大学生青春阳光、追求时尚的心理特点，而网络购物的时尚性和快捷性正符合大学生的心理。为了了解当今青年大学生的网上消费的情况，更好的发展大学生良好健康的消费观念，以及了解大学生网购行为以及他们对网购的看法，对在校大一到大三的大学生进行了网购情况调查。
二、调查结果分析
1、本次调查共发出40份问卷，回收有效问卷40份。其中女生26人，男生xx人。相关数据显示：其中大一学生中有9人进行网购，比例为22.5%;大二的有15人，占37.5%;大三的有11人，占27.5%。只有5人从没有过网购经历，占12.5%。
2、本次调查中，同学们的网购消费水*数据显示，每月一次的有9个，占总数的25.7%，有19个的'同学每季网购一次，占54.3%，每年一次的同学有5个，占xx.3%。还有2个，5.7%的网购达人*均每周一次。每次购物的*均交易金额在100以下和100～500之间的人数都占总数的45%，其他金额范围分布较少。
3、经调查，大学生网购商品中，服装产品位居榜首，占到总消费的37.5%，其次是数码产品27.5%，在网上买书也是个不错的选择，占到总数的19.5%。相比之下，由于食品的特殊性(保鲜等问题)，却几乎无人在网上购买食品。
4、在没有在网上购物的同学中，有*60%的同学认为网购不安全，而在有过网购行为的同学中，所有同学都觉得网购值得信任。另外，在前者中有80%的人以后会尝试网购。
6、在网购过程中，难免会遇到一些困难，其中主要困难是商品描述不清楚，达到45%，其次是商品数目繁多和网站太多，网上市场太杂乱，有些商品质量较差，占30%。
7、同学们网购为了安全性考虑，付款方式一般都采用支付宝，占比例的60%，货到付款占22.9%，网上支付占17.1%。
三、大学生选择网购的原因：
1、大学生的追求时尚性，他们跟随时代趋势。而且社会生活节奏的加快，网上购物使大学生寻求更便捷的生活方式。
2、大学生一般没有过多的闲置资金，所以总想在网上淘到物美价廉的商品，而且网购的价格一般比市场上亲自买要便宜;
3、网上卖家更多，选择余地更大，能够货比三家选择性价比高的商品;4、大学生大多熟练使用计算机，对网购容易接受，而且引导潮流，如今网购就是时尚的潮流;5、网购方便，不去自己花太多时间逛商场，很容易找到自己想要的东西，方便快捷，省时省力。
四、网上购物存在的问题
1、网络是个虚拟的世界，网上购物*台存在一定的风险性，这就使得同学们在网上购物时容易被欺骗，有时候会买到假货，得不偿失。
2、大学生的金钱大部分都来自于父母，由于网上购物的便捷性和时尚性，使有的同学花更多的钱更频繁去网上购物，甚至形成“网购瘾”，造成生活费的高度开销。
3、网络上的商品有可能描述不清楚，当事人不能够亲身了解商品的质量，当买到的商品与自己期望的不一致时，较容易形成心理落差。
五、对策分析
1、大学生要学会理性购物，网络是个虚拟的世界，里面的信息不一定是真实的，当在网上购物*台购物时要细心谨慎，注意对商品的真假鉴定，防止被骗。
2、在网上购物时，要货比三家，了解每一个细节，购买性价比最高的网络商品;当购买比较贵重的数码产品时，应当去实体店购买。
3、网上购物*台管理方也应该加强对网络购物环境的整理，营造一个安全可靠的购物环境，让广大买家更能安心淘宝。
六、调查结果总结
通过上述的调查报告，说明大学生在网上购物已经形成一种流行趋势。只有一小部分的大学生不选择网上购物。阻碍他们开始网购的主要是安全因素，只要他们认为网购值得信任了，网购的方便、省时、商品齐群等优点一定会吸引大多数的人开始网购。青年大学生具有追求时尚和容易从众的心理特点，而网上购物的快捷性、时尚性，又与大学生的心理特点相适应，这就使得大部分的在校大学生选择在网上购物。但是由于网络本身存在的弊端，网上购物存在安全隐患是不可忽视的，若操作不当或遇到非法分子，就会受到欺骗，造成经济上的损失。
一、研究问题的背景及陈述
*年来，大学生成为比较有争议的消费群体，他们有着时尚前卫的消费观念，但同时也是很不理性的消费群体，因大量花费父母的钱而饱受争议。网络购物是*几年兴起的购物形式之一，某学院在校大学生又是如何看待这种购物形式呢？为此我们于20xx年11月以纸质版调查问卷的形式对某学院在校学生进行了这项抽样调查，以便更好的掌握某学院在校大学生的消费观，引导大家理性消费、适度消费。同时对调查结果的分析表明，其反映出的`问题具有一定代表性，对同类高校加强和引导合理消费观有一定的参考价值。
二、调查对象及方法
本次调查对象为某学院在校大学生。在受调查学生中进行随机抽样。共发放问卷邀请37份，回复问卷35份，其中有效问卷33份，有效回收率为94.59%。 调查形式以调查问卷为主，选择星期二上午所有在教学楼三楼大教室上课的班级的学生作为抽样对象，在课间给每个教室坐在第二排的同学发放调查问卷并在上课前收回问卷。收集问卷后用SPSS软件进行数据的录入与分析。此次调查从两个维度展开：一是从学生自身的网购情况、对网购的投入进行考察，以了解学生网购的基本状况；二是考察学生群体行为对个体消费方式的影响。
三、调查结果与分析
在本次调查收到回复的36份问卷中，有效问卷33份——男生有10人占30.3%，女生有23人占69.7%，其中2人没有网上购物经验，达6.1%；33人有网上购物经验，占93.9%。
我们可以看出，样本中在校大学生网上购物普及率已经达到93.55%，超过了2/3，说明了网上购物在中瑞学生当中是比较时尚也是比较普遍的，而且女生在网购中充当主力军。
法制网北京4月1日讯 记者余瀛波 您知道新消法赋予了消费者市场调查网络购物七日内无理由退货的权利吗？新消法实施后，是否增强了您对网络购物的信心？针对这些问题，中国消费者协会今天联合360互联网安全中心，对广大消费者*期网络购物体验展开问卷调查，以了解今年3月15日新消法实施以来消费者购物**以及互联网商家落实相关规定、承担法定义务的情况。
如今天猫的“双11”都成了一个购物节日，可见网购的普及程度。但是，网购越热，暴露的问题也越多。历时5个月，宁波市消保委进行了一场网络购物消费者满意度调查活动，结果显示，网购中遇到的主要问题是商品质量问题、收到商品与描述不符、快递人员不确认货主及当面签收等。
为帮助解决网购中的消费纠纷，10月15日，宁波市消保委公布了《宁波市网络商品交易及有关服务行为消费争议处理（暂行）办法》，将网购商品纳入“三包”范畴。

网购常遇到哪些侵权？ 质量不好、描述不符、快递服务差是主要问题。来自宁波市工商局12315中心的网上调查数据，20xx年度受理互联网服务的投诉814件，同比增长30.4%。投诉集中在快递服务不到位、商品实物与网上描述不一致、质量有问题。
