（1）负责分工安排各班主任布置考场，考场按横五竖六排座位。
（2）负责安排广播室的播音员（余春娥）、调试广播（符剑宗），安排欧华兴全程进行广播技术维护，确保广播能统一控制，能统一发出指令，能统一播放（具体由余春娥同志负责），保证音质良好。
（3）负责安排鸣钟员（余春娥）
（4）负责考务其它事项（如草稿纸、订书机等）。
3、完成和检查时间：20xx年6月15日上午8点。
五、后勤工作。
由陈盛宇负责，符剑宗、梁华桂协助。
1、职责范围：
（1）负责拟好菜谱。做好带队老师和考生早餐，中晚餐。
（2）负责饮食质量、卫生、安全，每餐做好食物留样。
（3）负责在考点放2个开水桶和一次性杯子，并泡制菊花茶。
