Our school is in the west of the city. It is very big with a tall teaching building. There are thirty classrooms, a modern library, a dinning hall and a gym. There is a big playground where we often have sports. There are lots of trees and flowers beside the playground. This year's summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

二、存在问题：
1、课堂中仍有部分学生缺乏锻炼机会，未能充分调动每一个学生的学*积极性，仍有部分学生课堂上不敢开口讲话，存在怕羞的心理。
2、学生在单词记忆上存在障碍，部分同学因为缺乏适当的单词记忆方法，而造成阅读理解上的困难。

（3）、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。
（4）、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术。多听录音磁带，要使听和说有机地结合起来，增强学生听的意识和说的能力。

一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材资料及学生的实际，针对一年级教学目标的不同：一年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的潜力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的搞笑教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上个性注意调动学生的用心性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得简单，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分思考每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*潜力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。此刻学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课。
三、虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个单元的学*上都用心与其他老师商讨，学*他们的方法，同时，多听其他老师的课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自己的不足。
四、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业状况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关状况及时改善教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮忙我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学，即用英语教英，并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入，新教材层出不穷，越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具，更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学*英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，教师更就应注重传达知识和信息的形式，为学生营造良好的学*语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可理解性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是：
1、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同，我注意不断适量增加新用语，逐步扩大用语量，使学生持续兴趣，经历挑战，从而日积月累，在不知不觉中得到提高。
2、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课，我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇，但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇，如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时，这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等，或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之，注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水*。
3、力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确，并根据不同年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
六、在这一学年的教学工作中，除了对一年级的学生进行兴趣的培养外，还培养他们自学的潜力，而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自己找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读潜力，经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验，无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高，如何共同提高所教年级的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学*，争取进步。

1、备课
课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。备课不仅要备教材，而且要备学生，根据学生的实际情况设计教学环节。
2、上课
课时，本着“传道、授业、解惑”的原则，努力提高教学质量，使讲解有条理、清晰、准确、生动。使每堂课学生有所获，努力使学生打好基础，培养能力，发展智慧，培养学生的正确思维方式，养成良好的学**惯。坚持做到以学生为主体，教师为主导，训练为主线。
3、学生反应案例处理
通过多次测试，发现学生对于句型转换题型掌握不是很好，所以我专门利用几节课来学*如何做句型转换。通过这几节课的讲解后，学生在做句型转换题目比以前有所提高。
三、工作反思
有一部分学生的基础较差，书写比较潦草，学*跟不上，成绩欠理想。今后要在这方面下功夫：对这些学生进行帮教，使他们改变学*态度，努力学*，力争在下学期的学*中有所提高。

3、本课的重点难点及其理论依据
根据《课程标准》，重点是掌握句型when is your birthday ?及其回答.
难点是日期表达中月份和序数词的正确使用。
二、教学策略
教学的实质是交际，为此我选用了以下教法：
1．提问引入法通过提问，由集体，分组，分行回答，或学生逐个回答的形式开展教学，检查和巩固新旧知识。
2．交际功能法通过集体，分组，两人，个人操练等形式，达到交际的目的。
三、学情分析
新制定的《英语课程标准》把“培养学生学*英语的兴趣，树立自信心，培养良好学**惯和形成有效策略，发展自主学*和合作精神”放在了首位。依据新课改的精神，我从以下几个方面对学生进行学法指导。
⒈学*方法的指导
培养学生观察力，想象力，记忆力以及思维能力。用生动的课件调动学生的感观进行听说读写的训练。
⒉学*积极性的调动
我在教学过程中创造一种开放的，和谐的，积极互动的语言氛围，把课堂变成有声有色的舞台，让学生在乐中学。
⒊学*能力的培养
通过连贯的听说读写，游戏，竞赛等，培养学生的交际能力，发展他们的思维能力。
四、教学程序及设想
本课以交际为核心教学，我采用三步教学法，并且灵活穿插使用各步教学。
Step1 warming up(热身)
① Greeting体现师生之间的初步交际
②根据实际情况，用句型：what is your number?询问学生的学号，复*数字，激活旧知识，为学*新知识做铺垫。
③问学生：Are you happy today?告诉学生说：I am very happy today.Because today is my birthday.Would you like to sing a song for me?引导学生集体唱生日快乐歌。营造轻松活跃的课堂气氛，让学生带着积极活跃的心情进入课堂。
Step2 Presentation(呈现)
①利用歌曲的承上启下作用，说：Today is my birthday.When is your birthday?
How to say our birthday dates?从而引出月份的教学。
②利用多媒体手段，在一页页翻动的日历中学*1－12月的新单词。
③指着挂历上的日期说：My birthday is Oct.20th.加重语气重复20th，让学生初步感知序数词的读法。自然呈现序数词的教学。
④序数词教学过程中，让学生观察，归纳序数词的变化规律，培养学生的观察力，注意力和总结归纳能力。在教学中充分体现启发性教学原则。
⑤用卡片突出操练序数词中的几个特殊的数字，突破难点。
Step3. practise
① Ask and answer反复操练句型：when is your birthday? My birthday is ….通过集体练，小组练，两人练，个人轮流练*等方式，训练学生的语音，语调，提高语感。
②做相关练*1b和设计的练*，将听说读写有机结合，巩固新知识。
③布置作业：课后两个学生为一小组，就询问对方的生日编一段对话，第二天请学生上台表演。

我要讲课的内容是人教版七年级上册英语教材第九单元第二课时。现我就本次授课内容从课标、教材、教法、学法、教学程序和板书等方面加以说明。
一、说课标
本单元的功能话题为谈论自己的兴趣爱好。本节课是本单元的第二课时，主要通过听力和阅读对话的活动形式让学生掌握单元话题。并且能够用英语进行问答操练，增加师生和同学之间的互相了解。英语课程标准明确指出，通过英语学*使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力。而语用能力建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学*策略和文化意识等方面整体发展的基础上。英语课标对三级技能目标的要求为：能听懂学*活动中的指令和问题，并作出适当的反应。具体体现在课本2a和2b部分的听力活动中；能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段。主要体现在2d部分对话的初步感知中。课标中对说的要求为能在活动中用简短的英语进行交际；并能在教师的指导下进行简单的角色表演。此目标将主要运用到听力活动之后的两人对话操练中和课文学完之后的角色表演里。课标对读的要求是：能读懂简单的故事和短文并抓住大意。这主要体现在让学生进行自主阅读以获得对话的大意。同时让学生能就表格提示等信息进行简单的写句子练*。用以表达信息。在教授语言知识和提高语言技能的同时，引导学生学会抓疑问词和科目名称等关键词信息的学*策略。并培养其加强沟通、增加彼此了解、促进友谊的情感态度。最终了解中西方文化的差异，增强跨文化交际意识。在教学中渗透对文化意识的培养。
二、说教材
（一）教材的地位及作用
英语教材既是实现教学目标的重要材料和手段，也是对学生开展思想品德教育的重要媒介。教师应对教材有个清晰的了解。本课的内容为新目标人教版教材Unit 9 My favorite subject is science.Section A 2a-2d。本单元的主要功能话题是让学生能够就喜欢的事物进行简单的问答以及能够询问并陈述喜欢某事物的原因。学会使用句型What’s your favorite subject? My favorite subject is math.以及Why do you like…? Because it’s fun/interesting.
这是进入初中阶段以来第二次接触到此话题的教学单元。是在第六单元以like句型简单谈论喜好的基础上继续深层次的学会使用my favorite引导的表达爱好的句型，以及学会使用why和because等问答原因。既是对前面教学单元的拓展和延伸。又在整个初中阶段的功能话题中独立成章，起着无比重要的作用。同时在本单元里是对第一课时学*新知后的听说巩固训练，为Section B的阅读和写作打下基础。在本单元起着承上启下的作用。基于此，应对教材足够重视和合理使用。

根据课型和教学内容定教法。本节课是一节听说和阅读相结合的课型。应该体现听说课教学的特点。以培养孩子的听音能力和口语交际能力为主。同时体现以听促读、以读促写的教学原则。在处理听力和阅读部分的教学内容时，我主要采用任务型教学法。让学生在完成每一个教学任务的过程中掌握知识、培养技能。另外、对于新句型的呈现和掌握，我们主要采用师生问答、生生问答、男女生问答、以及个人和集体问答等不同形式的问答操练方法来巩固和检测学生对所学知识的掌握情况。对于较多知识和信息的呈现，可以采用多媒体辅助教学法，丰富教学资源的同时也能提高教学效率。

新课标提出的教学建议里有一条：加强学*策略指导，培养学生自主学*能力。根据本节课的教学内容和目标，引导学生掌握在听音和阅读的过程中抓取关键词的学*策略。这会帮助学生快速搜寻和捕捉到有效信息，为理解奠定基础。结合七年级孩子的年龄特点和性格特征，在他们理解了对话内容之后，采用角色扮演法上台表演。既能增加他们的学*兴趣，又是对学*情况的检测。此外、在听音、理解课文大意之后，让学生采用读写结合的方法进行有效输出。既为汇报环节做了铺排、又降低了直接说出的难度。还有两人对话法和小组汇报法等。均体现在练*环节之中。
五、说教学程序
1、出示教学目标（2’）
让学生大声朗读教学目标，对本节课所要掌握的内容做到心中有数。
设计意图：紧紧围绕目标进行教学，避免课堂上进行一些不必要和大量无效的操练。
2、复*导入(8’)
结合本节课的课型特点。出示自己班级的课程表让学生感知上课内容、复*有关词汇。并且引出本课出现的形容词和新句型。
设计意图：让学生感知到英语学*和实际生活息息相关。学*是为了实践和运用。复*旧知、引出新内容。既为听力活动做好准备，又为课堂上对话的操练，语言的输出展示着内容。让学生有话可说。
3、听力活动(5’)
分为听前、听中和听后活动。听前活动已在上一环节中进行了处理。听后活动放在下一个环节的两人操练中。对2a和2b部分的听力进行多遍反复播放。每播放一遍都带有一个具体的任务。比如一听排顺序、二听跟读、三听连线、四听填空。让学生在不同任务的完成中得到听力技能的提高。充分体现任务型教学法在教学中的运用。
设计意图：语言技能是语言运用能力的重要组成部分，主要包括听说读写等方面的技能以及这些技能的综合运用。各个任务的设计体现了层层深入的渐进性原则。同时为后面的读和写打好基础。让学生在反复训练中提高。
4、两人操练(5’)
结合听力内容，同桌之间互相谈论自己所喜欢的课程并说出原因。同时要求学生在他人交流时养成认真倾听的*惯。
设计意图：体现英语教学要求里的听说领先，读写跟上的原则。设计简单的两人操练活动，是对目标语言的一个口头检测。也是对听力内容的拓展。同时可以了解和掌握学情。
5、课文学*(10’)
让学生先听后读，教师讲在必要之处。在一个个任务完成的过程中对课文内容进行层层深入的了解。同时强调重点、突破难点。
设计意图：体现自主学*理念。 指导学生养成抓关键词的学*策略。让学生在一个个任务引领之下真正掌握阅读策略，逐步提高阅读能力。
6、书写汇报(5’)
出示表格，进行知识和内容的拓展，从谈论喜欢的科目扩展到一切喜好。比如颜色，水果，老师，运动等。让学生尽可能写出完整的句子来。之后进行小组汇报交流。
设计意图：学以致用、拓展延伸。从教材知识的学*扩展到生活中的实践练*。将课堂引到生活里。
7、小结(2’)
对本节课的知识点进行进一步的罗列和总结。提高复现率、进一步加深印象。
设计意图：在反复中识记、在总结中提高。
8、布置作业（2’）
（1）识记并背诵所学单词:
why,because,fun,Monday,Friday和Saturday.
设计意图：打好基础知识，词汇是一切教学知识和技能培养的基础。
（2）完成《绩优学案》第九单元第二课时第题。
设计意图：主要从句子的变换来检测学生对本节课知识的掌握情况。
（3）用所学句型与同学编写对话，进行个人喜好的谈论。下节课表演。（对于学有余力的同学）

9、主题升华（（1’）

六、说板书
主板上左边出示课题和课文中出现的新句型。右边张贴一张课程表，并利用思维导图的形式引出科目单词和形容词，以及目标句型。
设计意图：课堂板书，既是科学、又是艺术。在条理化呈现教学重难点的同时，应该追求形式上的新颖。使学生一目了然、加深印象。

设计意图：语言技能是语言运用能力的重要组成部分，主要包括听说读写等方面的技能以及这些技能的综合运用。各个任务的设计体现了层层深入的渐进性原则。同时为后面的读和写打好基础。让学生在反复训练中提高。
4、两人操练(5’)
结合听力内容，同桌之间互相谈论自己所喜欢的课程并说出原因。同时要求学生在他人交流时养成认真倾听的*惯。
设计意图：体现英语教学要求里的听说领先，读写跟上的原则。设计简单的两人操练活动，是对目标语言的一个口头检测。也是对听力内容的拓展。同时可以了解和掌握学情。
5、课文学*(10’)
让学生先听后读，教师讲在必要之处。在一个个任务完成的过程中对课文内容进行层层深入的了解。同时强调重点、突破难点。
设计意图：体现自主学*理念。 指导学生养成抓关键词的学*策略。让学生在一个个任务引领之下真正掌握阅读策略，逐步提高阅读能力。
6、书写汇报(5’)
出示表格，进行知识和内容的拓展，从谈论喜欢的科目扩展到一切喜好。比如颜色，水果，老师，运动等。让学生尽可能写出完整的句子来。之后进行小组汇报交流。
设计意图：学以致用、拓展延伸。从教材知识的学*扩展到生活中的实践练*。将课堂引到生活里。
7、小结(2’)
对本节课的知识点进行进一步的罗列和总结。提高复现率、进一步加深印象。
设计意图：在反复中识记、在总结中提高。
8、布置作业（2’）
（1）识记并背诵所学单词:
why,because,fun,Monday,Friday和Saturday.
设计意图：打好基础知识，词汇是一切教学知识和技能培养的基础。
（2）完成《绩优学案》第九单元第二课时第题。
设计意图：主要从句子的变换来检测学生对本节课知识的掌握情况。
（3）用所学句型与同学编写对话，进行个人喜好的谈论。下节课表演。（对于学有余力的同学）
设计意图：让学生将学到的知识用于生活实际中，达到学以致用的目的。
9、主题升华（（1’）
我们在学校里学*时有老师和同学们的陪伴很幸福。我们应该加
强彼此间的了解、珍惜友谊、享受每一天。
六、说板书
主板上左边出示课题和课文中出现的新句型。右边张贴一张课程表，并利用思维导图的.形式引出科目单词和形容词，以及目标句型。
设计意图：课堂板书，既是科学、又是艺术。在条理化呈现教学重难点的同时，应该追求形式上的新颖。使学生一目了然、加深印象。

——七年级读《水浒传》有感 (菁华3篇)
《水浒传》这篇文章记述了以宋江为首的一百零八位好汉从聚义梁山泊，到受朝廷招安，再到大破辽兵，最后剿灭叛党，却遭奸人谋害的英雄故事。读完全书，印在我的脑海里面只有：忠，义两个字。
在这里(忠)的含义是：“即是对自己的祖国，对自己身边的亲人，朋友尽心竭力。宋江在种种威逼利诱之下，仍然对自己的祖国忠心耿耿，这就是(忠)的含义”
但是在这里(义)字包含了太多的内容。《水浒传》中一百零八位好汉，为兄弟、为朋友赴汤蹈火，两肋插刀，就只为了一个(义)字;为人民除暴安良，出生入死，也只为一个(义)字。由此可见，一个(义)字虽然只有三笔，有时却要用一个人的生命去写。在现实生活中，给人让座几乎谁都可以做得到，但救人于危难之中却不是谁都可以做到的。因为它需要有相当的勇气，甚至是一命换一命的决心。这就是这篇文章(义)。
我本人在《水浒传》里最喜欢的人物是花荣和武松，武松的英雄事迹就是他在景阳冈打虎和武都头狮子楼锄奸的故事，在这些方面武松还是动了脑筋的冷静的解决了这些问题。花荣是人们称他为“小李广”能铁别显示花荣的箭法的故事就是《小李广梁山射飞雁》。
《水浒传》中令我又喜欢又讨厌的人就是主角宋江，因为他不是官，是吏，所以他对百姓很好，深知百姓的疾苦，百姓有难，能够解囊相助，很有忠义感;但是他一直是梁山好汉中的主降派，并最终导致了起义军和他自己的悲剧命运。
《水浒传》塑造了众多栩栩如生的人物形象。其中，最具反抗精神的李逵、性格刚烈的武松，以及聪明善战的花荣，都给我留下了十分深刻的印象。正是这些艺术成就，才使《水浒传》成为*四大文学之一。
在暑假里我读了《水浒传》。《水浒传》是*四大名著之一，作者是明代小说家施耐庵。
这本书讲述了梁山上一百零八将个个是英雄豪杰，路见不*拔刀相助，他们打着‘替天行道 ’ 的大旗做着行侠仗义的事!
我最喜欢‘行者’武松和‘智多星’吴用。武松本是在官府里谋职，无奈遭小人馅害，最后来到梁山。武松很勇猛，他路过景阳岗，听说那里有一只老虎经常出来伤人，过路的人都不不敢从那里经过。可武松不害怕，他说老虎不过是一只大虫而已。他一口气喝下十八碗酒，趁着酒劲，只用了一双拳头硬是将那只吃人的老虎活活给打死了!大家知道了纷纷跑来感谢他，真是为民除害了!人们送他外号‘打虎英雄’。
我更喜欢‘智多星’吴用。他熟读兵书，精通兵法，文思如泉，一生正气。排兵布阵是我更喜欢‘智多星’吴用。他熟读兵书，精通兵法，文思如泉，一生正气。排兵布阵是他的强项。‘智取生辰纲’‘三打祝家庄’等，每次战斗都能体现他的足智多谋，运筹帷幄。他为大家想出了许多奇妙的好点子，事后大家都佩服不已，真不愧是‘智多星’啊!我最崇拜这样有才华的人了!
梁山上个个都是好汉，如梁山五虎将，‘大刀’关胜，‘豹子头’林冲，‘双鞭’呼延灼，‘双枪将’董*，‘霹雳火’秦明，个个身怀绝技，勇猛过人，重情重义，豪气冲天，一生正气!可惜他们生不逢时，当时皇帝腐败，*又都握在小人手里，他们空有一身本领，却无处施展。如果他们都活在现代，活在人人*等的世界里，他们又都本领超强，而且心系百姓，必定能成为受人敬仰的大英雄，成为国家的栋梁!
《水浒传》这这本书大家并不陌生，它是四大名著之一，作者施耐庵根据历史故事写出来的一本小说。
这这本书反映了我国封建社会后期一场惊心动魄的农民起义的发生，发展直至失败的全过程，作者充分暴露了封建社会统治阶级的腐朽和残暴，揭露了当时尖锐对立的社会矛盾和官逼的残酷现实。
在《水浒传》中，塑造了许多英雄好汉的形象，如：及时雨—宋江，智多星—吴用，花和尚—鲁智深，豹子头—林冲等108个英雄好汉。
在这这本书中，我最喜欢的人物是花和尚，鲁智深。他原名鲁达，本在渭州小种经略相公手下当差任经略府提辖。在渭州为救弱女子金翠莲，他三拳将镇关西打死，被官府追捕，无奈之下，他被介绍到五台山当和尚，智真长老赐他法号智深。让他也有了安身之处，但他难守清规，于是大闹五台山。智真长老只好让他去投东京汴梁大相国寺安身，于是他在大相寺看守菜园，收服了泼皮，又倒拔垂杨柳，与林冲结拜为兄弟，后来在野猪林救了刺配沧州的林冲，最后上了梁山。
鲁智深的容貌和他的性格完全不同，他长的凶神恶煞，但是却有着爱憎分明，见义勇为、扶危济困，嫉恶如仇，胆大心细的性格特点，这些特点，说明了鲁智深充满了正义感，让人在黑的封建社会中看到了光明。
金圣叹曾经这样评价过鲁智深，鲁达自然是上上人物，写得心地厚实，体格阔大。论粗鲁处，他也有些粗鲁，论精细处，他赤是精细。然不知何故，看来便有不及武松处。想鲁达已是人中绝顶，若武松真是天神，有大段及不得处。说了鲁达许多的好处，让人敬佩鲁达。
鲁智深是我最敬佩的人物，他充满了正义和能量，是照亮了封建社会的一盏明灯。
