He lost his arms in an accident that claimed his father's life―who was the main source of support for the family. Since then, he has had to depend on the arms of his younger brother. For the sake of taking care of him, his younger brother became his shadow, never leaving him alone for years. Except for writing with his toes, he was completely unable to do anything in his life.
One late night, he suffered from diarrhea and had to wake up his younger brother. His younger brother accompanied him into the toilet and then went back the dorm to wait. 一、学*课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据，奠定了的扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。
二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:
1，课前备课，做到有备而来。
我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材，教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如:单词卡片，实物(图片)，头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。
2，课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。
我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣快乐堡，让他们在快乐中学*，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱，演，玩，画，涂色，做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。
3，课后备课，总结教学经验。
每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三、认真上课，体现以人为本。
《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学*英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:
1，巧设导入，培养兴趣。
每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学*兴趣，让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内。
2，图文结合，掌握新知。
根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学*获取新知过程，培养他们学*英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学*新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3，游戏活动，巩固新知。
在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动，生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学*环境，以简单易操作的趣味性，多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿，认读，玩演，视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学*兴趣。
4，通过听录音，复*新知。
我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。在学生进行合作学*，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学*英语的乐趣。这样既复*了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。
四、加强自学，不断积累知识。

《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知,体验,实践,参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功.这便要求,英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学*英语的兴趣,提高他们对词汇,句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力.为此,我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:
1,巧设导入,培养兴趣.每节的教学我首先通过做游戏,唱英语歌来激发学生的学*兴趣,让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内.
2,图文结合,掌握新知.根据教材图文并茂的特点,充分运用单词卡片,实物教具,简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确的任务目标,并借助图片,动作,表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学*获取新知过程,培养他们学*英语的兴趣.在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力.在学*新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育.
3,游戏活动,巩固新知.在完成了每节课的新授任务后,抓住学生争强好胜的心理,通过师生互动,生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异,营造宽松的学*环境,以简单易操作的趣味性,多样化游戏为主来实施教学,让学生进行反复模仿,认读,玩演,视听,从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会,让学生在玩的过程中获得新知,提高他们语言的运用能力,培养他们的学*兴趣.
4,通过听录音,复*新知.我常在每节课结束的前5分钟,让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带.第一遍先认真听,第二遍边听边跟读.在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿,表演对话.在学生进行合作学*,表演时及时给予示范和指导,让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦,体会到学*英语的乐趣.这样既复*了本节课的知识要点,又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性,,从而让学生真正做到眼到,口到,心到,手到.
四,加强自学,不断积累知识.
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足,自己的知识又有限,在教学的同时,时时虚心向资历深的教师请教,和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法,加强自身的业务学*,扩大视野;用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料,时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调.
总之,一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多,收到的回报也不少:领导的信任,使我精力充沛;同事的帮助,使**劲十足;学生的渴求,使我信心倍增.我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足,不断改进教学方法,在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动,游戏来辅助课堂教学,激活课堂.
积极开发和有效利用课程资源,更好的为英语教学服务,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩.我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

一、 基本情况：
述职人：杨函祥，男，生于1983年9月30日，20**年7月毕业于黔南民族师范学院外国语言文学系，英语专业，本科学历，获文学学士。
同年8月通过考核，成为罗甸县边阳中学一名英语教师。
从教以来，担任边阳中学团委副**及边阳中学高一年级(2)(3)两个班英语科任教师。
我一直坚持党的四项基本原则，学*教育部关于素质教育的`各项方针政策，认真地完成教育教学任务，按照教育教学的规律培养学生，关心学生，积极引导学生，提高素质教育。
二、申报理由：
(一)思想政治上保持***员的先进性。
我任职以来，能热爱党的教育事业，坚持四项基本原则，拥护党的路线、方针、政策，有正确的政治立场。
遵守法规法纪，关心集体，团结同事，作风正派，从严治教，有较高的思想觉悟和良好的教师职业道德。
能全心全意从事本学科的教学，力求精益求精，绝对服从上级领导的安排，任劳任怨，诚诚恳恳，从工作中去体味教育工作的崇高，从工作中去获取人生的奋斗意义，在工作中去享受作为人师的乐趣，在工作中逐渐充实自己。
(二)严于律纪，树立教师高尚形象。
教师是“人类灵魂的工程师”。
由于教师这一职业的特殊性，教师不仅教学，而且育人。
因此，教师自身的品德和风貌直接影响着教学的成败。
作为教师，我无限于忠于党的教育事业，在无产阶级人生观、价值观面前，道德价值远远超于市场选择。
我本着全心全意为人民服务的思想，踏踏实实地干，树立伟大的教师形象。
(三)勤钻肯学，具备坚实的理论和专业知识。
我深深知道，良好的教学基本功是成为优秀教师的必要条件。
因此，从参加工作的第一天起，我就很注重完善自我，超越自我。
勤勤恳恳，扎根在贵州边远山区教育的第一线，努力锻炼自己的基本功———有一手漂亮的英文粉笔字，一口流利的英语口语，一口标准的普通话和一颗爱岗敬业的心，虚心向老教师学*，钻研教材，力求对教学大纲有深刻的理解。
(四)认真开展团内外及英语教育教学工作，成绩显著。
1.团内外事务工作。
我参加工作一年以来，服从学校领导的安排，积极响应党组织及上级团组织的号召，协助校团委**深入开展学校团内外各项事务活动。
开办了边阳中学20**---20**年第一期业余团校培训班，共培养了210多名成绩优良，思想觉悟较高，各方面都能起带头作用的进步青年，壮大了我校团组织队伍，为我校团队的建设与发展输送了新鲜血液;组织了边阳中学07年“一二·九”爱国文艺汇演;组织各班团干一同慰问边阳镇孤寡老人。
为他们打扫卫生清洁并献上慰问金;举办了边阳中学08年“五四”感恩演讲比赛及“五四”感恩征文比赛;举行了边阳中学“爱护花草树木”标语征集大赛;组织各班出好每期班刊;还开办了边阳中学“校园广播之声”，为丰富我校校园文化生活，陶冶学生学*情操及表达学生心声提供了一个广阔的舞台。
同时，今年四月我校团委还被罗甸县评为“全县五四红旗团委”。
2.教学工作。
从事英语教学以来，县教育局高度重视教育，一直提倡改革，鼓励教学上大胆创新。
在这种先进政策方针的指引下，我努力探索，大胆尝试，逐渐摸索出一套适合学生、适合自己的教学方法。
我始终坚决贯彻因材施教的原则，把以学生为中心放在教学的核心位置上，注重对学生学*方法的指导。
我在教学过程中开展活泼的“课前三分钟”活动。
内容有“每日一篇英语小故事”，“每人一篇演讲”，“课文小短剧表演”，“每节一句英文谚语或佳话”，“背诵英语单词竞赛”，等项目。
这些活动极大地刺激学生的表现欲，在轻松之中锻炼了学生的自我有英语表达的能力，为提高他们对英语综合技能技巧的熟练运用起了很好的导向作用。
2007——2008年学年度中，我担任高一年级(2)(3)两个普通班的英语。
针对自觉性不高，基础薄弱的学生，课堂上我采用强化英语单词、语法背诵的方法，精讲多练，归纳每一个语言点，使知识系统化，注意指导解题方法与技巧;而针对部分基础相对较好的同学，开展多种英语课堂兴趣活动，使学生在学中“玩”，在“玩”中学。
同时训练他们养成勤于思考，主动学*的好*惯。
整体上注重基础教学，开展多种有关英语学*的活动，让学生在培养兴趣的同时脱离对英语学*的恐惧。
由于这些方法得到灵活地运用，使两个班英语成绩一路上升，在每次全年级月考中，两个班测试*均分都能名列前茅。
3.教研工作及活动。
我不断追踪教育教研信息，关注教研新动向，积极参加英语教研会议和活动，虚心学*兄弟学校同行的经验，协同校英语教研组各位老师举办每周一次的校园英语角，本人还主动联系外国朋友到我校进行口语授课，极大地鼓舞了我校学生学*英语的兴趣。
为了更上一个台阶，加强与外界各位英语同行的交流、学*，本人充分利用网络资源不断向国内各大英语学*网站举荐自己的教学成果。
目前已分别在中国英语教师网 等网站发表，论文、译文、教案、课件、语法研究等文章数篇，同时也分享着来自全国各地不同学校优秀教师的教学成果，相互学*，相互借鉴，取长补短，共同进步。
工作之余，我还坚持订阅《外语与外语教学》《中学英语教学》《外研之声》等期刊杂志，不断学*，深入研究，从中挖取本专业和相关学科信息，进一步巩固了基础知识，也在阅读中扩大了相关学科的知识面。
由于本人对教学的不断努力追求，在2008年4月罗甸县高中英语教师优质课比赛中荣获“三等奖”。
4.德育教育工作。
教育的核心是“育人”。
科教兴国的战略意义是提高国民的综合素质。
我深知自己责任重大，我始终把教育摆在第一位。
在边阳中学工作一年中，我能够面向全体学生，注重培养学生良好的思想品德。
为了搞好团内工作，每两星期一次组织各班学*先进事迹，好人好事，加强对学生良好的思想政治教育，让学生们学会如何做人，最终是要让他们在学校学*的历程中健康地成长;为了做好英语科任教师教育工作，学会深入了解学生，研究学生各体的思想品质、学业成绩、兴趣爱好、特长、性格特征、成长经历及家庭情况、社会环境等等。
学会尊重学生，理解学生，关心学生，鼓励优秀生，帮助后进生。
