一、工作举措及成绩
学校自主创新研究基金的实施是大学生科技创新的坚强资金后盾，学生不用再因为没有资金而对科技创新望而止步，他们的想法和思路更加的开阔，我院出现了大批的科技创新人才。但是还有部分学生还不知道学校自主创新研究基金基金的详细情况，我们针对这一现象，策划了对自主创新研究基金的全方位的宣传，例如召集各年级班级学*委员召开关于自主创新研究基金的会议，详细介绍了学校的自主创新的各项内容，再由他们向各自班级宣传。我们的宣传达到了很好的效果，我院0910学年有17项科技创新研究项目立项。
我校“创新杯”大学生科技文化节举办在校园里营造了浓厚的科技创新研究氛围。20xx年十一月初校团委通知各院科技创新负责人召开关于第十届“创新杯”大学生课外学术作品征集的会议，详细介绍了所征集作品的要求。会议结束后，我院着手对第十届“创新杯”大学生课外学术作品征集的宣传，制作KT板以及宣传板，以及向各班级做出详细通知。通过我们的宣传，有了很好的效果，征集本科生项目8项，研究生项目3项。除了对各种创新活动的宣传，我院还开展科技讲座5次，开展既有关于所学专业的，也有关于专业之外的。20xx年3月29日，我院邀请钱作勤教授开展关于“船舶核动力计数发展现状与思考”的科技讲座，讲述了核动力在船舶上的应用、船舶核动力的发展现状以及对船舶核动力的个人思考。在讲座中学生和教授相互交流，学到了很多意想不到的知识和经验。20xx年5月19日，我院邀请我院副院长牟军敏教授开展了以“欧洲内河航运发展窥豹”为主题的报告，详细介绍我国内河航运和欧洲内河航运，以及做出相应的比较。我院学生详细了解欧洲内河航运以及我国内河航运，也为以后自己的航运生涯奠定了一定的基础。20xx年6月8日，我院邀请我院专业老师何正伟教授开展以“仿真技术发展现状介绍”的讲座。讲述了仿真技术在航运业和航海教育方面的应用。科技讲座的开展为学生的科技创新奠下一定的基础，使他们更加靠*科技创新的大门。
针对大一新生对大学生科技创新活动了解不够深入的这一现象，20xx年11月6日，组织了关于大学生科技创新的优秀科技创新学子交流会。交流会上优秀学子具体介绍了大学生科技创新，是学生对科技创新有了详细的了解。20xx年11月22日，我院组织了学生科技创新能力的培训，使学生的创新意识有了一定的加强，学生的创新能力有了很大提高。
20xx年12月初，我院做了关于学生参与课外学术科技创新的问卷调查，调查对象为我院全体学生。
调查结果：11.3的学生参与过科技创新研究项目，42的学生有意向参加科技创新项目研究。从调查结果中看出我院有大批对科技创新感兴趣的学生。在问卷调查的基础上，我院对我院科技创新人才库进行了更新，从中涌现出很多科技创新人才。
20xx年5月，我院以大学生自主创新研究“攀登行动”第xx届“创新杯”科技文化节为契机，组织我院学生科技创新成果展，历时3天，让学生了解到我院科技创新发展现状。20xx年5月15日，我院邀请科技创新优秀学子开展了一次大型经验交流会。交流会的开展将优秀学子较好经验分享到了整个学院。20xx年5月22日，我院组织学生进行了科技创新能力的培训，能力培训使学生们的科技创新能力有了进一步的提高。
我校首届智能交通创意大赛在十月中旬开始举办，历时一个月。我院接到通知，就马上策划在我院的宣传。有11份作品参加初赛，3份晋级决赛。

武汉理工大学（余区）学生科协顾问委员会在20xx年12月11号正式成立。我院积极推荐我院科技创新人才，使其加入学生科协顾问委员会，让他们有一个更加广泛的交流*台。
二、工作特色及做法
能源与动力学院有“动力之源”科技文化节；政治与行政学院有“社科之光”科技文化节我院也有自己的特色，例如我院建立科技创新人才库，科技创新人才库就是将把对科技创新感兴趣的同学以及他们的特长及相关材料列入其中。学院老师需要学生做研究项目时，我院学生做研究项目需要相应特长学生时，我们可以从中选择他们所需要的学生，这样既能满足项目的要求，也能给人才库中学生发展自己特长的学生一个很好的*台。人才库每年都会更新，每年都会有很多的新鲜血液注入，使人才库可以满足研究项目的需求。还有我们可以把有关科技创新的活动在第一时间通知到学生，使学生感受到科技创新的浓厚氛围。
三、工作思路
1）开展科技讲座
①有关所学专业的科技讲座，使学生能在大学学有所用。
②有关“创新杯”、“挑战杯’、全国交通科技大赛等一些大型科技创新的比赛，让学生更加了解比赛的详细情况。
2）我院科技人才库的更新
大一新生有很多科技创新人才，我们要将他们纳入科技人才库。毕业学生要从人才库中去除，但仍保留他们的相关信息，以保证以后向他们学*的需要。
3）开展经验交流会
请参加过一些大赛的学长、学姐给大一新生至少一次关于科技创新的经验交流会，让大一新生更加了解大学生科技创新，同时也是对他们科技创新能力的一个提高。
4）学生科技创新成果展
将我院学生科技创新优秀成果以宣传板的形式进行展览，让学生对我院科技创新发展现状有充分认识。
我院的科技创新力量在不断的壮大，科技创新是永无止境的，我们需要倍加努力为我院科技创新工作服务。
大学生创新性实验计划项目是本科学生个人或创新团队，在导师的指导下，自主选题设计、独立组织实施并进行信息分析处理和撰写总结报告等工作，以培养学生提出问题、分析和解决问题的兴趣和能力的项目。在大三下学期，在老师的鼓励下、同学的支持下，我以主负责人的身份成功申请了一个项目，对于能够参加这一次项目的制作，我感到十分荣幸。从项目的建立到初期的设计，从中后期产品的开发到成品的完成，我带领队员完整地执行了整个项目的流程。第一次参加并负责这样的项目，刚开始我感到压力巨大，后来随着项目的有计划进行这种心境便释然了。这次项目经历不但使我详细地了解到一个项目开发的来龙去脉，更让我的知识从纸上谈兵的程度进步到可以用于实践，既培养了兴趣，同时也为学有所用而感到骄傲。
我们组所确立的项目是“xxxxxxxx装置研发”。在自动控制系统中，经常需要对角度进行测量和传输，用于轴角数据测量的装置很多，用自整角机组成的轴角测量系统具有工作范围宽，能够直接传递圆周角360度的位移信息，而且在远距离传输信息时无需机械联系。用于轴角测量时由自整角发送机和自整角接收机组成。随着社会自动控制的精细化，对轴角测量的精度和速度提出了新的要求。基于这样的背景，我组立项致力于在前人的基础上加以改进，设计出一种低成本、高精度的轴/角测量装置。
在设计之前，我们搜集大量相关资料，先后参考了前人角度测量方式——正弦、余弦查表法，混乘分离法，反馈逼*法等，其中一种基于c51的设计方案引起了我们的注意。在老师的指导下，我们最终确定采用反正切查表法，这种方法信息数据处理量少，可以做到单通道，而且可以采用象限划分的方式将360度划分8个区域，只要处理其中1/8区间就可以了，在相同位数的基础上可以得到较高的输出。主要设计思路如下：
作为项目的组长,我知道自己身上责任的重大，一方面要掌控整个项目的执行，积极投入其中；另一方面，要懂得管理和团结队员，合理分配工作，当今世界项目往往都是十分庞大的工程，几乎所有的项目都是以团队为单位的，这种能力显得必不可少。上天是公*的，有付出才会有收获，通过这次参加创新实验，我受益匪浅。回想起过去一年里参加创新实验的过程,从开始的寻找课题到申请立项撰写项目申请书,到查阅相关参考资料,咨询相关老师学长，确定实验原理、实施方案与寻找创新点;并制定详细的研究方案和步骤；整个实验过程使我学到了很多我所感兴趣的、觉得有用的东西，更重要的是我的动手能力、思维能力、团队协作能力都得到了锻炼。在实验初期，由于知识方面的欠缺，实验进度很慢。通过询问指导老师、及时调整方案，先花一段时去学*相关知识，在此过程中我理解到实验最重要的是把实验原理吃透，在对实验设计详细的实验步骤做出合乎实际的设计，最后取得了预期成果。
在研究方面，最深的体会就是要善于勤于思考，主动动手动脑。创新实验不是基础化学课上的实验，只要按着老师讲的步骤做就行了。做的课题对于我们来说，可能是一个没有接触过的新领域，没有人告诉我们一步步该怎么做。需要自己去找文献查资料，去弄明白实验的原理，然后确定要创新的方向。按照这个方向一点点努力，所以每一步都需要独立思考。其中会遇到很多困难，这个时候除了寻找帮助，最重要的还是自己思考。在创新方面，首先要确定创新的方向和目标。要始终围绕创新点，不能偏离主题，也不能随意猜测，而要有根据有目的地做出假想，再一步步实践去论证自己的猜测。其实，每一个伟大的成就都是这样“*凡”地一步步得出来的。

进一步开阔大学生村官工作和创业视野，用身边成功范例鼓励引导大学生村官投身创业和创新工作，促进大学生村官更好地成长成才。中央组织部和团委组织了全国大学生村官参加了第九届。通过三天参观学*和交流，我们认真听取了先进典型的创业介绍，参观了湖坊村的创业基地，与大学生村官面对面的交流，感触很深。
想创业，有创业的想法
通过与创业村官交流沟通，聆听典型使我明白，创业绝不是纸上谈兵，亦或是空有一番创业热情。要想创业，并且取得成功，前期的准备一定要充分，所谓“凡事豫则立，不豫则废”，前期的准备琐的过程，首先就是要有创业想法，想创业，才能考虑创业项目的选择，我们必须结合自非常重要。创业是一个艰辛而繁琐的专业知识和各方面的能力，不断加强自身创业能力的学*，只有认识自己，提升自己，才能更好地认识其他事情，才能准确地把握创业的脉搏。
能创业，有创业的方法
有了创业的想法，必须付诸实践。在确定创业方向后，我们要根据自己所处环境，立足村情实际，利用地理优势、资源优势等资源，创造有利条件，有效地找准创业项目。同时我们可以利用网络、远程教育和农家书屋等途径，多方面、多角度查阅资料，调查研究，整合资源，摸索适合自己的创业方式、方法。
肯创业，有创业的毅力
有了创业的想法，也探索了创业的方法，还要具备的就是创业的毅力。在落实创业的道路上，要有很强的创业毅力和创业信念，可以说创业的激情，大家都有，但是创业的过程是艰辛的，创业是寂寞的，在创业的过程中，我们可能会遇到很多挫折，很多困难，需要处理许多事情，涉及方方面面，大大小小的问题。面对这些，我们必须有坚强的毅力和信念，我们要不怕繁琐，不畏艰难，一步一步地走下去，我们才能成功，也可以说，只要我们能耐得住寂寞，能坚持一丝不苟做事，认认真真做人，在创业的道路上抓住一切锻炼自己的机会，很多人创业失败与坚持不下来，没有毅力，耐不住寂寞又一定的关系，能坚持下来就是一步成功。想要创业必须具备有很强的创业素质和创业毅力，有不怕吃苦、不怕累的创业精神和不怕失败、勇于实践的创业信念，只有这样才能取得成功。
有了创业想法、方法和信念的同时，我们应及时了解******以及各级**出台鼓励创业的政策，我们应该积极学好政策，积极争取上级支持，为我们创业成功争取有力的支持。作为大学生村官，创业这条路对我们来说不仅仅只是为了响应党的号召，也是目前形势为我们村官提供的大好机会，更是我们锻炼自己，实现自我的一条充满挑战的道路，让自己的青春充满奋斗和拼搏的印迹，我们更需要把成功看成一次旅途，努力去看到更多美丽的风景。
受全球经济危机影响，中国在20xx年GDP增长速度保持8%都很难了，这和国家的财富有很大关系，但是此外更重要的是，在超过10%的速度拉动下，中国每年创造出来的工作岗位，才能勉强满足数量庞大的应届毕业生的需求。低1个百分比，就会造成巨大的失业/待业人数。
20xx年大学生，据估计会有700万人左右。20xx年工作岗位，保守估计，只有150万，剩下的就是失业人数了。当然，这个数字是比较悲观的，因为从20xx年经济衰退的趋势来看，前景确实很悲观。
此外，20xx年大学生的就业形势，还要考虑到20xx年的失业人数。毕竟20xx年的金融海啸，已经让很多人失业了，加上20xx年没找到工作的大学生，这些人都要同20xx年应届毕业生去抢夺那数量不多的工作岗位。所以，现在大学生就业形势非常严峻，大学生毕业就失业的可能性很大。创业成为一个不错的选择。
大学生创业就是改变就业观念，利用现有的知识、才能和技术以自筹资金，技术入股、寻求合作等方式创立新的就业岗位。大学生创业普遍存在以下优势：文化水*较高，精力旺盛，对事物有较强的领悟力，自主学*知识的能力强.接受新鲜事物快，思维普遍活跃，运用IT技术能力强，能够在互联网络上搜寻到许多信息，自信心较足，没有家庭负担，其创业很可能获得家庭或家族的支持。
但大学生创业缺乏关于创业方面的知识，而目前我国大学生创新创业教育仍然存在着很大的困难与问题。
首先，目前我国的资本市场相对落后,创业投资处于起步阶段,融资困难,许多创业计划难以付诸实践;
其次,创业文化氛围不浓,大学生创业技能欠缺。据调查,78%的北京高校在校大学生有创业意愿。其中仅有42%的学生愿意接受创业课程的指导。如此低的创业率和创业成功率,在一定程度上对大学生的创业热情产生了负面影响。专家指出,虽然学生的创业教育一直都在进行,学生创业的氛围距离我们设想的还有一段距离,最终能落实到行动上的创业并不多。
第三，创业教育意识薄弱，对大学生创业教育的重要性和必要性认识不足。由于传统教育模式的影响，学生的创新意识和创业能力的养成在很大程度上受到束缚。学生缺乏独立生存的能力，学生的自主意识和创业能力比较弱，大学生对自主创业缺乏热情,对就业问题表现出“等、靠、要”的依赖情绪。
第四，缺乏相应的师资力量。授课教师大多是学术专家出身，从书本到书本，缺乏创业经历和实践能力;没有形成权威的教材体系，已经开设大学生创业教育课程的一些高校在选择教材方面也存在很大局限性。
第五，大学生普遍缺乏资金。技术、经验和能力.思想准备不足，创业风险意识不强，缺乏细致充分的调研，缺乏核心技术和优势力量，市场化经营运作经验不足，资金贷款困难重重，创业带有一点盲目性。创业项目技术含量和层次普遍不够高，“质”与“量”不并重。
因此，要想在我国发展创新创业教育，必须加强以下几个方面的工作：
首先，在高校开展创业教育,培养大学生创业意识,提高创业能力。如开设创业教育课程，内容主要包括创业理论、创业案例进行教学,同时，开展创业实训，定期举办创业计划大赛等,给大学生多提供模拟演练的机会，高校开展科研竞赛、创业交流,定期邀请一些创业成功者举办创业现身讲座,营造全社会鼓励创业、支持创业、宽容失败的良好氛围。
其次，要强化**在高校毕业生创业工作中的责任，建立多种形式、多种渠道的资金融通体系,为大学生创业提供资金支持。
地方**应该落实好国家鼓励毕业生自主创业的小额贷款担保、减免税费等优惠政策，完善劳动用工制度、人事制度、社会保障制度等，制定较为完善的创业帮扶措施，不断完善劳动社会保障措施，开辟“绿色通道”。要建立大学生创业专项资金，对经专家论证、项目可行、技术含量较高的大学生创业项目降低门槛，予以资金扶持。
第三，建立创业教育的实践基地,为学生提供实战场所。走校企联合的模式,高校可在企业创立学生创业实践基地,学校本身也可以利用自身的优势创办一些实体,为学生提供创业实战演*场所,提供工商、税收、信贷、项目评估审批等一门式服务,提供信息咨询、资产评估、财务顾问、产权交易等各类中介服务。同时,配备由创业成功企业家组成的创业导师,使大学生在创业过程中享受到免费的陪伴式辅导。所有服务措施都为了学生的创业活动与企业之间形成良好的互动,使学生的创业成果尽快产业化。
第四，大力加强创业教育师资培训和创业咨询师队伍建设。
历时八天的创训营就这样拉下了帷幕，陪伴了我们一个月的周六周日的课程带给我了关于创新创业思想的一个初印象，不同于传统的课堂授课方式，这门课程给我留下最深刻的印象的是其富有创新与革新的新思想、新方法与新的思考问题的角度。
学会团队合作，这是教给我的第一课，这个思想也贯穿了这门课程的全过程，来自不同专业、不同年级的我们随机被分到了各个小组，开始了小组的协作与配合，利用课堂上生动鲜明的理论知识，我们发挥着各自的优势，模拟着企业运营，通过对企业六大职能的模拟分配，我们在不知不觉中灵活的掌握了企业运行的思路，了解到了企业发展的模式与思路。这一过程，对尚未接触社会，对企业了解仅存在于网络上的只言片语的我们而言，是宝贵且新颖的。通过各位老师的辛勤工作和热心引领下，创新与创业的精髓在这八天内向我们充分展示了出来。
作为一名大三的学生，不同于大一同学初入学的迷惘，大学期间，留给我们探索的时间并不多了，我们的每一步抉择都需要去考虑对未来的发展的影响，因而，有幸从众多报名者中获得这一次宝贵的机会，我倍感珍惜，积极参与了课堂的各个环节，也在这一过程，内化了各种新思想，开拓着自己的眼界，课堂的书本知识为我们今后的发展奠定了坚实的理论基础，而来自企业的佼佼者们用他们的经验与无私奉献向我们展示了真实的职场状况，将缺乏实际经验的我们推向了一个更高的维度，给仍有困惑和迷惘的我提供了一个新的方向，参加过本次创训营，各位老师热情投入，都给我留下了深刻的印象，从最基本的时间观念到创业思路的精髓，这门课程带给我的震撼不仅仅局限于丰富新奇的名词，更多是细节上的处处把握。
去年年底开始，创业热在大陆开始迅速升温，大学生作为国家期待的创业主体，其受到的关注与关照尤其明显，这种情况，也就将担任创业教育的教师推到了尴尬的境地。
从这个大背景来分析，国内对创业的重视，绝非仅仅为解决大学生就业的权宜之计，而是有较深层次的原因。1947年，哈佛大学商学院梅斯教授以MBA学员为对象开设创业课程，但其后二三十年中，以大企业为主流的经济，使得创业教育发展惨淡。1979年，大卫伯奇的研究《工作产生过程》，以翔实的数据否定了大型企业是经济支柱和创造新就业机会主体的论断，揭示创业对创造新工作机会、推动经济发展的重大意义，引发了**和高等教育界对创业重要性的大讨论，随后，美国高校创业教育获得了快速发展。20世纪80年代之后，科技创新和创业成为经济发展的两翼，科技创业教育的兴起更是在一定程度上早就了美国新经济的“奇迹”。
*期，我国提出经济新常态的概念，在资源有限、经济总体容量基本保持不变的背景下，激发个体寻找机会，重新整合资源，也成为了**的选择。
然而，我国的情况与美国科技创业教育还存在一些差异。在科技发展方面有差异，在文化背景方面也存在差异，但在创业基础教育方面差异更大。在美国，商业意识的教育起于高中甚至更早，而我国的学生，在商业意识方面的教育趋*于零。也就是说，对我国普通高校的大学生而言，进行科技创业教育固然重要，但进行基本的商业意识的启迪，尤为重要。
国内外创业教育的现状与趋势是什么?创业，是否是一门学问?理论基础与研究方法是什么?我们是否有资格进行创业教育?这种资格如何获取?大学中创业教育的内容与社会上的创业教育内容与形式有何异同?如何衡量我们创业教育的成果?这些都是我想从台湾两位专家那里请教的问题。
首先，我了解到，创业升温，不是我国独有的一种现象。从欧美国家到亚洲的韩国、新加坡，均在*几年推出了一系列促进创业的政策，而台湾地区，**部门中有13个部会推出了48个促进创业的计划。在美国，MIT的创业教育《打造企业的黄金24法则》、斯坦福的精益创业是两大流派，百森商学院的创业课程很有特色，新生代创业模式画布非常实用。台湾交通大学的创业生态系统提供了一个完整的创业教育模型，十多年的创业孵化器以及完整的孵化体系令人羡慕，开展的诸多创业活动令人神往。完整的课程体系、强有力的校内支持使得交通大学有很强的潜力。
其次，对于创业的认识进一步深化。创业有很多定义，但个人感觉，创业，是一个人或者团队，将人的行为或社会活动转变为具有价值的经济活动，并能从中持续获利的初始过程。到目前为止，个人感觉创业还很难称之为一个独立的学科。主要原因是，虽然研究对象日渐清晰，但研究方法还难以明确，虽然总结出了很多规律，但难以通过实验去验证。但是，这并不意味着创业不能研究，不能发展，只是还需要积累。目前，文献法、案例法、观察法都可以揭示很多创业规律。与创业相关的学科有很多，但基本是：经济学、心理学、管理学。
因为其相关学科很多，所以大学在选择课程时，需要有针对性。主要原则有：
第一，因为受到学时数量的限制，社会中能提供更专业课程的不必细讲，例如，财务管理、人力资源等等。
第二，课程的目标，不应是学生马上去创立企业，而应该是根据所学内容对自己进行评估。第三，就教学形式而言，应该是传授内容与实践操作相结合，偏重于体验。第四，应该将授课对象设定为普通高校，而非重点高校的大学生，以培养他们的意识，而不是依靠高科技创业。
第三，创业教育应达到怎样的效果呢?对于讲授主体而言，在校教师与创业者相结合或许更为理想，笔者最*曾就效果问题询问过投资机构人士。用比喻来讲，他们希望接受过创业教育的同学，能够在头脑中形成一幅创业地图，也就是说，对创业这件事情有个全局性的概念。还能意识到自己在地图中所处的位置，要到达的位置，并对行动时所需要的资源，应该具备的心态有所了解或掌握。而这些资源，或者一些具体的技能，如产品设计，营销，财务，法务等，未必要作为课程的重点，因为各个投资机构基本都有专家级的培训。
最后，对于创业教育成果的衡量问题。交通大学创业孵化园的历史很悠久，开展了很多活动，但其中在校生参与的非常积极，但在校生创业的成果好像还没有成规模的出现。创业教育好像开始于20xx年，正如老师所讲，课程的效果是培养学生对创业的兴趣，对成果不宜过于强求。这也是我国目前相关部门及高校应警醒的方面，应该认识到，对于创业知识的普及很重要，但对创业及自身有所了解后，未必要选择创业。因此，不能仅将创业成功率作为衡量标准。
在聆听专家教育之余，各高校老师也就创业教育进行了交流，有一些心得。
首先，对从事创业教育的我们而言，危机与挑战并存。一般高校的创业教育几乎一片空白，但通过仁能达提供的机会，使得我们对重点高校进行创业教育的模式有了全面的了解，掌握了一定的主动性。大家可能对航空公司的案例还有印象，在案例中，只注意高端市场的航空公司，基本都消失了。做个类比，创业教育，目前在重点高校中开展较好，但未来一定会出现在一般院校中。
其次，我们要做好创业教育这件事情，应该具备互联网思维的意识，即关注用户(大学生)，吸引粉丝(大学生、企业方面、**等各方面人士)，众筹思维(可以是课程、更可以是创业项目)，无边界的联系(不必受地域的限制，通过虚拟团队，为创业团队提供机会)，社会化传播。
最后，建议大家珍惜这个*台，以此为起点，做好创业教育。目前，创业教育在一线城市发展较快，机会较多，但好像也出现了类似产能过剩的情况，很多项目和理念的推广，需要地方的支持;而在地方上，大学生可能有这方面的需求，但得不到相关资源。希望这个*台能在一定程度上解决这个问题。如果需要，笔者愿意在这些方面提供一定资源。
通过大学创新创业这门课程，我们主要学*了三个主要内容：创业的基础、创业的历程、体会与建议。创业的历程举了GIS这个例子，包括市场，发展趋势，营销策略，这让我对创新创业这个课题有了更深刻的认识和理解。
科技创新就是一个运用先进新知识和新技术、新工艺，采用新的生产方式和经营管理模式，开发新产品，提高产品质量，提供新服务的过程。作为21世纪当代大学生，我觉得我们每一位大学生都应该具备有创新精神，创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力，在市场竞争激烈、产品生命周期短、技术突飞猛进的今天，不创新，就会灭亡。创新是企业生存的根本，是发展的动力，是成功的保障。在今天，创新能力已成了国家的核心竞争力，也是企业生存和发展的关键，是企业实现跨越式发展的第一步。同时也让我们在校期间让自己得到了锻炼，为以后自己在就业、创业的路途上铺上了垫脚石。
在现今的大学生就业困难，需要创新创业，需要新的市场，随着我国高校办学规模和招生规模的扩大，高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻，毕业生占到新增就业岗位的一多半。在这样的`情况下，所以我们必须创新创业。
一、明确目的
在我看来，大学生创新创业不等同于赚钱，我认为创新创业是一种乐趣，是一种学*的过程，是一个锻炼能力，获取经验的过程。创新并不一定是轰轰烈烈的，有时一个小细节、一个小想法就可以改变一个企业的命运。创业绝不能有自我满足的时候，要时时有危机感，不能有一次失误，哪怕是出一次事故，那你辛辛苦苦建立起来的名声就没有了，创业并不是一帆风顺的，要让别人接受你的产品，靠嘴巴说是没有用的。创业不能盲目，在创业前一定要进行全面细致的市场调查，是从事自己熟悉的领域。
二、明确目标
创业，不是只靠一腔热血，而是要有一定的基础。准备充分，做起事来才能事半功倍。俗话说“不打无准备之战”，要做创新创业，必须扎扎实实做好充分准备和知识的不断积累。首先非常重要的一点就是明确自己要做什么，在创新创业课程中，我们学*到选择行业的若干原则：
1、必须是喜欢的产品，能够不断保持激情;产品及所在行业有广阔的前景，产品是不断增值的。
2、所选行业及产品要有个性，只与一部分人群做生意即可;可以复制并可以做大。
3、能发挥自己的天赋和特长。
4、朝阳产业，成长性高，能长期发展。
5、有一定区域垄断性，我的地盘我做主，避免低层次的竞争。
6、苦点累点没关系，但投资不能太大，滚动发展。
针对以上的原则，我觉得选择自己比较感兴趣的行业或者是与专业相关的行业，关键在于新颖，创新，或者也可以是借鉴别人做过的事业，但有一点必须注意的就是，不是按部就班，而是必须突出自己所做的创新之处，从新的切入，也就是所谓的旧瓶装新酒。其次，要善于掌握机会并学会放弃机会，做力所能及的事情。因为总是做超越自己能力的事情，只会打击自信心和积极性;同时要有创新精神，例如我要卖一件衣服，另一家店也在卖和自己相同款式的衣服，那么我应该怎么办呢，是不是应该采取一些措施，创新要简单、实用、能操作，就像前几年的牛仔裤一样，破洞的嘻哈风格风靡一时，也许这种风格是来自一些裤子破了，厂家又无法对这些服饰采取好的方法处理而得出的一种解决方法，这不是一种创新吗，最终的盈利比之前的翻好几倍吧。
三、必备条件
创业只要有激情就能成功的年代已经过去。大学生创业往往白手起家的居多，经不起反复的失败和折腾。摸着石头过河，显然不能成为我们的选择。所以创业应该从自己的实际情况出发，做实际情况能做到的事情，资金少，就要做资金少的工作，创业应该是一个摸索自己所在行业套路的过程，不在于资金的多少，而在于怎样根据自己的实际情况出发，去选择创业。
一个成功的创业者所谓的“天分”，主要是靠在创业的实践中培养出来的。不仅包括思想方法、知识和智慧、经验和技能、品格和气质、风度，更重要的是做人的品行、人格、心态和为人的心胸。
第一，必须具有影响他人的能力，就是能够让合伙人、周边员工心甘情愿地跟随自己去为理想而奋斗。
第二，创业者应具有激励他人的能力。一个可以调动团队潜能的领军人物，才可以焕发团队每个人的事业激情，才可以振奋人心。只有这样的团队才有生命力和活力。
第三，创业者必须有非常清晰的使命感和远景目标。一个没有方向的创业者是没有办法成功的，所以使命和目标是成功的第一步。也就是说，应有一个清晰的企业发展和成长的蓝图，同时要有能力制定实现目标的战略和途径。
第四，面对激烈的市场竞争，需要有较好的决策能力。因为，光把事情做好或是把企业管理好是远远不够的，考验成败的关键是能否做正确的事情，也就是必须做正确的决策。外面的诱惑很多，机会也太多，而一不小心就可能掉入盲目决策的陷阱。
第五，必须有整合资源的能力。企业的资源不仅是人、财、物，还包括知识、时间、智慧组合、公共关系等无形的要素。如果没有把资源整合在一起的能力就会失去竞争的优势和先机。
第六，必须具备应付变革的能力。创业者是否可以在激烈的市场竞争环境下，突破自己固有的思维局限，挑战自己以往的成功模式和战略手段，是考验创业者心理素质和魄力的重要环节。不断否定自己，突破自己，战胜自己，向自己挑战，向明天挑战，才有机会成为未来的佼佼者。
大学生有创业热情，但由于经验欠缺、能力不足、意识偏差等原因，导致创业成功率明显偏低。眼高手低、纸上谈兵是大学生很容易陷入的误区。因为他们长期呆在校园里，对社会缺乏了解，特别在市场开拓、企业运营上经验相当匮乏。因此，大学生创业前要有充分的准备，一方面，靠在企业打工或者实*，来积累相关的管理和营销经验;另一方面，靠参加创业培训，积累创业知识，接受专业指导，为自己充电，以提高创业成功率。用智力换资本，这是大学生创业的特色之路。一些风险投资家往往就因为看中大学生所掌握的先进技术，而愿意对其创业计划进行资助。

People with different personalities, backgrounds and interests will have different opinions on what an ideal job is. To choose an ideal job and prepare for it is a long way for everybody.
For me, my ideal job position would be in arts management. Im quite interested in music but Id like to broaden my perspective a bit. I would like to work in a company concerning arts and having wide room for my development, i envision working in the city, but probably in a city that has lots of green and open spaces. I need to be able to reach the mountains in a couple of hours, so I think that the suburbs of Beijing are suitable. I would like to be professional at work.
