灌肠是用荞面为主料制成的一种面食品，其形状与烧饼相似，只是中间稍厚，四周略薄。
在榆次，以猪血灌肠最为出名。其原料以荞面和猪血为主，猪血灌肠吃起来鲜香可口，颜色为浅褐色，软中有韧而富有弹性。

不知是做久了，熟练了，还是别的什么。只见拉面师傅神色从容，动作敏捷。他手里的削刀，被他运用的极为灵活。不得不佩服的是，一快简单的削刀，一堆面粉，在他的手里，居然可以削出一片片大小差不多，却有薄的如纸蝉翼般的面鱼来。师傅左手抓着面团，右手拿着削刀。不停地削着，右手在面团上一划，出来的面鱼小巧可人，落在高汤里，活像畅游在水中的小鱼。也许，这就是它被称为"面鱼"的原因吧。消出来的面鱼，两头尖尖，中间则宽宽的，一点也不失谐调。乍眼一看，锅里已经有满满一锅的面鱼了。令人胃口大开，真想赶紧品尝这美味，呵。没一会儿功夫，一碗刀削面便出锅了。远远的，就已经闻到了刀削面的味道。我想，这碗刀削面一定不矢为一碗美味。

2011年的大年初八，我和妈妈，姐姐坐火车来到了中国历史文化名城——山西运城。第一站，我们到的是有“中国死海”之称的盐湖。听当地人讲，盐湖夏天产盐，冬天产硝。夏天盐湖水是热的而到了冬天却不结冰。
现在的盐湖不仅是产盐了，而且成为一个风景优美的旅游度假景区。这里有三项值得玩的项目：温泉洗浴，盐水漂浮，黑泥养生。我最感到神奇的是盐水漂浮。一个人*躺在水中，居然能漂在水面上，不往下沉。连我姐姐那么丰满的身体都能漂起来，悠然自得漂来漂去。黑泥也很有意思，把黑黑的泥抹在身上，脸上，胳膊上，腿上，互相一看，哈哈，只露出两只眼睛，都像从非洲来的人。太好玩了。
