Everyone has some experience that he can't forget. For me, the most memorable experience was part of the English conversation test. This happened about three years ago when I had to take an English exam, including conversation, to get to the United States.

任务：泛读主要作为阅读课的课后作业，在课下进行，但它却是整节阅读课的一个重要的、必不可少的组成部分。这一阶段的主要任务是通过学生自由阅读活动，进一步培养提高阅读速度和理解能力，掌握阅读方法和技巧，还可复*和掌握许多常用的词语和语法现象。
一直在反思，我该如何要求他们?一直以来，我都是以快乐来衡量一个课堂，如果说他们在课堂中体会到了快乐，那么我觉得我就成功了!可是现在，突然明白，其实教学更重要的是对学生的一种责任!我除了给孩子快乐，我还给了他们什么呢?
反思自己的教学，反思学生的基础，也许最应该做的还是改变自己的想法，不能高估了自己，更不能高估了自己的学生，有时学生并没有自己想象中的那么优秀，而自己，要学*的地方也是很多很多!
以前听过一句话，你对孩子有什么样的要求，孩子就会给你什么样的回馈，一直以来都不相信，可是现在相信了，记得在一个班里拼命地强调读英语的重要性，并且时刻叮嘱着他们，后来发现那个班任务完成的最早，要知道一开始我以为他们完不成的'，可是他们还是都做到了，是的，有时候是该放手严格要求他们的!
英语的学*是狠抓句型及单词，因此，每天早上要求学生抽出一定时间开口读英语，锻炼口语能力，熟悉课文。在班级选出读音规范的科代表，由教师指导培养好科代表。而且教师经常巡视和抽测，使学生不知不觉巩固所学*的单词;要求每节课前学生听写十个单词，必须做到完全正确。既要学*新知识，又要巩固旧知识，得到两面照顾，不能松懈。保证所学的单词的正确记忆，为对话练*及书写打下基础，保证单词的正确性，提高听力的准确性。除抓句型及单词外，还要为学生区分易混、易错的地方，使学生心中有数，提高叛断应变能力。
学*英语是循序渐进的，每个阶段都不能松懈。因此，教学过程中要注意培养、辅导中、下等生，让他们能跟得上，打好基础，以后的学*才能顺利通过。
总之，今后继续加强对教材的钻研，学*先进的教学方法，让学生学得更轻松，真正做到“Itisfun,itiseasy.”从而取得更大进步。
本学期我担任初三级68班英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学*，深入研究教法，虚心学*。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。
一、备好课，备好学生，上好课。
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况：
一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，同学比较沉静，中等生极少，尖子生几乎没有。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的.同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。
备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。
二、激发学生学*兴趣。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学*英语。因为只有英语水*提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。
三、注重听、说、读、写全面发展。
英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学*成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复*，考试后进行学科总结。在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在差生辅导上。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导后进生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何提高本班的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向别人学*，争取进步。
阅读教学可以在不同阶段，根据不同的教学目标而采取不同的教学形式。
一、限时默读
任务：培养学生快速默读的能力。教师在讲桌上放一个大闹钟。在学生默读时教师巡视全班学生，进行个别指导，重点帮助后进生学会从上下文猜测生词和不理解的句子意义。
步骤：
1.教师布置任务：5分钟内读完本文，划出所叙述的主要人物和主要活动情节。
2.熟悉课文有关的背景知识。根据标题或插图理解本文大意，并提出一至两个问题。
3.学生粗读，并找出答案。
4.检查答案，鼓励学生大胆举手回答问题。教师做出简短讲评。
在进行快速默读时，要求学生注意力要高度集中，保持室内安静，为避免学生出声阅读，开始时可让学生口含干净之物，指导学生依靠眼睛逐行阅读，克服回视*惯，避免头部摆动，避免停下来查找生词词义。初中学生初学英语阅读时，不把词、句译成汉语，便觉得理解不彻底。为此教师要指导学生带着Who? Whom? Which? How? When? Where? 等基本问题去读，让他们通过阅读实践体会到这些词的解决办法便是理解，用带着词读的*惯代替翻译阅读*惯。
二、精读
任务：引导学生理解课文的词句，分析篇章结构，掌握文章的思想内容，作者要表达的信息以及做读书笔记等，进而培养学生独立阅读的能力。这一阶段采用民主讨论、自由发言的教学模式，启发学生大胆发言。
步骤：
1.学生再仔细阅读一遍课文。利用课文解释逐句逐段地理解课文大意，找出新的词、词组、句型和无法理解的语言点。
2.引导学生运用基础语法知识分析长、难句的结构，理解句子的意思。如确定句子类型，理解关联词的意思，识别起着承转合作用的关联词。
3.进行逐段阅读，找出每段的中心句(一般在句首或句末)和大意以及上下文的逻辑联系，并编写提纲。
在这阶段，应加强指导学生如何做笔记，如：把课文中的常用词语、重要内容或对自己有用的知识，用笔记或卡片记下来，既能丰富和扩大词汇，帮助复*，也有利于提高阅读和写作能力。
三、听读结合
任务：通过训练学生听和朗读的能力，来操练巩固新语言材料。学生听录音(或教师的范读)并朗读段落篇章，不仅能帮助理解，还能帮助记忆。
步骤：
首先，让学生看着课文轻轻跟着录音读。然后，让学生不看课文轻轻跟读。最后，让学生放声朗读。朗读时，要灵活运用齐声朗读(全部或部分)、个别朗读、伴随情景朗读、表情朗读等几种方式，同时，还要注意讲解有关的朗读知识，培养学生整句理解和朗读能力。
四、读说结合
任务：培养学生连贯自如地表达思想，进行口语交际的能力，从而进一步操练和巩固课文所学知识。
步骤：
1.就课文回答，采用师问生答、生问师答、生生互相问答的方式，也可进行分组问答比赛。提问类型：特殊疑问句、一般疑问句、多种答案选择和是非题等。提问内容多层次：真实性问题和评论性问题。
2.用英语口头解释课文。教师可请学生解释读过或听过的一段课文。
3.复述课文。复述课文中含有语言点的句子和复述整篇课文的内容。引导方式：提纲、关键词、图表、及图画等。要防止背诵，启发学生将注意力集中在课文内容上。可用角色表演(对话体课文或剧本)和讲故事(故事性课文)形式复述课文。
五、读写结合
任务：达到消化课文中的语言知识，运用课文中的语言材料进行写的技能训练，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
步骤：
1.进行课文细节内容的笔头训练。可采用问答题、是非题、选择题或组句成段(文)等形式。
2.进行课文整体把握的笔头训练。写段意、主题思想、缩写与仿写或将学过的课文改编后进行听、写或填写测验等形式。
3.进行新语言点的笔头训练。可采用释义、造句、合句或拆句、句型转换等形式。
在阅读课上，只要根据实际情况，选取其中最合适的某些方面进行写的训练即可，没有必要面面俱到。
六、泛读

我喜欢打排球，它是我最喜欢的体育运动。自从两年前我在体育课上了学*了排球之后，我就疯狂地喜欢上了它。因此，我和我的排球老师学*。半年后，我加入了校排球队。这是一支很棒的队伍，我过得很精彩。每天下午，我都和队友们一起训练。我们一起打了很多比赛，通过排球，我也认识到了团结和团队精神的重要性。只要我们团结在一起，就能战胜任何对手。我会永远珍惜对排球的热爱。
节约用水 Saving Water
One day, when I was washing my hands, my mother came to me and told me that I should not wash my hands with so much water. Until then did I realize that I had the habit of wasting water.In some cities, people even can’t not take a shower every day. From then on, I start to save water.
有一天，当我正在洗手的时候，我的.妈妈向我走来，她告诉我说不应该用那么多的水洗手。直到那时候，我才意识到我养成了浪费水的*惯。在一些地方，人们甚至还不能够每天洗澡。从那个时候起，我开始节约用水。
It’s hard to make friends if you stay alone all the time. It’s easier to make friends when you have similar interests.
Don’r be afraid to show people what you are really good at. Talk about the things you like and do best.
Look at people in the eyes when you talk to them.
Be a good listner. Let people talk about themselves before talking about yourself.
Be friendly to a lot of people. Try to help your friends when they are in trouble because a friend in need is a friend indeed. That way you’ll have a bigger group to choose from and have more chances to make friends.
I like playing volleyball that its my favorite sport. Since I learned to play volleyball in PE two years ago, I was badly interested in it. Therefore, I learned it with my volleyball teacher. And half a year later, I joined the school volleyball team. Its such an excellent team that I have a great time. I practice with my team mates every afternoon. And we have played many matches together. Except the awards we get, I cherish the precious affection between me and team mates and volleyball. And playing volleyball makes me realize how important of union and teamwork. As long as we unit together, we can beat any opponents. I will always cherish my love to volleyball.
