小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但不能单靠唱歌游戏去学*，因为培养兴趣主要是为了学*英语。则只有不断学到语言知识，提高语言能力，满足他们的成就感，才可能培养持久的兴趣。而目前小学生每周只有100多分钟的英语课，单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学*英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学*语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学*中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学*能力，也难减轻学*负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学*。不断反思，集体讨论，积极了解讯息是我们现代教师必须作到的功课
小学三年级英语这一课充分体现了英语新课标理念，从知识目标来说，本课的教学对象是三年级的学生，考虑到孩子刚开始学*英语，所以本课教学以激发学生的学*兴趣，培养学生良好的学**惯为目的。以为三年级的孩子以具体形象思维为主，所以我努力为学生创设一种学*情境，让学生在一种宽松、民主、和谐的氛围中学*新单词、新句型。考虑到三年级的孩子已学过四个星期的英语了，有了一定的基础，所以在组织课堂教学时，始终采用英语，让学生完全沉浸在一种英语的学*氛围中，同时也以这种氛围感染每一个学生，大胆开口说英语。
在本课教学中做得不足的是部分同学把单词green 和 black的发音发的不好，教师应在多数同学错误发音后立即进行纠正，有些同学的歌唱的也不是很到位。在以后模块的教学中还应经常复*和操练。
本课是第三单元第三课时，是一节词汇教学课。本课教学目标主要有三方面：
知识目标：使学生理解并掌握五个单词：cat 、dog、pig、sheep、horse

“大转盘”游戏极大地调动了学生的兴趣和积极性，活跃了课堂气氛，同时及时巩固了所学内容，体现了“寓教于乐”“玩中学”的'轻松教学氛围;“听声音猜动物”游戏是对前面所学的再次巩固，同时通过了解动物的叫声又为下一步的歌曲教学打下了良好的铺垫，是一个承上启下的环节。
三、坚持词不离句
整节课的教学充分体现了词汇教学倡导的词不离句的理念，作到了“学后用，用中学”。
当然在这节课的教学中也存在着一些不足之处，我感觉较为明显的就是在能力提升操练环节中，要求学生就自己喜欢的动物与伙伴进行交流，由于准备时间较短，而且学生掌握词汇有限，所以有一部分学生并没有积极地进行语言交流。经过反思我觉得这一环节如果分不同层次操练的话，可能收效会更好。另外，在和学生一起演唱歌曲时，我一边唱歌一边指黑板上贴的动物图片，当唱到pig时我却错指了dog，可见我对歌曲中几种动物出现的顺序还不太熟悉，这是不应该出现的错误，我以后要多加注意，避免再发生类似错误。我也会在以后的教学中更加严谨认真，不断完善，不断提高。

在教学活动中，我发现了三年级小学生喜表扬、好游戏、爱新奇的心理特点，因此我尝试着引入了“五角星”奖励机制，反馈效果很好。学生们在教师的不断教学“诱”导下，通过努力学*，获得了知识，增长了能力，也获得评价的标志——五角星，同学们喜不自禁、跃跃欲试，家长们也很高兴和认可。学生学*的兴趣提高了，学*能力也有了，教学质量也随之提高了。
那么，“五角星”代表了什么？哪些学生能得到“五角星呢？
“五角星”代表了一种能力的一个分值，而学生的能力是有优劣差异的。优等生能力强、学的快；“学困生”能力差、接受能力弱。不同的学生定出不同的得“五角星”标准，这样一来，人人都有能得到“五角星”的机会和能力，也会继续为得到“五角星”而努力，因为“五角星”之后，还有更受学生喜爱的标志——红苹果等着他们去获取：得十颗（“学困生”六颗）就可以换一个小苹果。
另外我还根据不同的能力点，设计了其它各异的精美的小标志：当学生模仿发音或读课文语音语调相当准确时，或当学生和其他同学自编自演的对话表演成功时，都可获得一枚标志。每个学*板快的奖励标志都不一样，而这些标志都代表一定的分值，到了期末就拿这些小标志来统计学生的成绩，学生们的兴趣也浓了，学*也努力了，也知道如何学*了。
哪些孩子能得到“五角星”呢？（只要他们在课堂教学中有以下任意一方面的表现都能得到“五角星”）
1、不敢说英语的却张口说了；
2、*时不敢举手，这次举手回答问题了；
3、回答问题时没用书上的；
4、能听懂其它学生回答问题时出错的地方，并能改正错误的；
5、看图能复述句子的；
6、能自编问人、问物的对话的；
7、能坚持每天听录音，流利朗读课文的；
8、能听录音做课堂练*册，做的基本正确的；
9、能很快学会教师所教的语句并说的很准确的学生；
10、能听出并模仿教师或录音机播放的录音的；
11、能模仿教师或录音机的准确语调和语句的；
12、能根据教师的身体语言，说出英语语句的意思的学生。等等。
刚开始时，不要定过高的目标，要立足于“人人参与、人人得益”的原则，这样才能做到全面提高，逐步发展。这样学生在教学中就可以学会学*，掌握学*方法，从而达到教学目的，他们要想得到“五角星”就要为得到“五角星”去听讲英语、听说对话、听录音机，去培养自己的各种能力。日积月累，坚持下去学生们的能力就形成了。学生得到了“五角星”，既是奖品又是评估的分值，又培养了能力，真可谓“一箭三雕”。通过引入“五角星”的奖励机制，课堂教学的气氛活跃了，爱举手发言了，敢说话了，能编对话，学困生也敢举手回答问题了；大多数学生在家听录音了，也读课文了。学生学*的积极性提高了，听说能力和交际能力也提高了，学生学*成绩也有了显著的提高。
下面就这段时间的教学进行一下反思和总结。
一、调动学生积极性，保护学生的学*兴趣。
三年级的学生年龄小，生性好动，注意力容易分散，老师掌控课堂有一定难度。课堂上实物和图片教学很重要，课前教师还总是要挖空心思设计教学情境及游戏活动以吸引学生，另外在教每一单元的Storytime时，我经常安排几个有家长课前辅导的小朋友进行表演，声情并茂的小故事情景孩子们非常喜欢，也很想亲自参与到故事表演中，于是激发了他们学会语句的愿望，很快在故事中找到适合自己的角色进行表演，这样锻炼了小朋友的英语说话能力。
二、对教学中的一点改进。
三年级的学生，求知欲强，尤其是对感兴趣的，直观的事物更是如此。虽然课堂上感觉效果很好，但是课后反馈却很不理想。通过第一次的单元测试，我终于找到了问题的所在.孩子们虽然会说，也能跟着磁带读下来，但是真给他（她）出示一个句子或单词的时候，却不能读出来，并且也不知道汉语意思。针对这一情况，在以后的教学中我注意改变教学策略，在要求学生跟着磁带读对话和单词的时候，要求学生指读，（要求读到哪指到哪，老师随时检查），男女生分角色读或个人读等方式，尽量避免学生偷懒，读滑句的现象；并且把每节课的内容都写到黑板上，并对应上汉语解释，让学生不仅会说，会听，而且还要会读，并且知道汉语意思。当然，仅有课上工夫还不够，毕竟英语是门语言，要多说，多读，多听，多练。那么在课下，就要求学生听磁带，读课文，然后让家长签字来进行监督。一般每学完一个Part，我就会对学生进行检查，检查学生的完成情况，并对基础差的学生进行及时辅导。
三．积极探索并采取行之有效的方法进行教学。
怎样能长时间的保持学生的学*积极性，我想是每个教师都会思考的问题。我认为对学生进行表扬和奖励是一个不错的办法。但怎样去表扬去奖励才能发挥最大的作用呢，仍需要进行不断的思考和实践。
初中英语教学反思核心素养是学生应具备的适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键本事。它的作用在于为处在本阶段的学生下一个阶段的发展和成长奠定基础。学科核心素养是核心素养在特定学科(或学*领域)的具体化，是核心素养落地的抓手，所以培养学科核心素养对于提升学生的整体素质尤为重要。就英语这门学科而言，核心素养包括语言本事、文化品格、思维品质和学*本事四个方面，要求学生学会用英语做事;了解各国文化内涵，尊重文化差异，汲取西方文化精华，同时发扬本国的优秀文化;用英语进行多元思维活动，锻炼思辨本事和创新本事;在英语学*中学会运用各种学*策略，如元认知策略、认知策略、交际策略和情感策略等。语法是英语这门语言的重要组成部分之一，也为英语课堂活动的实施供给基础的支撑，语法学*能够看作是透彻掌握这门语言的方式之一。就初中生的英语教学而言，语法教学有助于学生掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听说读写技能，构成用英语与他人交流的本事，为今后继续学*奠定基础。另外，经过某些别出心裁的语法教学形式和活动又能够让学生在语法学*中领略到文化的魅力，锻炼思辨本事、创新本事和提高学*本事。所以，初中阶段的语法教学对于培养学生的核心素养意义重大。

法教学时，经过联系生活创设情境，情境的设置能够经过话题的形式来进行。经过参考中考话题，了解学生需要掌握的话题，再结合学生的兴趣、感情、生活经验等确定能够与他们引起共鸣的话题，然后把语法知识与话题结合，让学生在这种自然而然的现实生活情境中学会语法知识，体验和使用英语语言。比如，此刻的初中生大多都有外出旅游的经历，对于家庭条件好的学生来说，初中阶段已经去过很多国家。他们有旅游的经验和对一些著名景点的感受。当在谈论旅游这个话题时，能够邀请学生介绍他们去过的旅游胜地和当地的风土人情，在此过程中会涉及到情态动词should和描述风土人情的形容词，所以在旅游这个话题下，教师能够把这两个语法项目融入一堂语法课。

然后，告诉同学们，去国外旅游是件大事，他们的父母想陪伴他们一齐去玩，可是父母对这个国家不是很了解，为了玩得安全玩得高兴，在出国之前，他们得根据父母想明白的资料对这个国家进行介绍，并且对于父母的某些旅游想法给出提议，提出旅行中的注意事项，最终商量制定出最佳旅行方案。让他们两两对话，一个扮演孩子，一个扮演父母。这是在情境中口头使用所学语法资料。最终，让学生把他们的旅行方案和注意事项付诸笔头，经过写的形式再次巩固所学语法知识并且也培养了学生的思维本事和学*本事。
第三，要促进学生学科核心素养的构成，学科教师要具备学科素养和教育素养，要有智慧有魅力，“深入浅出”、见解读到、知识广博，能够游刃有余，循循善诱，使课堂散发魅力。反观自我的教学，虽然深爱所教学科，能够尽可能多地联系和联想，但还是做不到趣味和游刃有余，使课堂散发磁性和魅力。对于初中英语情境教学而言，教师要促进学生学科核心素养的构成，首先需要吃透课本和教材以及课程目标，挖掘出英语语法学*的精髓，其次要经过独特的眼光和视角去设置情境，让学生在最短的时光内学到最核心的资料，英语语法课堂也是语言课堂，教师需要巧妙设置层层深入的语境来深化语法知识，促进学生最高效的学*。在这期间，教师的语言、表情、手势都能够极具感染力。置身情境之中的教师会不自觉地影响着同学们投身情境之中。

然后，告诉同学们，去国外旅游是件大事，他们的父母想陪伴他们一齐去玩，可是父母对这个国家不是很了解，为了玩得安全玩得高兴，在出国之前，他们得根据父母想明白的资料对这个国家进行介绍，并且对于父母的某些旅游想法给出提议，提出旅行中的注意事项，最终商量制定出最佳旅行方案。让他们两两对话，一个扮演孩子，一个扮演父母。这是在情境中口头使用所学语法资料。最终，让学生把他们的旅行方案和注意事项付诸笔头，经过写的形式再次巩固所学语法知识并且也培养了学生的思维本事和学*本事。
第三，要促进学生学科核心素养的构成，学科教师要具备学科素养和教育素养，要有智慧有魅力，“深入浅出”、见解读到、知识广博，能够游刃有余，循循善诱，使课堂散发魅力。反观自我的教学，虽然深爱所教学科，能够尽可能多地联系和联想，但还是做不到趣味和游刃有余，使课堂散发磁性和魅力。对于初中英语情境教学而言，教师要促进学生学科核心素养的构成，首先需要吃透课本和教材以及课程目标，挖掘出英语语法学*的精髓，其次要经过独特的眼光和视角去设置情境，让学生在最短的时光内学到最核心的资料，英语语法课堂也是语言课堂，教师需要巧妙设置层层深入的语境来深化语法知识，促进学生最高效的学*。在这期间，教师的语言、表情、手势都能够极具感染力。置身情境之中的教师会不自觉地影响着同学们投身情境之中。
第四，核心素养构成的关键在于过程，所以情境语法教学评价也应强化过程性评价的反馈和纠正功能。比如，学生在语法课堂上的表现就是一种反馈，他到底会不会在情境中使用所学的语法知识，能不能够进行知识的迁移，都体现着他对语法知识的理解和理解程度。如果学生课堂上表现不好，当教师得到了反馈的时候，就需要及时给予学生机会进行纠正。比如，教师应当分析学生出现这种状况的原因，如果是情境设置不恰当，就需要立刻进行调整，如果是学生个人本事问题，那么就需要教师帮忙比如辅导，然后在第二天的课堂复*阶段重新给予这个同学进行展现的机会，或者针对性地布置书面作业，然后进行针对性改错。
本课的成功之处在于能联系生活实际，让学生自主学*本课课文，能完全尊重学生的兴趣，把自己当作“Ms Smart”,强调发挥学生的自主探究性。以情景导入，能激发学生的探索欲望，鼓励他们大胆的练*说英语，甚至可以把自己当作“小老师”，向一个学生提问，该生回答后再继续向其他同学提问。每个学生回答并提问后，鼓励全班或个别学生给予评价，引导学生拓展，同时为今后学好英语作铺垫。
但是也出现了不少问题:
1、在小组合作学*时，没能及时指导个别学生的正确发音及语调。这说明备课时“备学生”还不够，教师的适当指导对学生的兴趣影响特别大。
2、在整个授课过程中，我感觉课堂气氛很不活跃。这说明我课堂调控组织地不灵活，更缺乏生与生，师与生的互动。
今后，在英语教学过程中，我应积极采取补救措施，需要从各方面加以提高，具体情况从以下几个方面来严格要求自己
1、要先转变教学观念，继续学*新课程新理念，加强学*与英语教学有关的书籍，多向有经验的英语老师请教，系统设计教学。
2、要认真钻研教材，认真“备学生”，变“教教材”为“用教材”。
3、灵活组织课堂调控，激发学生学*英语的兴趣，培养学生的个性发展，营造气愤，使学生喜欢英语这门学科。
4、要使自己的教学方法灵活多样，体现新课程新理念的创新精神。
5、在学生的认知发展水*和已有的知识经验基础之上，帮助他们在自主学*过程中，真正掌握基本的日常口语，培养良好的学*英语的*惯，使学生明白知识来源于生活，教育孩子能在日常生活中运用所学知识。
