在我们的求学路上我们会遇到很多的老师，很多的好老师，在我们的学*和做人方面都教会我很多，在我曾经遇到过很多好老师中，最开明，最能够包容学生的，最能为学生着想的就是正在教授我们的英语老师。他从不摆老师的架子，*等地尊重每一个学生，从不轻易体罚学生，有时，某个学生调皮实在是太过分了，英语老师也只是皱着眉头，轻轻地敲一下课桌，这样一来，就有许多学生认为英语老师是软柿子了，结果可想而知，做出了许多荒唐可笑的事来。
英语老师上课是非常有特色的，标准的美式口语，千变万化的面部表情，富有激情的手势，我并不喜欢英语，但是很喜欢英语老师的课，就是为了享受老师那有趣的样子。他的脾气实在是太温和了，在他课堂上都不好意思违反纪律，因为那样实在太让人羞愧了。然而，也有不懂事的。有位同学竟公然在课堂上玩手机，由于操作失误发出了铃声。这铃声应该深深地伤害到了英语老师。他非常冷漠地说了一句：你们玩吧。这课也就用不着上了。说完，表情痛苦纠结地走出了教室。
那一节没有善终的课，让我的心情很沉重。我也曾在他的课堂上走过神，开过小差，也有小动作，一想到这些，我的眼泪都快下来了。
后来，我与英语课代表一起去向英语老师道歉，老师一摆手，说：没事，没事！他的宽容大度让我们更加羞愧，我对他油然产生了一种敬畏。
下一节课，英语老师竟然当众反省了自己错误，说自己太情绪化了，并向所有同学道歉，语重心长地同我们讲了许多心里话。他认为师生之间应该是*等的，他是这样说的，也是这样做的。能够向学生承认错误的老师已经不多见了，他却那样的真诚道歉。
他曾经对我说过这样的话，不要常常把自己与别人做比较，关键是自己要和自己比，努力了就行！
唯一不喜欢英语老师的一点，就是他特别爱抽烟，如果英语老师能戒烟，那该有多好呀！
这就是我的英语老师，一个让我们喜欢的老师。
上三年级的时候，在第一次英语课上，一位年轻的女老师向我们作了自我介绍，她姓王，英文名叫Candy，是我们的英语老师。
王老师和蔼可亲、温柔大方。她上课时大多面带笑容，只有当我们都答错问题的时候，才会显示出生气的样子，下课后又是笑容满面。我非常喜欢这种乐观的风格，热情的态度，它让我觉得师生之间没有距离感，老师就像大姐姐一样。从第一节课开始，我就喜欢上了Candy老师，也喜欢上了英语。
Candy老师的课讲得生动形象，丰富多彩。为了让我们学好英语，Candy用了很多方法。在学单词的时候，Candy经常利用谐音教我们记单词，比如把“home”理解为“家里有厚厚的母爱”；把“queen”理解为“女王因参与国家大事，很困”；把“hen”理解为“母鸡会下蛋，很厉害，所以读恨”……这些奇奇怪怪的解释经常让我们哄堂大笑，然而，正是在这个过程中，我记住了这些单词。
在教我们读课文的时候，在单词的发音和语句的顺序上，Candy经常故意出错，然后让我们纠正，如果回答正确，就会得到相应的奖励。为了能获奖，我经常主动回答问题，获得了很多小奖励，随着奖励的增多，我朗读和背诵英文的水*也在提高。
在课间休息的时候，为了缓解疲劳，劳逸结合，Candy经常引导我们玩游戏，自己也经常参与其中，和我们一起玩，走廊里经常响起一连串的笑声。
感谢您——Candy老师，您在教英语的同时，给我带来了很多的快乐，在我的心目中，您永远是一个好老师！
至今为止，教过我的老师有很多。每一位老师都有着与众不同的上课方式，这学期的英语老师——孙老师，更是与众不同。
孙老师个子不高，有点瘦，但这些都掩盖不了他的幽默细胞。他有时会用一些很有趣的语言来讲课或解释单词。有的同学犯了错误，他也是用幽默的言语来教育那位同学。就这样，在我们班的每节英语课上，几乎都能听见同学们欢快的笑声，而笑着笑着，知识就掌握了。
孙老师最让人叫绝的是他布置的作业。其他老师布置的作业基本上都是读、背、预*、复*，再加上 “三写”——抄写、听写、默写。而孙老师却经常标新立异，充分满足了我们的好奇心和探索兴趣。记得有一次，是星期五下午，孙老师刚上完英语课，开始布置周末家庭作业。我们照常拿出笔和本子记录“写一封介绍自己的信，以电子邮件的形式发给老师，这是老师的邮箱地址……”
“什么？居然要写一封电子邮件！”我惊讶极了，全班同学也是目瞪口呆。要知道，这在我们班可是“大姑娘上花轿——头一回呀！”没办法，师命不可违。下课铃一响，班上就像炸开了锅似的，同学们立刻焦急又紧张地讨论着，都在为这项“创新工程”出谋划策。星期一到了，一看，班上除了家里没有电脑的两个同学外，其他人都圆满地完成了创新任务。孙老师也兴高采烈地来到教室，掏出他的智能手机，打开邮箱，对着同学们发的电子邮件，用他那极度夸张的幽默语言逐一点评。不时引起全班同学一阵又一阵的笑声和掌声。同学们在轻松愉悦中，不仅操练了英语水*，而且还提高了计算机的应用能力，有人还因此多上了几次网，真是一举多得啊！
十年树木，百年树人。在我的成长过程中可能会遇到许多老师，但我坚信：孙老师一定是我终生难忘的一位好老师。
教我们英语的张老师，在她那瓜子脸上，一双眼睛里透出一股严肃的味道，小巧的鼻翼上架着一副眼镜，那椭圆的镜片更透出一股威严的滋味。不过，一看她，就知道她是一位教学有方的老师。
在临*期末考试时，语、数、外三门主科的作业也多了起来。上课时，我们都一副无精打采的样子，也不愿意举手发言。于是，张老师设计了一个男、女队ＰＫ。
规则是这样的：上课时，把男、女分为两队，做一个题目，正确的加一分，错误的不加分。上课表现不好扣一分。最后，分少的那一队多做一道题。
于是，英语课又开始活跃起来了。老师每提一个问题，教室里就汇成了一条“小手河”，一只只小手像一个个波浪，不停波动着。这不，一节英语课开始了！
这节英语课，男生、女生表现得都很好，在临*下课时，我们惊奇地发现，男女两队比分一样！那可怎么办？我们正在绞尽脑汁地想，老师那边已经有了答案：再出一道附加题好了。
这道附加题是这样的：Ｉ have a f______. “太简单了！”教室里呼声一片。老师问：“谁来呀？”“我！我！”“老师，选我！”“我来！”┅┅大家争先恐后地举起小手，我想：哎！现在这个样子，不知比以前那个样子好上多少倍！这个差距也太大了吧！
“李小红，你上来吧！”男生们听到这个女生的名字，并没有太大的反应，我知道他们在想什么：嘻！这个女孩*时成绩并不突出，肯定会写错的。我们还有机会！哦！让我们继续看那个女生的表现吧！
只见她手握白色粉笔，思考了一下，飞快地写下了“e 、v 、e 、r”。好像再慢一慢，这个答案就会从她脑袋里飞走了一样。她写完之后，回到了座位上。张老师拿起红色粉笔，打了一个大大的钩。
“哈哈！”“太棒了！”女生们的高兴度在“噌噌噌”地往上涨，直到最顶端！
“哎！”“啊！”男生们的心情“哗”地跌落谷底。
那一整天，我们女生都在沐浴羡慕的目光，痛痛快快地洗了个“目光澡”
这就是我的英语张老师，她真是教学有方啊！
