学*最重要的是从学*中得到快乐。

刚开始李校长问了我们三个问题：
第一、你们学奥数累不累？我们都直摇头说不累。有的同学说：“因为我们有了好方法。”还有的同学说：“因为我们收获到了成功的喜悦。”这时，李校长笑着说：“大家说的都对，正因为大家爱学好学，掌握了学*的技巧，找到了学*的方法，所以才能轻松地学。”
第二、中考620分和670分的差距是什么？有个同学自告奋勇地举手回答道：“670分的同学比620分的同学掌握到更好的学*方法。”李校长为我们分析的是如果670分的同学是优秀的话，那么620的同学就是良好，他们之间就相差了勤奋和方法。
第三、好同学学*奥数方法有哪些？同学们列举的方法有画图法、列方程、假设法……而李校长向我们介绍了一种特别方法：扳手指。并列举了使用扳手指方法的事例，例如植树问题。
其实，在我的奥数世界里我也具有有部分李校长所给的方法和建议。学好奥数并不难，也不需要题海战术，只需要反复地琢磨和思考。不断地对错题的类型进行练*。基础是重点，计算功底要扎实。
我真正开始学奥数是在三年级，这一年我所学*的是奥数的基础部分，家长对我的口算抓的比较紧，考前吃透试卷讲义和课本上的每个知识点。

一般来说，早上6点半我就要起床，吃完早餐就要飞快地冲向学校，因为7点40前不到学校，那可是要被罚抄书的。来到学校，早读完就要开始上课，好不容易下课，我又要下去收作业，等收完又开始上课了。一下子，一个上午就这样像流水一去不回头，一下就过去了。
中午回到家，本来是休息才对的，但一到家还得写“黄冈”作业，写完吃了饭又要准备上课，中午的两个小时就这样走了。
下午上学我是以光的速度“射”进学校的。上完英语课是音乐课，本来是应该放松的，跟着老师唱歌是多么带劲的事！可英语、语文、数学作业，写在了黑板上，这就让你不得不埋头苦干！音乐老师上面讲课，我们呢？就在下面写作业。
很快，放学了。按理，下午放学回家应该是和同学们边走边笑才对的，而我呢？却要匆匆赶往学校附*不远的补*班。

然而，并非所有的事情都是美好的，前段时间，我在电视上看到了非常不好的一个报道，三名男子去夜市吃烧烤，只因为店家将这三位客人要的烤串多撒了一点辣椒面，在店家反复的诚恳道歉甚至表示不要餐费的情况下，这三名男子仍然不依不饶，在现场大吵大闹，甚至于大打出手，态度极其嚣张蛮横，后来警察来到现场对他们进行了批评教育，真是让旁观者都替他们感到羞愧万分。
所以说，每个人对待礼貌礼仪的态度和认识是不一样的，大部分的人是严格要求自己，但也有的人是抱着无所谓的态度，并且好不夸张的说他们把中华民族的传统美德踩踏在自己的脚下。作为祖国的未来，未来国家社会的栋梁，我们一定要继承中华民族优秀的传统美德，永远在我们的身上发扬光大！
读书不完全是为了考试，不论是可内或课外的书都可以使我们增加知识，常阅读的人语文能力较好，除此之外可以借此开拓自己的视野，所以培养每日阅读一篇文章真的是很不错，一个可以修身养性的兴趣。
以前的我并不是那么爱阅读，当然就不可能整日读书，但借由老师推广阅读之下，我慢慢发觉真是一件一举两得的好事，先从比较小的书下手，利用课余空间时间，好好阅读，累积久了就能坐在书桌前做好久好久，书也比以往更厚，最喜欢阅读的时刻就是在洗澡后，人最舒服的时刻静下心来越读几夜在休息。这样心情真的变的比较舒服，不会浮浮躁躁，还能做个美梦。
另外也可以和三五好友，利用假日时间一同到图书馆，纳而环境很好，因为大家都是静静的再读，这样的读书风气更佳，也比较容易认真读，散会时还可以互相交换心得介绍好书，这也不就是一箭双雕呢！
其实读书的乐趣就取决于自己，如果心情不好，读什么也不成，但只要调整好心情，等一件事全作完，好好阅读会发现自己身心变的比较舒畅，久而久之也比较耐的住性子，沉的最佳气，但能理性思考，就因为这世上有太多太多我们要学的道理、事物、而许多是老师无法交给我们的东西，西药看我们去寻找，领悟，因此才需要靠阅读来启发自己，这并不难，又要自己愿意会发现得输之乐在于自己得到或多或少的收获，使自己更成熟，人生也比较充实。
书可以给人类带来知识；可以让人类越来越聪明；可以让人沉迷于新的世界。有句话说的很好：书籍是人类进步的阶梯。这是人类走向巅峰的阶梯。
假如我是一本书：我将把这本书传遍全世界，让他们来欣赏我的知识，这是帮小读者打开知识的宝库的唯一办法。我可以帮助人类成为世界的主宰；可以让你们成为学霸；可以让你们的知识更加广泛。
假如我是一本书，我会把这本书给予给那些贫困山区的学校，让学校里充满对书的欢笑，充满对书的渴望。让那些希望能得到知识的小朋友聪明起来，这样也可以给他们带来无穷无尽的快乐。
假如我是一本书，我会让你过上幸福的日子，让你将来有很多伟大的成就，只要你愿意接受我，我可以让你成为举世闻名的科学家、发明家、文艺家、作家。

我可以帮你推向知识的深渊，让你享受知识给你带来的快乐；我可以帮你游到海底，拔出那根掌握你知识的定海神针；我可以帮你飞上天空，找到那个知识的大门。只要你来欣赏我。
我只想是一本书，书可以变成世界，可以让你永远沐浴在知识的海洋里，可以让你沉迷于知识的世界，只要你愿意。
这就是书的重要性，没有了书就没有这个美好的世界，书真得是那么可以让人留恋。
人们都以为标点只不过就是一个微不足道的标点，可如果在一个非常需要标点的地方失去了标点，那么就会酿成大错。
有一次，我们在学小数的时候数学老师给我们大家讲了一个失去小数点重要性的故事。这个故事是讲：在一个国家，已经做好了宇宙飞船，飞上了天，正因为有一位科学家在计算时少算了一个小数点，所以导致正要完成任务的飞机在飞行过程中发生严重的坠毁事故，造成所有的飞行员无一生还。在这起重大的飞机坠毁事故中，是这样一个小小的小数点的过失造成的，如此可见，小数点的重要性。
在生活中也是一样，有一次，我爸爸给我买了一片故事光盘让我看。我看过的其中一个故事让我记忆深刻。里面讲的是：在英国有一位夫人，家里十分有钱，自己的娘家也很有钱。她十分地铺张浪费，也十分地高傲。她每次买完东西都多付人家钱而且也不让别人找钱，那是因为她认为只有这样才能让别人看出她家多么多么地有钱，自己的衣服只要掉了一个扣子就叫仆人帮她扔掉。有一天，银行告诉她她的帐户将被冻结时，她简直不敢相信自己的耳朵她再次去看自己帐户上的钱时，才发现是自己看错了一个小数点，而无节制的花钱，所以乱花钱，因为一时看错小数点的位置所因此她家破产了。

我们每个人每天都是要睡觉的，可是有很多人不知道，怎样才能睡得好，睡得舒服，有高质量的睡眠呢？那我们首先就要有正确的睡姿。
正确的睡觉姿势应该是向右侧卧，双腿稍微弯曲。这样，心脏处于高位，不受压迫；肝脏处于低位，供血较好，有利新陈代谢；胃内食物借用重力作用，朝十二指肠推进，可促进消化吸收。同时，全身也处于放松状态，呼吸匀和，心跳减慢，大脑、心、肺、胃肠、肌肉、骨骼都可以得到充分的休息和氧气供给。当然，对于一个健康人来说，大可不必过分拘泥自己的睡眠姿势，因为一夜之间，人往往不能保持一个固定的姿势睡到天明，绝大多数的人是在不断变换着睡觉的姿势，这样更有利于解除疲劳。
只是有些特定的人群，比如说手术后的病人要有医生的嘱咐，甚至要用专门的床具；比如说视网膜脱落的病人，治疗期间就必须俯睡，面部要用一个专门的环状的工具，保证呼吸的流畅。比如说怀孕的孕妇，在妊娠早期睡眠可以随意些，随着子宫和胎儿的长大，就要注意睡眠的姿势，特别是在怀孕晚期的时候，睡眠姿势以左侧卧为最佳。
