Faced with this severe disease, here are some everyday measures we should take to stay healthy. First, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. If you get sick, stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.

20xx年x月3号，“***义务星期六”志愿活动在漳州市东车站进行。我校四名学生与一名志愿者在漳州动车站进行帮扶与引导活动。此次活动由漳州市团委主办，得到了动车站全体工作人员的支持与帮助。

上海青聪泉儿童智能训练中心于1月28日开展了家长交流活动。上海师范大学生命科学学院常春藤志愿服务队为此特别提供了志愿服务。青聪泉到自闭症领域知名人士，厦门的原迦南创始人蔡艳春老师和西**拉手特殊教育的创办人的张涛老师来园，为自闭症及其他特殊儿童提供专业化意见和经验指导。志愿者陈晓莉和王亭亭如期抵达青聪泉提供及时的帮助。在家长交流活动开始之前，两名志愿者就已经帮助清扫了青聪泉，以便给孩子和他们的家长一个整洁舒适的环境。同时，还帮助开课老师准备了上课内容和家长交流活动所需材料。在之后的家长交流活动中，志愿者陈晓莉和王亭亭悉心照看正在开会中家长的孩子们。为了确保孩子在等待父母期间不无聊，在家长交流会的隔壁房间中，老师们准备了动画片，孩字们都观看的津津有味。

20xx年11月11日，25班一行11人来到了潘家廊老人院做志愿者活动。
在活动中，我们都穿着志愿者衣服，显得大家是有组织的，是团结的。虽然有好多同学下午要写作业，但同学们都非常的踊跃，丝毫没有懈怠，积极的擦桌子、清理会议室内的垃圾，使会议室更加的清洁与舒适。给我们老人们一个更好的休息场所。活动中志愿者们自动分配任务各司其职进入各个房间与老人们进行谈心活动持续*两个小时老人们在志愿者的热心关怀下展露笑颜房间充满了欢声笑语和阵阵歌声。敬老院的气氛变得活跃起来并减轻了敬老院工作人员的工作量。

今天的亚运志愿者服务月启动仪式在珠江新城某楼盘举行。活动前，记者采访了志愿者形象大使林丹妮，当记者问林丹妮目前最大的困难是什么时，林丹妮告诉记者，小语种的亚运志愿者缺乏。我们要求志愿者会一些外语，但是他们一般只懂英语，会小语种的亚运志愿者很缺乏……据了解，虽然亚组委对志愿者的要求比较高，除了年龄，还要身体健康，并且对社交能力、相貌等都有要求。
这次亚运会，很多国家都会派运动员参加，由于很多亚洲地区国家使用小语种，如果没有足够的小语种亚运志愿者，万一哪个国家的运动员或游客有什么需要，我们听不懂就不好了。
在启动仪式活动之后，本博记者就亚运志愿者相关事项采访了全国百优青年志愿者、广东省十佳青年志愿者、全国道德模范赵广军，在采访过程中，他也证实了林丹妮所说的。目前，会小语种志愿服务的亚运志愿者很缺乏。

为大力弘扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者服务精神，开展国际志愿者日活动，在“12月5日”第xx个国际志愿者日到来之际，我校组织开展“弘扬志愿精神，争做最美志愿者”为主题的系列志愿服务活动。本次志愿活动以党员教师志愿者为表率，优秀学生志愿者为主要参与对象，全校共动员110人积极参与本次志愿服务活动。本次活动涵盖环保、交通、邻里守望、关爱学生等方面。
1、12月2日上午，团委少先队组织八年级13班的优秀学生杨旖晗同学做为优秀志愿者代表在**下发言，她用自己的身体力行、用满怀爱心的语言，向全校1700多名师生诠释志愿服务的精神，让“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神在校园闪光。
2、12月2日下午，由学校团委牵头，由优秀学生志愿者组成的50名志愿服务队员积极开展志愿服务。本次志愿服务共分为两队，一队于消防大队、九州宾馆附*开展志愿服务；一队在王连三音乐广场和边上的花圃大道开展志愿服务；他们认真清扫垃圾、清理卫生死角，用他们的双手拾起花圃中的纸片、玻璃瓶、饮料罐等；他们用手、用铲子清理粘贴在电线杆和墙壁上的小广告，哪里最脏、哪里最累，哪里就有城中的红帽子志愿服务队员。清理完垃圾后，他们还自觉的当起“小小交警志愿者”，在车站、斑马线附*、交叉路口引导行人走斑马线，提醒行人不要随意穿马路，上车有序排好队。他们的身影很小，他们的举动很小，他们的举动很小，但是他们的服务精神却深深影响的路人，他们是志愿服务精神的践行者和传播者。
3、12月5日上午，在第xx个国际志愿者日，为使我校志愿服务精神能够很好的传承，学校团委组织30名优秀学生进行加入志愿者服务队宣誓仪式，增强学生的光荣感和使命感。会上学校领导、学生代表均用自己的言行向刚入队的志愿者们解释“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神。
4、12月5日下午，根据学校团委的安排，校志愿者服务队员们积极参与“爱绿、护绿”环保志愿服务。其中20名志愿者走进文华社区、孔子公园开展服务活动，他们为绿树除杂草、为鲜花浇水，用双手、用扫把清理草丛中的垃圾，给公园、给社区一片净土。另15名志愿者到学校生物园帮助维护共青团花圃、将花圃中的卫生进行大清扫、重新摆放好花盆、将一些已经枯萎的花处理掉，并且亲自种上鲜花。
存悲悯，人之常情。尤其在物质生活越来越发达的社会里，除了关心自己，我们更多的一份心，去关怀他人，关心世界，关注生命。所以每当灾难和苦痛发生时，越来越多的人加入了“志愿者”的队伍，希望尽自己的绵薄之力，帮助更多的人走出困境。但是，志愿者并非一腔热血，愿意身心奉献就能做好的工作。
在此本人以数年的志愿工作服务经验，负责任地提醒大家，请慎为志愿者。
简单做一下“新人指引”：
一、明确你当志愿者的动机和目的
据我所知，走进志愿者团队的理由千奇百怪，五花八门。最集中的一条理由就是——想做一些有意义的事。需要提醒你的是，真正的志愿工作需要长时间的全身心投入，仅仅这样一条理由，是不足够的。同情、激动、难过……这些情感都不足以支撑你去面对志愿工作中各种各样的困难。成为一个志愿者之前，你首先需要做的是梳理自己的情绪，明确自己为什么愿意义无反顾地加入这一队伍。
个人经验而言，爱是最大的动力。作为一个志愿者，只有真正地爱你的工作，爱你的服务对象，你才能长久地坚持下去。
无论大爱还是小爱，爱是最执著最顽强的情感。
二、考察自身条件，量力而行
你是否有良好的身体条件参与志愿工作?你的家人是否能够给你充分的支持?你的工作是否允许你抽出一定的时间来?
我们不需要倾家荡产、众叛亲离的爱心，自己和自己身边的人都照顾不好的人是没有资格去照顾和关怀别人的。奉献绝不等于牺牲。
三、拥有成熟稳重的心理素质
这些年的青年志愿者工作，让我深深体会到，志愿者的年轻化并不是一件可喜的事情。事实上实际工作中，我最怕碰到的就是学生志愿者。他们满腔热血，不怕苦不怕累，但是缺乏理性的态度和实际的工作体验，往往容易情绪化，甚至失控。
春节雪灾时许多人向我咨询如何去火车站做志愿者。与此同时一个坚守在火车站现场的**向我透露，最怕志愿者，他们缺乏组织和经验，在所有人都无法分身照顾他们的时候，他们却在埋怨当局没有给他们做出合理的安排，让他们发光发热。
在志愿工作中，特别是面对重大突发灾害的志愿工作中，不要过分强调自己的心理需要，力所能及地从小事做起，就是最好的帮忙。例如，为什么你非要进到灾害现场呢?难道你会比**战士们更加强悍?难道你会比救援人员更加专业?你可以选择更多的方式参与到救灾抢险的队伍中去，例如，春节时在人群密集的地铁站帮忙疏导民众，帮扶老人和孩子;例如在地震后影响劝说你身边的人为灾区的人民献出一份爱心;……
未必要站在火线，才是英雄，随手公益也会发出绚丽的光彩。
四、服从志愿服务团队的领导和指挥
在你决定投入志愿工作后，条件允许的情况下你应该选择一个专业有效而且可靠的志愿组织或者团队。集体工作最重要的团结和服从。不要倚仗着无偿、爱心就认为志愿工作是可以缺乏领导，缺乏控制的。
但管理并不意味着凌驾，作为志愿组织的管理者，更加要严格要求自己。
五、大局为重，切忌独行独断
众口难调，同一目标同一目的，每个人都有自己的看法和意见，甚至很难断定谁是谁非。但是作为一个志愿工作者，在对待你的志愿工作，尤其是面对特大紧急灾害时，请你放弃你的个人意志，以大局为重，认真执行哪怕你所不认同的工作。
请把一切情绪收起，是非黑白留待事后再去澄清。
六、清楚了解你的志愿服务内容和性质
不要等到工作的时候再来埋怨这样的工作不符合你的想像，在服务对象面前表现退缩和放弃，比你从未对他们施以援手要糟糕得多。请自爱，请充分了解你所要做的工作内容和性质之后，根据自己的个性、优势和长处来选择适当的志愿工作。
爱心并不是盲目的。
七、冷静对待你在志愿服务过程中做遇到的情况和问题
作为一个志愿工作者，你会面对许多困境和难题。你的内心将会受到极大的冲击，需要承受甚至是来自服务对象的不合理不公*对待。但是既然你选择了走上前去，就必须时刻保持冷静。在你无法控制自己情绪的时候，适时退出，或者休息，不要一味地压抑自己。出现任何突**况，你必须保持比他们多100倍的冷静和耐心。
既然走上前了，就坚定地告诉自己“我行，我是一名志愿者”。
八、戒骄戒躁，保持良好的心态
骄躁的情绪经常存在两类志愿者中最常见。第一是初为志愿者的人，他们第一次真实地感受到了自己的力量，见证了自己的爱心和努力，不由自主为自己骄傲，为自己感动;第二类是当了一段时间志愿者，却有没有将心态调整*稳的人，在新的志愿者面前，往往容易摆出一副资深的姿态，不顾对他人的意见和想法，以经验主义固执己见。
志愿工作往往是一个长期漫长的坚持过程，而且需要团体共同的奋斗和努力，个人英雄主义是成不了事的。每个人都应该具有志愿者应有的工作态度和责任感。
永远别拿过气的优秀来炫耀，那是弱者的表现，永远别拿昨日的辉煌来照亮脚下，那样无异于搬起石头砸自己的脚。切不要让你的优秀生锈，这是你克敌制胜的秘诀。
科大社区在区委、区**及泰前街道党委、**的正确领导下，不断**思想、与时俱进、认真贯彻落实科学发展观，积极开展社区的各项建设工作。特别是社区志愿者活动多元化、多层次的面向居民全方位开展，有力地推动了社区各项工作的开展，使社区工作走进基层、走向居民,真正起到了服务于民的作用。现将20xx年来开展志愿者活动情况向上级领导汇报如下：
一、志愿者队伍组织建设情况
科大社区立足工作实际，走家入户，由各楼长牵头,对辖区居民进行调查，了解他们所需和意愿。社区内退休老党员、老干部较多，他们很希望我们社区有自己的文体队伍，以丰富社区老年居民朋友的业余文化生活。社区根据他们意愿，共组建科大社区合唱队、科大枫叶艺术团、科大社区老年腰鼓队、老年体育志愿者队伍四支老年志愿者队伍;利用学校这一资源优势，组建了青年志愿者队伍、爱心家教志愿者队伍、家电维修志愿者队伍;还把辖区内的党员积极发动起来，成立了"泰山先锋"志愿者队伍;为方便居民健康查体和看病就医，在山东煤矿疗养院组建了科大志愿义诊服务队;还成立了计生协会志愿者队伍、科普志愿者队伍等。每支志愿者队伍在社区党支部的带领下，下设志愿队队长和成员，由他们带头制定志愿者，组织活动内容，进行实施活动，使各支志愿者队伍活动开展得有声有色、深入人心。
二、一年来志愿者队伍活动开展情况
(一)社区的志愿者活动样式多元、内容丰富
社区服务是社区建设中重要的一环。我们利用开展志愿者活动，进一步拉*与居民间的距离，更好地服务于居民，让居民在志愿者活动中得到精神上的陶冶和素质上的提高，从而提高居民对社区的认同感和归属感。
我们科大社区在上级部门的正确领导下，不断变换社区志愿者队伍活动的新形式和服务内容，组织辖区内志愿者队伍先后主要开展了社区文体志愿者敲锣打鼓为辖区驻地单位和居民成员"春节大拜年",进一步加强了社区与属地单位的联谊关系;特别是组织辖区内居民志愿者和社区工作志愿者对大学生进行"心防"教育活动，利用每年的新生入学之机，对新入学大学生开展"入学温馨提示"和"注意安全、防盗防骗"等心防教育，使青年学生教育在社区服务范围内开展了一个新的层面。
这项活动还在持之有效地进行当中，使"邻居文明公约"真正走进千家万户，走*居民的心中和生活中，成为约束居民行为的标准，使邻里守望，邻里和谐*在可现,并激发每一位居民都勇争文明居民，推进了社区"文明、祥和、和谐"的进一步发展。年末岁首之际，十二月二十五日,我们将和干休一所联合举办"庆元旦、大型书画笔会"，届时邀请市、区书画家和驻地单位有书画爱好者参加，现场挥毫泼墨，广大居民和驻地官兵观摩他们精彩献艺。
通过这一活动的开展，营造了我们社区溢有清雅的书香氛围，并提高了社区居民对"书画"这一中华瑰宝的热爱和宣扬，使我们在魏魏泰山下，大力渲染泰山文化,并借此契机，共建军民"鱼水情"，全力打造我们社区文化。
(二)志愿者活动开展以居民需求为出发点，以居民满意为落脚点，全力向居民全方位服务迈进
把"爱心和真情"送到居民家中是我们志愿者队伍的服务宗旨。今年，在四川汶川大地震发生后，社区志愿者多次纷纷慷慨解囊捐款捐物，为我们的同胞奉献自己的爱心，而且还带动了社区居民也积极参加到捐助活动中来，滴水汇多成能成河，志愿者和社区居民们的爱心，纷纷飞向四川我们的受难同胞，让我们的同胞感受到祖国大家庭的温暖。
把健康送进居民家中是们对社区居民开展的一项"亲情服务"。今年以来，社区志愿义诊服务队多次在各居民区开展了免费健康查体义诊活动，受到了广大老年居民朋友的一致认可和喜爱。一位老年居民激动地说："科大社区的服务工作真是周到、细致到家了，把健康和温暖送到了我们家中。
总之，志愿者活动在我社区开展得扎实有效，成绩卓著，取得了一定的效果。使我们的社区工作由单一的形式变成了志愿活动的多种喜人乐见的形式，向社区广大居民展开服务工作，使工作服务变成温馨亲情服务，直接走进居民的日常生活，深入人心，得到社区居民们的一致认可和赞誉。真正体现了社区服务"以居民需求为出发点、以居民满意为落脚点"的服务宗旨。进一步夯实了社区"党建、文化、服务"三大阵地建设。
为进一步开展12月5日“国际志愿者日”活动，营造人人参与志愿服务活动的良好氛围，打造丽江市“交通人”关爱、互助的博爱友善精神。丽江市交通运输局牵头开展了多种形式的志愿服务活动，组织引导全市交通系统青年干部职工积极参与志愿服务。
一、开展好志愿者宣传活动
市运政管理处、市城市客运客运企业在古城区210辆公交车上张贴和776辆出租车顶灯LED显示屏滚动播放志愿服务宣传标语，普及志愿服务理念，弘扬志愿服务精神，营造有利于志愿服务的浓厚舆论氛围。
二、积极开展好“关爱社会”志愿服务活动。普及文明利益、倡导文明出行等内容
（一）在公交车辆、旅游客车上通过移动传媒、车载电视、广播等媒介，在汽车客运站售票大厅、候车大厅的电子显示屏，循环播放《中国公民出境旅游文明行为指南》、《中华人民共和国旅游法》、游客乘客安全须知、文明旅游公益广告等内容。在丽江交通运输集团公司网站上刊载了《中国公民出境旅游文明行为指南》、《中华人民共和国旅游法》旅游常识和旅游法律知识，让更多到网站上了解客运信息的游客更深入地了解到“文明出境游”的重要性。
（二）积极全市开展创建城市精神文明活动公司积极响应、密切配合，在公交车上张贴宣传标语150条，派出车50张，出动200人次清洗公交车站台、并利用车载视屏宣传文明行为，同时把市文明建设与提升公交车的文明服务、安全运营结合起来，使公交车全体人员的文明风貌，安全意识有了较大的变化。
三、组织志愿者开展示范路路标及公益林栽种活动
按照我市确立和建造了全市农村公路管理养护2个示范县和10个示范乡镇以及确立和建造了全市209.293公里/7条农村公路管理养护示范县道；156.207公里/9条示范乡道和37.034公里/6条示范村道。组织了30余名道路志愿者进行示范路标及公益林栽种活动。
四、开展义务劳动提供贴心服务
各区县运管所组织青年志愿者20余名，到区县客运中心义务为旅客提供免费服务，为旅游搬运行李，引路等。
五、开展现场便民咨询和宣传活动
局法规科、市运政处、地方路政支队组织志愿者在广场、人流集中的街道采取图版展示、发放资料、现场咨询等形式，向群众介绍交通系统的工作性质和具体职能，解答有关公路建设、车辆管理、交通出行等方面的疑问，进一步传播志愿文化，展现了丽江市交通志愿者良好形象。
增城中学青年志愿者服务队，是以倡导和推动爱心助人、奉献社会为宗旨，是继承中华民族传统美德，又是新时期推进精神文明建设的新举措，更是学校对学生进行思想政治和传统美德教育的重要途径，并成为我校共青团工作和青年工作的有机载体。在广大青年学生中间树立“成才在校园，奉献在社会”的思想作风，在全面参与实践志愿者精神的基础上，体现了友爱、奉献、互助、进步的行为准则，广大青年学生不仅在物质层面给予受助对象直接服务，更在精神层面给予他们服务。现在，增城中学共有*千名志愿者，涉及不同层面和内容的志愿服务。
自我市在全市范围内开展“志愿服务月”主题实践活动以来，我校团委积极响应市创文办和市教育局的号召,组织开展了一系列的志愿者服务活动,现将开展的主要活动总结如下：
一、广泛开展“大拇指”志愿服务行动。
我校团委在团市委的统一组织下，围绕倡导文明出行、维护公共秩序等内容，组织了我校教师志愿者在教育局岗前路路段广泛开展“大拇指”志愿服务行动。在活动中，志愿者们认真负责，文明劝导该路段不文明现象，广大市民对本次活动的开展也表示大力支持，都能积极配合志愿者的工作。通过本次活动的开展，在一定程度上加强了一部分市民的文明意识，这为我市承办亚运项目，争创文明城市打下了良好的基础。

二、开展文明出行月活动
为增强我校师生的交通安全意识，养成自觉遵守公共秩序的良好*惯，保障师生的安全，按照增城市教育系统开展创建全国文明城市“文明出行月”的要求，结合我校的实际情况，我校制定了“文明出行月”并开展了一系列的教育和实践活动。
通过开展此次“文明出行月”活动，我校对全体师生进行了一次全面深刻的交通安全教育。使广大师生深入学*了交通规则、交通安全常识及其他相关知识，增强了师生交通安全意识，排查了交通安全隐患，为根除不文明的交通陋*、确保师生的交通安全起到了积极推动的作用。
学生志愿者在学校操场固定的公共汽车停放点维持秩序。学生志愿者在荔城大道学校路段维持秩序，共建文明和谐交通秩序。
三、开展“扶老助残献爱心”志愿服务活动
1、开展尊老敬老活动。我校志愿者服务队与荔城敬老院定点挂钩，每学期组织学生到敬老院开展服务活动，同老人们谈心、为老人表演了精彩的节目，这为他们增添生活乐趣。
2、关注智障群体，共建爱心阳光家园。10月份，由我校青年志愿者服务队组织了10名志愿者前往我市智明学校参加助残和支教活动。同学们通过巧妙的方法与智障儿童沟通，帮助智障儿童提高生活自理能力，丰富他们的生活，帮助他们去更好地了解社会和与外界沟通。在帮助他们的同时，也激发了青年们对社会公益事业的责任感和自信心，同时塑造青年志愿者高素质，关注弱势群体，乐于奉献的高尚形象。到我市敬老院看望孤寡老人前往我市智明学校参加助残和支教活动
在本次“志愿服务月”实践活动中，我校志愿者表现出色，能充分体现志愿者的服务精神，为我市创建全国文明城市、办好20xx年广州亚运会营造文明和谐的良好社会环境贡献了力量。同时，我校的青年志愿者服务队会以本次活动为契机，不断完善和壮大我校志愿者服务队的队伍建设，以更加出色的表现服务社会!
