第十五周的星期天，6月12号，读书爱好者协会的全体志愿者来到了桂宁小学，这是协会的最后一次爱心支教，也是二年级志愿者的道别仪式。随着最后一次爱心支教的结束，本学期建院读书爱好者协会的“四点半课堂”也圆满的结束了。
这个学期的爱心支教是协会第一次爱心支教，同时这次“四点半课堂”也是协会的第一次校外大型活动，初出茅庐，我们有很多不成熟的因素，在支教的过程中，我们遇到了很多问题，例如：学生流失、课堂纪律散乱、助教发挥不上实质性作用作用、课堂安排不够合理等问题。针对这些问题，我们想请团委以及各兄弟协会给予宝贵的意见。

3、开展听课、评课活动，取长补短，共同提高。本学期全科组英语老师每人上了一节示范课或研究课，课后我们认真地听课、评课，真的做到上有所得，听也有所得。
4、按照教学处安排从听课、检查教案、作业布置与批改和听取学生意见四个方面，对各年级英语教学进行常规检查，并针对每个年级的检查结果，分别开会进行小结，使常规教学得到切实、有效的实施。
5、抓好阶段性教学质量的分析。每次阶段考后，各备课组都有进行详细的质量分析，找出优劣，探究最佳解决办法，以不断提高教学质量，因为我们深知，教学质量是学校的生命线。20xx年中考英语优良率在全区排名第二，全年级获A+的学生有43名，在本校所有科目中排名第一。初二年级上学期区统考优良率第二，*均分、及格率均在区前四名。初一年级的三率都排在区前四名。
6、初三英语教学是本年度组内的工作重点，每次组内会议都将其列入议题，大家共同商讨、提供资料、建议，坚持阶段性了解初三教学情况并及时查漏补缺，重点抓阶段考、考后分析、总复*计划的设计和落实等环节。
二、加强学*，树立新的理念
1、我们紧紧围绕学*新课程，构建新课程，尝试新教法的目标，不断更新教学观念。注重把学*新课程标准与构建新理念有机地结合起来。通过学*新的《课程标准》，认识到新课程改革既是挑战，又是机遇。
2、通过学*新的《课程标准》，教师们逐步领会到教学的终极目标不是让受教育者适应现实，而是改造、创建新的现实，培育出有创造能力的人。从而形成了“实施新课程的成败在教师，教师的任务在于更新教学观念”的共识。确立了“一切为了人的发展”的教学理念。树立“以人为本，育人为本”的思想。
3、加强了教育的开放性，加强了教学与学生生活、现代社会、现代科技的联系。教师教学中立足课堂而不受课堂局限，立足学科教材而又不受其限制，善于捕捉现代社会，现代科技及其它学科的知识信息和最新成果，丰富教学内容，开阔学生视野，使教学活动始终充满活力。同时在教学中结合教学内容开展研究性学*等综合实践活动，为学生营造了学*、体验的实际情境，创设了动手实践、创造的现实环境，将传统的课堂教学拓展到教室外、校外，加强了学校教育与社会生活的密切联系。
三、加强培训、提高教师素质
提高教师队伍的业务水*是提高师资素质和教学质量的关键，本学期我们在自修反思的基础上，加强案例式分析，参与分享教学诊断，强调合作。青年教师胡芳由于刚参加工作不久，缺乏教学经验，尤其缺乏教毕业班的经验，科组指定教学经验丰富的老师给她指导，让她随堂听课，也多次听她的课，并同她一起分析如何处理教材，如何上好课，让她强行入轨。通过这些做法，使教师在做中学，在实践中领悟，使教师走上了学*中研讨、实践中总结、总结中提高的成长历程。

2、优选学*内容，做到有的放矢。

本学期我们把教学研究的重点放在对五年级教材的分析和研究上：根据五年级教材的特点、主要内容，对教材提出了整合的研究意向，将较难把握的内容筛选出来共同分析、比较，确定了具体的操作方法。微观上，我们以一个典型单元为例，就单元内容的课节划分，重难点的把握，语言目标的确定，任务的科学设计，以及练*题的编写和筛选，包括每课的预复*作业的安排进行探讨研究，大家交换不同的想法，彼此在争辩中进行思维的碰撞，在分歧中启迪心智、激发灵感。

“以科研促教改，以教改谋发展”。为了更好地提高学生英语水*，提高教学效果，我组教师把开展教育教学研究立为工作之重。本学期全体教师继续深入研究校级课题《优化单元学*内容，提升英语教学有效性的探究》，确定了“优化英语单元整体教学设计与实施策略”以及“单元整体教学集体备课、课例研讨的校本教研机制及策略研究”的内容。课题研究提高了每位教师参加教科研的意识，提高了教师教科研实验的能力。同时，课题研究中也促进了学生在英语各方面能力的提高，让学生体验到了学*的乐趣，享受了学*的成果，改进了学*的策略，培养了创新意识和实践能力。
三、自我反思
少数教师先进的教育理念还未真正转化为自觉的教学行为，问答式、讲练式、低层次的讨论式仍是大多数教师首选的模式。
四、今后工作设想：
1、加强案例研究、个案分析，注重对优秀教师经验的总结提炼和推广。
2、继续强化教师的专业协作和教学反思，进一步提高教师的教学基本功。

We arrived at the hill at eight o‘clock. The teacher asked each of us to plant at least six trees. Then we started digging, planting and watering. We all worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of time. Among us,Wang Lin, our monitor set a good example for us. Though he was ill, he worked harder. When he finished his task, he went on to help others without even a little rest. He was wet all over after work. “I must learn from him,” I said to myself . Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.
