第一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

第二、使学生明白学*目的
要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学*真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学*英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学*动机。
第三、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
第四，严谨治学，保持良好的教态
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
第五，积极创造语言情景
八年级英语这本教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验，注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学*氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容，使英语学*变得容易而有趣。教材围绕着实用的话题，逐步开展教学内容和实践活动，符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学*语言的`规律。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学*引入外语学*中，使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学*中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲，从而提高他们的学*兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力，在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种，它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间;知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我积极加强自身的课程改革理论学*，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。
第六，成绩方面

回顾我过去的初一上学期教学工作，我在这学期的最开始是对我这学期的教学工作充满担忧的，因为这是我第一次接手初一新生的教学教育工作，我认为我之前的教学方法有很有可能不适合我初一英语的教学。所以在这个学期开始前，我对自己的英语教书计划做了一些专门针对初一新生英语学*的调整，这个调整在最初并没有起到很大的作用，但是在我经过一段在初一英语教学的实际工作后，我对其做了一些优化，并在最后的期末考试中，我看到了这个优化的教学计划带来的成绩。
初一的'英语学*相对于小学英语的学*，可以说的上是一个质一般的飞跃。不仅在英语的学*难度上面加强，而且在英语的学*范围上面也加宽了许多。所以初一上学期的英语教学中首先就是让新生们适应这个转变，让他们越过这个难关，这样才能让他们在之后的初中英语学*中变得更加顺利和通畅。我也因为这个教学问题制定了相应的措施，并落实在自己的教学工作中，但是取得的效果还是不怎么让我自己满意。在这次的期中考试中，我教学的班级的英语成绩并不是很理想，有写甚至排在年级英语成绩的后面。这让我感觉很苦恼，但是却没有让我自己对自己的教学有灰心。通过这次考试，我知道自己的教学经验可能还不够，于是我就请教了英语年级组里资历比较久的英语老师，向他们询问一些相关初一英语教学的教学经验和教学方法。

一、学*课标
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等。
二、充分备课
备课不光是备教材，还要备学生，对于刚走上工作岗位的自己，这两方面都很欠缺。为此，自己学*英语课程标准的同时，又通读教材，经常和经验丰富的教师交流。每次都写教学案。
三、认真上课
1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过各种活动来激发学生的学*兴趣，让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内。
2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用图片，实物教具及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学*获取新知过程，培养他们学*英语的兴趣。
3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动，生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开。
4、通过听录音，复*新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。这样既复*了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的.听说能力和读音的准确性。
四、及时反思
对于自己上过的课和听过别人的课，都及时反思并记录下来，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该节课的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
五、虚心学*
不间断理论学*。听组内老教师的课，并经常和他们交流，向他们学*经验。珍惜每次上公开课和外出听课的机会。
六、不足之处
不能全面地把握教材。不能很好地驾驭课堂。对于后进生的转化工作做的不到位等。这半年当中，自己已经完全适应了这里的工作环境，在英语教学中也积累了一点经验，但更多的是工作中还存在许多不足之处，但我相信，通过不懈的努力，自己一定会成长起来的!
回顾我过去的初一上学期教学工作，我在这学期的最开始是对我这学期的教学工作充满担忧的，因为这是我第一次接手初一新生的教学教育工作，我认为我之前的教学方法有很有可能不适合我初一英语的教学。所以在这个学期开始前，我对自己的英语教书计划做了一些专门针对初一新生英语学*的调整，这个调整在最初并没有起到很大的作用，但是在我经过一段在初一英语教学的实际工作后，我对其做了一些优化，并在最后的期末考试中，我看到了这个优化的教学计划带来的成绩。
初一的英语学*相对于小学英语的学*，可以说的上是一个质一般的飞跃。不仅在英语的学*难度上面加强，而且在英语的学*范围上面也加宽了许多。所以初一上学期的英语教学中首先就是让新生们适应这个转变，让他们越过这个难关，这样才能让他们在之后的初中英语学*中变得更加顺利和通畅。我也因为这个教学问题制定了相应的措施，并落实在自己的教学工作中，但是取得的效果还是不怎么让我自己满意。在这次的期中考试中，我教学的班级的英语成绩并不是很理想，有写甚至排在年级英语成绩的后面。这让我感觉很苦恼，但是却没有让我自己对自己的教学有灰心。通过这次考试，我知道自己的教学经验可能还不够，于是我就请教了英语年级组里资历比较久的英语老师，向他们询问一些相关初一英语教学的教学经验和教学方法。
在期中考试过后，我根据之前请教的问题的方法，对自己的的下半学期的教学计划做出了比较的大的调整。在下半学期，我鼓励学生们多做学校订购的英语时报。在英语时报上面，不仅有针对初一的英语*题，同时也会有很多相关的英语课外阅读，锻炼了初一学生的英语阅读能力，弥补了他们在上学期英语阅读不足的.缺点。在英语时报上面，也有相关学*英语的学*方法，这些对初一学生的英语学*上真的有非常大帮助。在日常的英语教学中，我也没有了像上学期那样急于求成，而是从英语的基础先对他们教学，然后在一点一点的增加教学的难度，让他们更好的适应这种学*上面的转变。在这次的全校期末英语考试中，他们在全校的英语成绩上，算不得非常优秀，但是想比如期中考试的英语成绩已经有了一个很大的进步。在初一下学期的教师工作中，我也会和学生们一起共同努力的！
匆匆忙忙，有是一个学年的远去，孩子们在这一学期结束，就要从初一升入初二了。初二学生们要面对生地会考这一道考验，在下一学年的人物会更加繁重，因为增加了新的课程，所以学*时间也会更加紧迫。我身为英语教师，我深深地认识到，我必须对我初一这一年的教学情况进行工作总结，发现我在这一学年中的优点和不足，整理好行囊，才能够跟好地在紧迫地环境下做好初二的教学任务。一下就是我这一学年担任英语老师的工作总结和下一年教初二的工作计划：
一、稳步教学，达成目标
__中学面对全县市区小学招生，所以在学校里面有来自不同小学的学生，有教学环境好的私立小学，有市区教育水*高的公立小学，有来自教育设施欠发展的象征小学，还有从沿海教育水*高的城市回来读书的学生，所以英语的水*不一样，所以初一老师很难掌握教学设计的深浅。而作为一名英语老师，在这我就肩负着更大地压力，有些乡镇学校因为教学设施的限制没有很好的开展英语教学，学生英语基础较差，有的教育设施好的学会说呢过英语基础就掌握比较好，走在了前面，所以就有这么一个差距存在。我身为一名初一的老师就是要做到缩短这个差距，并且稳步前进。
所以在初一的第一个学期，我就是在教学大纲要求的范围内，更加注重基础的教学，给保证给基础较差的学生打好基础的同时，还不能让基础好的学生不进步，所以我在教学中慢慢摸索，掌握住了一个*衡点，既要讲授新课，又要注重讲课速度不宜过快。但差距毕竟是存在的，所以我在这一学期中，经常在空闲时间给孩子们进行无偿补课，比如第七节课的自*课时间，以及英语早读课等等。
经过我的努力，在第一学期期末，学生们的基础都渐渐跟了上来，差距在不断缩小。所以在初一的第二个学期迅速发力，在课纲范围内尽可能扩展知识点，既注重知识掌握，又注重英语口语能力。所以在第二学期的初一年纪英语口语比赛中我班学生夺得了第二名的优秀成绩，这还是一名从乡镇小学升上来的孩子。
二、循序渐进，张弛有度
初一这一学年已经结束，我圆满地完成了课纲的要求以及学校的任务，英语期末考试*均分，从第一学一学期的65@5升到了本学期的85@7，位居全年级二，仅次于第一的92@1。
考虑到我班学生们的英语基础以及跟上来，所以在下学期我会在规定教学的范围内，尽可能地帮助学生们掌握更多的英语知识。所以现在我已经订阅了下一学的一个出名的英语报纸，那上面是比较到的一个英语题目报纸，我会在上面找一些重要的知识点来考学生。
在一个就是因为初二有生地会考，学生们的学*任务会更加重，所以我会适当地让学生们轻松学*，我会利用各种活动来让同学们学*英语，比如英语童话故事演绎，通过全英文表演来学*英语，既可以学*英语，还可以增加课堂趣味性，让学生们能够放松自己，更加接受英语学*。

一、要针对不同的班级进行课堂教学
每一个班级就像每一个人，性格、脾气、禀性各有不同。所以我针对我教的两个班级进行教学设计：210班的同学思维比较活跃，回答问题积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，上课时我弱化难点，强化重点，照顾到了大部分同学；而211班的同学偏向沉稳，积极性有些欠缺。虽然有尖子生，但由于后进生比例较大，不足于带动整个班级。所以，对于尖子生我鼓励他们要有“超前”意识，人家没看到的，没做到的我已经完成了，而对于差生则鼓励他们把最基本的，最常用的单词，句子弄懂。经过一段时间的实践，证明教学效果比上个学期有了进步。
了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二、备课充分，事半功倍
古人说过，“不打无准备之仗”，上课也是一样，不上无准备之课。我根据教材内容及学生的实际，并且针对七年级教学目标：“旨在培养学生兴趣”的基础上训练认读单词的能力，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的'程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
三、增强上课技能，提高教学质量
上课时使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
四、贯彻教学大纲的听、说、读、写进行教学
在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。
听：*时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力。
说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，*时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，课堂上多让学生进行work in pairs训练，提高学生的口语能力，激发学生的学*兴趣。
读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，*时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读能力。
写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，*时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作能力。
五、认真批改作业
布置作业做到精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
六、加强自学，不断积累知识
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*、扩大视野；不断总结和反思自己的教学实例，不断领悟新课标精神的实质，力争为成为一名优秀的英语教师做出不懈的努力。

二、所教班级学生基本情况分析：
本届七年级五班和六班的学生和以往初二学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于英语课并未受到足够的重视，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学*态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。
另外，学生在情感态度，学*策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学*英语的目的，没有真正认识到学*英语的'目的在于交流；有些同学在学*中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预*课后复*，学*没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。
三、七年级下册英语教材特点。

三、本学期将采用的教育教学方法：
英语的教育教学方法很多，各有优、缺点，我们可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级，本学期本人打算用下列方法对他们进行教育教学：
1、用英语教英语（TeachEnglishinEnglish）；
英语毕竟是一门语言，训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力，在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练，这就要求我们用英语来教英语，在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。
2、用英语想英语（ThinkEnglishinEnglish）；
用英语想，也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考，一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时，没有本族语思考的介入，或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。
3、背诵和多种练*结合
实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练*的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。4、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法；
英语的内容较多，包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容，如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学，那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好，再好的教师也不可能教好。因而，针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。

本届七年级五班和六班的学生和以往初二学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于英语课并未受到足够的重视，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的.拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学*态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。
另外，学生在情感态度,学*策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学*英语的目的，没有真正认识到学*英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学*中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯，不能做好课前预*课后复*，学*没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

初中英语第二册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗*惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初二级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

一、学生情况分析
本班学生共有xx人，上学期英语考试成绩如下：

这次英语考试成绩不甚理想，其主要原因是：对新教材还没有很好的适应。作为新课程改革的第一个学期，我们摸着石头过河，走了许多的弯路。
二、教材分析
这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学*程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学*策略等部分，并增加了任务型学*成份和语篇的输入。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。
A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，对于我们农村学生来说，由于小学基础不好，到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力，光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学*英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

这学期仍然采用任务型教学模式。任务型教学(Task-Based learning；简称TBL)是20世纪80年代外语教学研究者经过大量研究和实践提出的一个具有重要影响的语言教学模式，该模式是20xx年来交际教学思想的一种发展形态，它把语言运用的基本理念转化为具有实践意义的课堂教学方式。
任务型教学模式是培养学生运用语言进行交际的有效途径之一，*年来，国际上广泛采用任务型语言教学方法，教育部制订的《国家英语课程标准》(实验稿)明确指出：此次英语课程改革的重点就是要改变英语课程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养的倾向，强调课程从学生的学*兴趣。
生活经验和认知水*出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学*方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言学*的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学*能力的过程。人民教育出版社新修订的九年义务教育初中第一册均强调了以任务为基础的语言学*。
这学期主要通过任务型教学来训练学生的语言应用能力。任务型教学是从活动中获取知识。任务完成的过程，就是一个知识转化的过程；运用已有的知识，通过小组活动，学到新的知识,即完成从陈述性知识到程序性知识的转变。教师备课时重点考虑；如何设置一个合适的语言环境。这个大语言环境又是由各个小语言环境组成，其中一部分是陈述性知识，另一部分则是程序性知识。教师的作用是指导学生通过活动把它们有机地联系起来，从而完成了知识迁移过程。常用的训练活动有以下几项：
(1)Daily report：值日生介绍自己、家庭成员或朋友的情况，其它学生可互相提问题，询问个人职业。
(2)Play a guessing game：用问题“what does he do?”引入任务，让学生猜测多媒体课件中人物的职业，以此激发学生的学*兴趣，并训练学生的发散思维能力。
(3)Ask the way ：创设问路情景，根据实际情况 telling the way，eg， I want to go the hospital 完成对话活动。
(4)See the doctor、go shopping等：学生可扮演角色，进行对话。
(5)Have a discussion ：学生分小组讨论
(6)What do you want to be when you grow up?通过训练把课内的语言学*与课外的语言活动结合起来，改变了过去老师一言堂的模式，变学生为主体，课堂主要是提供了一个学生获取知识的*台。学生在活动中主动地获取知识。
六、主要措施
1、加强词汇教学。
包括单词拼写，词义记忆，语用功能的训练，在*常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际；能否熟练地用英语读和写；能否顺利地用英语思考。从去冬期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的.同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。
2、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。
进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语**能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。枯燥的题海战术已不能适应现今的英语教学。
3、加强交际用语教学。
用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时，要尽量避免格式化，不能限制学生的思维能力，要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。
4、进一步培养阅读能力。
阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于*时。教师在*时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案。
5、大力加强对新课程、新标准的学*和研究。

作为一名人命教师，做好自己的教学工作，教好学生，让学生学到知识、学好知识是我们的基本责任。而我作为一名英语教师，让学生学好英语，有一个优异英语成绩，让学生沉心于学*，让家长放心于学校，也是我这个英语教师责无旁贷的事情。
一、工作的重要指导思想
我作为一名初一英语教师，为了能够做好下学期的英语教学工作，必须严格遵守教育部门和学校规定的《新课标》的重要纲要规划，认真学*纲要的`各项要求，做一名有英语技能、有教学技能、有教师责任的英语教师。同时必须遵守教师的基本职业意识，时刻保持学*，多参加系列讲座，加强自己的思想建设，增加自己的教学能力。
二、情况基本介绍
下学期我依旧带我这一学期的班级，初一三班和初一五班。其中初一三班为优秀班，共四十五名学生，初一五班为普通班，共四十一名学生。三班的英语成绩相对来说比较优秀，五班学生英语成绩较落后一些。本学期期末成绩出来后，五班的班主任也找过我，希望我下学期，能够更加照顾下五班学生的英语基础，想办法把他们的成绩提上来，这当然是我责无旁贷的事情！
三、大致的教学计划
初一下学期是学生们从小学进入初中的第二个学期，经过一个学期的学*，大部分已经适应了初中的生活。所以这一个学期，我不能再以之前那种轻松的学*态度来要求他们，而是渐渐地增加学*要求。
这一个学期，共四个半月的时间，除去假期和考试的时间，差不多只有三个半月多的时间，所以我要抓紧每一分钟时间，课堂四十五分钟都充分利用好，给学生教好课。除此之外还要挤出时间，给他们做听力练*，做口语练*。
四、具体计划
1、课文学*。这个学期的英语课文共八个单元，但只有三个多月的时间，所以在第一个月必须要上完unit1-unit3，第二个月上完unit4-unit6，第三个月上完剩下的课程，并且留出时间复*以往课文。
2、留下最后半个月，给他们做好系统的语法学*，尽可能地讲完几种完成时态。
3、单词练*。两个班级的基础不一样，所以规定三班一天记三十个单词，五班一天记二十个单词，每天中午上课前十分钟，让英语课代表统一默写。
4、口语练*。英语早自*的时候，带他们朗诵课文。
5、英语两节课的时候，留二十分钟给学生们放英语磁带，锻炼他们的听力能力。
本学期我担任七年级英语教学工作，结合初一学生的特点，特制定计划如下：

措施：采用循序渐进的操练活动，例如结对活动和小组活动。由不同层次学生组成的对子和小组中，尖子生帮助后进生的同时，自己也复*了所学知识。在层次相同学生中，学生可按照自己的进度完成活动并操练语言。同时，让学生运用重点语法和词汇创造新的对话。课后作业让学生复*重点词汇及新的语法项目。花时间辅导语言不流利的学生。在开展结对活动之前，要确保每个人都理解词汇的意义并知道活动如何进行。总之要充分运用任务型教学方式，让学生积极主动学*。

本学期教学任务共2个复*单元，12个基本单元，教学时间紧，任务重，每单元又都为新课。最后一课时做复*和练*，并适当安排单元测试。

适当增加学生的阅读量，扩大词汇量。

4、用英语教英语（Teach English in English）：英语毕竟是一门语言，训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力，在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练，这就要求我们用英语来教英语，在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。
5、用英语想英语（Think English in English）：用英语想，也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考，一定学不好。用英语思考就在用英语进行表达和理解时，没有本族语思考的介入，或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。
6、背诵和多种练*结合：实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练*的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。
7、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法：英语的内容较多，包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容，如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学，那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好，再好的教师也不可能教好。因而，针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。

本学期的时间虽然较紧，但是我打算在十二月底元月初进入复*阶段，在最后的几个星期里，我将从课本入手，以课本为基础整理本学期所学的`知识点，在整理的基础上进行归纳和总结，尽量让学生理解本学期所学的内容，让学生做到心中有数。
