2、抓好教研组活动这个主阵地，向45分钟要质量课堂教学是学校教学工作的中心，也是教研活动的重要环节。教研活动的主要方向就是提高课堂教学的水*和教学质量。因此，英语课堂教学在教研活动中占有重要的地位。本学期我们每周四下午第二节课定为教研组活动。每周都有详细的活动安排，本学期共按排了七位教师的公开课和三位教师的过关课，针对课堂教学中出现的情况，提炼共性问题进行研讨，进一步明确了对策建议，使广大英语教师对一些问题有了清晰的认识。
3、认真落实“结对子”活动，针对英语教研组目前的现状，结合学校的教研活动，在教研组内部广泛开展了“结对助教”活动，由优秀教师指导年轻教师的教学，互相听课、评课，分阶段总结，开展了优秀教师的“示范课”，青年教师的“汇报课”活动。
4、开展“说课”活动，提高大家的备课能力，一堂课的好坏，取决于老师的课备得如何。一堂课是否有效，取决于老师的课是否进行了有效教学的备课。为了促使大家认真备课，本学期学校开展了各个教研组的“说课”活动，英语组单独设置了一个组，有效地促动了英语组的教师更认真备课，通过“说课”活动，同时也让大家感到自身的不足，还要认真学*，提高自身理论水*和业务素质；英语组六人获奖：一等奖：刘鸣；二等奖：李新英，梅小花；三等奖：黄良荣，赖志能。

不知不觉，本学期的教学工作已告一段落。在刚过去的学期中，我担任英语教学工作。在教学工作中我深深知道自己肩负的重任，认真学*新的教育理念，深入研究新的教学方法，时刻以提高学生的语言运用能力和为学生今后语言发展奠定基础作为目标。一个学期的努力，我在获取了一些教学经验的同时，也深刻地认识到了自己在教学中仍有许多须提高和改进的地方。
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触广州学生的时候，我一点都不了解他们，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，一厢情愿的认为学生这样就易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，结果后来下课一调查，一听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学反应跟不上，而教学的部分内容同学们有的以前从来未学过。于是，我在课后更多的主动走*学生，与他们聊天谈心，增进彼此的了解，从而更进一步了解了学生的状况：
一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，三、四班的同学虽然比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中差生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体。由此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，记得一位优秀的老师曾说过： “备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了二十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。
因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现优差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标，对同学进行有计划的辅导。在三班和四班，我把同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*;第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学我采取适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩方法，当然不能操之过急，并且多鼓励，只要他们肯努力，成绩有望提高;第三组是纪律松散，学*不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人我进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学*。我想只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。
英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。
精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们更多的时间练*加以巩固，课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练*，这样通过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的过程中巩固知识。同时，我又让每位同学准备一个错题本，在我每次评讲*题的过程中，把他们易错的*题和知识点重点记在错题本上，以便于*时有重点地去记忆和理解。事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。
总之，经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都在一定程度上体现了我在这学期的教学效果，也是我和学生共同努力的见证，更会促使我继续努力，多问，多想，多向优秀教师学*，争取更大进步。
转眼间，我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中，我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与完美。作为“孩子王”，与孩子在一齐的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸，一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退，生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬，使心田灿烂，温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和完美的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你应对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时，当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时，每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业，让我觉得这份职业如此纯真完美
可喜的是经过半年的学*、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自我的教学方法。现简单列出
一、激发兴趣，维持活力。
“兴趣是孩子们最好的教师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学*，将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果，这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学*兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语，对英语充满了好奇与向往，与中文迥然不一样的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试，欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开，再加上课堂上，我使用了很多的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具，设计了丰富多采的教学游戏，让学生在玩中学，在学中玩，身心愉悦地上英语课，在不知不觉中就掌握了知识，使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是将这一学*的活力坚持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级，英语课便比较没有新鲜感了，并且随着资料的加深，学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学*兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的活力激发点。比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美*俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学*英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。
二、及时复*，反复操练。
俗语有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不练手生。”所以，在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学资料倒背如流，脱口而出。所以，每一资料传授完毕后，我都要求学生及时背诵、记忆，确保每一学生在单词、句子的听、说、读、写过关。每一天早上，学生必须将所学资料读至少一遍以上，随时坚持学*英语的最佳状态。在每一堂英语课前，我都会用英语与学生自由交谈。经过反复的操练，学生对知识自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。
三、严抓书写，打牢基础。
学英语并非是一朝一夕的事，那么，基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的*惯或错误，在以后将很难纠正。所以，在小学英语教学中，我在书写和发音上要求异常严格，哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上，我要求学生先书空，再在练*本上写，最终写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不贴合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。“磨刀不误砍柴工”，做好了准备，打牢了基础，既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化，也为学生将来学*英语铺就一条*坦大道。
本学期我担任第六小学四年级（1）班的英语教学工作。此教材以话题为纲，以交际功能为主线，兼顾语言任务，即：话题—功能—结构—任务，以体验，实践`参与交流与合作的学*方式，强调学生能用英语做事情，提倡“任务型”的教学思想，把综合语言运用能力的培养落实在教学的过程。
根据学生的年龄特点，以及课程改革的要求，我在课前备课，就充分考虑到每堂课如何从学*的兴趣出发，课堂上提倡学生的综合语言运用能力，使英语的学*过程，成为学生积极的情感态度，鼓励学生主动思维，大胆实践，提高跨文化意识和形成自主学*的*惯。英语作为基础教育阶段的必修课程，它有其独特性，首先要求教师自身要易教乐教，而教师在教学过程中，如何使学生易学乐学，是我不断探索的永恒的课题。
小学英语的教学大致有六个单元，2个复*单元，每个单元分a、b、c三部分，教学时通常用拟人画呈现单词，绘画，a、b部分是教学的核心部分，每册书配有12组会话，73个单词，18个游戏，12个“tpr”活动，8个小制作，14首歌曲，10首歌谣，6个幽默小故事，和6个简单的中西方文化知识，英语是一门语言的学科，它象其它语言一样，贯穿于生活的方方面面，我教学大量倾注于激发学生学*语言的浓厚兴趣上，在*时的课堂上就灌输给学生要有终身学*的决心。
总之，我在拿到新教材，就充分认识到作为教师首先要把自己的角色调整好，课堂上留给学生想象发挥的空间，放开的让学生去说，融入到学生当中，通过大量的辅助手段，使课堂上充满生机和活力。如适当适时做头饰，教具，改唱歌曲，分角色表演，甚至和学生一起玩游戏，带动大量的学生投入到教学活动中，我始终坚持一步一个脚印，自我完善的同时，多吸取别人的好方法，并不断总结*时课堂的得与失，积累好的经验，使今后的课堂有更多更好的发挥空间，真正投入到课改的实践中。
这学期是我担任初三年级二班和四班的英语教学工作。由于教学经验浅，对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学*，深入研究教法，虚心向前辈学*。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验，但还存在很多不足之处情况。
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要我们班在经过一年多的磨炼，有一点起色，但那是远远不足的，而且二班中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少，差生也较多。四班尖子较少，差生覆盖面较广。所以根据实际情况，我对两个班进行以下方面的实施：
一、认真搞好备课，特别是集体备课
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。
二、培养学生良好的英语学**惯
首先，要培养学生良好的学**惯，课前多预*，课堂45分钟让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练*，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教。
其次，学生学*要主次分明，主要学科课后时间分配相应的因当多一些，特别是对英语学科，因为毕竟不是母语。基础不打好，以后想提高也难。
总之，要让学生明白，学*英语不是一天两天的事，是要靠*时慢慢积累起来的。
三、建设高效的课堂，努力提高驾驭课堂的能力
因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学，所以上课一定要设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。为了让学生真正参入到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，老师决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。
通过一个学期的努力，两个班还存在一定的问题，特别是班上有的同学无心思学*，或是学*很被动，这对教学造成一定的困难。
以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师指导下，取得更好成绩。
参加工作十二年了，今年是第一次承担毕业班的英语教学这个艰巨的任务，工作起来我可谓是小心翼翼，如履薄冰。
我之前在初一、初二、初三的教学工作中曾担负过多个版本的教学任务，包括最老的人教版，新目标和现在的仁爱版的教学，虽然之前没有教到毕业班，但是我在备课和自学的过程中我都将教材内容完整地、系统地了解和掌握。因此在工作中我积累了大量的经验和教训，这也成为了现在担任初四英语教学的重要组成部分。可以说我之前的工作是“厚积”的话，那在这一学期中我要把我所学到的内容通过我的教学反映在学生的成绩上，达到“薄发”的目的。让我很我感想的就是过去走过的路，会成为我们将来的必要准备。比如，最简单的一点，学生的笔记和单词听写的部分自从我接手，我就每个学期给学生打印出来最精准的笔记内容，在讲完课后发给学生，督促学生自学和背诵，这样的做法最大的限度减少了学生自己记笔记带来的错误和缺少，现在这样的积累显出了效果，我把知识点进行了相关的归纳，更有利于学生在短时间内提高自学。
在教到初四后我统计了一下，我们仁爱课本中所有的单词数量达到了2700个，笔记中知识点的条目在1520个左右。在开学之初，我就和学生算过一笔账，当时距离中考还有300天左右。这样看起来，这些单词和知识点的背诵速度应该达到每天多少，自己要结合自己的能力掌握相关的速度，但是无论如何也不应该在中考前几天还在背这些相关内容，要有提前量。这样的话，学生在我的指导下，自行制订学*计划，调整自己的学*进度。由于某些学生的学*自主性还不够强，需要我及时的监督和检查。
一、备课的准备，备课时我投入的时间较以往更多了，为了一个知识点的准确讲解我有时得上网，看各种参考书，和同事交流，这虽然付出了大量的时间，但是觉得现在这一切的付出是值得的和有必要的。但是，由于参考书的数量有限，有时我发现有时网上和书上的内容会有冲突的现象，我只好以较为准确的书上的知识为准，这其实是对我的教学水*的极大考验。相信中考中不能出这些有争议的题目，但是我们讲解时要尽心尽力。
二、讲课的过程，我主要从中等学生入手，讲的课通俗易懂，同时我注重提示和检查英语学*较为突出的学生要结合自己的能力完成额外的练*，以提高这部分学生的答题能力。对于学困生，我做了这样的工作，学困生们当中的其它科目很好的同学不是头脑不够，而是他们没有掌握对正确的方法或某一时期学*行为上出现了偏差，为此我找到这样的同学，与他们做了耐心的沟通，讲清了英语提高成绩的可能性和要付出相当多的努力的现实，在日常
教学中对他们多鼓励，少批评，让他们提验到英语成绩提高对总体名次的影响，进而更加努力地投入到英语学*当中。
三、复*的作法，现在讲课中的内容是复*活动的第一轮，我借鉴了以往的优秀老师的复*经验，以及这届学生我是从初二接手的现实，我把初一的课文复*的速度降到很低，以好在这个过程中贯彻我的教学思想，让学生把学*内容连系起来，就像高博同学所说的，现在的知识渐渐连起来了，系统了。另外，我在讲这部分知识时，并不是只讲这一部分，我已经把中考所能涉及到的语法联系起来，为学生的今后模拟和参加中考打下基础。比如在讲到初一的数词这部分内容时，我觉得我不能只讲基数词的变化，这样做的话只有讲到初三的内容时才能将数词所涉及到的内容全部讲完，因此我把所有的有关数词的内容，如基数词，序数词，分数词，时间的表达，加减法的运算，中考知识点等内容，利用了恰当的课时讲解清楚，练*到位。对于其余的语法项目我也是用这样的方法讲解的。这样做的好处是，学*的知识点不分散，易于背诵和学生自我查找不足之处。今后复*中我的这个思路会一直坚持下来。
四、练*的容量，现在的练*内容是大概在每天一张卷子，各种类型题，学生起初接受不了，现在学生已经适应了，学生每天大概花三十分钟以内的时间就能完成相关的练*卷子。对于选择，情景交际，完形填空，阅读的恰当形式填空和判断题目我们都做了相应的复*准备，较从前的状态有了大幅度的好转，其余的几个大的考试项目我得等到寒假中或下学期再来讲解和引导学生练*提高。另外，我现在比以前做的好的一点在于头一天做完的卷子，第二天一定会讲完或核对完答案，避免核对答案晚了之后的学生遗忘现象，还给了学生必要的思考时间。这样做，学生体验到了学*的压力的同时，也体验到了学*的乐趣。因为练*中的内容是最*讲解的重点知识，学生练*就是巩固的过程和检验哪里学*不到位的过程，学生的学*信心大幅增加，产生了良性的循环。我也对学生们说，做练*遇到不会的不用怕，要从正确的角度去理解，做题不是要总做对的和会的，要从做题中找到自己不会的，把不会的统统变成会的和熟练的，自己就进步了，成长了。
五、学困生培养，初四应当有不同于其它年级的学困生定义，此时的学困生就应当是其它科目很好，而唯独在英语方面不突出的学生，依据这样的思路，我在班级中选定了吴春生，魏成言，安颖三名同学来培养，他们各有不同的特点。
吴春生一直以来就是英语不好，学*不够认真，目标不明确，进入初四后，在理科方面进步很大，但是英语仍有很大不足。现在的讲课的慢速度正好是适应他的状态的，但是他听课的认真程度远远不及他人，我必须要求他认真听讲，扎实记忆，讲清楚对他的单独的要求
和他自己能做到的自我提高的方法，否则老师再用功，他不认真听课也是不能在英语方面取得提高和进步的。
魏成言则是初一和初二的基础不错，对于复*相关的初一和初二英语知识很得心应手，但是初三的学*不够认真，导致落后很大。现在主要要做的是提高学*的信心，发挥聪明的头脑，加强对基础知识的提问，让他先把基础知识掌握到手，得到考试中的基础分，针对初三的内容学*不好，到时要加强这部分知识的辅导。
安颖由于初三的第一个关键学期由于生病没有上学，加上之前的基础不是很好，英语方面有所脱节，但是他是这三个人中学*最认真的。只需要将初三的内容细致讲解，并加强提问，只要她能及时补上来，我相信她的成绩一定会有一个较大的突破的。
针对以上三人的分析，我有的放矢地采取措施，多次举过某些学生在初四英语不好失败的例子，但也有原来在初四英语仍不好，但经过一个时期努力而英语提高后考上高中的例子，通过多种办法鼓励学生的学*信心，让他们体验到学*提高带来的快乐，从简单易懂的地方入手，逐步解决他们学*中的疑难之处。
六、体育特长生方面，他们中有些人曾是班级中英语特别不好的学生，但是由于身体素质和考上高中的愿望，选择了考体育特长的这条路，我主要从这样的几个方面做了一些工作，加强和他们的关系，让他们认识到英语老师并没有因为他们考体育特长而瞧不起他们，在进行体育锻炼的那些天的每个周二我上晚课的时候，我第二天早上都按时叫他们起床参加身体锻炼，并积极地陪他们跑步，我在每次陪他们跑步时都体验到他们的辛苦，这也更激发了我对他们更加投入耐心的想法，也增加了他们对我的信任。从单词和笔记方面加强提问，并采用少量多次的办法，让他们体验到背下来的快乐，现在王瑶瑶，韩婷婷的英语大幅提高，很多时候王瑶瑶的英语成绩在所有的同学当中都能占到中上等的水*，这也是她之前的实力的展现，杨洋和田甜的英语单词背诵不成问题，其他同学也都有进步。
七、今后的打算，在最后的这段中考前的日子，我还要不断加强学*，要以更积极和饱满的热情投入到工作中去，反思自己教学中的不足之处，多向他人学*，提高自己的业务能力，然后沟通学生和老师之间的感情，做到让学生亲师信道，最终提高学生的中考英语成绩。
学生的表现还不尽如人意，当中认真学*的有很多，但也有一部分同学学*不是很认真，其中有原来成绩较好的，自以为成绩还可以，基础还行，不努力的，也有看到希望不大的，觉得前途渺茫不学*的。对这样的同学，现阶段我的作法是严格要求，必须要完成相应工作，只能牵着走了，否则现阶段的基础复*结束后，进入到后期的综合复*当中这部分学生就有被别人远远落下的可能。本着对他们负责的态度加强对他们的要求，但我觉得只有自觉主动的学*了，才是他们成功的关键。所以，在这个过程中我严格要求的同时，也让他们树立起
学*的信心。
学生的学*方法在现阶段转变的也不是很理想，有很多人还在用初二，初三的学*方式来学*现在的英语，主要表现是还在等和靠，等老师提问，靠老师施压，老师要是没有提问到，哪怕是再重要，再简单的也不去背诵。这是十分不对的。这样的状态要是延续到高中的学*当中，对他们的学*的影响是特别大的，因为在讲课过程中我常常正反面的例子都举，鼓励他们主动地自主地开展学*。
*时还担负了一些别的工作，比如，为绥棱英语国培担任辅导教师，这个事是由于进修校选中的我，他们当时参加省里国培任务的老师缺*，进修校的领导考虑到我的实际能力，与我沟通利用我的业余时间组织大家参与到国培当中，并承诺在期末时会给学校加分，我在得到校长的认可后，答应了这一份临时工作。校长对我的嘱咐我还记忆犹新，我认真地对待他的叮嘱。现在回顾我这*两个月的工作，我是完全在完成了初四教学的备课，上课，辅导和批改工作后的业余时间做的这份工作。在和其他学校的老师接触过程中体会到了他们的认真学*和积极参与学*的态度，让我体会到许多值得我学*的东西。好在这个培训即将结束，在培训中学到的知识也将成为我未来成功的基石。
今后，要对得起领导的信任，家长的期待，同学的前途，自己的付出，我就要努力的工作，不能误人子弟。借鉴一句老话“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，我觉得“中考虽两天，功夫练十年。”这话其实不仅是对于学生是现实的反映，对我来说我不仅是在期待成功，也在为成功一直做着必要的努力。
我们教研组始终坚持以教学为中心，强化管理。进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的构成。
一、见贤思齐，爱岗敬业
在我组英语教师队伍中，以老中青结合，几乎都了兼任班主任、年级组长以及学校的重要职务。工作繁忙，任务艰巨，但全组教师以学校大局为重，以校为己任，克服困难，用心进取，发扬了无私奉献的精神，高质高效地完成了学校交给的各项任务。多年来，我们教研组始终坚持以教学为中心，强化管理。进一步规范教学行为，并力求常规与创新的有机结合，促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的构成。全体老师敬业爱岗、博爱学生、教育得法，以高尚的师德和严谨的治学态度赢得了学生的尊敬，家长和社会的认可，从而提高了学生对英语学*的兴趣。*几年教学成绩一向在本镇及区内乡镇学校的前列。
二、加强学*，转变观念
为了提高全组教师的素质，教研组组织教师学*了素质教育和英语教育教学方面的理论文章。我组利用隔周三的教研组会、备课组会的时间认真学*了学校为外语组订的《中小学外语学*》等报刊以及转达区市教研室的有关精神。还一齐学*研究《英语教学大纲》以及《新课程标准》，明确了初中各个年级的英语教学目的、任务以及要求，从宏观上把握各个年级的知识脉络透过学*，丰富了教师的英语知识，对于新的中学英语教育教学理念如"任务型教学模式"有了更深了解，提高了各位教师的专业理论知识水*，从而也转变了教师的教育观念。
三、用心参加和开展校本教研活动
我们每学期初教研活动有计划，学期末教研活动有总结。为了改革课堂结构和教学方法，提高教师的课堂教学水*，提高课堂教学效益，我们坚持开展听、评、说课活动。并以备课组为中心，用心推进教学改革。各年级备课组在常规教学中集思广益、精心备课、助帮忙学，使常规教学开展得有条有理，步步推进。教师之间分工协作、团结互助、做到资源共享优势互补。各备课组能不折不扣地完成教研组安排的任务，同时建立自己的特色。且把这个活动做为一个重要的教研活动。
每学期开展单元说课，也就是说单元的教学目标、重点、难点，说教材的前后联系，说突出重点、突破难点的措施，说本单元学生应掌握的。我组教师十分重视听评课活动，听课前认真备课，设计教案，互相切磋，听课后认真评课，如教学资料安排否恰当，难点是否突破，教法是否得当，教学手段的使用，教学思想、方法的渗透是否贴合素质教育的要求，老师的教学基本功等方面进行中肯，全面的评论、探讨、反思。我们常常回反思这样的问题：如这堂课是否真正体现了以学生为主体教师的引导是否激发了学生潜在的能动性等等。在实际中我们不断提高。
同时，我们尤其注重青年教师教学规范的培养，用心鼓励他们参加教学实践活动，不仅仅使年轻教师能更快地成长，而且也使老教师看到或者是寻找到了新的灵感和激情。年轻教师虚心请教，不耻下问，老教师毫无保留，兢兢业业。本学期我们推出的两名新教师王瑜、俞娜开设区级公开课，取得成功。
另外，我们用心开展校本专题研究，使教师成为教育教学的主体，透过研究来解决实际问题。如：根据新教材的特点，现行的牛津英语教材，词汇多，语法分散，开展了具有我校特色的"英语语言知识点系列"梳理活动，即对各年级段教材的语言知识点，进行系统梳理的过程。本次活动面广量大，但透过各年级教师的群策群力，备课组长的统筹安排，教研组室的统一协调，在本学年内如期完成。从而，为切实提高我校英语教学的整体水*打下扎实的基础。
一学年来，我认识搞好自我的本职工作，不断提高自我的思想觉悟和教学水*，认真学*新的教育理论，与时俱进，连续创新，主动推进教育教学改革，主动完成学校的各项工作，尊重并热爱学生，使学生学有所长，全面发展，下头就我本学年的工作作如下总结：
一、培养英语学*兴趣
英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的教室语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮忙班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学*英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学*的兴趣始终稳定在较高水*。
二、认真备课、上课，改善教学方式、注重辅导学法
在团体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，教室就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每一天都有主动的精神状态，让学生感受到一种主动的学*气氛。我能遵循听说、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大教室训练量，加快教室节奏，切实提高教室教学效率。除保证教室效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方法，以打好他们的初一基础。
三、做好“培优转差”
按以往经验，学生在英语学*进入必须阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7a教材开始启用、学*难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有必须基础，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*;第二组是肯学、但学*本事不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学*又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。
一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。
所以，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、学者、同行学*，争取更大的提高。
本年度，我担任五六年级的英语课教学工作。为更好地总结经验，发现不足，更有针对性地提高自己今后的教学工作，现将本学期的教学工作总结如下：
1、重视课堂教学，做一名受学生欢迎的好老师
悉心研究教材，研究学生，选择合适的教学方法。认真抓好常规教学，精心准备每一节课，做好课堂教学的每一环节。我在上课之前总是精心备课，根据英语学科的特点和所教班级的学生自身特点，设计好每一个教学环节，力求以新颖有趣的内容来吸引学生的注意力，认真做好课前准备。上课时，尽量用风趣幽默的课堂语言和博学的英语知识来激发学生对英语学*的兴趣，并采用动静结合、学练结合、动嘴与动手相结合的多种方式来充分调动所有学生共同参与。
2、建立多元评价观，*等对待每一个孩子。
随着年级的升高，学生之间的学*差异越来越大。一个学期以来，全体学生在学*成绩，对英语的学*兴趣，英语思维方面，英语口头笔头表达方面都有了明显的提高，与其它班级差距明显缩小。
3、注意感情交流，做到以情动人。
教学中，既要重知识的学*，又要重情感的沟通，通过感情的交流促进知识的理解，达到掌握的目的。学生的层次不同，接受能力也千差万别，教学中力求做到关注每一个孩子，特别是那些自制力差、注意力不集中或不专心、参与性不强的学生，对他们多提问、多点拨，用眼神去提醒他把心思放到课堂中。对于优等生和中等生也特别注意去让他们有展示自己的机会。
4、虚心学*，不断提高自己
（1）听课。只要学校有组织听课的机会，我都绝不放过这个良好的学*机会。或利用空节，或调课去听。听的课程不仅有英语，还有语文和数学等。听课的目的只有一个，那就是学*，取人之长，补己之短。
（2）多向周围的老师请教。采用多种方式与同行老师进行业务交流与研讨，共同提高，共同进步。
今后，我将继续努力，在教育教学岗位上做出更大的成绩。
我今年担任九年级（1）班和（2）班的英语教学工作。在领导的关怀和指导下，完成了教学任务。但学生能力布局不均，优秀生缺乏，不能带动集体学*，中层同学思路一般，学*缺乏灵活性，自学能力较差，下游同学人数相对较多，这仍然是令我头疼的问题。整理思路，现将一学期的教学工作做简要回顾。
九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，为中考取得令人满意的成绩打好基础，我在教学中尝试了一些教学方法，现总结如下：
一、认真搞好备课，认真准备课件。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。这两个班在经过两年多的英语教学，部分学生在英语学*方面有很大的起色，但那是远远不足的， 而且九（1）班中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，时间长了，学生的学*积极性就会欠佳。但是，九（2）班优良生比例稍大一点，但中下层面很广，我备课时注意到这点，因此教学时针对不同情况，在授课时采取了不同的方法，效果就比较理想些。
二、模块式教学在教学过程中将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。
1、听 放录音，让学生跟读，训练学生的听力，并且指导他们运用正确的听力技巧进行训练。鼓励学生多听英语歌且要学唱。
2、说 充分利用早读，按课程进度及课堂的需要，安排学生带读。鼓励学生大胆且要大声读英语，*时多说英语。
3、读 读的方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力。在教授阅读技巧时，教会他们怎么做题。
4、写 作文教学主要是传授写作方法。利用好每单元的写作素材，当堂训练，当堂讲解并修改部分学生的作文。*时提倡学生利用课余时间多写简短的英语日记。
三、 把握教学进度，合理安排时间。
与其他班老师相互配合，***学进度，相互沟通、交流、学*。对于两班的后进生，经常鼓励他们。今后，对于那些基础较差、无心向学、书写潦草的学生还要多下功夫。

There are certain considerations or factors that everyone takes into account in a relationship. Among them，honesty，which means telling the truth，is highly valued in society.
