夏天，我们在家用空调的时候，不要长时间开着，用一两个小时后就关掉，再开电风扇，这样就可以节省50%的电；在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样就能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电；用微波炉加工食品的`时候，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料或盖上盖子，这样被加工的食品水分就不易被蒸发，食品的味道更美味并且更节电……*时我们勤动手动脑也可以实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、牛奶盒等，其实将这些废弃的盒子稍加裁剪，就可以轻松将它们废物利用。比如：制作储物盒，可以在里面放置茶叶包或化妆品之类的物品；还可以利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶盒等制作一盏漂亮的台灯，喝过的茶叶渣，晒干后还可以做成一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠；普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下插头……这些看似不经意的小事都是在为“减碳”做贡献。
我们应该从节水、节电、节油、节气等这些小事做起。
森林是绿的，大地是绿的，天空是绿的，小草是绿的，荷叶是绿的……世界万物都散发出“绿”的气息，而低碳生活就是我们要建立的绿生活，只要我们去行动，就可以接*低碳生活，达到低碳生活的标准。
我们的地球需要我们共同来爱护，让我们从身边的小事做起，珍惜资源，减少污染，让我们建立绿生活，让生活更美好。
地球是生命的摇篮，人类是地球的骄子。她给予我们生存所需的一切，离开她我们一刻也无法生存下去。然而，随着科技进步与社会的快速发展，人类为了满足日益增长的物质生活需求，正不自觉地步入掠夺性资源采用和破坏性生产的误区。
在我们生活的这个世界上，一方面，工业污水源源不断地流入江河湖海，天空到处弥漫着黑色的烟尘，堆积如山的垃圾。另一方面，森林面积锐减，土地沙漠化，气候变异，酸雨成灾，旱涝肆虐，生态灾难频繁，水资源和自然资源逐渐枯竭……人类的生存与发展正面临着环境不断恶化所带来的严峻威胁，地球及其居民好象进入了一个高风险地带。警钟早已敲响，可是，人类对于环境恶化进程的遏止仍显得过于苍白无力。
美好的地球环境是我们赖以生存的基础。但，每当我们的自己利益与环境利益相互矛盾时，人类总是只顾眼前利益和自己利益，而环境利益却被我们远远地抛在脑后。在现实生活中，我们为了追求所谓的“卫生”而大量使用一次性筷子，为此付出的代价森林被毁，水土大量流失，生态失衡；为了获取看似贵重的毛皮、虎骨，满足渺小的口腹之欲，有人甘冒违法的风险，疯狂地捕杀野生动物……据统计，人类工业化发展的一百多年来，特别是比较*几十年来，随着工业化的不断升级和其它人类活动的增加，物种灭绝的速度比自然灭绝的速度要快一千倍之多。假如人类再不节制自身的行为，我们的.后代将会见不到除人类之外的其它生物，甚至将可能无法在这个星球上继续生存下去，人类也将面临灭绝。这决不是危言耸听。面对着我们一手造成的恶果，面对着逝去了的、将要逝去的，以及那些在人类的屠刀下**的生命，我们——地球上比较聪明的动物，该如何办……
警钟已经长鸣！环境需要我们保护，家园需要我们建设。我们每个人能够做很多事情来保护我们生存的环境，如回收废旧电池，节约水电，不吃口香糖，不乱扔杂物，不用塑料袋，不用一次性筷子，植树造林，绿化荒山；到城镇乡村进行以“保护自然、保护环境”为主题的大规模的环保宣传教育活动，号召大伙立即行动起来，保护我们的家园，为人类生活创建一个美好和谐的环境。
大自然与我们是不可分割的共同体，地球则是我们共同的家园。天蓝地绿，山川秀美是我们共同的追求和理想。为了把我们的绿色家园建设得更为美好，为了给我们的子孙后代留下一片绿色的天地，让我们从现在做起，从我做起，保护我们的地球，也保护我们人类自身吧！
在我们当今的社会，环境变得越来越重要了，一旦环境遭到破坏那么我们的社会也将岌岌可危。所以保护环境，我们才能建立一个美丽得社会。
在我国出现了许多的自然灾难，现在全球温度也在上升，致使冰川融化，洪水泛滥。最终遭殃的还是我们自己。在世界各地方也都出现了很多灾难，这并不是危言耸听，其实在以前就发生过许多因环境而造成了许多的灾难。
在中国，我们的工业还有需改进，因为有很多的工厂再发展工业的过程中排出了许多的有害物质，致使土地的质量遭到了严重的破坏，使得人民的庄稼粮食也遭到了大量的破坏。但是破坏还不止这些有的场排出了大量的有害气体，致使许多的花早树木还有各种飞禽都因为环境的破坏而遭到严重的打击。人们因为误食了那些有毒的水，而得了严重的病。所以坏境对于我们来说是很重要的。如果坏境遭到了破坏，那么我们的人身健康将遭到破坏。
在国外，英国在以前是工业发达的国家，但是因为他们过度与之发现工业却忽视了在当时的英国上空有一大片得浓雾笼罩在英国上空。也正是因为这些浓雾，使得人们*时呼吸都很困难，致使人们因过度的吸入这些浓雾而患上了严重的病，致使英国的每一家医院都是人满为患，看病的人数不胜数。在当时因为的得病而死的人数不胜数，致使英国的轻工业遭到严重的破坏。这件事的影响非常的严重，因为发现重工业而忽视了环境，致使英国的发展遭到了阻力。
像这样的事例肥肠的常见，有太多的人因为一些利益而做了许多的破坏环境的是，可是他们却不知道，因为他们的做法，最终的受害者也可能是他们的亲人。环境一旦破坏那么许多的自然灾难也将随之而来。所以为了能构建一个美丽和谐的社会我门应该保护好坏境，只有这样我们的社会才会越来越美丽，越来越和谐。
最*，我从课本《综合实践活动》中看到了一份资料：一粒纽扣电池可污染60万升水，等于一个人一生的饮水量。一节电池烂在地里，能够使一*方米的土地失去利用价值。我对这段文字产生了疑问，这些都是真的吗？是什么原因造成的？我请教了李老师，老师说：“我们用实验去证明事实吧。”在老师的帮助下，我动手做了个小实验。
我从专卖金鱼店里挑选了两条小金鱼，小金鱼很惹人喜爱，在水里自由自在地游动。可是，一想到这两条金鱼即将成为我的实验品，就觉得它们很可怜。为了证明废电池对动物的危害，我不得不开始了实验。首先，我找来两只干净的小鱼缸，在鱼缸上分别贴上编号：A和B。接着，把1节5号的电池拆开，把电池的混合物放进装着清水的小桶里，静置一段时间后，把电池液的水放人A缸里，B缸里只是装着清水，最后，把两条健康的金鱼分别放人A缸和B缸，我仔细地观察金鱼的变化，并认真地作好记录：第一天的上午，发现两条金鱼都没有多大的变化，到了下午，只见A缸里的金鱼不停从鱼缸底往上窜，而且吃力地呼吸着。第二天的早上，我给金鱼喂食，B缸里的金鱼吃得津津有味，而A缸的金鱼对眼前的食料无动于衷，游动的速度也越来越慢。大约过了20分钟后，A缸的小家伙已经浮在水面上，奄奄一息了。而B缸的金鱼却仍旧欢快地游动着。我问老师是什么原因，老师分析说：“A缸里的金鱼这么快死亡，说明废电池重金属物质的毒性是导致金鱼死亡的主要原因。废电池内含有对人类健康和动植物生长不利的多种有害物质，如果处理不当会污染环境，危害人类健康。”最后，我通过查阅资料知道了废电池的危害：废弃在自然界电池中的汞会慢慢从电池中溢出来，进入土壤或水源，再通过农作物进入人体，损伤人的肾脏。在微生物的作用下，无机汞可以转化成甲基汞，聚集在鱼类的'身体里，人食用了这种鱼后，甲基汞会进人人的大脑细胞，使人的神经系统受到严重破坏，重者会发疯致死。著名的日本水俣病就是甲基汞所致。镉渗出污染土地和水体，最终进入人体使人的肝和肾受损，也会引起骨质松软，重者造成骨骼变形。汽车废电池中含有酸和重金属铅泄漏到自然界可引起土壤和水源污染，最终对人造成危害。
通过实验，不但证明了废电池的危害性，而且提高了我的环保意识。今后，我要从自己做起，从身边的小事做起，为保护环境贡献自己的一份力量。
在我家的门前有一条护城河，记得妈妈曾对我说过，以前这里的水被污染过，但现在经过治理，水变得越来越清了。
说起护城河还有一段不光彩的过去呢!以前这里是人们茶余饭后的一条“问题河”。大约两年以前，河岸两边的住户为了图方便，把一包包垃圾扔进河里，于是旁边的'人纷纷效仿，日积月累，河面上时常浮着白色垃圾;更可怕的是那些租户，住的房子没有卫生间，每天晚上或早上他们必须偷偷摸摸出来倒大小便，就变成了苍蝇和蚊子的最爱;更可恨是离我家不远有一家印刷厂，整天有黑色的污水从管道里排向河里，还有浓浓的黑烟飘向天空。于是原来清澈见底的河水变成了黑乎乎的污水，蓝天和白云不见了。
一个宁静的夏天，我听见了在“问题河”旁，小花、小草、小树讲起了悄悄话。
小花先发言：“小草哥哥，你的伤好了吗?”小草痛苦地说：“别提了，我经常是旧伤未愈，新伤又发，瞧，上一次被乱扔在草地上的可乐瓶给碰伤了，现在又被垃圾给压伤了，哎呦!痛死了!”小草刚说完。小树的心脏病复发了，大家连忙帮忙，问：“你怎么了?”小树见大家这样，说：“谢谢大家!老病了，你们瞧，那天有一座工厂，天天冒出黑乎乎的烟，把我都熏坏了，看我这小小年纪，就要失去生命了!呜呜……”小树说着哭起来。
小河也说：“看!我这一身黑乎乎的衣裳，也是那工厂弄的!他们天天排放污水，把我原来漂亮的衣裳都给弄脏了，还有，我衣服上还有塑料瓶、可乐瓶等许多垃圾，我现在越变越难看了!呜呜……”小河也哭起来了。
大家一瞬间都哭了，小树问：“小花!你哭什么?”小花哭泣着说：“大家别以为我好过，我也很难过，你们瞧!”小花把手伸出来，“哇!怎么这么脏?”小树问。小花说：“是呀!人们随地大小便，呕吐都吐在我身上，我好痛苦啊!”
大家都说：“都怪人类，我们生活在一个家园，为什么就不能好好的相处呢?我们恨人类!”
熟睡中的人们啊，你们是否也听到了这小河边的悄悄话呢?爱护环境吧，否则，我们会受到大自然的惩罚的!
我是一个充满幻想的小男孩，也许是因为*时故事书看得太多了吧!我总爱把妈妈想象救苦救难的观音菩萨，用那魔术般的柳树条向人间滴几滴神仙水，小河一下子变清了……
请大家快快保护环境吧!爱护我们的家园，不要再乱扔垃圾，要好好保护地球，要不然人类便会自取灭亡。

资料显示地球上有23的陆地被森林覆盖，森林面积达76万公顷。地球因为森林而年轻。可是人类太贪婪了，因为树给人类带来了好处，便疯狂的砍伐树木。此刻仅热带森林每年就要减少1700万公顷，照这样下去人类迟早要被自我的指智慧所毁灭。
世界上的大气层也严重遭受碰坏。人们一向以为地球的天空是无穷无尽的，所以一向把对环境污染极大的废气、废水送到空中。大家认为世界这么大，这些垃圾算什么呢汽车、工厂排放废烟、废气，污染了大层，使我们的母亲—地球得了肺癌。工厂将有毒的废水排入小河中，严重的污染了水资源。此刻可供人类也能用的水还不到地球水的0。3%，可是人们还在放肆的浪费水资源。
由于人们过度的砍伐树木造成了土壤流失，世界每年约损失124亿多吨！因为土壤流失，水资源缺乏，许多的田地沙漠化。全就越有3600万*方公顷沙漠化了。我家门前也常常刮沙尘暴天气，弄得灰头土脸。
我们不能再这样下去了！在一棵小树，献一份爱心，让我们停止对地球母亲的破坏吧！让我们为母亲披上绿色的衣裳吧！不要在过度的排放废烟、废气、废水了，换地球母亲一个健康。不要在肆意破坏了，母亲已经发怒了，地震、洪水……就是对人类的报复。不要在肆意破坏了，要不然，终究有一天，我们会被自我的智慧所反噬。那样人类看到的最终一滴液体很可能是自我的泪水。不要再犹豫了，让我们一齐保护家园！

上个周末，天气晴好，我和妈妈来到荆州老南门外赏樱花。樱花虽美，但有不少事情大煞风景，明明树上挂着“保护环境，爱护花木”的牌子提醒人们要文明赏花，但摘花，扯枝、摇树、乱丢垃圾等不文明现象时有发生。与古城墙、樱花相伴的护城河更是浑浊不堪，还散发出阵阵恶臭，河面上还不时飘来一些塑料垃圾，烂菜叶等，我蹲下身子往河里一瞧，一条小鱼的踪影也看不见。

4月22日世界地球日就要到来，我呼吁大家：“保护环境，从我做起。”作为当代的小学生，国家的未来，环保应从自身做起，从生活的点点滴滴做起，例如不随地吐痰，不随便乱扔垃圾，把废纸收集起来……我们应该遵守小学生日常行为规范携手保护我们的生存家园。

今年的6月5日，是第个世界环境日。***已经确定20年为“国际沙漠和荒漠化年”。为了遵守惯例，同“国际沙漠和荒漠化年”主题保持一致，选择“沙漠和荒漠化”作为今年世界环境日的主题，以突出强调这一人类所面临的紧迫环境问题。
当我们从繁忙的学*中抽身投入到大自然的怀抱，我们发现我们的大自然母亲已经变了模样——群山光秃秃的；水塘变成泥浆坑；小河捞不到鱼和虾……让我们看得更大一些，更远一点吧！据科学家统计：中华民族的摇篮——黄河，*两千年来决口一千五百多次，改道二十六次，给**的人民带来深重的灾难。为什么会这样呢？这意味着什么？这意味着我们如果不及时保护环境，珍惜我们的地球家园，美丽的地球家园将会连同人类自身一同消灭掉！地球因为有了人类而日益繁华，地球也正因为有了类而逐渐走向衰亡。人类正在用智慧扼杀自己赖以生存的地球。这是多么可怕的事实啊！所以我们要大声的呼吁：我们要保护环境！

大家一定会对我们周围地环境污染很熟悉吧!现在的宝安几乎见不到一条清澈的小河。周围的工厂不仅都不加节制地用水，还排出大量的废水，污染附*的河流。大家都看过《只有一个地球》吧!地球妈妈虽然十分美丽，资源也十分丰富，但只要不停地毁坏，总有一天，地球是会枯竭的大家都知道我国的第二大河——黄河是世界上含沙量最多的河流，那么，那些泥沙是从何而来?原来，是河水流经的部分地方过度放牧，导致水土流失，泥沙随着河水到了下游，使下游的河床增高，引发洪水。
印第安人是最保护环境的人种。他们对一草一木都产生敬畏之情，并不轻易去破坏生态*衡。在他们眼里，每一件微小的东西都是圣洁的。
保护环境，从我做起。我们要尽力用我们全部的爱心和力量去爱护每一片土地。大家应该从每一件小事做起。比如：丢垃圾时要分类好扔;不乱扔废电池;不污染每一片水源等。大家还可以慢慢地越来越多地节约水、电等资源，养成*惯了就可以节约更多的资源。
大家不要小看节约的这一点资源。每一个人节约一滴水，十三亿人就节约十三亿滴水，这是多么巨大的数字呀!勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。只要大家下定决心保护环境，那么到处都是绿色的春天。

我是来自宏远外国语学校，五年级十一班的程宇翔。我今天演讲的题目是《保护环境，从我做起》。
大家都知道，节约每一滴水、节约每一张纸，节约每一个资源都是我们应该做的。但总有些人，却不这么做。有时他们为了方便，随手扔在地上，而这些东西，人们看到了常常都不会随手捡起，而是把垃圾当做空气似的走过。虽然这些垃圾很小，但你们知道它一多起来，对环境的破坏有多大吗？如果每一个人每天扔一个垃圾，全国几十亿个人，几个月后，垃圾将会淹没一个小城市，慢慢积累起来，就会破坏到整个地球。
虽然我们常破坏环境，但你知道如果全国每人每天节约一张纸，一年可以节约多少张纸吗？
4745亿张纸。一年就可以少砍1581666万棵树。“1581666”这个天文数字是多么惊人啊！如果我们每天节约几千克的水，那么几年后，我们节约的水就可以变成小河。从意义上说，节约资源，就等于在制造资源。
如果我们不保护环境，地球上的各种资源都会慢慢枯竭；如果不保护环境，我们人类就会慢慢灭亡；如果不保护环境，不仅仅是人类，连我们美丽、可爱的地球也会慢慢灭亡。现在，就让我们好好爱护环境，节约每一滴水，节约每一张纸，节约每一个资源。让我们从身边的小事做起，好好保护环境，爱护环境。让我们共同创造一个洁净、美好的家园！

6月5日是世界环境日，所以，我今天讲话的题目是：人人都是环保小卫士，天天都是世界环境日。
同学们，年世界环境日的主题是。地球是我们生存的家园，我们是地球的小主人，保护地球，保护环境是我们大家义不容辞的责任。那么，作为小学生的我们，目前最实际有效的行为就是立刻行动起来，从身边做起，从身边的每一件小事做起。
让我们把目光洒向整个校园，宽敞明亮的教学楼，走廊里，花坛里，每一棵树，每一片草地，每一个角落都充满了生命的活力！学校为我们创造了如此美的环境，我们应该怎样来珍惜呢？

各位好！！我今天演说的题型是：《保护环境，从我做起》。
大伙儿难道说不期待这个世界有蔚蓝的天空，地面绿树成荫，湖泊清澈透亮，绿草如茵的山林和灿烂的阳光呢？
但大家却间距它越走越远了。尽管還是有些人在保护环境，但务必让任何人明白《保护环境，从我做起》那样才行！
*期在我国的内蒙古大草原衰退比较严重，早已来到令人震惊的水*。在6359万公顷多的可用草坪总面积中，目前衰退的草坪总面积达到3867万公顷，占大草原可用面积的60%。
我国古代的黄土高原以前是个富庶的地区，可是，历经数千年来掠夺式的开发设计，黄土高原四处是荒山秃岭、千沟万壑，大河——中华文化的“母亲河”，如今竟变成全世界细沙成分数最多的江河。*几十年来，伴随着人口数量的大幅度提高、经济发展的髙速发展趋势和人们对高新科技的持续提升，很多砍伐树木、排出来环境污染水和有害物质、环境污染这些，使自然环境进一步的被环境污染。
一个又一个令人震惊的数据向大家说明，创建绿色家园早已势在必行。自然，创建绿色家园难以，可是你能发觉，倘若每人都低头去捡地面上的一张纸，便会有几十亿张纸被清除整洁，长久以往你也就会发觉你的绿色家园就完工了。因此 ，创建绿色家园仅仅在微薄之力中，假如每一个人都那样，那麼上边的事儿就不容易产生，大家就不容易遭遇这般的生态环境保护了。
以便大家不可或缺的佳园—地球上，保证《保护环境，从我做起》吧！
我之所以要以环保为主题，是因为我们的家园——地球已被污染搞得面目全非，可以说污染随处可见。我不仅想要改变环境，还想通过我的努力，把所有人的环保意识都提高起来。首先，要自我遵守，要有足够的环保意识，不能乱丢纸屑，而且不随地吐痰，看到地上有纸屑就捡起来扔进垃圾桶，只要能做的就尽量去做。
我们一方面都在埋怨环境污染，可是我们自己又何尝不是在污染环境呢?比如，我们一方面在大声疾呼抽烟有害健康，而另一方面又在大批量地生产和销售香烟。我们一方面提倡不乱丢垃圾，而我们在吃棒冰时往往随便地将包装纸扔在地上，这不属于自欺欺人吗?

今天，我走上讲台演讲的题目是：“节约每一滴水”，我相信一些不节约水的人听了会有所启发，以后会节约水源。
世界的最后一滴水将是人类的泪水。我们中国是12个贫水国家之一，由于人们的浪费，水源越来越少了。因此，我们要尽力保护水源。我国人均水源量占全世界的五十几名，最*云贵高原那里长时间持续干旱，使得那里的居民生存面临着严重威胁，针对这个问题，我们中国13亿要养成节约用水的意识。
因此，我在这里向大家呼吁：“我们要节约水，合理利用水资源。”
