四、对学生进行有效的评价。

一、强化课堂教学交际化运用。
⑴几分钟会话。
每堂安排几分钟左右时间进行会话：有值日生汇报、自我介绍、家庭情况、谈论天气以及熟悉的歌星、影星和运动员等。让学生自由用英语交谈，允许学生模仿课文内容适当增减，自由发挥。也可以根据课文内容，通过问答形式作简要的复述。由单一的讨论内容过渡到综合内容，把几个不同内容的话题串联起来，既复*旧知识，又开发了学生的求知欲。还特别注意，轮到中差生会话时，鼓励他们大胆实践，有点滴进步就给予表扬肯定，以增强他们的自信心。
⑵注重语感教学。
加强听说训练，努力做到视、听、说同步，培养语学*兴趣。每篇课文的生词、句型和文章都是朗读的好材料。要注意创造情景，让学生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的语感，显示不同的语言心理。同样，语调的不同，重音的移动，也体现了说话者不同的心理状态。经过训练，学生在以后朗读中也就注意了正确使用语音、语调和重读、弱读及升调，朗读也会绘声绘色，津津有味了，课堂上学生们兴趣盎然，学*积极性也大大提高了。
⑶对话使用，角色表演。
结合课文内容，每教一个情景句型，让学生用当天所学的，到讲台前来表演。如学到Family Tree这课，我告诉学生都带一张"全家福"照片，根据自己的全家福来用英语介绍。有能力的学生在根据实际情况在黑板上画出图表。整个课堂就是欢乐的海洋，在热烈的气氛中学生们学会并运用所学单词和句型，提高了运用语言交际的能力。
⑷运用直观教具为了进一步激发学生学*兴趣。
我充分利用多媒体，图片、图表及实物、录音机等现代化教学手段及教具，生动形象地开展教学和交际活动。利用实物和图片教单词，学生能更好地记住词义，并能反复利用它们复*，其趣味性、直观性较强。例如，在Unit 3学*颜色一单元，我利用多媒体将多彩的鲜花和颜色相结合，一朵朵漂亮的鲜花怒放，多彩的颜色随着一朵朵鲜花开放在学生的眼前，学生们惊奇得连声欢呼着，雀跃着的同时自己就记住了不同的颜色的单词。同时将颜色和现实生活中的广泛使用的实际例子相结合，例如，说出学生们喜欢的颜色，朋友和父母喜欢的颜色等等。What colour do you like? 一方面突出知识重点，狠抓基础，一方面面向全体学生，注意容量，把握节奏，备课先备人，*时注意了解和分析每个学生的具体实际情况，因材施教，有的防矢，合理安排好40分钟教学内容和进程，课堂上，让每个学生都参与学*活动，学生实践面较广并在同一水*基础上对内容从多视角理解，多角度开展操练运用，即在互相理解的基础上从听、说、读、写不同角度展开，在教学"时态"这个既是重点也是难点时，自始至终利用多媒体的引导，设置不同的情景，在情景中进行教学，学生们不知不觉地学*了知识，突出了时间状态和不同的谓语动词，让学生练*理解运用，并设疑释疑、解惑，让学生积极思考，改变过去以教师为中心，满堂灌的状态，利用现代化教学手段，走出一支粉笔盒满黑板的例句的教学模式。形象的教学手段和彩色的多媒体教学手段使教学走向希望。
三、温故知新，克服遗忘。
注意在课堂上经常复现旧知识，让学生反复操练，由易而顺利地完成一个个学*目标。具体方法是：学*、复*、再复*。复*时做到系统性、针对性、综合性。用以前学过的词语操练新句型或已学过的句式学*新单词。国际音标是初中学生教学的基础知识，学生感到拼读困难，针对这一个问题，我将英语的音标知识动画片每一堂课前都放上几分钟，既有趣又反复的复*了音标，效果很好。
四、当堂巩固，注重反馈。
教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用，要以学生的参与程度和教学评价的得失作为课堂教学成功与否的尺度，所以，在学生经过一段学*活动后，让学生自己进行归纳分析，然后教师以鼓励表扬为主，满的腔热情帮助学生，及时处理反馈信息，当堂巩固，如果时间许可的话，还可引导学生对一些易出错的地方，如人称变化，谓语动词的形式变化、某些*惯表达的异同进行归纳分析，让学生学有所得。
五、注意培养自学能力。
"授人以鱼，不如授人以渔"教是为了学生的"学"，是要让学生"会学"。
因此，我重视对学生的课外学*的指导，帮助他们养成良好学**惯和自学能力。
⑴早读课，每天两名学生领着同学们坚持听课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地地道的英美人语音、语调。
⑵指导学生订出学*英语长期计划和短期安排，每天坚持搞好课前预*，我给每一位学生家长一封信，讲明我的想法和做法，发动家长帮助督促实施。
⑶搞好课外阅读，对一些有自学能力的学生，给一些课外读物来扩展他们的指示视野。每周两遍日记，给他们面批一次，持之以恒。
⑷强调作业的独立完成，培养学生克服困难的意志。帮助学生认识到，做作业实际上是新旧知识的运用过程，一定要养成自觉独立完成作业的*惯。
⑸培养学生认真听课，初步运用英语思维和理解。
⑹从音、形、意几方面培养观察力和记忆力，打好语音基础。

新课程倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康发展，培养学生良好的品质和终身的学*的能力，新课程提倡交流与合作，自主创新学*，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者。下面简单的回顾，反思两年来的英语教学工作。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面的全身和终身发展奠定基础
1.创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学*过程中犯的错误，采取宽容的态度。根据教材中的情景，真实再现于课堂并创造新的环境，如教Whats your hare? How old are you?时情景有“结识新朋友”。医生与生病的孩子，“自我介绍”一些语境，使学生积极参与，到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。
2.在教学过程中注意学生的听、说、读、写的综合能力，鼓励他们大胆地说并运用到实际中去。没课的课前10分钟对话，然后读，让学生表演，通过表演尽量多让学生参与到活动中来，表演过程中，除要求学生，语言语调正确外，还应让学生注意到交流手段，如表情、手势、姿态。
3.创造条件让学生能够发现他们自己的一些问题，并自主的解决。
二、创造宽松和谐的气氛
在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学*的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持学*的动力，并取得好的成绩。
1.鼓励学生大胆的尝试。教师再让学生有大胆尝试的思路，也要求教师有创新的精神，是不是引导学生，给与鼓励，哪怕出错了也要鼓励他们，同时也是不是激发学生。
2.鼓励学生大声朗读并多背诵课文，促进学生相互学*，相互帮助。
3.对于学*不好的，要让他们与学*好的结伴相互帮助，经常鼓励他们。
4.引题而异，做题时简单，容易的多找些差生去做，提示他们自信心，同时激励他们。
5.建立良好的师生关系，经常反思一下每次考试的不足争取下次让他们不犯同样的错误，以提高自己的成绩。
今年，我继续担任初三英语教学工作，针对本学年度考试成绩，结合本届初三学生英语学*的现状，我作了以下反思。
1、学生对英语学*缺乏自信心和学*动力；在英语课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言；另外，相当一部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏或不能理解教师相对较快的指示语。
2.学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不实在、理解不全面，课外花的冤枉时间多；而大部分学生对书本知识不够重视，找不到英语学科复*的有效载体，不能有效的利用课本，适时地回归课本，英语复*缺乏系统性，英语学*缺乏主动性。
3.部分学生在复*时缺乏系统安排和科学计划，或者学*和复*没有个性化特点,导致学*效果不明显。
基于以上情况，我认为作为学生中考的把关者，教师首先要有正确地意识，应充分认识到：一节课有没有效益，并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认真不认真，而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。如果学生不想学或学了没有收获，即使教师教得很辛苦也是无效教学；或者学生学得很辛苦，却没有得到应有的发展，也是无效或低效教学。
针对以上问题，我们可以从以下几个方面进行提高：
一、在教学的设计中要充分为学而教，以学生如何有效获取知识，提高能力的标准来设计教学。其实在教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，记得一位优秀的老师曾说过：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
二、多鼓励后进生开口说英语，并能及时地表扬他们。每天做好后进生的补差工作，绝不把今天的事情拖到明天来做。
三、在复*过程中，还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强复*效果。如做到：
（一）根据复*内容，布置适量的难度适中的练*；
（二）循环考试，即每学完一部分后，进行阶段性测试，对试卷进行评分登记，以充分调动学生的学*积极性和自觉性。
四、在整个英语复*中还应遵循一条原则：摆正师生关系，做到以教师为主导，以学生为主体；以教学大纲为基础，以应用为目的。在归纳、检查、分析、对比、讨论、总结中因势利导，因材施教，从而达到提高学生自学能力,提高复*效果的目的，在中考中取得优异的成绩。
总之，离中考的日子是已经越来越*了，虽然我们已经逐认识到课堂教学的
重要性和对学生指导的紧迫性，但是离相对满意的初三英语课堂的目标还存在一定的差距。因此，我们需要不断地更新理念，提高自身的理论水*和实践能力，为学生的英语发展和轻松面对中考作出更大的努力。
