第一，我决定学会放弃。在前两个学期里，我经常去上网、看小说、睡觉，对于老师布置的作业也不认真完成。对于这些流失的时间，我不能挽回，对于初一我一定要把握。初一我要学会放弃，放弃了我也可能失去很多东西。但是我不怕，放弃了会让我更认真点。那些东西以后来做也一样，何必就要现在呢?我对自己说。
第二，我决定抓不足。在我的成绩中是不*均的，分数高的和分数低的相差几十分。以前的两个学期我的思想还不够成熟，想法还比较简单。现在我不以前那想法简单的自己了，我有了自己的目标，自己的想法，我的记忆也更好了。为了自己的成绩能在*均中上等，我决定在自己擅长的科目不放过，对于自己不懂的向别人学*。
第三，我决定在每一次周测后都会认真去反思我之前的错误。每一个人都会有不同的错误，而且也不会没有错误。在以前，每一次周测下来我都会有许多错误。那些错误的地方看起来我我都知道，但还是做错了。过去我不认真去反思，去发现自己的错误，去改正它。但是在这个学期，我会去认真改正，我会以最还得状态去面对新的学期。
还有，在初二我发现有许多人比我努力、认真。在我们班上有一个人，她在初一的时候英语很不好，比我还差。但是后来她努力了，现在已经在中上了。她现在还是默默无闻地认真学*，她不懂感认真像我们请教。老师您多次叫我向她学*，这回我认识到了，你是对的，我早都有向她学*了。我有许多的坏*惯了，骄傲是我最大的弱点，我会改的——在这个学期。英语我一定会跟上去，相信我。

暑假还有几天就过完了，还真是有点留恋，自从进入中学以后，获得一个轻松的假期是多么的不容易。以后随着年级的变化，我们的时间将会越来越紧张，这才开学初二，以后的路还有很长。
所以，我的第一个计划就是更合理的利用时间，这一点我深知，合理利用时间才能系统的去学*。我从去年初一开学，经过这一年的学*我发现，我的学*时间在不断的缩短，但是效率还是没有变化。但这仅仅是一步，以后随着学*量的增加，时间还要更合理的安排。
在学*方面，我从进入初中开始对自己的要求一直很高，在这一年中也找到了自己比较擅长和薄弱的地方，所以我在初二这学期着重在语文、政治、生物上，数学也是要提高，其余的则花费时间较少一点。而且，初二又新加了一门物理，我虽然在这个假期没有学，但我相信我是绝对不会在这方面落伍的。因为听别人说这与数学差不多，也都是一些让人感兴趣的知识。
我对我的分数和成绩要求并不高，我的宗旨是，尽我最大的能力考试，发挥出最好的水*是最重要的。我如果发挥正常的话，我想应该不会考的太差。而且在考试与学*的方法上也要努力的去发现才能用“科技”的方法来获取更好的成绩。而且，在上两个学期，我遇到了一个的问题，就是有时给自己的压力太大，我相信我应该不会在下学期让这个自己给自己的小毛病发挥作用。
从5月7日接任我们这个班的班长以来，我的任务也就增加了，不光要努力学*，还要一部分管理我们班级的事务。虽然占用了我的一些精力，但这只是凤毛麟角。我实在管的不多，也比我想象中的要轻松的多。但是，有几件办的事，都没有太成功或者作用不大，这一点使我很失望。而且几个轮值班长都很少听我的'，在投票中总是获得不了多数，又使我很郁闷。所有都对我很不利。班里同学年龄逐渐增长，我们班里的事情就会越来越多。作为班长，我管理的也得更多了。怎样管理我们班这82个同学是我现在所要锻炼和学会的。这不光可以维持我们班里的纪律，更可以锻炼我的能力。我管理我们班的目标是可以与我原来小学是的班一样优秀。我发现，最重要的是要提升我们这个班级的集体风貌，才能让我们今后的办事效率可以有人配合，才能有成效。其余的不管是纪律还是卫生都很好办了。
这就是我在初二上学期的计划，计划是列出来了，可是自己的计划还好办，但班里的如果要具体执行，还要经过一些具体的办法。

新学期已经到来了，我想大家都会鼓着一把劲，准备努力学*了吧！
当然也不能说我有这个念头就能一下子窜到第一名，对不对。不过没有这个想法也不行，总得有个目标才行。还有一个重要的事情那就是定一个新学期计划、目标。
没有计划的话神马都不行，因为规律打乱了不知道下一步干嘛……
我有一个新计划：首先，上课的时候，我要认真听讲，不做小动作，不和同学交头接耳，要力争把老师课堂上讲的知识都记在自己的心里，对于疑难问题，要不耻下问，虚心向老师和同学请教。第二，我要按时完成家庭作业和课堂作业，并且要工工整整，写完后要检查。第三，要做好语文课的课前预。对于预*字词，成语，要先查字典把它认会，弄懂意思。对于课文和课后题不理解和不会做的地方，要先把它在书上划下来或记下来。第四，要利用星期天和节假日，多读课外书，不断丰富自己的知识。要挤出时间，鲁迅先生说得好：“时间就像海绵里的水，只要愿意挤总还是有的。

新学期开始了，看着原来那些鲜红又刺眼的分数，我决定打个漂亮的翻身仗。于是我找出了一些自身的缺点：
一、速度慢
速度慢使我吃了不少亏，如三年级期末考试作文没写完，被老师狠狠地扣了好多分。四年级期末考试匆忙完成试卷，没时间检查，全军覆灭。
在新学期里我重点是提高速度，原来做作业是边玩边做，从不规定时间，一会上厕所，一会喝水，一会叫妈妈，效率太底还做到很晚十分辛苦又没有时间玩，同学门送给我一个“蜗牛”的绰号。以后作业尽量用最高的速度与注意力完成，背书也全身心投入，尽量节约时间。每次做作业都象考试一样认真对待，合理的安排时间，做到劳逸结合。在新学期里提高效率，丢掉“蜗牛”这个绰号。
二、字难看
我不仅速度慢吃亏，还在卷面上吃亏，每次作文都免不了损失三到五分。因为我的字写的太难看了，修正贴用的太多了，整个试卷看起来象个满面创伤的“病号”。在四年级的暑假里我天天练字，字有了一些进步，但速度又慢下来了，看来我在新学期里还要更加努力，使字写得又快又好。
三、作文篇幅短
通过这次考试，我发现自己作文篇幅太短了，这是由于*时作文写得太少了，收集的写作素材也不够多。在新学期我想出了一个好办法，我在网络上寻找到大名鼎鼎的“创新作文网”。经过注册果然是个好地方，好多好作文，我跃跃欲试将自己的几篇大作投过去，得到的评价却只是普通，虽然有些失望，但却燃起写好作文的信心。我要继续发扬想象力丰富的优点，加强基本功的练*，多观察身边的事物，不断提高写作能力。
难点已被找出，我会尽力消灭它们的。
