Today I would like to begin with a story. There was once a physical therapist who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census about mountain gorillas. These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching and being put into the zoo. She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures. She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas cuddled their babies.
Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs. Diana Fossey, who spent most of her lifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.
To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment.
Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur - natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.
All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been eroding our resources. Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.
Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations are receiving donations - big notes, small notes or even coins - from housewives, plumbers, ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and invalids. Some of them cannot afford to send the money but they do. These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood. Why? Because they care. Because they still want their Mother Nature back. Because they know it still belongs to them.
This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it , it's all coming from a scene to be remembered, a scene to recall and to cherish.
The other night, as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs. I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to something else, someplace else, a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seemed to have been except the deer.
And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's time for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.
Once again, I have come to think of Mrs. Diana Fossey because it is with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.
And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our minds, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.
About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest. When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak. I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. My fears had paralyzed me.
While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public. When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said “no.” I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. I will never forget his words. “Look,” he said, “We all have our fears, and you have yours. Good afternoon everybody! It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. They are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.
I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.
I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! 如果我们有勇气去追求，梦想就会实现。我年轻的时候，我父亲总是问我未来会怎样。有时我发现很难给予某个回答。"我想当医生。""我想当老师。"和"我我想成为一名科学家！"这些答案中有许多可能非常幼稚荒谬。但我从来不认为他们离得很远。

我，是一名青年律师，站在这里，我的背后有20万中国律师的身影！我，是一名青年律师，站在这里，我的面前是一百年中国律师的荣光！
4年的大学生活，经邦济世、智识无涯使我迈入了法律的殿堂！3年的律师经历，诚信卓着、仗义执言则更加坚定了我执业的信念！
曾几何时，当我遇到困难，我没有气馁，当我取得成绩，我不敢骄傲，我知道，作为一名律师，务实、真干，才能不断成长，专业、守业，才能不断提高！我认为：青年律师的成长，不仅要有专业知识的积累、执业技能的提高，还要有优秀的职业道德和诚信的职业品质！不仅在工作中尽最大程度维护当事人的合法权益，同时也要担负起时代赋予我们的使命和责任！我同时也认为：青年律师要有三心，但决不能二意！
我们要有一颗坚定的心！著名歌者汪峰在歌曲中唱到：再见，青春。再见美丽的疼痛。再见青春。永恒的迷惘。我相信在座的青年律师朋友都感同深受！我们毕业了，我们迷惘了！我们选择了，我们疼痛了！但是，“为什么我的.眼里常含泪水，是因为我对这份职业爱得太深沉。”不做律师，不曾体会律师的辛苦和劳累，做了律师，却根本不是大家所看到的光鲜和亮丽！可我始终坚信：不怕司法考试的艰难，就不应怕初入律师行业的窘困！因为：坚持成就梦想！信念续航未来！

如果说人生是一首激情洋溢的诗，那么青春就是诗歌的开头节和主使节。关系着诗歌的壮美与深沉，关系着诗歌生命力的强与弱，关系着读者的多与少。青春又何尝不是这样的呢？走好青春的每一步，放飞激情的赞歌！
青春是怀梦的季节，是充满畅想的季节。没有梦想就没有青春，没有青春就没有绚丽的人生道路。让梦想飞扬，让青春的.激情砥岩起伏。带着对前途信心十足的劲力，带着对生命珍惜的情结行走在青春的阳岗大道之上。
青春是吸取百家之长补一己之短的季节，是充满学*劲头的季节。从幼儿园到小学，从小学到初中，从初中到高中，从高中到大学，再从大学到大学。我们在步步成长，我们在不断的吸取知识的力量，我们在打造完美的人生。
青春不是成功的私立者，同时也不是失败的守护神。“失败是成功之母”，没有失败的积累哪有成功的收获，如果青春只是成功的代名词，那么这样的青春是枯燥的，是无味的，是纤弱的，是经不起风吹雨打的。
让失败也来装饰青春。青春是一首充满酸、甜、苦、辣的歌。但面对失败我们不言苦，面对失败我们不言倒，失败不过是新一轮成功的基石，是下一个成功的开始。
青春是一首诗，也是人生写诗的旺季。什么赞美诗，相思豆情诗……，哪怕是恋爱失败啦，也不会忘记往自己的诗集里新添几句：
落在风中的记忆
是你永远不变的容颜
不管化着尘埃还是泥土
我只希望拨动那最后的音符
既然注定爱已不能
就日昂我们散着满天的星斗
装点你我各自的梦
青春我们不仅仅会做梦。我们的青春是敢作敢为的青春。青春，没有什么不可以。想做就做，想爱就爱，不想学*也得学*。青春我们应变别人要我学为我自己而学！
青春是放纵的，同时又纤弱的。我们没有足够的人生阅历，没有丰富的社会经验，没有足够的知识技能。可是我们依然要向前走，哪怕再柔弱，我们依然要“走自己的路，让别人去说吧”。是依托社会，而不是依附社会；要学*，但不能鹦鹉学舌式的“仿着走”。
青春是张扬个性的季节，时时记起我们的历史使命，自己的责任与义务。让激情与梦想同在！让青春与奋进共荣！
青春，我们在不断的打拼，在不断的放飞自己的梦想，与梦想和理想同飞。生命的赞歌不断的飞扬。
为青春高歌，为青春加油，不要让青春在奋进中枯萎。燃放生命的激情，放飞青春的梦想。
青春，没有什么不可以！
昨晚做了一场梦。
梦中，四周是同学们嬉戏打闹的声音，一股陈旧木头的熟悉味道钻进鼻子，转过头我看见阳光从窗帘的缝隙透了进来，阳光下是同桌的笑脸，还是那样，一张傻傻的天真无邪的脸。“下课了？”，我问。“是啊。”“下节课上什么？”“物理，睡觉都睡傻了吧。”一找到机会就讽刺我，这样想着，我拿出了课本，手中竟然是高二的课本，我再次看见了因病回家休养没有陪我们走完高三的物理老师，那个明明教过好多届学生在课堂上却依然会紧张的物理老师，那个明明过了而立之年却时时表现出一种孩子的状态的物理老师，那个厉害起来简直换了一个人的物理老师，也是那个我日思夜想再听一次她的课的物理老师。随着她走过来，我的视线渐渐模糊了。
眼睛睁开，视线还是模糊的，这次不是梦，而是我的眼泪。
还记得高考前班主任让每个人写一句话，我写的“没有梦想，何必远方”，当时的我多么希望可以离开这个让人压抑到抓狂的学校，困住了我的大好青春，梦想也随着试卷上那个红笔写下的分数起起落落。身在其中的我还不懂得未来的艰辛和这个社会的不公，只是单纯的崇拜着自己的那些不切实际的梦。
我如今已是准大学生。高中的回忆伴着那一纸试卷在我踏出考场的一瞬间被时间撕扯，遗失在了过去。那一刻，如曾经盼望的那样，我终于离开了这个流过汗的炼狱；那一刻，我本该有着未曾有过的自由和轻松，却又比任何时候都要沉重。离开时，我回头凝望，书写着三年美好时光的学校，内心有许多的不舍，门口同学们正忙着向车里塞那些好像永远塞不完的东西，熟悉的身影下一刻就要各奔天涯了，一种莫名的失落感涌上心头。
刚看了瑞秋的《时空恋旅人》，其实我多么希望可以穿越时空，那样我会创造更多和物理老师交流的机会，好好学物理不让她失望；我会不再和同桌拌嘴讽刺同桌，而是认真和他相处每一分一秒；我会在学校里多走几圈，虽然我终将要离开这里，但至少在脑海中记下这里的一草一木。很遗憾，我们不可以回到过去。其实，我们无力改变的就不要去纠结，每个人都有瑕疵，踏踏实实过好每一天，才是这部电影的核心，也是我们整个人生的核心。
我曾经给同学留过写着“不论你在哪，遇到困难，我都会在你身边”的明信片，最终我们还是要去不同的城市，在陌生的城市继续遇到一些或糟糕或美好的人或事。现在我发现我还太渺小，渺小到根本没有写下约定的能力。青春或许只是这样吧，我们浪费大把时间来定下一个又一个的梦想，却一次次看着它们破灭，我们和同学许下一个个誓言，又一次次违反它们，我们喜爱着一切，却又辜负了一切。毕竟，谁的青春不曾腐朽。
亲爱的老师们，同学们：
大家好！
青春，一提起这个名字，大家都不会觉得奇怪。也许有些人后悔，后悔青春犯下的错误；有的人可能会欣慰，在最好的年华里，为自己未来的生活打下了一个新世界；也许有人在怀念，怀念那个可笑的自己；也许有人在珍惜，珍惜那个时候逝去的青春。但是有人觉得青春最美。
我们生命中最美好的事情是在我们年轻的时候。当时的我们，都是喜笑颜开，失落感落泪，问着无辜的问题，说着没有经过大脑的话，抬起头面对着天空，大声说出自己的理想。
在我们最好的青春里，我们都会犯错误，而正是这些错误造就了后来的我们。朋友不信任，以后让他们学会信任，让他们学会与人相处；学生对错误的片面理解使他们学会了帮助别人认真改正错误；人与人之间的争吵也让他们学会了包容。
年轻的时候，我们都有自己的愿望，默默藏在心里，暗暗欢腾。
年轻的时候，我们都在别人面前强颜欢笑，把痛苦的事埋在心里，在无人的角落发泄，然后告诉自己：你不能这样，你是最强的。
年轻的时候，用相机把你最好的时光拍成书。之后，你就能记住这个快乐的时刻了。
小时候我们都在某个地方，等着某个人，不管刮风下雨，直到那个人来了，然后傻乎乎地笑着对他说，我就知道你会来。
当我们年轻的时候，我们都有不理智的行为，从而做不理智的事情。
年轻的时候，每次走路，做什么，答应什么人，说什么人坏话。失落的，开心的，后悔的，幼稚的，开心的，未知的，希望的，热情的，难过的.，被迫微笑的，苦涩的。这些不就是青春最好的回忆吗？
爷爷说青春的美好就像一杯茶。刚开始泡的茶很迷人。喝了之后有淡淡的甜味。之后牙齿之间有一种苦甜味，让人回味无穷。
青春就像时间一样，慢慢地把我们带走，即使几千块钱也买不到，所以让我们在青春最好的年华里做一件不后悔的事吧！
也许有些往事回不来了，也许岁月会偷偷等待，望着窗外，往事难回，岁月如歌期待。心情澎湃，回味无穷，但最美的是青春。

一恍之间，有人称呼你为“小姐、先生”，而不再是“小丫头、小鬼”。父母开始用征询意见的目光与你交流，甚至有人爱用“青春”这样的字眼去形容你。
真是奇妙的感觉。希冀着快快长大，穿上妈妈的高跟鞋，偷喝爸爸的白酒。但却又害怕成长，害怕面对**世界的复杂与阴霾，害怕在成长路上无人同道的寂寞，更害怕一脸惊恐茫然的自己独自面对陌生的环境。
但青春的孩子却总是开朗的，他们做着五彩斑斓的梦，他们小心翼翼地珍藏自己的喜怒哀乐。谁说年少轻狂不是一种幸福？谁说意气风发不是一种责任？谁说那些做过的羞涩青春之梦不是一份深沉的回忆？

我的父母都是军人，同时也是知识分子，我从小就生活在军营，长在大西北，耳闻目睹的都是痴痴戍边志，拳拳报国心。从父辈那里，我很早就懂得了什么是牺牲，什么是奉献，什么是理想，什么是报国。

有青春就会有梦想，然而，我清楚地知道，我们的梦想是建立在革命先烈的丰碑之上。我们不能忘记，90年前的这个季节，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了祖国的独立和民族的富强，同样是在北京，同样是一群和我们一样的青年学子，用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的青春画卷。毋庸置疑，爱国主义是五四精神的源泉，五四精神是升华了的爱国精神，它表现出一代青年人对我们这个民族炽热的爱，对国家前途和命运的莫大关注，表现着青年人的责任和使命。作为新的一代，今天我们有幸生活在改革开放的`大好时代，有幸站立在二十一世纪的起跑线上，虽然我们用不着再像我们的先辈一样，为了反帝、反封建、反压迫而被迫发出最后的吼声，但我们同样有我们的责任和使命。
“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”中华上下五千年，从古代的四大发明，到现在的神舟七号载人飞船顺利返航；从“小米加步枪”到两弹一星；从林则徐虎门销烟到甲午海战再到今日的青岛海上大阅兵；从“***”到奥运的成功举办并夺得世界金牌第一，可以说，每一个时代都有每一个时代的使命，每一个时代都有每一个时代创造的辉煌。
地球在转动，岁月在延伸。历史终将把整个中国交给我们，二十一世纪将是我们的时代。作为新世纪的新一代大学生，我们理应肩负起实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命，这也是我们每一个年轻人义不容辞的责任。
但是，立报国志容易，真正报效国家，做一个对祖国、对人民有用的人却很难。这就要求我们，必须从现在做起，脚踏实地，只挣朝夕，加倍珍惜今天的大好时光，倍加珍惜我们所拥有的良好的学*条件，勤奋进取，求真务实，勇攀知识的高峰，树立人生的远大理想和目标。
我们都熟悉和景仰的杨振宁教授是上个世纪一位最卓越的物理学家。1922年9月22日，杨振宁出生于我国安徽省合肥市的一个知识分子家庭。他从小就对学*产生了浓厚的兴趣，把读书视为自己生命的重要组成部分。因为读书，他常常忘了吃饭，忘了睡觉。无论是在小学，中学，还是大学，扬振宇在课堂上总是专心听讲，积极思考老师提出的问题，认真完成老师布置的作业。1944年杨振宁获得物理学硕士学位之后，经过严格考试，获得了留美奖学金，前往美国芝加哥大学继续学*和深造，最终取得了巨大的科学成就。1957年12月10日，在瑞典斯德哥尔摩的音乐厅里举行了令全世界人为之瞩目的年度诺贝尔物理学奖颁奖仪式。扬振宇教授和他在物理学上的合作好友——另一位美籍华人李政道教授双双获得了这一最高科学奖——诺贝尔物理学奖。
培根曾经说过，“研究历史能使人聪明；研究诗能使人机智；研究数学能使人精巧；研究道德学使人勇敢；研究理论与修辞学使人知足”。我们中国也有句古话，“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”。还有一句是，“书中自有颜如玉，书中自有黄金屋”。当然，我们求知不是为了“颜如玉”，也不奢求什么“黄金屋”，但我们愿求一份动力的源泉，愿求一份报效祖国、服务人民的杠杆，像杨振宁、李政道一样为祖国谋取荣誉。
因为我们年轻，这就是最大的资本。
有人说，青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律；有人说青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩。巴金老人也曾动情地说：“青春是美丽的！”是啊，朋友们，我们所拥有的青春是一个多么美丽灿烂的生命季节啊，然而，当我们享受青春，放飞梦想的同时，肩上也扛起了一份责任，一份要报答父母、报效祖国的泰山重任！
作为青年学生，我们只有掌握丰富的科学文化知识，练就不怕吃苦的精神和积极创新的能力，才能真正成为社会的栋梁。而作为大学校园里的学莘，我们拥有比我们的前辈更优越的学*条件，我们也拥有比我们同伴更优越的学*环境。那么就让我们从现在做起，从自我做起，让我们的青春带着生命的激情和报国的梦想一起飞翔吧！
这是我们应该做到的，也是我们能够做到的。

尊敬的各位领导、各位同事：
大家好！我今天演讲的题目是《青春让梦想飞扬》。
在党的***后，每一个中华儿女都拥有了一个“中国梦”，那就是携手共进，共建美丽中国。对于一名医务工作者来说，发扬救死扶伤的优良传统，全心全意的为患者服务就是我们不变的追求。
我是来自基层的一名普通的护士。在最初走上岗位时，我是以无限的热情投入、无悔的青春付出，希望将自己的一生都奉献给这光荣而又崇高的医疗事业。然而现实并不像想象的那样完美，尤其是当面对患者不理解的冷眼或谩骂时，尤其是要独自面对半夜空旷阴森的走廊时，尤其是当劳累了一整天的双腿，仍要不停穿梭于各个病床之间时，我都会想，为什么？为什么我会选择医院？而医务工作又究竟带给了我什么？
最终，我的.迷惘在一件件*凡却不普通的事情中找到了答案。
去年冬天，我们科收治了一位年*八十、患有老年痴呆的老太太。老人上肢严重骨折，身边也没有家人的看护。是护士长牺牲自己的休息时间，坚持陪在老人身边，给老人翻身、按摩、吸痰、换尿袋，没有一刻停歇。可谁曾想一天夜里，护士长查房时，竟发现老人不见了踪影！在焦急和担心中，护士长并没有乱了阵脚，她叫上我和科里另外两名医生，我们两人一组，兵分两路外出寻找。那时，我们并不知道老人到底会去哪里，我们只能依靠监控录像里一个大致的方向，漫无目的在凌晨寒冷的街道上地毯式的搜寻。经过了一个多小时焦急、失望、无奈的奔走，终于，我们在香溪路附*找到了老人。凛冽的寒风中，老人衣着单薄瑟瑟发抖几*昏倒，可嘴里还是不断的呢喃：“我要找我女儿，我要找我女儿……”看到这一幕，护士长的眼泪夺眶而出，她立马脱下了自己的羽绒服，紧紧地裹住老人，在老人耳边轻轻的说：“奶奶，我就是您的女儿，跟女儿回家吧！”
那一刻，我明白了作为一名医务工作者真正的含义，那就是在无私无悔的奉献中完成对一个医者完美人格的塑造！
我们的护士长不过是千千万万个无私奉献的人中，最最普通的一个。在我们的医院里，有太多太多的医生、护士在自己的岗位上默默耕耘，时光没有磨*他们的热心与耐心，反而让他们的那颗医者仁心变得更加博爱、更加宽广！还记得在汶川地震的时候，医院人手紧缺，但为了工作，更为了自己的患者，许多医生和护士自愿选择放下了自己的家人、自身的安危，不分昼夜的坚守在医院里。那段日子里，我们见过了太多生命的远去、痛苦的分离，但我们的职业性质不允许我们过度伤悲，因为还有更多的生命需要我们去挽救，去珍惜。
这一个个我们身边鲜活的人们，让我们为之感慨动容。而在我们实现梦想的漫漫征程中，也正是因为这群造梦者，才让我们能够共同编织起属于这个社会，这个时代五彩缤纷的中国梦！
这世界上注定要有一群人，他们心甘情愿的付出并不是为了得到那对等的回报，他们百折不挠的忍耐并不是期盼所有人的理解，他们怀抱信念，坚定的前行，仅仅是为了对得起作为一名医者的良心！为了身披那一身洁白望向窗外时，能够仰不愧天，俯不愧地！
也许是因为病魔太过凶残、也许是因为生命太值得珍惜，所以上帝洒下一片片洁白，让他们飘落在最接*死亡的人身边，让他们用一颗颗仁爱的心去抚慰一个个受伤的心灵，让他们用一双双上帝之手去挽救一个个美丽的生命！医者，不再仅仅是一份职业，更是一份责任，让我们用一颗认真的心去对待我们的患者，自然而然的，我们也会得到夜夜好梦的回报。而作为一名合格而优秀的医务工作者，我们不仅需要娴熟过硬的专业技术，更需要的，是怀抱一个无私奉献的信念，是追寻一个引领光明的梦想！
未来的路，一定是崎岖艰险的，但我们不怕，因为再难得路也不过是一步步去走，也因为拥有梦想和信念的人，分外强大！只要我们顽强不息、百折不挠，用一颗父母心，与患者同呼吸共命运，就一定能够到达光明的彼岸！就一定能迎来医患关系崭新的春天！

各位同仁，当你面对学生求和苦渴的眼睛时，当你目视孩子们天真可爱的面庞时，当你走上神圣的讲台时，你想到了什么?——民族的发展，祖国的昌盛，孩子的未来……毫无疑问，这些都是应该思索的，
让青春更加美丽。但此时此刻，年轻的你是否想到了你自己，想到你自己肩上的历史责任和使命，想到了如何让自己的青春更加美丽?
青春是迷人的。很多人在青春年华里就谱写出了辉煌灿烂的人生。宋朝的辛弃疾年仅21岁，就领兵抗金，“金戈铁马，气吞万里如虎”;鲁迅先生也是21岁东渡日本，立下了“我以我血荐轩辕”的豪迈誓言;我们敬爱的周19岁就写下了气壮山河的诗句“大江歌罢掉头东”，决心把青春献给祖国**事业……他们是华夏的铁骨精魂，是永远不落的星辰;他们是挺立潮头的英雄，是无数人心中的楷模!
抚摸时代的丰碑，追寻英雄的足迹，心潮澎湃人们不难发现，英模们那一颗颗爱国之心，那一腔腔沸腾热血，凝聚成了两个字：奉献!各位朋友，“十年树木，百年树人”，我们既然选择了讲台，就选择了默默奉献，其实，奉献对任何人都不苛刻。不能长成参天大树做栋梁之才，不妨是一颗小草为春天献上一丝新绿;不能成为高山昭示一种雄壮，何不当一块路碑，为迷途的为旅人拂去心头的阴云;不能像海洋用宽阔的胸怀拥抱百川，又怎么不可以是一条小溪为入旱的土地捧上甘露。
我们的奉献应该是赤诚的奉献、无私的奉献、崇高的奉献。我们的奉献像火把，是无怨无悔的燃烧，是至死不渝的真情。
我们的`奉献像一泓清泉，是长年的流淌，是不计名利的付出。
我们的奉献，更像一首经久不息的颂歌，永远回荡在广袤的神州大地。
鲁迅先生说过：“愿中国青年都摆脱冷气，只是向上走，不必听自暴自弃的话。能做事的做事，能发声的发声。有一份热发一份光。就像萤火一般，好可以在黑暗里发一点光，不必等候炬火。”虽然时代不同了，但鲁迅先生这种精神依然适用于我们今天，适用于我们这些教育工作者。
朋友们，奉献是神圣的，伟大的祖国需要我们奉献;火热的生活需要我们奉献;青春是有限的，有限的青春正企盼着你的奉献。朋友们，凭着岁月赐约我们的年轻臂膀和满腔热情，伸出你年轻的双手吧!擎起希望的火炬，让我们辟风斩浪，走向辉煌的明天，让我们的青春在奉献中闪光。

Duke accepted me as an ‘early decision’ candidate and, for the first time, I felt seen, and heard and valued. One of the finest universities in the nation was willing to bet on me. I was, and I remain, eternally grateful for the opportunity to attend and graduate in the Trinity Class of 1979. My Duke degree and our Blue Devil family have opened more doors than I could have imagined and stood in support when I needed it the most.
Graduates, today, we still find ourselves in the same morass of exclusion and intolerance I experienced all those years ago. The high degree of acrimony is unyielding and discouraging, but I want to make sure you hear this: Discouragement doesn’t have to be debilitating. If anything, discouragement should drive you to open your own doors and design your own future.
And just remember when you open those doors, there will be people on the other side. Some of them will be cheerleaders, and some of them will be critics. The challenges you face on your uphill climb will often come with an audience, because the reality is this: Adversity doesn’t happen always in private.

面对即将到来的中考，或许有的同学正在因为自己成绩不理想而彷徨，或许有的同学会因为时间的短暂而叹息，或许有的同学不以为然逍遥的数着日子。可是我们是否曾想过我们的父母正为即将到来的中考而心急如焚；我们的老师正在为即将到来的中考而承受着巨大的压力，我们的竞争者正在秣马厉兵，跃跃欲试。中考，容不得我们有迟疑，有停滞，我们必须为了梦想而战。
这里我想提出一些怎样学好英语的几点建议：
对一些初学英语的学生来说，学英语比登山还难。他们的话把学英语比作一项艰苦的劳动了，其实不然，如果你喜欢英语并掌握了学英语的方法和技巧，你就会把学英语当一种乐趣。
练好基本功是学好英语的必要条件，没有扎实的英语基础，就谈不上继续学*，更谈不上有所成就。要想基本功扎实，必须全神贯注地认真听讲,上好每一节课，提高课堂效率，脚踏实地、一步一个脚印地，做到以下“五到”：
一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，一刻也不能懈怠，大脑要始终处于积极状态，思维要活跃、思路要开阔，心随老师走，听懂每一句话，抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点，多联想、多思考，做到心领神会。
二、“手到”。学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不忘，记忆本身就是不断与遗忘作斗争的过程。常言说，“好脑筋不如烂笔头”。老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，可是过了一段时间，就会忘记，所以，做好笔记很有必要。英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书的空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复*巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识
的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。听见听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以帮助记忆；理解领会老师提出的.问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。
四、“眼到”。在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、绘图、教具展示等。大脑里形成的视觉信息和听觉信息相结合，印象就会更加深刻。
五、“口到”。英语是一门语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。尤其是早读课，起始年级时,学生对英语课有新鲜感,积极性比较高,早读课是“书声琅琅”。逐渐地,到了高年级,他们就只用眼看、手写。早读课都快变成“鸦雀无声”的书写自*课了。同学们只是用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。这样下去直接影响着早读的效果,也就不能有效地促进英语的学*、巩固和提高。这也是部分学生掉队、放弃学*英语的关键环节,
同学们讨厌背书有以下正当理由：第一、课文很难背；第二，背完就忘；第三、总是没时间背；第四、背完对考试帮助不大。这些理由都是充分的！然而这些问题都是由于没有良好的学*方式和*惯造成的。在中国学*语言最好的、最先进的方法就是多读：第一，书读百遍，其意自见。第二，熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟。第三，读书破万卷，下笔如有神。我相信，大家都知道这些名言，但是没有几个人能做到！所以，成功的人永远是少数！
为什么完形填空难、阅读难、作文难，就是因为你从来没有语感！语感就等于文章朗读和背诵的遍数！大量背诵文章能提高你的语感，一段时间积累下来，你不再需要专门去记忆单词、语法规则，考试时自然势如破竹，又快又好！而且背诵文章让写作流畅起来，你能脱口而出大量的文章，就能随手写出漂亮的文章，口头能力和笔头能力是相互促进、相得益彰的。大量地背诵短小实用的文章是提高英语写作水*的捷径！
所以，要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；课堂上要勇跃回答老师提问、积极参与同学间讨论和辩论，课下对不清楚的问题及时提出，要克服害羞
心理，不耻下问。对学过的课文要多读、勤读、苦读，一些精典文章最好能背得滚爪烂熟。除了对课本中的范文要细读精读之外，还要多看些适合中学生的课外读物，既可增长知识，又能开阔视野，也可以提高阅读水*。
学*英语，无论如何，勤奋是不可少的，它是一个日积月累的渐进过程，是没有任何捷径可走的，也没有所谓“速成”的灵丹妙方。任何成功的获得都要靠自己的努力，要勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业、一步一个脚印地学*，端正态度，认真对待学*中的挫折和失败。失败并不可怕，可怕的是对自己丧失信心而一蹶不振。对考试的失败，冷静分析，认真思考，只要对胜利充满信心，善于总结经验教训，不断努力，不断追求，胜利一定是属于你们的。
从现在开始，给自己订个计划和目标。每天强制性进行，养成学*英语的*惯。如果一个人的自觉性不够，可以找一个学*伙伴相互监督、共同进步。
总之，如果你热情、有效地去学英语，你也会成为一名英语达人。

五、“口到”。英语是一门语言，不张嘴不动口是学不好的，同学们最大的毛病是读书不出声，害羞不敢张嘴。尤其是早读课，起始年级时,学生对英语课有新鲜感,积极性比较高,早读课是“书声琅琅”。逐渐地,到了高年级,他们就只用眼看、手写。早读课都快变成“鸦雀无声”的书写自*课了。同学们只是用眼看或默读，这样就只有视觉信息，而没有听觉信息在大脑里的反馈，当然记忆也不会太深刻，口部肌肉也得不到锻炼，也就很难练就一口纯正的英语。这样下去直接影响着早读的效果,也就不能有效地促进英语的学*、巩固和提高。这也是部分学生掉队、放弃学*英语的关键环节,
同学们讨厌背书有以下正当理由：第一、课文很难背；第二，背完就忘；第三、总是没时间背；第四、背完对考试帮助不大。这些理由都是充分的！然而这些问题都是由于没有良好的学*方式和*惯造成的。在中国学*语言最好的、最先进的方法就是多读：第一，书读百遍，其意自见。第二，熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟。第三，读书破万卷，下笔如有神。我相信，大家都知道这些名言，但是没有几个人能做到！所以，成功的人永远是少数！
为什么完形填空难、阅读难、作文难，就是因为你从来没有语感！语感就等于文章朗读和背诵的遍数！大量背诵文章能提高你的语感，一段时间积累下来，你不再需要专门去记忆单词、语法规则，考试时自然势如破竹，又快又好！而且背诵文章让写作流畅起来，你能脱口而出大量的文章，就能随手写出漂亮的文章，口头能力和笔头能力是相互促进、相得益彰的。大量地背诵短小实用的文章是提高英语写作水*的捷径！
所以，要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；课堂上要勇跃回答老师提问、积极参与同学间讨论和辩论，课下对不清楚的问题及时提出，要克服害羞
心理，不耻下问。对学过的课文要多读、勤读、苦读，一些精典文章最好能背得滚爪烂熟。除了对课本中的范文要细读精读之外，还要多看些适合中学生的课外读物，既可增长知识，又能开阔视野，也可以提高阅读水*。
