人生很难参透，未来无法预言。
值得庆幸的是，我们还很年轻。这漫长的一生，不是交通路线，哪一站是转折，哪一站需要下车休整，下一站往哪里开由自己决定。有时候，人生也像开车。小时候，父母开车带着小小的我，车上有爷爷奶奶，现在我是驾驶员，开着人生的大巴车，载着一家人的欢声笑语。沿途的风景丰富多彩，也偶尔风雨交加，不过艳阳会很快将泥泞化解，多么值得去拥抱的生活！它给了我们那么多，为什么我们还吝啬这微微的一笑呢？
尊敬的各位领导、同志们：
有一家店铺，有两个售货员：甲和乙，不知怎么回事，甲总是比乙卖的多，来找他的回头客也多。乙很纳闷。有一天，乙实在是憋不住了，就问甲：“我也很卖力啊，说实话，脑筋也很好使，为什么那些顾客总喜欢找你说话呢？”甲一愣，随即笑了：“你每天都很难过吗？为什么总是板着脸呢？”乙顿时恍然大悟，原来正当自己为自己的业绩不好而整日愁眉紧锁的时候许多机会都像风一样，来了又走了。
生活就像一面镜子，你笑，它就笑，你哭，它就哭。
这个道理很简单，但我们却总是视而不见。在一次次机会来临时，如果我们统统以一副生硬的面孔把它拒之门外，在幸运之神一次次想要眷顾我们的时候，我们却愁眉紧锁，忘了对它报之以欢迎的一笑。那么我们就会因为与许多机会擦肩而过而感到命运的捉弄，于是我们的心里就会装载着过多的烦恼，这些我们耿耿于怀的烦恼、怨天尤人的思绪将我们带进了一个怪圈，才真的变成了一个碌碌无为，整日怨天尤人的堕落者。失去了原来本真的面目，人群之中，没有人会一眼将你认出。这才是人生最大的悲剧！
做生意如此，做人亦如此。
我曾经是一名设计师，曾经一直是一个只会埋头苦干，不*惯与人交际的设计师，令我更加自豪的是我的水*也得到了国家的认可，先后得到了好多国家级的奖项。可是在工作中我却郁闷了好久，顾客看不透我的设计而失去了好几单生意-----我不解，不解为什么我会这么“倒霉”，不解我为什么总是碰上不懂艺术的顾客。就在这个时候，同事的一句无心的话让我恍然大悟：兄弟，怎么从来没见你笑过啊？

二零零八年五月十二日，在汶川发生发八级特大地震，瞬间，汶川是一片废墟，整个汶川沉浸在失去亲人的痛苦与庞大的哀伤之中。全世界都被这惨不忍睹的情形震撼啦，于是人们纷纷慷慨解囊，有的人捐出啦自己的钱；有的人捐出啦自己的衣物；还有的人在网上作诗吟歌希望能给灾区的人们一种精神安慰。*、消防官兵都纷纷赶往灾区进行营救，每当救出一条生命，人们都会送给这些英雄一上美美的微笑，透过这微笑，我们又仿佛看见啦人们冰冷的心得到啦一丝温暖的阳光，它正不断安慰人们脆弱的心灵。而相反来讲，每救出一个人，就仿佛给消防战士们更多的压力，因为这说明啦还有生命活着，我们必须更加认真、迅速地救人。微笑对消防战士就似鼓励，不断激起他们的斗志。正是在这伟大的微笑的力量的支撑下，我们人类才能直面灾难，超越灾难！
微笑也是一种信任。盼星星，盼月亮，同学们梦寐以求的春季运动会终于开始啦，我们个个摩拳擦掌，做出一副要大显身手的模样。长跑这个项目开始啦，同学们都似一匹匹千里马放开脚步奋力奔跑，看着同学们你追我赶的情形真激动人心。轮到我比赛啦，我接过接力棒，咬紧牙关，似一只野狼一样拼命地向前跑去。我先是领先的，可是由于刚开始跑得太快而过多耗费啦大量的体力，现在的我只能似一只饿狼一般有气无力跑啦，我歉意地望啦望同学们，只见同学们却全都微笑地注视着我，我似乎从他（她）们的眼睛里读懂啦：“加油！你一定能行！”顿时，我的心又得到啦温暖，在精神上得到啦鼓励。眼看着其他选手要追上来啦，我迅速回过神来，又似一只野狼般冲向啦终点，最终我们班取得啦第一名。这都是微笑给予的力量。一种信任的力量！

那天，我快走到院子门口了，不由自主地想到了他，但很快又想到了一个故事：一位先生脾气古怪，从来不笑，但一个孩子每天和他碰面时都会对他微笑，她的微笑改变了那位先生，他们成了好朋友，我也想用同样的方法认识并改变这个古怪的老爷爷。
进了院门，老爷爷果然坐在那儿，我走过去，露出一个微笑，“老爷爷您好!”，老爷爷先是愣了一下，但很快也笑了，“你……你好”他含混不清地说，我感到一阵温暖，也有几分喜悦，我感到老爷爷并不凶，只是很孤独，我要改变他，我下定了决心。
后来的每一天，只要不下雨，老爷爷都会坐在靠*门的椅子上，我都会给老爷爷问好，我和他成了朋友。
又过了一段时间，每当我跨进院门，却总找不到那个熟悉的身影，我的心每天都会在走进院子的瞬间从希望到失望，我开始不安起来，老爷爷会不会出事了呢?但我又一想，不对啊，如果出事了，我们在一个院子里，应该知道啊。想到这里，我忐忑不安的心终于*静了。
有一天，我低着头走进院门的时候，突然听见一个熟悉的声音：“小妹妹……放……学了”我的心一下亮堂起来了，我抬起头，惊喜地看见老爷爷坐在椅子上慈祥地对着我笑呢。我发现老爷爷变了，他笑着面对每一个人，他变得慈祥了。
我记得那个故事中的一句话：有的人的微笑是隐藏的，需要别人去触动，一触动就会无比灿烂，人与人之间需要互相关怀，需要互相理解，还需要一个个善意的微笑。
各位领导，各位评委：
大家晚上好。
今天我所要演讲的内容是《传递工作中那一抹微笑的力量》。在演讲之前，我想问在座的各位，今天你微笑了么？
一位心理学家说；“会不会微笑是衡量一个人能否对周围环境适应的尺度.”微笑能够适时地调整人们的心理活动,帮助人们驱散愁闷和各种烦恼,减轻生活的紧张和生活的压力,达到“乐以忘忧”的境界.。美国钢铁大王卡内基说：“微笑是一种奇怪的电波，它会使别人在不知不觉中同意你”。曾经有个著名学者这么说，“当你微笑的时候，整个世界都在微笑”。我说，微笑是世界上最甜美的语言，发自内心的笑可以让自己心情舒畅；源自真诚的微笑可以给他人温暖和阳光，而自信微笑能给人予力量！
生命对于每个人只有一次，人们热爱生命，呵护生命，对于生命的珍视无与伦比。正因为生命绚丽，我们说迎接生命者是夏花之灿烂；正因为生命宝贵，我们说拯救生命者如冬柏之俊秀；正因为生命无价，人们才给那些无私奉献、救死扶伤的医务工作者一个响亮的名字——白衣天使。作为一名刚参加工作的医务工作者，我为拥有这样的称号而感到骄傲和自豪。参加工作这一个多月以来，我每天生活在感动中，为病人的坚强，也为同事的敬业。这一个月，我学到了很多，有专业知识，有工作经验，也有生活技能。但是最让我受益匪浅的却是在这小小乡镇卫生院里，大家那种以人为本、健康为上、医院为家、诚信为民的服务理念，还有他们那热情好客的淳朴民风，深深感动着我！
社区医生是一门用爱心呵护生命的职业，而微笑，则是这一行业的开门风景。微笑是阳光，是春风，是开心的钥匙，是人与人感情交通的一座桥梁。愿意微笑也同时意味着希望把工作做好，所以微笑在实际工作中始终扮演着重要的角色，是一种无形的认真的力量。当然想要赢得别人对自己微笑，首先要学会先换位思考，站在对方的角度去分析，只有你尊重病人、同情病人并治好了他们的病，把他们的健康当作自己的健康，甚至比自己的健康更重要的位置时，你一定会赢得
病人的尊重及支持、配合。路遥知马力，日久见人心，日子久了，会有人知道你是如何为医者的，老百姓最讲现实，讲实惠。从现在做起，从小事做起，不以善小而不为,不以恶小而为之。
微笑是理解，是尊重，是关爱，是温情。我们积极组织讲座，对居民进行健康教育，对孕产妇、儿童进行入户访视。对老年人慢性病进行健康体检等等的工作。也许您觉得我们的工作琐碎，但却承载着黄源乡周边郊区居民的健康安全，也许您觉得我们的工作没有惊天动地的壮举，但却关系到社会的健康。每当听到朋友说：“社区医生的工作比在医院上班工作轻松”时，我总是淡淡一笑：“子非鱼，焉知鱼之乐。你不在这个岗位上，怎么会知道其中的酸甜苦辣？”回首走过的路，苦辣酸咸，我们用爱心把它们酿成了蜜一样的甜。在为社区居民建立“健康档案”的日子，我们尝尽了“闭门羹”苦味儿。夏日里，我们背着血压计、体重秤，顶着火辣辣的阳光，汗流浃背地在穿行在各家各户中，挨家挨户为居民们建健康档案。从有些“老思想”居民家门缝里传出的声音，常常充满了怀疑，有时甚至是呵斥：“我们什么也不懂，我很健康，不用体检”苦涩的汗水流到眼中，辣辣的；流到嘴里，咸咸的。满腔的热情，就这样被一盆盆的冰水从头淋到脚。可是敲响下一位居民的门时，甩甩头，我们还是会换上甜甜的微笑。因为既然接受了这个工作就要用满腔的热情去做。
微笑是自信，是胸有成竹，是对技能的熟悉和掌握。在这一个月以来，我们用自己掌握的专业知识，用实际的行动，主动上门为居民们打吊针、送药、量血压，开展健康咨询。但在工作中，我时常感觉自己能力和知识的.欠缺，当他们急需要我的一个回答时，我却在很犹豫中，我需要进一步提高知识技能水*。我深切地感受到作一名医生首先需要掌握一些必备的基本技能，作为进入临床工作的实*医生来说，更应该搞好这些基本技能的训练，这是今后进一步发展的基础，如果基础打得不牢，今后的提高只能是一句空话。在工作中坚持“精益求精，一丝不苟”的原则，坚持业务学*不放松。只有对业务的精通，才能给予病人自信而坚定的微笑！
我想，也许我们这个行业永远默默无闻，但只要把对事业的情，对岗位的爱，奉献给每个人，只要能使千千万万的人们笑颜永驻，一切都心甘情愿。我们没有豪言壮语，脚踏实地的做好每一件事，我们是健康的守卫者，保障居民的健康
是我们最大的心愿。作为社区的医务人员我们深知：病人在你心中有多重，你就在百病人心中有多重。
各位领导，生命卫士的光荣称号不是轻易可以被承载的，它是一代又一代医务工作者在与死神与病魔的抗争中，用无私的奉献甚至是宝贵的生命铸就的，它需要一代又一代医务工作者用心去呵护，用心血和汗水去洗礼。我们只有不断努力再努力，才无愧于这一神圣的称号！我们只有把爱化为动力，才能为天使插上奋飞的翅膀，我们只有把奉献付诸行动，才能用爱心和真情为患者撑起一片希望的蓝天。就让我们用真诚，用爱心，用自信传递一抹又一抹微笑的力量吧！

著名诗人斯皮特勒曾经说过：“微笑是一种具有多重含义的语言。”的确，微笑是世界上常见的语言，它以自己独特的方式表达了许多美丽的内涵：宽容、关心、热情、智慧……；
正如语言有着难以形容的魅力，微笑也有着不可估量的力量。中国体操运动员桑兰，面对意外受伤的致命打击，依然保持微笑，没有放弃，因此赢得了人们的尊重和赞誉。由此可见，微笑可以让人活得更好，可以防止经历过挫折的人失去生活的信心和勇气。这就是它的实力。
微笑的力量可以让人有一种乐观、坦然的心态。霍尼茨担任CKN钢铁公司执行经理时，正是20世纪70年代的经济危机，当时公司没有形成一个整体，管理混乱。但他依然面带微笑，乐观面对，大胆为公司做了几个重大决策，让公司顺利度过难关。后来，英国出现了工业衰落的先兆。但在霍尼茨乐观的面孔下，公司安然无恙，最终成为世界知名的钢铁公司。可见，霍尼茨的成功不仅仅是他能力的高低，更重要的是，他的微笑——给整个公司带来了乐观而顽强的生命力。
微笑的力量也能让人拥有一颗“退一步，开阔眼界”的.宽广胸怀。东海宽而深，从卑微到百川；五岳虽高，但不耐污尘。“为人处事，最重要的是学会接受。当今社会，或多或少都有无法忍受的事情。但是，要想活得更好，就必须微笑着面对这些，接受它们。年轻的时候，韩信被屠夫的儿子羞辱过，但他没有“光着头，用头去偷耳朵”，也没有“秀才不能被羞辱”，而是在众人的嘲笑中站了起来，笑着离开了。后来他当上了将军，但他甚至既往不咎，用自己的才华任命侮辱他的屠夫儿子为将军，这是多么伟大的举动啊！正是因为微笑的力量，韩信以宽广的胸怀对待普通人眼中最不能容忍的事情。他为什么要担心自己不是大人物？
此外，微笑的力量可以让人拥有一种精神境界，一种超脱尘垢、领悟静旨、与知己沟通的艺术境界。微笑的境界，如“谈笑风生，无丁白”般深邃，如“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”般优雅。在日本的“茶道”和“花道”中，微笑是重要的前提。所以你总能看到饮茶的人面带微笑，学识渊博，爱花的人面带微笑，庄重典雅。这就是微笑的力量所拥有的精神境界和艺术境界。以这样一种微笑的状态面对生活，生活是光明的，处处充满艺术。
西方有句名言：“一个人只有懂得用微笑作为语言，才能肩负重任”。微笑的力量给人以乐观淡定的心态，宽广的胸怀，伟大的精神境界。同学们，让我们学会微笑，让它给我们进步的力量！

我想我就是一只船，在汪洋的大海中，漂泊不定。前方的路是未知的，充满神秘，没有谁的人生是*坦的，这谁都知道，而当挫折真正降临，又该怎么办？哭丧着脸放弃吗？好像不是吧。
曾经读过这样一则故事：《我用九次微笑改写人生》。故事主要讲述一个酒店服务员在面对客人的“恶语”时，并不是愤怒和哭泣，而是一个比一个更灿烂的微笑。她的真诚感动客人，也正是因为这样，她从一个普通的小员工成为酒店领事。一年后，她坐在总经理办公室。
也许你会瞠目结舌，也许你根本就不会相信，可是这确确实实地证明微笑的力量是伟大的。可能当时比女孩儿优秀的人有很多，但成功的终究不是他们。难道你能说这只是一个巧合，不过是她幸运罢吗？当然不是，要知道，一个真诚的微笑足以融化一颗心啊！
早上，漫步在小路上，享受着自然的宁静，熟悉的花草，陌生的味道，给予我美的享受。正沉醉在这“良辰美景”中时，一声刺耳的`鸣笛声划过，紧接着看着自己的裙子接受“自然的洗礼”――被溅一身的黑泥。镇静，不要愤怒，不要沮丧，只是轻轻一笑，呵呵，这有什么好生气的，也许司机今天有急事，也许他是个初学者，还不懂得技巧而已，回去换一件衣服不就得？于是继续保持着微笑，而迎面而来的却是一个“仇敌”，不要以白眼相对，嘴角轻轻上扬，在她惊异的目光中牵起她的手，用微笑化解仇恨，换来的是臆断无暇的友谊，真好啊。想到这儿，我不觉又笑。
微笑的力量是多么伟大，古人云：“笑一笑，十年少。”微笑可以化解人心中的仇恨，可以洗刷人的灵魂，虽然它无法扭转乾坤，却可以把悲愤变成快乐，让挫折变为挑战。它比春风温暖，吹绿杨柳；它比花儿芬芳，让心田花香弥漫；它比太阳伟大，照耀着人们，把希望带给大家，用阳光扫遍每一个角落，扫去一切黑暗。熄灭你的怒火牢骚，给予你春风拂面的清爽。它是宙斯的法宝，代表着永恒，拥有神圣而不可估计的力量。
没错，就像我这样，嘴角上扬35度，将会发现天更蓝，云更白，心也随之愈发灿烂。
一位诗人曾经这样写道：“你需要的话，可以拿走我的面包，可以拿走我的空气，可是别把你的微笑拿走。因为生活需要微笑，也正因为有了微笑，生活便有了生气。
当你失意与沮丧时，不妨笑一笑，你会顿时茅塞顿开；当你遇到困难一蹶不振时，笑一下，你就会觉得精神百倍；当你忧愁苦闷时，一个微笑，会驱散你心头的阴霾。笑给人以舒畅，给人以力量，给人以觉悟。

在日本茶道和花艺中，微笑是一个重要的先决条件。所以你总能看到饮茶者微笑而博学，赏花者微笑而端庄。这就是微笑的力量，使人具有精神境界和艺术境界。以这种微笑的状态面对生活，生活就会充满光明和艺术。

每个人在现实生活中都会遇到坎坷与波折，逢迎尴尬的局面，此时不知你是如何面对和应付，不知你是否在迷茫中看到那真诚的微笑和永恒的臂膀。
20xx年7月28日同事的孩子升学举办宴会致邀宾朋，临时抬爱我为主持，说实在的学生的活动没少组织，但那是按程序要求来的，可这种大型的宴会还真没有机会尝试。我深知主人的信任，也知道自己肩负的使命，所以当时就与主人沟通，在头脑中构思宴会的程序，按主人的意愿上午11：28分宴会正式开始，需要我做的只是把主人的感激之情传达，无需其他形式，一切活动从简，就是让来客吃好喝好，所以在我的头脑中就形成了这样的一套方案，鸣放礼炮、主持人小序铺垫、引出主人致答谢、推出主角孩子答谢、大家开杯共饮、升学者敬酒后主持活动结束。从我一个非专业人士的眼光也就这些活动足矣。当天我按程序到11：28分时我正式开始主持召开宴会，但令我不安的是不知道什么原因，在我解说的时候，我发现菜迟迟上不来，所以我放慢了语速，而且其中添加了不少深入人心感激的话语，主人被闪亮请出致答谢，主角被请出隆重致辞。但此时一道菜也没有上来。当麦克风再一次传回到我的手中的时候，汗水伴着不安同时从心里涌出，我知道此时冷场将意味着什么，我知道主持人是画龙点睛之笔，而不是来演讲或作报告的，大家来是喝酒吃饭的，不是来听我唠叨的，这我在其他宴会上也曾经历过，有过亲身的感受。此时来几首唱歌吗!可是主人没有要求过。“今天在这激动人心的时刻，能遇到这么多的高朋贵友，我真是感到非常的荣幸，同时在您的面前我也感到了一丝丝的紧张。”此时别人可以不言语，但是麦克风是绝对不能让它无声的啊!为了圆场我又一次恭维起了来客，显然明智和经过场面的人已经看出了端倪。“我们永远支持你”寻声望去，是一位衣着考究四十来岁的来客，这句话真是掷地有声啊!而且他给我做了一个OK的手势，微笑着向我点了点头，我顿然感到了有一股火热的感觉在身体里燃烧。“谢谢!非常感谢各位朋友的支持!”我深深鞠了一个躬以礼回谢，此时我的大脑一刻都没有停止运转，思考着如何打破着僵局，听了那位先生的鼓励话语，收获了他真诚的笑脸，我感到灵感马上就光顾了，我何不借花献佛，分级别祝福一下各位来宾呢?“一张张真诚的笑脸，一双双饱含深情的眼睛，一颗颗火红跳动的心，铸就了我们爱的长城。”上班族、买卖阶级、农民朋友、在校学生、小朋友我分别用简洁豪情的话语来祝愿他们。当时我也不知道哪里涌来的这么多言辞。在我讲话之时，我看到酒菜终于上桌了，一颗悬着的心终于放了下来。“斟满美酒，共同举杯，容纳所有的祝福与希望!干杯——”在大家喝酒夹菜的时候我暂时的结束了主持的活动，在我放下麦克风的时候，我不由感激地回头看看刚才说话的那位朋友，他同样用和蔼可亲的目光微笑着看了看我，同时举了一下酒杯，我知道他的善意，当时我感到他无声中带有一种磁力。后来听说那位先生是某司仪协会副**专业庆典主持人，因为当时忙与其他应酬，所以不能为我的.同事做主持人，而且他还再三嘱咐主人，不要在众人面前暴露他的身份。我想不用多说大家都应该明白他的用意，我的理解就是个人优秀的修养与高尚的职业道德。
宴会已经结束好久了，可是那张真诚的笑脸，那双饱含情意的双眼，仿佛镌刻在我的心里，我想这是由我心底所激荡的心潮，让我终生不能忘记。微笑对于我们自身来说太廉价了，可面对像我这样需要帮助的人来说又是多么的昂贵。一句话，一丝微笑可以改变一个世界，可以挽救一个生命，微笑是我们生命中的太阳给予我们温暖，微笑是我们成长中的力量赋予我们坚强，微笑是我们沟通的信使架起我们友谊的纽带和桥梁，为了让世界更美丽，让人生更精彩，为了让我们的人生更辉煌，请您奉献您的微笑，让我们用微笑面对人生和世界。
微笑是人类最美的表情，是一句不学就会使用的***用语，若人人都擅长运用这句***用语，这个世界一定会变得更美好。一个微笑可以改善人与人之间的关系，可以化解一场矛盾，可以……总之每一个微笑都有无穷无尽的力量。
几个星期前，老师调换座位，把我与张玉琛换到啦一起。从此我俩从*日里相见却不经常说话的同学，转变成啦亲密的同桌关系。我们开始互相啦解对方的喜好，互相讨论问题，下课也经常在一起玩。
后来我们之间发生啦一件不愉快的事情，是微笑的力量化解啦我们的矛盾，加深啦我们的友情。
那是在一天下午的自*课上，同学们都在拼命地写作业，作业实在太多啦，就连*时一向不着急写作业的张玉琛，也在埋头苦写。过啦一会儿，同学们写得手都酸啦，腿坐得也有些麻木啦。有些同学开始伸懒腰，打哈欠，有些同学在使劲地甩胳膊，有些同学在不停地撮手，有的同学干脆站起来跺跺脚。活动之后，一个个又开始奋笔疾书，谁也舍不得浪费一分一秒的时间。正当我的`日记写到高潮部分时，张玉琛停下啦笔，伸啦一个懒腰，悲剧就在此时发生啦，张玉琛的胳膊往下放时，碰到啦我的胳膊，我的手一滑，顿时日记本上出现啦一道又长又直的斜线，成啦这个本上一道奇特的风景。看到我的佳作被他毁啦，变得惨不忍睹，尤其是一下午的辛苦化作乌有，心里的怒火顿时就似火山爆发一样，涌到我的心头。眼看一场战争即将爆发，这时张玉琛微笑着对我说：“对不起，我不小心，不是故意的，我实在太累啦，一伸懒腰碰到啦你，非常抱歉。”看到他的微笑，让我想到啦蒙娜丽莎那永恒的微笑。微笑总是让人觉得舒畅、温柔，让人觉得十分亲切，微笑就似细细的暖暖的流水会浇灭你心中的怒火。我的心情*静啦许多，微笑着对张玉琛说：“没关系，小事情，这可以当作我的草稿，回家我再抄写一遍就可以啦。”
我们俩之间的这场矛盾，就在我们的微笑中化解啦，而且从此后我们的友谊更加深厚啦。
这就是微笑的力量，在我们的生活中更要微笑着面对父母，面对老师与同学，面对自己，面对我们身边的每一个人，让微笑的种子散漫世界的每一个角落，世界将会更美好。
什么是微笑？也许有人可以马上回答我，微笑是一种表情；是什么样的表达？同样的，有人也可以很快回答我，说：只是嘴角微微上扬，露出洁白的牙齿。哦？这是真正的微笑吗？不，微笑绝对不只是这么简单的表达。
也许应该是一种关怀，一种态度，一种洒脱，更应该是一种芬芳，一座桥，一处风景。
微笑是一种关怀。不要吝啬一个微笑，因为一个微笑足以温暖一颗心，这可能就是微笑的力量。而微笑也是老师给学生最好的礼物。因为老师的表情，学生可能会感受到什么样的心情；老师脸上有多少笑容，学生心里有多少阳光。不会花什么代价，但是创造了很多成绩。它使接受它的人富裕，而不会使给予它的人贫穷。我希望我们能给别人留下更多灿烂的笑容！让别人留下永久的记忆和芬芳。

心理学研究表明，微笑与形象之间有着一种微妙、奇特的关系。微笑作为一种面部表情，它不仅是形象的外在表现，而且也反映着人的内在精神状态。一个面带真诚微笑的人，往往会是一个奋发进取、乐观向上的人，一个对工作、生活、亲人、朋友充满热情的人。
微笑是吸引他人的磁石，面对路遇的陌生人，微笑可以让他（她）很快成为你的朋友；面对心存芥蒂的人，微笑可以冲淡矛盾化干戈为玉帛；面对难缠的客户，微笑可以使一个本已没有希望的交易瞬间出现转机……

到家，我早已成了落汤鸡，回想起我对好友做的态度，感到当时做得确实过分，她毕竟是我从小玩到大的伙伴!为了考试那点小事对她发脾气，好像有点过了。我懊悔不已，想给她打个电话表示一下歉意。没想到她却主动先给我打了电话：“我知道你在生我的气，你想想，考试作弊好吗?是骗别人?还是骗自己?别忘了老师教导我们诚实守信是做人的底线，什么时候都要坚守!”一*话说得我茅塞顿开。
第二天上学，我向她微微一笑，并做了个鬼脸。或许是心有灵犀吧，她也朝我微微一笑，并用手拍了拍我的肩，就在这一瞬间，前嫌尽释，我们内心深处都乐开了花,我想,这就是：微笑的力量。
通过这件事，我深有感触：微笑的确是能打开人心灵的一把钥匙!人要微笑着去面对生活，面对矛盾，不要抱怨生活给予太多的磨难，不必抱怨生命中有太多的曲折，把每一次失败都归结为一次尝试，不去自卑;把每一次成功都想象成一种幸运，不去自傲!

Today the topic of my impromtu speech is that when it is dark enough, you can see the stars. I can’t agree with this saying more. In my opinion, Darkness is about the frustrations. “enough” is about the effort and the “stars” are the hopes, dreams or success. So this saying teaches me three things: making my objective and direction clear, being prepared for wrestling with frustrations and difficulties and importantly, keeping in faith. So, I have three points to support my opinion.
First, we should make our objective and direction clear before we set out. We can’t see the stars during the day time. Is it because that there are no stars here? Of cause not. The stars are over there in the sky all the time. We can’t see them because they are hidden behind the sunlignt. So, we shouldnot waste our time. Rather, we should turn to the night to find our stars. So before we set out for our dreams. It’s very important to know what exactly we want and which direction to go to find it.
Second, we should be prepared for wresting with frustrations and difficulties. We can’t expect that the way to our objective are smooth and easy. In the darkness, we may feel cold, lonely and be afraid of some unexpected frustrations, just as on the way to our dreams and success. But, only in darkness could we see the stars. Similarly, only by experiencing harships and setbacks can we be clear about our goals and objectives. So, we should be not afraid of the difficulties we have to experience. Rather, we should hold a positive attitude to fully prepared for them.
The last but not the least point is that we should keep in faith and don’t give up. Sometime we may feel disappointed after having been working hard for such a long time but still can’t reach our dreams. But, we shouldn’t give up and instead we should just keep in faith. May be our efforts are not enough. We need to work hard and keep waiting for a little bit longer, and we will see the hope soon.
To conclude, if we choose the stars, we should be aware that we choose the darkness, too. if we want to enjoy the stars, make every efforts we can to defeat our fear to the darkness and keep in faith on ourselves. In the end, we will surly see our own stars.
Life is a box of chocolateyou never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings the caution courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. when i was nine years old i went off to summer camp for the first time. and my mother packed me a suitcase full of books, which to me seemed like a perfectly natural thing to do. because in my family, reading was the primary group activity. and this might sound antisocial to you, but for us it was really just a different way of being social. you have the animal warmth of your family sitting right next to you, but you are also free to go roaming around the adventureland inside your own mind. and i had this idea that camp was going to be just like this, but better. (laughter) i had a vision of 10 girls sitting in a cabin cozily reading books in their matching nightgowns.
(laughter)
camp was more like a keg party without any alcohol. and on the very first day our counselor gathered us all together and she taught us a cheer that she said we would be doing every day for the rest of the summer to instill camp spirit. and it went like this: “r-o-w-d-i-e, that's the way we spell rowdie. rowdie, rowdie, let's get rowdie.“ yeah. so i couldn't figure out for the life of me why we were supposed to be so rowdy, or why we had to spell this word incorrectly. (laughter) but i recited a cheer. i recited a cheer along with everybody else. i did my best. and i just waited for the time that i could go off and read my books.
but the first time that i took my book out of my suitcase, the coolest girl in the bunk came up to me and she asked me, “why are you being so mellow?“ -- mellow, of course, being the exact opposite of r-o-w-d-i-e. and then the second time i tried it, the counselor came up to me with a concerned expression on her face and she repeated the point about camp spirit and said we should all work very hard to be outgoing.
and so i put my books away, back in their suitcase, and i put them under my bed, and there they stayed for the rest of the summer. and i felt kind of guilty about this. i felt as if the books needed me somehow, and they were calling out to me and i was forsaking them. but i did forsake them and i didn't open that suitcase again until i was back home with my family at the end of the summer.
now, i tell you this story about summer camp. i could have told you 50 others just like it -- all the times that i got the message that somehow my quiet and introverted style of being was not necessarily the right way to go, that i should be trying to pass as more of an extrovert. and i always sensed deep down that this was wrong and that introverts were pretty excellent just as they were. but for years i denied this intuition, and so i became a wall street lawyer, of all things, instead of the writer that i had always longed to be -- partly because i needed to prove to myself that i could be bold and assertive too. and i was always going off to crowded bars when i really would have preferred to just have a nice dinner with friends. and i made these self-negating choices so reflexively, that i wasn't even aware that i was making them.
now this is what many introverts do, and it's our loss for sure, but it is also our colleagues' loss and our communities' loss. and at the risk of sounding grandiose, it is the world's loss. because when it comes to creativity and to leadership, we need introverts doing what they do best. a third to a half of the population are introverts -- a third to a half. so that's one out of every two or three people you know. so even if you're an extrovert yourself, i'm talking about your coworkers and your spouses and your children and the person sitting next to you right now -- all of them subject to this bias that is pretty deep and real in our society. we all internalize it from a very early age without even having a language for what we're doing.
Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream dee*** rooted in my soul.

Museums should be made free.In my eyes, museums of course should be made free.
We know that, as a part of culture, museums restore many culture relics. These are typical symbols for a certain times. As a citizen of our country, it is necessary and natural to learn our past history. Recent years, more and more museums are open free to the public. I couldn't agree more with it. Free museum will greatly motivate all kinds of people to approach. What's more, in this fast developing age, museums have many new and advanced invents inside. It will be a wonderful place for people who want to learn more. Parents can often take their children to museums to learn about history and some technical knowledge. In a word, I think government should try to make more museums free for citizens.

New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.
Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example, more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is
gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit. Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China. But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”
For us, I mean the Chinese youth, 20xx Olympic Games is a tremendous gift. Because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey! Come here and take the helm! ”How charming his voice is, but we have never heard of it in our true life. This morning, however, when we wake up, we will see the Olympic Games waving its hand. After chewing, most of us will have at least one plan about what to do for the Olympic Games. And mine is to be a “comforter” ----that is someone who will give comfort to others.

the mirror and i
我和镜子
i like to look into the mirror. i remember when i was a little girl, i often stood on my toes, trying to find my face in the mirror of the dressing table, which was nearly as high as i was. now i still like to look into the mirror. only now, the dressing table is too low for me. as i bend down, i see the face of a young woman, glowing with maturity, confident in her future and fascinated with her own reflection.
the fact that i like to look into the mirror has to do with my granny with whom i spent most of my childhood. i remember clearly that one night i heard her murmuring, "women can"t be seen. women can"t be seen." i was so confused as to look into the mirror the next morning to check if i could indeed see myself. only now as a young woman myself, can i understand that it was not physical visibility that granny had on her mind.
granny spent all her life taking care of the family, day in and day out. she cooked for her husband and 10 children. but whenever guests came, she and other female family members had to eat by the stove in the small kitchen. at family discussions, she was never asked for her opinion. after grandpa passed away, she had to listen to my uncle, her eldest son, fulfilled her duty as daughter, wife, and mother; yet as a person, she remained little noticed. even though she could see herself in the mirror of the dressing table, she was never visible in the mirror of society.
i have been living a different life. at home, i make decisions together with the rest of the family. in school, i often take charge of various activities the same as other boys and girls. not only that, i can see something granny could not have dreamed of─making decisions for my own future. my life has been a series of decisions. i could choose from several universities as i came out of high school. at university, i could choose from a range of subjects from english literature to business law. and now upon graduation, i am again faced with decisions─to further my study or to go to work; to stay in china or to go abroad; to get married right away or to remain single for a bit longer.
it does not matter whether or not i will become famous or rich, but i will treasure the chance to demonstrate my potential and to help other women demonstrate theirs as full members of society, fully visible in the mirror of history. i will treasure it because the abundance of choice that i enjoy came only after decades of efforts made by my granny, my mum, and millions of other chinese women.
however, the choices to be made by me and others of my generation are a great challenge. the misconception that men are superior to women is still dominating many people"s minds. while men are encouraged to compete and to assert themselves, we are expected to be quiet, loyal and obedient. this is not very different from what is expected of us as good wives and good mothers. the challenge we face calls for a higher level of our personal development and self-determination.
the story of my grandmother and myself mirrors the lives of millions of other women in china and perhaps in the world. many of them still lead the life of my grandmother. their worth is not yet recognized. it is the responsibility of a young person like me to work hard and struggle hard so that they too will see themselves and will be seen in the mirror of society.
this is my dream. this dream, i believe, is not only shared by our grandmothers, mothers and sisters, but also by many of our fathers, brothers, husbands and male colleagues.
it will not come true until everyone fully realizes that women can contribute to society and should be guaranteed the right to do so. women hold up half the sky.

爱照镜子的这个癖好始于我和奶奶共同度过的童年时光。我清楚地记得一天夜里，听见奶奶低声自语：女人啊，别人怎么就看不见你，怎么就看不见你呢？我对此感到十分困惑，第二天一早就跑到镜子面前要检验一下是否镜子照得见自己。直到现在长大**后我才明白，奶奶所看不见的并不是镜子里的形象。
奶奶为了照顾一大家人，起早贪黑，忙碌操持了一辈子。她每天为丈夫和十个子女生火做饭，每到家里来了客人，她却只能和家中所有女性成员一起挤在狭小的厨房里的灶前吃饭。家里讨论家事，奶奶从没有过问的权利。爷爷去世之后，她只得听从新的一家之主──我的大伯，也就是她的长子。经历了一生的艰辛，奶奶尽到了作为女儿、妻子和母亲的全部责任，但作为一个人，她却很少被别人关注过。尽管她能够在梳妆台的镜子中看到自己的模样，在家庭和社会中她却总是一个隐形人。

My dear Teachers,fellow students and friends： Good afternoon.
As we all know, the earth is a planet almost covered by water,and it is water made every thing on the earth lively.Water is also one of the important part of our environment.Though,is there really so much water for us to clean,to produce many things,to play with? how much water are there on the earth then?
Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice.The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater,imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world,then there is only a spoon of it on the land,and the water we can use is only a drop of it.Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before,it has been polluted severely by our human beings.
There is a very beautiful river in Paris.It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France;on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as"mother".It is the"suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by.I have to say it is e_tremely dirty! And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river.
Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can't clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.
Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.
The unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves. Not to waste a single drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!
My dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along way to go. The middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.

good morning ladies and gentlemen. today i’m very glad to be here with you to share my stories and opinions about reading. i love reading from the bottom of my heart. and i do learn a lot from books. i know the wonderful stories of great heroes in history, secrets of nature, mysteries of ufo and our universe. to me , books are like a faithful friend, always around me , giving me enjoyment and wisdom.
i remember when i was in primary school, ten or eleven years old, my father borrowed some books from the library in his school. those were among the greatest works of the world, including abrabian nights、the legend of deification, journey to the west, and the romance of the three kingdoms. these books were all written in ancient chinese characters but i tried to read the heavy books and were dee*** attracted. from then on, i spared every minute to read whatever i could get. whenever i got a new book, i kept reading until i finished it despite time and place. i read books even in class or just a few minutes before the exams. in my mind, there is always an unforgettable scene: lying in bed, nervous but excited, my friend and i read a book together in the weak light of a flashlight , with a quilt on us, in order not to be blamed by parents. all my classmates thought i was crazy and gave me a nickname “bookworm”. so you can understand why i got my eyes shortsighted.
till now, i still like reading as i used to. and i’m very pleased to see that my ten-year-old son loves reading just like me. i have bought him many books. whenever you come into my home, you can find books in every corner. but the place where my son and i enjoy reading most is in the toilet. so it often happens in the morning: one is in the toilet reading something comfortably, while another walking outside , shouting. for my age, i like to read magazines or short stories to get relaxation as well as inspiration.
today we live in a world of prosperity. never before have we faced so many temptation from the outside world. never before have we had so many chances to enjoy our lives. we drive rather than walking; we go online to chat with people we’ve never met before instead of talking to friends around us. but there’s always something that cannot be replaced and forgotten., such as books. so i will allow myself to continue the journey in the ocean of books until the very end of my life.
finally, i’d like to end my speech with a great philosopher, writer and thinker, francis bacon’s famous saying: reading makes a full man. studies serve for delight, for ornament, and for ability.

When I'm free or in trouble, I always take out a book and read quietly. In no time, I've put my heart into it so that I'll forget all the troubles. It's in this way that I've formed the habit of reading in any time.
Little boys as I was, I was interest in picture books and storybooks. I was struck by them. No sooner had I entered the middle school than I began to read novel, plays, essays and so on. I found I could get much from them. Little by little I took great interest in literature and last term I won the first prize in the composition contest among middle-school students in Zhe Jiang.
