三、我有较强的工作能力：并在实践中也积累一些经验。我深知生活英语组组长教育工作在幼儿成长历程中的地位和作用，同时在实践中也悟出一些方法和策略。也深知作为生活英语组组长要“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切”这样的准则。我踏实工作，关爱幼儿的每一天，看到孩子们每天高高兴兴的来幼儿园、又高高兴兴的离开幼儿园是我最大的乐趣，在工作中我关心每一位幼儿的身体状况及生活自理能力，如：孩子生病了，我会及时进行电话询问家长孩子的身体情况，提高我们班级幼儿出勤率。
四、我具有奉献精神：如只要园内有事，我能自觉地留下来加班，同事有事或有困难时我也能及时顶上，并有质量地完成各项工作任务。服从大局，服从领导的安排。
如果我能够通过竞争上岗，我打算从以下几个方面改进自己的教学工作，提高自己的教学水*。
1、更加科学规范地做好日常班级管理工作根据实际情况，在适合幼儿年龄特点的前提下，应认真落实各项教学常规工作及做好保教工作，解决家长的后顾之优。
2、根据自身的教学长处将足健及科学认读落实到幼儿的各项活动中，设计并开展丰富的一系列实践活动，突显震幼园本课程特色。
3、加强个人修养，练好基本功。加强自己的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护幼儿园良好形象，努力调动孩子们主动发展，努力提高自己的业务能力。
六、如果我能够通过竞争上岗，我会做到：
1、负责本级部各项工作的组织和实施。协调好班组之间的'关系，团结全组成员努力开展保教工作。
2、以身作则，在全组树立正气，独立有创意的开展班组工作。
3、及时与本组各班教师保育员交流沟通，发现需求和问题及时向园领导反映，积极提出研究建议。
4、在工作需要时协调组内人员的工作安排及同事关系，协助园长做好组内人员的思想工作，确保教育教学工作的顺利完成。
5、组织本组及各班积极主动利用社区、家庭教育资源，做好家园一致教育。

MY school
My school’s name is Bansanpasak. My director’s name is Mr .Pikad Kadtipan. He is 58 years old , a very nice kind and active working man.
Bansanpasak school is located in the NongKwai , Hangdong district, Chiangmai, Thailand since the year 1916.And now, it is 95 years old and very old as old as my grandfather’s age. North of my school is Kunse village and it is near my school .If you ask for directions to my school, you will be told that it is neat Sanpasak market.
South of my school is the market. It is next to my school just a minute’s walk.
East of my school is placed Bansanpak village.
The are 56 teachers working for my school,8 male teachers and 48 female teachers .There are 850 students who are in the kindergarten and in the secondary school.
There are some labs in my school : mathematics lab, science lab, computer room and English sound lab.
The special activities groups are Artist, Dancing, English , and Music .It is done in the last period of Tuesday.
And we also have a big library, which is necessary for the classes. It is quite a good room, clean , tidy and with lots of
interesting books for reading.
We learn 8 subjects in our school: Thai, mathematics, science, history, social, art , health and English. The daily program of the school is:
School begins at 8:15 a.m. All the students are in groups doing national activities ,and the students also learn spelling before going back to the classes.
The first class starts by 9:00 a.m. There are subjects in the morning from 9 to 12and then we stop for lunch for one hour. We have more classes from 1 p.m. and finish them at 4 p.m. The students go back home from school at around 4:30 everyday. My school is lucky to have many experienced teachers. They are excellent teachers who make us excellent. We feel warm and happy when we are in school because of teachers’ goodness and patience. So the students are willing to go to school everyday. And I love my teachers very much too. I want to become a good person and do the right things as my teachers want.
My school stands on an small area of land though, there are 4 big buildings used for the students’ classrooms. Three of them are made of concrete and one another ,the oldest one is made of wood.
I would like to tell you about each of them. The first two
buildings which have three floors with 9 big rooms .One is for students of grade 4,5and 6 ,and the other is for grade seven to nine. The third building which has two floors contains 6 classes for the students grade two to three. And this building is the oldest one in my school.
The fourth building only have two floors too, which is smaller than the others.
There is a big Buddha put in front of the school for us to respect when we arrive at school.
I’ve just remembered the kindergarten is at the back of school. It is next to the canteen and the farm.
Our school can provide students with clean drinking water. There are many green trees around school to make it a better place for studying.
The students in my school study very hard. Every year ,some of them can win the competitions ,and our parents are proud of us.
At last, I want to say :I feel really happy studying in this school . It is the first school I attended .I have never been to any other schools before and I don’t know how different they are, but I am very proud to be a student here and when I have my own children in the future ,I will take them to this school too.

My dear friends, welcome to our school! My school is very beautiful! It has a big playground. We can play and do some sports there. Near the playground, there is a garden. Many trees and flowers are there. So the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. It is so wonderful. Our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. We can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. My classroom is on the third floor. It is clean and bright. We like to study in it. It’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
Frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions.
But why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
There are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
With the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture.

Good morning teachers y I’m very happy to make a speech here name is Lenglinxuan I’m 12. I come from Class 1 Grade 6 of Henglu Primary School. Now I’ll start my speech my dream.
Everyone has his own dream. Some want to be doctors. Others hope to be writes. But my dream is to become a teacher. Because I admire teachers hers can not teach us many things at school, but they do their best to teach us how to learn. Thanks to them, we learn knowledge. And at the same time, we learn how to live a happy life. They spend most time on their students. They are great in my heart.
I know it is not easy to make my dream come true. Haidi aunt once said: "everyone's life is a boat, and ideal is the boat sails."
If, say, ideal is a boat to successful, so, I'll take good rudder.

I remember when I was young; my mother often described the beauty of the grasslands through this poem：“tian cang cang，ye mang mang，feng chui cao di xian niu yang”. it means in English “Clear skies，sweeping plains，the grass bowing before the wind，revealing grazing horses and sheep.” I could recite this even before entering primary school.
16years ago，my mother visited one of the grassland of Inner Mongolia. She said that no words could describe it’s stunning natural charm. With her description firmly printed on my mind I began to long for a tour to the grassland.
Sadly，this marvelous image that I had in my mind changed completely when my mum and I visited the grassland a year ago. As soon as we got there，I couldn’t believe my eyes. What was in front of me was just a piece of land with loosely grown grass. In the far distance I saw only a couple of horses feeding lazily. I asked my mother：“Where is the lush，tall grass?” As puzzled as me，she said nothing. I was shocked to see the differences between the grassland in my dream and what was in front of me.
On the way home，I thought a lot and tried to find answers.
Now I am old enough to bring awareness to other people and share my dream for the grasslands. Overgrazing and extensive farming have ruined the grassland and so taken away the charm of our homeland. But I am confident that one day the grasslands will recover and its true wealth and beauty will be realized as long as everybody gives his contribution to restore our homeland.
Everyone has a dream，it is everybody yearning.
But the man without a dream of the life will be empty.
But dreams are always with the thought of advance and change.

i think this dream is dee*** rooted in the future. as we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases,
environmental pollution and even wars. most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. however, i still can stick to my
innermost dream, as i still can see the bright lights in our future. i believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor
countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.
i will not just wait but to take action to live in my dream.
Good morning, its my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories.
The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up. Meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut.
The second story happened at my first year in university. At the careers planning class, when the teacher asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, “I want to be a farmer, because I grow up in a farmers family and I love to be engaged in agriculture.” When he sat down, everyone clapped.
These two stories happened during my growth process, from which I got my understanding of dreams. When I was a child I believed that a dream must be a big dream, but when I grow up I find this big dream is so far away from me, I know little about it, and I have done nothing to achieve it, so its not my dream. My classmates answer let me know a real dream is not just about being a great man, or doing a great , its about what you really want to be, and are willing to try every effort to pursue it.
Because what makes a dream valuable is not just about the result, its also about the process, the process when you are trying, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again, because of the process, dreams can be meaningful and become your wealth.

各位家长朋友大家好，很高兴又和大家见面了。只是这一次见面已经大不同了。开学时候，我们的宝贝们还是稚嫩可爱的准一年级学生，现在确实名副其实的小学生了。两个月的时间，孩子们的进步很大很大。
那下面我就这两个月的xx英语学*对我们的孩子做一个总结。第一，课堂常规已经初形规模，开学时候，很多孩子上课动来动去，也不知道老师的课堂口令是什么意思，现在课堂常规较好，孩子们跟着我，一个口令一个动作，清楚明白什么意思，公开课的时候我们班的英语课堂常规受到其他老师的一致好评。第二，家庭学*到位。开学之初，很少有孩子回去会听光碟或是按时听光碟，现在很多孩子家庭学*非常棒的'，每天回去按时完成我布置的作业，有的小宝贝还提前就学*了下一单元，我在早晨晨间英语才一放下单元内容，很多宝贝就已经会唱了，让我非常吃惊，家长配合非常好。第三，学*英语兴趣浓厚。很多孩子从开始不明白什么是英语课，到现在的深深爱上英语课。课前我才进到教室，孩子们就已经换好桌位，摆放好学*记录本，等待老师进来。课上我点名小组上来讲台展示的时候，要是没点到其他组，他们就会有些失望，都恨不得老师每次都点他们组，可见孩子们的学*兴趣是很浓厚的。还有好多好多的优点我就不一一举例说明了。
下面来说说还存在的一些问题，第一，部分孩子xx英语每日一句弄丢了，请家长询问孩子并尽快拿同学的去复印并过塑，以免耽误英语早读。第二，周寄宿的孩子周末回家作业很多没有完成，希望家长回去周末让孩子认真听读光碟，认真说英语，玩游戏，然后给孩子签名。第二，还是作业问题，我们班大部分孩子完成作业比较好，部分家长没有监督好，偶尔签名偶尔又不签，我一检查学*记录本我就会知道的，所以请家长配合好我们的工作。现在我们总校的五年级就是从一年级开始学xx，到三年级转常规课，整体孩子们的听说读写能力要比三年级起点学英语的孩子要好很多，所以*时家长要监督到位，每天听光碟，说英语，玩游戏也好，这些都要配合好孩子完成，这是一个日积月累的工作，请我们耐心对待。
最后请家长配合我完成以下几点：一、每天监督孩子学*英语，至少十分钟；二、签名，并写上一些对孩子鼓励的话语；三、请鼓励孩子大声读英语，错了没关系，一定张嘴说。
尊敬的各位家长：
你们好!首先感谢各位家长，今天你们能够在百忙之中,抽出宝贵的时间来参加家长会，单从这点就可看出大家对自己的子女教育问题的高度关注。这也是对孩子的一种尊重和鼓励。开家长会是为了加强家校联系，相互交流孩子们在校和在家的一些情况，以便我们及时调整工作，提高教学的质量，同时也希望家长能了解我们的工作安排，有效帮助自己的孩子在家如何开展学*，使孩子们能够在今年的学*中能取得最佳的成绩，以实现家长、孩子、老师三者共同的心愿。
今天我很荣幸，能代表四年级六位英语老师，就本学期的英语教学与诸位共同探讨，研究对策，帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为今后的英语学*打好基础，更确切地说是养成良好的听说读写的*惯，掌握一些最基础的语法。下面我从以下几方面来说说。
一、英语学*的现状
小学阶段的英语学*是我们孩子外语学*的第一次，是建构外语学*方法和策略的基础工程。孩子们通过学*英语，不仅获得相应的语言和文化知识，而且从中可以总结与完善自身的学*方法和策略，促进他们全面发展。整个小学英语的学*分低、中、高三个阶段，一二年级着重学生基本语音的模仿，三四年级则注重英文的规范书写，(五六年级才是孩子真正开始接触语法。)那么四年级是很关键的一年，因为四年级起到了承上启下的作用，我们要在三年级良好的基础上让孩子继续保持英语学*的兴趣，为将来升入高年级打下坚实的基础。
可喜的是我们老师看到了许多孩子进入四年级以后的'进步，芊的“六本英语簿”和涛的“老师我可以在你身边做作业吗?”洲和婷的兴趣组的英语故事的朗读豪的预*,许多同学都能完成老师布置的预*作业.
二、如何让孩子喜欢学英语主动学英语
本学期牛津英语4a一共10个unit，其中的unit1到unit4和unit6到unit9是新授课，unit5和10是复*课牛津英语4a的unit1234和6789单元各由六到七各板块组成,第一部分是readandsay是情景会话板块;第二部分look,readandlearn主要按话题归类和图词结合呈现词汇;第三和第四板块中的句型是每个单元的教学重点,一般都要求四会掌握;第五板块readandact板块的任务主要是培养学生初步的语感,阅读能力和良好的朗读*惯;第六板块listenandrepeat是语音训练板块;第七板块funhouse是一个活动板块.教材要求教室注意培养学生良好的朗读和书写*惯.努力做到以听说助读写,以读写促听说
首先，应该让孩子明确英语学*的重要性，帮助他们树立信心。我们可以告诉他们英语是一种交际工具，是你长大以后一直要用的工具，它是一种语言，不难也不高深，只要学*方法对路，只要肯花功夫，是一定可以学好的。
其次，帮助孩子建立和形成良好的英语学**惯。可以这么说，良好的学**惯是英语学*成功的一半。什么是良好的学**惯呢?良好的学**惯分两部分：一是课堂*惯，二是课外*惯。课堂良好*惯表现为：能集中注意力听，能积极大胆发言，能适时的做好必要的笔记。集中注意力听这点我觉得很重要，很多孩子在做题和考试中遇到困难，很大的原因就是上课没有专心听课，“都是上课不听惹的祸”，“适时作必要的笔记”这一点，对与**来说是相当简单的，而对与一个十几岁的小学生来说，却有意想不到的难。他们或者忙于写，或者什么也记不到，甚至会起到影响上课的反作用，但这是孩子为今后学*必须掌握的一项课堂技能。现在我的要求是我的讲的时候要求学生认真听，我会留出时间给孩子们记笔记，并且我会检查他们的课堂笔记。课外良好的*惯表现为：1.能完成老师布置的预*任务(预*的要求是听磁带朗读,把不会的单词,词组或句子利用书后的单词表查好意思),2.能按时，保质保量的完成课外作业能自觉自发地进行听说读写的预*和复*工作;能自觉阅读和运用英语书籍(包括时代英语报、英语字典)。以上这些，其实是后续学*的预设，作用是不容忽视的。
再者，要关注孩子的学*过程，不要只注重结果。意思是说不要等成绩出来了再说，而是时刻关注孩子每一天的成长。所谓：好好学*，天天向上。一口吃不成胖子，一天养不成好*惯。比如说，每天，我们是否听到孩子大声地说或读英语，大声尤其重要，因为英语的语音较汉语来讲，比较夸张，声音小，容易造成发音不到位，错音也不容易被发现;每天是否听见孩子房中响起英语地课文录音;每天是否能听到孩子脱口而出简单地英语句子。。。。。。。我惊喜的发现我们的大部分孩子现在的朗读能力很强,一个个读的那么好,那么流利,那么有模有样,建议家长回家听一听你的孩子的英语朗读,你会和我一样有惊喜的感觉.
三、不仅要关心孩子身体健康，更要关注他们的心理发展。
兴趣、情感和态度等非智力因素对英语学*起着极其重要的作用。中低年级孩子往往兴趣很高，但到了高年级，随着难度加大，兴趣继而大大减弱，这很正常。因为中低年级的兴趣中最主要原素是好奇心，是最原始来得快，去得也快。只有通过认真，踏实、勤恳地学*得到成功地体验，才能形成更高层次的兴趣。兴趣有了，自然就有好的态度，饱满的学*状态，学*就进入良性循环。
这就是常说的：身心健康。
四、本学期几点具体做法，大部分是承袭三年级
1、关于单词和句子的背诵和默写。
这是基础之基础。每课的单词(包括b部分的单词和书后的单词表中蓝色部分的单词)要求学生能默写，要求学生回家背诵并试默，高质量的试默要做到及时、有效。当天教，当晚背，这是符合人脑遗忘规律的，效果要比过几天补好得多，这样课堂上默写的时候，学生就有底气，默写质量就很高，正确率高，也是一次小小得成功体验。久而久之，不仅打好了词汇基础，也培养了好*惯。这一点我们的大部分孩子能自觉做到并完成的很好，当然每个班级总有这样几个需要特别关注的孩子，需要老师给他们开“小灶”。开学初我在三一班找了上学期每天早上到我办公室默写单词的几个孩子闻他们这个学期还需要老师每天早上给你们默词吗?他们说不用了,他们现在可以自己完成了,我听了正是感到很欣慰,孩子们懂事了,知道学*是自己的事了,这是我们老师和你们家长最想看到的事.但是开学到现在我还是发现有几个孩子没有什么大的起色,我想和你们家长形成合力,让这些孩子也进入到自主学*主动学*的行列中,让他们也能尝到成功的滋味.
2、关于课文朗读，在这里我不强调背诵关于限时朗读(略)
要求每篇课文a和e部分熟练朗读。c和d需要能看图说话，
3、关于作业。
我们有1号本，2号本，回家作业本和补充*题，天天练，还有一份时代报。1号本是抄写本，抄写四会单词，词组，句子和部分对话，2号本是默写本，默写四会单词，词组和句子，补充*题，天天练我基本上在课堂上完成，并尽量做到面批，及时了解孩子们的掌握情况。时代报有一些题是非常不错的，我经常会选择题目让他们做，主要是考察学生如何答题，对语法知识的掌握情况，希望多见多做，达到熟练掌握的程度。孩子们应该是每天有回家作业的，常规的作业有背诵当天所学单词，句子，对话和课文，默写课文中出现的单词、词组、句子，或者完成时代报的练*。现在我们在每单元结束后都要进行单元测试，作为学生每一单元学*效果的一个反馈，每张试卷都希望家长配合能够签字，及时了解您孩子的学*情况，要求学生认真订正，找出自己的不足，及时对自己的学*进行调整。到现在已经进行了unit2测试。
4、三点注意的地方
(1)教育要一致。不管是家长内部之间，还是家长与老师之间，不管采用的方式方法如何，在学生面前，应始终是一致的。如果有建议要商讨，请直接联系。

最后，我想说的是，我们会尽最大的努力来教好这些孩子们，同时我们也希望能够得到你们的支持和配合。我们每一位英语老师教三到四个班，工作量是很大的，我们力量是微小的，只有有了你们的加入，才能形成家校联合的强大力量。我现在最大的愿望就是能看到每个孩子能够每天保质保量地完成单词，词组和句子的默写，完成课文的朗读，孩子们一天天茁壮成长，是我们共同的愿望。
各位家长下午好：
我是咱们班的英语伊老师，非常感谢大家对我工作的支持和帮助，今天我想就以下几点和大家说一说我的想法和做法。
一、学*内容和进度
1、新起点英语：截止到本周，学完了六单元的第二课。
2、自然拼读：本学期给孩子们介绍了攀登英语的26个字母故事，开始拼读CVC单词。(CVC单词举例：bag hit bed dog bus)。截止到本周，学完了21个字母。
二、学生对知识的掌握和上学期的要求基本一致，唯一不同的就是增加了26个字母大写的认读。
1、单词： 学生能够根据图片或实物说单词。不要求认读单词。
2、句子：能够听懂并读出各单元前3课出现的句子，能与他人进行简单的对话。
3、歌曲歌谣：能够熟练掌握几首自己喜欢的歌曲歌谣，其他的能够跟着音乐唱出关键词和句即可。
4、故事：能听懂并指图说出关键句子(每单元前三课出现的句子)。不要求每句话都会说。
5、人物：在目录前面，要求能熟练叫出他们的名字。
6、字母：能按顺序认读26个字母，也能够打乱顺序认读大写字母。
7、自然拼读内容：要求掌握26个字母的发音和CVC单词的拼读。
三、关于测试
1. *时自测：每个单元都会进行词句的检查。
2、期末英语嘉年华，让学生在活动中快乐学英语。
四、 我的做法：
我所有的做法都基于一个理念，那就是：保证每一个学生都参与其中。
1、继续在图画本上画出所学的英语，鼓励同学们写出单词。
2、轮流小组长制度。小组长的`职责是负责小组内同学的纪律，并进行盖章。目前每个同学都已经担任过两次小组长。
3、印章兑奖制度。我这学期的奖品比较特殊，除了书签，就是各种种子，我希望孩子们通过培育种子收获对生命的体验，我也希望能借此在孩子心中播下好*惯的种子。
4、轮流课代表制度，课代表的职责是帮助老师收拾东西，发放印章等。同时会在我的“未来名人签名簿”上写下名字。
5、轮流拼摆字母小火车。
五、下一步准备进行的几项活动：
1、“我和大写字母的故事”主题活动：
孩子可以穿上带有大写字母的衣服、到大街上拍一些大写字母的照片、用蔬菜拼写出大写字母、创作创意大写字母画、创编与字母有关的趣味题目等等。
2、开展“自然拼读大闯关”活动。
3、开展单词朗读评价活动。
4、开展句子朗读评价活动。
5、开展“英语绘本漂流活动”。
我的设想：每个学生提供一本书，要提供这本书的图片和原声录音以及学生自己的朗读录音，之后进行每周一次的漂流活动。拿到书的同学要在一周内读完，并且录音。我希望咱们的家委会能提供一些帮助，能有家长志愿者协助我做好一些事情：1、建立班级阅读漂流群。2、协助大家进行图书的筛选(图书希望是一些解码书，除了高频词汇以外，都是学生通过自然拼读知识能够拼读的单词。)，保证大家所选择的图书不重复。3、后期对孩子们的阅读活动进行监督，收集孩子们的阅读录音。(我希望每本书都建立一个文件夹：包括图书的照片，图书的原声录音或者视频(如果有的就提供)、图书提供者的录音，其他同学的录音(录音文件命名：学号+名字+几号图书录音)
当然还会有一些细节的问题需要制定出处理办法：例如如果有孩子将图书损坏或者丢失怎么办;如果交换图书的当天孩子没有带来图书怎么办?
另外也可以有其他的方案：以一个学期20周计算，每个孩子可以读到20本书，所以每个班级也可以准备两套相同的书，以20个孩子为一组进行漂流。
还有最简单的方案，就是我每周在咱们的阅读漂流群中，公布一本书的电子版，每个孩子发送朗读录音。
当然，目前这个活动还只是我头脑中的一个想法，真正实行起来，是个庞大的工程，仅靠我的一己之力是完不成的，所以希望得到大家的支持，家委会的负责人也可以帮我在家长群里做个调查，看有多少家长愿意参与，看看咱们班准备采取什么样的方式，看能不能有热心的喜欢阅读的家长志愿者协助我把这件事情做起来。
最后，希望在接下来的一个月，我们通过各种评价闯关活动，让孩子们把基础知识掌握得非常扎实!
也希望通过前期的准备工作，下学期我们把“英语绘本漂流活动”开展起来，让孩子们在一个学期的时间里至少阅读20本书，真正开启美妙的英语阅读之旅。
尊敬的xx院长、各位领导、各班主任、各位校长，各位学友们：
大家好！
历时两个月的xx市xx工程英语骨干教师培训，在市教师教育院的精心策划和周密安排下、在年轻美貌热情大方认真负责的班主任xx老师的帮助下，我们54名初中农村英语教师携手努力，顺利完成了本次培训的各项任务。
两个月来，教师教育院为我们精心安排了本次培训--3周集训共18个专家的专题讲座和6周课堂教学实践活动，并提供了良好的学*环境和生活条件，以及众多的人文关怀，解决了我们学*和生活中的许多困难，使我们顺利的完成培训任务。在此我代表初中英语全体学员感谢上级教育部门、感谢市教师教育院和各实践学校为我们提供了这样一个良好的再学*机会。
10月18日我们来自xx九个县市的54位学员，因为共同的目标和事业，来到这人杰地灵、三垟湿地旁的市教师教育院，感受英语培训带给我们的快乐、思考以及责任。两个月来，我们在这里学到许多先进的教育教学理念，我们感受着思维的碰撞，心灵的冲击所带来的喜悦和收获。两个月的学*让我们有所感悟、有所启迪、有所思考、有所收获。
趁此机会，我仅代表参加英语培训的全体学员，向各位领导和老师作一个简单的汇报。
一、我们在聆听
两个月来，我们聆听了来自许多专家和一线英语教师风格迥异却异样精彩的报告和讲座，分享了他们的先进理念和独特见解，进一步明确了新课程背景下英语教学的方向，虽然集训听报告的时间不长，却扩大了我们的视野，增强了我们的教育信仰，提高了我们的教学理念，特别是几位一线教师的先进经验介绍，非常贴*我们工作实际，解开我们工作中的许多困惑。各学友间的自我介绍和金点子的交流，也为我们搭建了相互了解、相互交流、相互提高的'*台，这也从培训一开始造就了一个强而有力的英语班集体。
二、我们在实践
理论与实践的紧密结合，丰富了我们的培训内容。两个月中，学院为我们安排了9个实践点，以小组为单位，分别到九所xx品牌学校进行了为期六周的英语教学实践活动。六个星期里，我们每一组学员都跟随指导师进行备课、听课、上课、反思和探讨，在此特别感谢教育院和班主任特意为我们安排xx最好最强的英语指导师所付出的努力。从学员带回来的成果和指导老师的评价、以及学院的交流汇报来看，绝大多数学员在实践期间，深入学校，积极参与，认真学*，反思现在、总结过去、找到差距、总结提高，达了预期的目标。从我们学员自身的实践总结来看，对个人英语工作能力的提升帮助是非常大的。
三、我们在思考
再精彩的报告，再有效的培训，如果被培训者没有自己的思考，那是无效的，所以我们每一个学员都非常珍惜这么好的学*机会，也能明白并体谅班主任陈老师的良苦策划和精心安排。从xx院长的《再塑教育信仰》学*到每一场讲座，我们都有自己的反思和体会；每一堂课后，我们也都能及时反思和反馈，并积极撰写课后反思。我和所有在座的学员一样，认真地完成了每一项任务。面对当前浮躁的社会大环境，面对重智育轻实践的校园氛围，面对充满叛逆精神而又极具个性的孩子，作为教育工作者，需要我们拿出教育信仰和智慧来应对。我们该怎样把所学到的知识切实运用到我们农村英语教学实践中去？我们要在自己的工作岗位上创出英语教学的新天地，任重而道远。
四、我们在收获
一路来，我们聆听着，我们实践着，我们思考着，我们也在收获着。我们收获了友谊，收获了知识，收获了思想，我们还收获了快乐，收获了成就；回忆我们同班学*时、回忆我们同组实践时、回忆我们同桌聚餐时、回忆我们同伙k歌时、回忆我们同道泽雅体验民风民俗时，太多美好的回忆，我们将幸福地满载而归。今天我们每个学员的脸上都带着喜悦、都带着一本本厚厚的学*成果，就不难看出这两个月我们所取得的成绩。培训已经划上圆满的句号，成绩只属于过去，在我们前面是一个更大的挑战。虽然我们明天就要分隔两地，但我相信我们英语班一定还会通过各种方式和途径来并肩作战，因为我们永远是这个班级不可分割的一分子。
作为市xx工程农村英语骨干教师的一员，请允许我代表全体参加骨干培训的学友表示：我们一定会继续努力学*，不断提升、完善自己；以更加饱满的热情，将所学到的知识运用到实际工作中去；充分发挥自身的优势，在教育教学过程中真正起到带头、引领的作用；力争做一名让社会、家长满意的教师，做一名让领导放心、同行欣赏的教师，做一名让孩子钦佩、喜爱的教师；以自己的实际行动无愧于教书育人的神圣使命！成为一只真正的领头雁。

各位家长：
下午好，很感谢各位家长在百忙中抽出时间来参加今天的家长会，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是三年级1。2。3。4班的英语任课教师，我姓周。今天我想就三年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学*打好扎实的基础。
先说说本学期英语学*的内容：
1、26个字母大小写，会说会写，并且在书写英文字母时会正确书写顺序；在初学英语的阶段掌握好26个字母的听说读写，这对我们今后所要接触的大量的词汇的听说读写很重要
2、课本后的单词表，颜色越深表示越重要。这就要同学们回家去复*，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。
3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。
4、听力训练：试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。
5。配套的基础训练，这是我们三年级的英语唯一的一套课外练*，我通常带领孩子在班上做完综合训练A部分的听力，而笔试就让孩子们回家去完成。综合训练B部分会作为考试卷测试孩子们这个单元的掌握情况。希望家长能及时询问孩子的小测试成绩以及了解孩子们这段时间的英语学*情况。
三年级英语，是小学英语学*中一个重要的起步阶段。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，无论是每次的听写小测试还是刚刚结束的期中考试，有的同学100分的成绩，而有的同学只有三、四十分的成绩。所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学*，不然到了五六年级补都来不及了。
可是，每个班总会有一部分不自觉的学生不能按时完成作业、不能背诵课文、不做回家作业、更不能正确的听写出课文的单词，通常为了让孩子有个适应过程，我教得很慢，并且上英语课之前都安排班上读音清晰，准确的同学上台来带领全班同学读学过的课文和单词，照理说有足够的时间，可以课课过关了，可是出乎我意料的是有几个同学连第一课几个句子都不会背。每次听写的时候，总是有同学无法完成听写任务，单词过不了关，考试竟然还有相当一部分同学出现不及格现象。了解下来才知道那些孩子在家里从来就不做英语回家作业，从来就没有听英语磁带，也没有背课文和单词。对于三年级来说，英语成绩90分也差不多是正常的范围，毕竟题型还是相当容易的。所以那些不及格现象怎不让人担心呢？
英语是一门特殊的学科，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促；每课的单词（课文 B部分）这是基础之基础，得督促孩子先背诵并家长给孩子听写这几个单词，直到全部会背会写为止。这样课堂上听写的时候，正确率才能高，可有相当一部分同学听写本上每次的听写成绩都是不及格，带回家去订正也没有家长签名，而老师也不知道家长是否了解孩子在学校的英语学*情况，希望家长能关注一下。为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：
1。 确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。
2。 每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。在这里我恳请每位家长认真督促孩子完成老师每天布置的`作业，尤其是一开始，三年级英语刚刚接触书面作业，一定要严格要求他们的英语书写，写得不好的家长也可以要求他们重新做，过关了才给他们签名；检查作业主要看他们书写和格式以及上次老师的批改，注意检查他们有没有订正，有时候，老师在学生的作业本上批了订正，但是交上来的时候学生并没有去订正，并且家长也在上面签字了。我想，老师之所以让家长在孩子的作业本上签字，也是希望通过这个途径让家长们了解孩子每天的学*情况，希望各位家长能够支持老师的工作，如果您有什么意见也可以写在作业本上，便于及时沟通。

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...
I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

沙尘暴是我国北方地区春季日益频繁发生的一种恶劣天气。虽然我才13岁，但也经历过多次了。
我想大家对上月发生的沙尘暴记忆犹新，它*卷了11个省，给我国造成了很大的损失。
正如您从电视上看到的，沙尘暴所到之处，狂风卷着黄沙和尘土肆劣横行，有时候一些大树都被从中间吹倒了。鸟儿失去他们的家园，孩子们也找不到回家的.路，就像到了世界末日。
当沙尘暴发生时，我们的教室也充满了沙尘。可怜的老师，尽管已饱受粉笔灰之苦，现在又不得不待在灰尘中。可怜的同学们，他们告诉我简直都要窒息了!
我们热爱美丽的春天，我们珍爱明媚的阳光。但是沙尘暴给这些蒙上了阴影，我们知道，沙尘暴是大自然母亲对我们破坏生态劣行的惩罚。要重新看到蔚蓝的天空和明媚的春光，我们必须绿化山川，保护环境。如果我们现在就开始，还不晚。

When I was a naughty boy, may be because of theinfluence of the film."Xiao Bing Zhang Ga",my dreamwas to be a soldier just like Zhang Ga. I thought if Iwas a soldier, I should be able to swim, dive andclimb trees as he did. It seemed to be verywonderful. So I began to learn swimming, diving andclimbing trees. I practiced every day and finally Icould do them well. But when I entered junior highschool and had the military training. I suddenlyfound that being a soldier was very difficult and Iwasn't strong enough to bear it . I had to give mydream up. But I wasn't discouraged, and I had new aim, which was to be a postman, or rather to bea newspaper boy. As a newspaper boy.
I could speed along streets on a bike and thrownewspapers onto every porch. That's also very cool. So I started learning to ride a r the everyday practice, I could go very fast by bicycle. But to my disappointment, the jobwhich I wanted only existed in western counties not in China, because there was no porch inChina. And Chinese postmen had to stuff very thick newspapers into very small mailboxes fromvery narrow entrances. The job was far from what I had expected.
So once again my dream fellthrough. Perhaps you have had the same experience as I and most of your dreams haven't cometrue yet. But I think it doesn't matter, because if you have a dream, you'll make many effortsto realize it. This course is really important. If I hadn't dreamt of being a soldier or anewspaper boy. I wouldn't have learned to swim, to dive, to climb trees or to ride a if our dream can't come true, you'll learn much from the efforts you have made. Sowhat I want to tell us is that dream helps us to grow up and teaches us how to control ourlives . It is dream that gives us power and makes our lives colorful.
However, who can really say what the youth is ？ A period of time？ A belief？An attitude to life？ Or anything else？ actually, everyone has his ownunderstanding of young, it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have experienced the sour , sweet ,bitter and salty, can you really become a person of significance.
Just like A famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible ,youth is a meaningful book, you’ll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life.
As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it .Don’t let the limited time pass by, grasping the young will means a better time is waiting for you in the near future.
So,It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. having a view on those great men in the history of hunman being, they all made full use of their youth time to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a consequence ,they are remembered by later generations, admired by everyone. so do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole world, just for youeself, for those around! So, what should we do when we are young？ Here,I’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves.
First of all,think of what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ？ A doctor ？ A writer？ Don’t afraid of dreaming of big and great .Since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future. What’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.
Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, which make people feel happy, but with time passing by, after they withers ,most people think they are ugly. and so it is the same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and older. So we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties in struggling on the road.

Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly being famous.
My dream is to be a scientist like Hua Luogen in future. I think the scientist is the best job for me. A good scientist can make the world change a lot. If I become a scientist, I will make the desert be coverd with green trees and grasses, make the war never take place and so on. Now, although I am only a middle school student, I am interested in math and physics. Maybe I also have a little creativity. I will study science harder and harder.

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I sim*** have a dream that supports my life.
I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.
I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.
Every one has his own I was a little kid，my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now，when I am 16 years old，standing here，my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other they were playing toys at home，while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain，jumping in the heavy snow，pitching in the strong could stop me，because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ，of course，Im an athlete，Im so proud of that all the time .
