一、思想工作
本学期，我仍将以一名优秀教师的要求去规范自己的言行，热爱本职工作，热爱幼儿园，自觉遵守幼儿园的各项规章制度，关爱每一位幼儿，坦诚面对每一位家长，积极认真研读幼儿教育的相关书籍，认真准备、组织每一次教育活动，按新《纲要》的理念创设适合幼儿发展的心理、物质环境……多反思，多听，多做，勤于实践，促进自身专业素质的提高与发展。
二、能力发展
上学期，由于自己的松懈，工作没有取得理想的成绩。本学期，我一定吸取教训、总结经验，争取从以下几方面获得提高：教学方面，我将认真准备幼儿活动所需材料;写好每一次教育活动计划;多学*，把先进的幼儿教育经验运用到自己的教学中;多反思，结合自己班幼儿情况实施收效好的教育方法;多到*行班级走走、看看、听听、取长补短，促进幼儿发展;多和有经验的教师交流，争取获得她们的指导、帮助。课题实践中，细心记录专家们的.教育理念，认真揣摩，多提问，使自己在教学工作中的疑惑得到有效指导并付诸实践。生活中，热情待人，友爱助人，谦虚为人，团结向上，争取和同事们成为朋友。特色教学中，细心分析幼儿情况，认真准备教案、教具，提前将周计划、教学活动安排好，根据幼儿掌握情况实施作出调整，带好这群活泼可爱的宝贝们，班务工作中，严格要求自己，以身作则地做好自己工作。
三、努力方向
有了目标，工作才不会迷失方向，才具有提高与发展的意义。所以，本学期我根据自己的情况制定了以下三个目标：
1、争取成为幼儿园优秀教师。
2、争取把中二班建设成为幼儿园优秀班集体。
3、踏实努力地做好本职工作，争取向党组织靠拢。力争使本学期工作能圆满结束。
四、出勤方面
让我们班的出勤提高，要有一种新的体现，我们要抓好教育教学、生活护理等，尽自己最大的能力与本班教师配合好，能够让各位家长朋友进行好好的在出勤方面配合我们的工作!
五、教学方面
抓住我们的主题活页材料，本学期主要让幼儿进行小肌肉的锻炼进行书写、增加户外活动的体育锻炼1来增加幼儿的免疫力!
以上，是我本学期的计划及目标，我一定努力去完成。

三、常规工作进一步完善
课程改革：基础课程、能力课程、个性课程、德育综合主题活动课程。
一是抓好国家基础课程，打稳根基。学*课程标准，坚持探索“负担轻、质量高”课堂教学模式：研究“先”字教学法——让学生先质疑、先思考、先表达;探讨“让”字教学法——让学生在游戏中学，在交流中学，在发现中学。
二是巩固校本能力课程，强化技能。语文——上好每天十分钟写字课、晨读诵诗课、阅读课、童话创作(演说课)、语电课和中国传统文化课。英语——上好唱背课、口语课、视听课、剑桥读写课和英美传统文化课。数学——上好电脑速算课，增加思维训练课。上好六门综合能力课，指导教师要选好题，备好课，提高教学质量;配合专业教师上好钢琴课和游泳课，要求学生提前到达课堂，保证准时开课;教师不随意扣留学生，保证学生受到良好教育。设计并组织好一年级晚自*下棋等益智活动。校本能力课全部纳入课表管理。
三是坚持个性特长课程，开发潜能。上好科普课，于第二周进行。指导学生选切实际的个性课课题，充分利用课余时间，注重过程研究，做好过程记录，做好答辩展示，第三周准时开课。建立语数英培优班，并纳入个性课管理。培优班做到“有赛必参，有奖必得”，并都要力争第一。组织好每周三晚科教电视，精选内容，吸引学生。
四是坚持德育综合主题活动课程，学会做人。继续开展以“孝心献父母”为主题的德育活动：一活动内容要做细、做小、做实在，有些内容不随意更改，直到成*惯;二活动影响要做大、做强、做深远，不让一个学生掉队，调动每一个家长的积极性为我们服务，直到学生“气质与众不同”，“即使不穿校服，也很容易被辨认出来的”。继续开展“孝心献父母”经验交流，邀请家长参与“孝心小标兵”评选，编辑《孝心献父母专集》，举行“献孝心”展示课，结合孝心活动实行家访等。让学生在“学孝、行孝、劝孝、献爱心”活动中，学会孝敬父母，关爱他人，感悟做人的真谛。让初小部德育之花在孝心活动中绽放。
2、进一步研究上下衔接：英语衔接、汉语衔接、生活衔接
第一是初小与幼儿园的衔接。
英语衔接：初小部“不能停”，还需要“助跑”，否则前功尽弃。我们多年的实践，总结了一条经验教训：孩子从大班升上小学一年级，英语还需要强化，还需要入骨、入髓、入心。
汉语衔接：初小部“不能缓”，更需要“强化”，否则得不偿失。我校英语幼儿园为了突出英语特色，在汉语教学上作出了一定牺牲，这可以理解。但作为初小部，必须充分认识到自己所承担的汉语启蒙教学的重责，必须坚定“母语基础”不动摇。目前，小学人教版汉语教材还不能完全适合我校英语幼儿园大班升上来的学生实际发展需要，还不能满足这些学生对汉语学*的渴求。这使初小部的汉语教学的任务更加艰巨。
生活衔接：初小部“不能同”，需要“扶放结合”。英语幼儿园“保”字突出，到了小学，我们需要变“保”为“扶”、为“放”，重视培养学生自我管理的能力。
在不知不觉之中，一个学期又过去了，回顾上学期的点点滴滴，有着一丝丝的不舍。但同时又很庆幸迎来了一批活泼可爱的小宝宝。这个学期由我来担任他们的英语科目，根据这几个星期和小朋友的相处，对这学期的工作进行规划;

A little panda picks up a pumpkin and wants to take it home. But the pumpkin is too big. The panda can’t take it home.

It’s sunny day in spring. Miss Cat is fishing. Suddenly the fishing rod moves. “Great! Oh, it’s so heavy!” Miss Cat says happily.
