We Chinese have always been respected and highly praised for good manners and courtesy,which have,as well,become precious traditions of our people.In a couple of weeks beyond,a large number of foreign friends will come to China to join us in enjoying the Olympics.
Beforeforeign guests,we should have an easy manner and behave politely and warm-heartedly.In public places,such ugly behaviors as uproar,pushing or squeezing together,spitting and so on should be determinedly forbidden.In a sense,each of us will not sim* stand forourselves but stand for China.Therefore,boys and girls,let’s do it well right now and the eyes of the world are to on us!
I have some habbits,some are good,but some are bad.
I like reading very much.From reading science books,I get a lot of knowledge.From reading novels,I lose myself in the stories.I like doing sports,too.It helps me keep healthy.Also I never put today's work till tomorrow.They are all my good habbits.They help me a lot in my daily life.
However,I also have some bad habbits.For example,sometimes I do my homework slowly,and stay up till very late.During meals I prefer meat to vegetables.And sometimes I play com*r games too long without having a reat.They are all harmful to my health.
I'll try to keep my good habbits,and give up the bad ones.Then I'll live better.
As we know food gives us energy.We must have enough food to keep us healthy.
If we choose right food we can have healthy eating habits.We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits hamburgersBeijing roast duck and so on We should eat fewer snacks and candies.
Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods such as fruit vegetables grains eggs milk meat fish and so on We should do exercise more often so we can become healthier.
