建议： A、早起时，先听英语新闻15-20分钟(以之热身)，再朗读2-3篇长度约为500字的文章。
要点：刚开始读的时候，一定要慢。求快而不得，越求快越乱。记住，你是来享受这个过程的。而后会发现，当你进入忘我状态后，速度自然越来越快，精神越来越放松，读得越来越准确。
B、适当辅以Friends之类的情景喜剧来听。(此类情景喜剧一般会将语调夸张化，这样对没有真实语境的我们考(试^*大来说是很好的刺激材料。)

一、考试介绍
1、考试对象：
大学英语四、六级考试口语考试(CETSpokenEnglishTest，简称CET-SET)用于考察大学生运用英语进行口头交际的能力。CET-SET报考对象为获得全国大学英语四、六级证书且成绩达到一定分数线的在校大学生。
教育部规定，四级笔试550分、六级520分以上的考生可以报名参加口试。
2、考试时间及地点：
四、六级口语考试为一年两次，分别在5月和11月。考试地点在考生报名的考点，具体考场在考生报名后随机编组确定。
3、报名流程：
全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会根据教育部主管部门的文件规定，在有关城市设立若干个考点。考生到所在考试中心指定的考点报名并参加考试，报名时须随身携带身份证、二寸报名照一张及报名费用。
注意事项
考生须携带本人的准考证和身份证准时到规定的候考室报到，逾时15分钟不得进考场。

如中途无故退场，将作自动放弃考试处理，成绩一律记为不合格。

进行快速阅读的必要条件
进行英语快速阅读的必要条件是：基本知识、语言基储阅读技能、快速阅读不是一种孤立的能力，它必须以了解一定的基本知识为先决条件，以具备一定的词汇和基本语法为基础，还要掌握一些重要的阅读技能。如果没有语言基础，阅读材料通篇都是生词，语法难点很多，即使掌握了一些快速阅读的技能，要快也快不了。反之，如果只有语言基础知识，而没有阅读技能，要想读得快，读得多，也是不可能的。但是，如果对材料的内容缺乏基本常识，即使语言基础好，并具备阅读技能，也不可能“快读”，只能“慢读”。
基本知识主要是指的是所涉及英语的专业知识，没有一定的专业知识，要想把内容理解透是有相当大的难度的。
语言基础知识主要指词汇量和句型结构。要有一定的'词汇量。这包括两部分，一是公共部分，二是专业部分。我认为公共英语部分至少要达到4，000个单词量，而专业部分最好要有1，500个词汇量。要有一定的句型分析能力。英语文章最大的语法难点是句型，句型中的难点是定语从句。一个句子很长，往往是由于定语从句连环套在作怪，定语中套着定语。这样的连环从句表达专业概念非常严谨，却给我们阅读带来困难。因此，我们要能够进行层次分析，准确把握各从句之间的关系，才能提高阅读速度。同时，要了解词性的变化，名词的动用和动词的名用。至于时态等其它的语法现象对我们具备一定语法知识的参试人员来说，基本上构不成多大障碍。
快速阅读的方法
1.推测(prediction)
阅读正文前，就标题(如果有标题的话)来合理推测资料的大概内容，也可在读了二、三段之后预测下段内容。这对快速理解和整体把握文章内容以及推测出生词的词义范围有积极的意义。因为英语单词一词多义现象太普遍了，一个单词在不同的专业领域往往含有不同的意思，甚至有的单词在同一专业领域在其意义的具体把握上也有细微的差别。
2.关键词句(keywordandtopicsentences)
在对文章的整体内容有了基本认识的基础上，我们学会抓主要的词句，找出段落中的主题句，从而正确领会文章的主要内容，并注意到是否对自己有利用价值。
3.略读或浏览或跳读(Skimming)
Skim有掠过的意思，又有从牛奶等液体上撇去的意思，转意为“快速掠过，从中提取最容易取得的精华”。用于阅读，或译为略读，或译为泛读，似乎都未把其细微的意思译出。而这种读法却包含有原词的所有意思――快速读过去，取出读物中关键性的东西。因此，我们可以把这种读法理解为快速浏览课文，领会文章大意。一般而言，通过标题可知道文章的主题。对文章的首段和末段要多加注意，以便发现作者的观点。
4.查阅(Scanning)
Scaning的意思是扫读或查阅，是快读或速读的一种。Scan就是通常所说的“扫描”。其特点是快，但又要全部扫及。Scan这个词的词义似乎矛盾，它既可以理解为“仔细地审视”，也可以理解为“粗略地浏览”。这种情况倒成了扫读的绝好证明。从形式上看，扫读是粗粗地一扫而过，一目十行，但从读者的注意方面来看，却又是高度的集中，在快速阅读中仔细挑出重要的信息。因此，查阅可以理解为迅速找出文章中的有关事实细节或某一具体信息;有时要找出某一个单词或词组，如人名、地名、日期、价格等;有时要找出文中所述的某一特殊事件，而这一事件可能是由一个词或短语交代的。若不具备一定的能力，这样的细节恐不易发现。
5.速度变换(Readingrate)
我们要意识到阅读的速度是不均匀的。也就是说，即使同一个人阅读同一份材料，但由于阅读是一种有相当心理负荷的脑力劳动，因此在开始、中途和结束时的速度不可能一样。读物的体裁和难度不一样，阅读的速度也不同。我们不要过分焦虑自己的阅读速度，以免造成不必要的心理压力。随着速度的提高，理解的程度都有所降低，所以我们应认识到阅读文章时的速度是可以调节的，只有合适的速度才可能获得快速准确的阅读效率。
6.阅读*惯(ReadingHabit)
从主观上要能克服注意力容易分散即所谓“思想开小差”的毛病，高度集中自己的注意力;从客观上克服各种无意中形成或由来以久的坏*惯，如摇头晃脑，抖动双腿，玩弄纸笔，念念有词等。这些“小动作”，也会分散注意力、影响思考，降低阅读速度。
1、选词填空最后完成，一定要优先完成你百分百确认词性的空格。不确定词性的先跳过。
2、选词填空一定要优先考虑固定搭配，比如：make contribution to; have an impact/effect on这样的高频词组考过多次。
3、段落信息匹配题先看题目后看文章。看题目时，关键词的选择很重要，直接决定你能否快速找到，找对段落。不要只选择一个关键词定位;要选择特殊词汇定位(大写，数字，连字符等);不要选择文章的核心词作为第一关键词定位。
4、注意段落信息匹配题的题干中经常把数字写成英文的形式，而非***数字，这样来形成干扰。请考生务必看清。比如：20xx年12月的题目中用的是half，原文给的是50%;题目中用的是one tenth，原文写的是10%.
5、段落信息匹配题中，题目与原文出现同义替换时，正确几率最高。在某段出现某题干的原词时，不要贸然选择，关注一下其他信息有没有在该段落出现。
6、仔细阅读定位是关键。根据出题顺序与行文顺序一致的原则，确定大体段落。较难题目中会出现题干与原文同义替换的情况，那么该同义替换的句子可能就是定位的句子。
7、段落推断题中(含有infer/conclude/im***/indicate/learn的题目)，答案一般在转折处或者在段落末句。
8、当在两个选项间徘徊不定时，重新审题，比对两个选项与对应句信息，同义替换的选项或与原文主旨一致的选项可能是正确答案。
9、含有绝对性词汇的选项错误几率较高。如：no， all， only， must， little， always， none.
10、仔细阅读要重点注意转折处(but/however/yet)信息以及递进关系
1 英语四级考试快速阅读技巧找关键单词
先看问题，然后直接在原文上找问题中比较重要的单词所在，这样基本上就可以知道答案，因为问题一般都是从原文上直接摘下来的。本人上年刚过四级，这方法绝对好用。
2.英语四级考试快速阅读技巧克服不好的阅读*惯。
(1)视幅小。即所谓抠读。阅读时一个字一个字地看，而不是按意群读，一目数词。
(2)回视。即来回看已经读过的内容，不断反复。
(3)纠缠语言细节，读读停停。即阅读时或因作记录或因查生词等多次停下来。
(4)有声朗读或无声默读。此外阅读时晃动身子，用手笔指着要读的文字等都是不好的*惯，都要加以克服。
3.英语四级考试快速阅读技巧计时阅读(TimedReading)。在阅读训练过程中，应自始至终计时。每次训练8~10分钟即可，读后将时间记下来，算出读速。由于读时精力高度集中，有一种紧迫感，长期坚持将有助于克服阅读时的各种干扰，专心致志。
4.英语四级考试快速阅读技巧多做泛读(Extensive Reading)。泛读就是广泛阅读大量的各种类型书刊，由易到难，由简到繁，循序渐进。自己可确定一个读书定额，如每天读10页，持之以恒，必能收到明显的效果。
5.英语四级考试快速阅读技巧成组视读(Phrase Reading)。尼拉史密斯(Nila Smith)说得好：如果你想读得快，你必须狼吞虎咽而不是细嚼慢咽。训练成组视读就是要逐步改变一眼只看一个单词的阅读*惯，扩大视幅，培养扫视意群的能力，达到一目数词，三分之一行或半行。
1.整体把握文章的脉络至关重要。
段落信息匹配题的题目的顺序与文章的行文顺序完全不符，这就要求考生在阅读文章时整体把握文章的结构和脉络，熟悉文章的写作思路，基本能做到理解每题的中心思想后，能大体定位到文章的相应部分，而不是漫无目的地在全文的每个段落里搜寻。如样题中的文章：首先引出话题;中间部分主要谈论两方面的内容―大学在全球网罗人才和开展工作，同时大学也在重塑研究方法;最后是大学全球化的影响和作用。把文章这样分成四个部分以后，根据每个题目的内容，就可以找到大体的位置。
2.准确理解题目的内容是前提。
每一道题都是原文信息的再现或转述，只有理解了题目所述内容，才能做好后面的段落信息定位。理解题目内容的关键是：抓句子的主干。冗长的句子，只要抓住了其主干，就不难理解句子的主要含义了。
3.找准题目中的定位关键词是关键。
每一道题都是原文信息的再现或转述，只要找准关键词才能准确定位到原文的段落中。关键词多为：a. 名词或名词短语，这类词是题目和文章谈论的对象，同义替换的可能性较小，是比较可靠的定位关键词，如样题中第46题中的American universities, global careers, internship 都可以在原文中直接找到;b.数字，如数量、年份等，这类词同义替换的可能性非常小，是较理想的定位关键词，如样题中第47题中的3.9 percent, 是原文信息的再现;c. 专有名词，如人名、地名、机构名、特殊物质等，这类词几乎没有同义替换或转述的可能性，是非常理想的定位关键词，如样题中第55题中的Danah Boyd就是一个专有名词，可以在原文中直接找到。
一、词汇语法深度练*
还是要再次提到词汇复*。因为想在阅读上有稳步提高，前提条件就是要有一定牢固的词汇量。其实，我们经过统计之后发现，除去中学词汇和考试大纲 词汇表中从来没有被考查过的词汇后，考研词汇就剩下了*两千个常考高频词了。阅读理解晋级的关键就是要熟练掌握这两千来个高频词汇。
除了词汇，还要把语法学*深入化。据历年考研英语试卷规律来看，考研中密集考查的语法固定的有6种，他们是：定语从句;状语从句;定语后置;插 入语;分词结构;并列句。这6种语法表面上看很是简单，其实不然，大家需要把这6个问题研究深了才行。考生应该结合语句进行训练，在训练中深度掌握语法规 律。这对于翻译阅读中的长难句很有帮助。
二、加强阅读训练计划
训练就要找来一定数量的文章进行阅读。但是要注意，找“阅读”是有一定的讲究的。同学们应该在完成上面的词汇和语法之后再进行这个阶段。
