An unforgettable experience
My mom used to say that I was born to swim。 But the truth is that I didn’t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school！

今天上午，杨老师让我们当一个残疾人或盲人或聋哑人，我选择的是残疾人，我选我的左手没有，于是我们便开始这段经历了。
第三节课下课后，张安收作业，我问她了一句话，她却指着她的嘴摇了摇手，我这才明白，她是哑巴。然后，我和张邵凯都是残疾人，所以我们追逐打闹着玩。结果，上开了第四节课了，我们去上信息，结果我看见了好几个女生扶着一个女生走，那个女生就是韩凤琪，原来她扮演的是盲人，到了之后，上课就没有什么事，下课之后。到了吃饭课了，我们吃饭的 时候，王奕权把杨海龙的盘子挪过来挪过去，杨海龙就用嘴吸着吃，结果吃不着。吃完饭之后，我才知道杨海龙扮演的'是双手错位的人，就是左手长在右手那里了，右手长在左手的地方了。就这样我们就这样玩，连上课都要扮演着这个角色。终于到了完事的时候了，我们说完感受之后就下课了。
经过这次残疾人的经历，我知道了残疾人是多么的痛苦，只能用一只手写字、吃饭，所以，我要好好珍惜身体！
难忘的一次经历
错误是不可避免的，但孔子说过：“知错就改，善莫大焉”。只要敢于承认错而不是找借口掩饰那就是好的。
那是在小学四年级的时候发生的事了。我和同桌杨婷产生了矛盾。因为她向老师打小报告，害得我被老师教训了一番。所以我决定报复她一下，让她尝尝我的厉害。我了解到她很害怕小昆虫，哼！这下可让我抓到把柄了！于是我在学校的.花坛里捉了一只小蜜蜂，趁她中午吃饭的时候，我悄悄地把小蜜蜂放在她的文具盒里，想象她打开文具盒后的惊讶和恐惧。嘿嘿，果然不出我所料，中午她打开文具盒准备写作业的时候，突然打叫起来，而我在一旁偷着乐。她看了看我接着便哭了起来。别的同学纷纷安慰她，直到上课她才好些。她似乎不知道是**的，还是一如既往地跟我说话，我感到特别羞愧，想跟她道歉，但又拉不下着个脸。
就这样我失去了依次承认错误的机会，如果重新再来依次的话，我一定回对她说：“对不起！”
星期五，我们迎来了一年一度的秋季运动会。操场上绿树如荫，人山人海，很是热闹。在这次运动会中，我参加了跳绳比赛，让我印象深刻。
比赛开始了，只听耳边传来一声熟悉的哨声“吁----吁吁”我就奋力跳了起来。刚开始，我的脚像装上了弹簧，又像自己是白蝴蝶，轻盈的在绳间“舞动”慢慢的，我有些体力不支了，脚像灌了铅一样重，胳膊也酸得快抬不起来了。我看看旁边的同学，一个个也眉头紧锁，速度也在一点一点地放慢，我想：“好累呀，我能坚持的下去吗？”就在这时，“啪”的一声，我的跳绳从我的手中飞了出去，我的心咯噔了一下，着急地想：“坏了坏了，这次要死定了，连跳绳都飞了，我这次连不及格都有可能！”我还没想完，就赶快跑过去捡起了绳子，又重新跳了起来，“十、九、八”随着一声声惊心怵目的喊声，我的心似乎停止了，周围的气氛变得紧张起来，我加快了速度，希望能多跳几个，太阳公公似乎也在为我鼓劲儿，从云里钻了出来，更加热情的发射着阳光，把大地晒得暖洋洋的，一颗颗大树摇晃着枝干，为我呐喊。“三、二、一，停”我的耳边传来了老师的命令，比赛结束了，我一共跳了122个。
这次比赛，让我明白了一个道理：只要你坚持不懈的努力下去，就一定能取得胜利！
那一年生日，我的爸爸送给我的生日礼物是一辆自行车。于是，我想：反正自行车放着也是放着，要不去学自行车吧！我把这一个想法告诉了爸爸，爸爸竟爽快地答应了教我骑自行车，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。
一来到了广场，我就大声的对爸爸说：“骑自行车那么简单，不就踩两下吗？我三分钟就可以学会！”可我刚把脚抬上了车，还没坐好，就因为重心不稳摔在了地板上。我在心里暗暗地说：我一定可以的，加油！加油！于是，我又站了起来，拍拍裤子上的灰，继续开始学*。可我刚踏了没两下，就让一颗石子绊倒了，我心想：绝不能放弃，一定要好好学。
就在我重振旗鼓，又开始学时，突然，一个愣头愣脑的小弟弟向我冲来，我急忙转了方向。谁知，刚好连车带人向着一棵大树冲去！爸爸见状，连忙跑了过来，并稳住了自行车。我惊魂未定，双腿打颤地下了车，整个人都懵了！等我回过神来时，我狠狠地把自行车推倒在地，并重重地踩了几下，生气地说道：“什么破自行车，害我摔了一跤又一跤，我不学了！”
爸爸听见了，过来安慰我说：“妮妮，学东西不是一下子能学会的，要慢慢来，你已经很好了，再加油，努力一些，爸爸相信你一定可以学会的！”我听了爸爸的话，重拾信心，再次练*了起来。我一直反复练*动作要领，终于，皇天不负有心人，我学会了骑自行车，这感觉可真舒畅呀！
通过这次学骑自行车，我还明白了一个道理：只有坚持不懈，才能尝到胜利的果实。
成长，就像一条源远流长的大河，使我的生命旅程中掀起了一朵朵浪花。其中，最美丽的一朵要数学车这件事了。
那是一个周六，我心血来潮缠着爸爸要学骑自行车，爸爸没法，就卸掉了轮子，让我绕着小土坡骑。刚开始的时候，我兴致勃勃，让爸爸在后面扶着我，可是刚上车的我，手就不由自主地抖了起来，车子也跟着一颤一颤，摇摆不定，弯弯扭扭，就像一个喝多的醉汉。我忙大声呼喊：“爸爸，爸爸，它要倒了！要倒了！”爸爸马上帮我扶住车把手，车子一下子就变得*稳起来，我慢慢地适应过来，有点小小的喜悦，但是没想到突然我重心一失，整个人都往左摔了下去，原来是爸爸松手了。
“啪嗒！”我摔倒在地，自行车的后车胎也重重地压在我的身上，疼痛感顿时从左腿传来，向我袭来，泪水也随之模糊了我的双眼，我眼泪汪汪地看着爸爸，希望他能来扶我一把，但是爸爸却神情严肃：“自己起来，靠山山会倒，靠人人会跑，你要靠自己！”
我不理解爸爸的话，但是我一直都很相信爸爸，我有点赌气地抹抹眼泪，自己撑着地面站了起来。可是，学车对我来说哪有这么容易，我慢吞吞地上了车，但是始终没有办法保持*衡，刚刚摔倒的膝盖，已经磨破了皮，还在隐隐作痛。
可是我不肯放弃，咬着牙坚持，摔了再骑，骑了再摔。就这样，在反反复复中，我学会了骑车，也逐渐明白了学骑车的关键，我把总结为六个字不放弃，摔得起。
这件事已经过去有段时间了，但是我时常想起这段学车时光，我感谢爸爸当时的决定，也感谢自己的坚持。
世上没有十全十美的人，每个人多多少少都会有缺点，重要的是我们要懂得经由自我省察来看清自己的缺点，或接纳长辈朋友的劝告以明了自我的缺失，而后勇于改进，让自己的缺点越来越少，才能百尺竿头，更进一步。
我是个*凡的小学生，“缺点”当然在所难免，而其中最让我感觉困扰的缺点，便是我从小以来的坏*惯：一遇到事情，讲话便嗫嗫嚅嚅的，连话都说不清楚。妈妈屡次劝我遇到事情一定要勇敢的说清楚、讲明白，不然不但老师、长辈们搞不清楚究竟发生了什么事情，而且还容易被人误会，但我从未真正去正视这个问题，即使我*时很活泼、讲话很大声，但只要一碰到事情、长辈质问时，我依然吞吞吐吐、结结巴巴，情况丝毫没有改善。直到那一次，这样的缺点终于给我带来了麻烦，让我尝到了苦头……
还记得当时老师在班上有个惯例：如果当天学生表现良好的话，老师便会在联络簿上用红笔画个星星，这是个表现优良的注记。但有天早上我未能得到这个星星，原因是早自*时我一时忘记而和同学说了话，因而失去了画星星的机会，心中虽然感到懊恼，但也只得乖乖的将联络簿交了出去。奇怪的是，当联络簿发回时，我竟然发现上面*白无故的多了颗红色星星！为此老师将我叫去问话，想了解这颗多出来的星星是怎么回事？我企图说明自己的无辜，无奈我那嗫嗫嚅嚅的毛病又犯了，不争气的嘴巴竟连为自己争辩的一个字都吐不出来，甚至让老师误会我已默认星星是我自己画上去的。
老师写了联络簿通知家长，回家后妈妈把我叫到跟前，将事情的原委仔仔细细的问个明白，然后告诉我：“星星既然不是你画上去的，你就**敢的说明白，一味的嗫嗫嚅嚅，不仅让别人误会你，更姑息了真正犯错的同学，导致真相无法大白！”于是妈妈打了通电话向老师说明情况，而老师也在之后的一、两天内查明了画星星的人，原来就是坐在我隔壁的同学。
有了这次的教训之后，我痛定思痛，决心改进自己这个遇事嗫嗫嚅嚅、吞吞吐吐的缺点，于是我开始强迫自己每天要去找家里以外的人说话，尤其是长辈，我更努力学*着冷静的与他们交谈，清楚的表达自己的意见、看法，更在妈妈的鼓励、老师的指导下，自愿参加多次的说故事比赛、演讲比赛，借此训练自己处变不惊的胆识，无论在何种状况下，都能镇定而清楚的用语言表达自己意见的能力。果然，经过这些努力，我已战胜了自己的弱点，大大的改善了遇事便噤若寒蝉的缺点，而能勇敢的、流畅的表述自我意见，不再是从前那个遇事畏畏缩缩、结巴着迸不出话来的自己了。
也由于这次的经验，让我领悟了一个道理：发现自己的缺点，便要勇于改正，不要逃避或延宕，因为唯有正视自我的缺点，并即时改进，才能避免自己一错再错，免除重蹈覆辙之弊病。
在一个阳光明媚的星期五早上我们学校又进行了一年一度的学工了，别提我们有多高兴啦~
今天我们有3个活动，这3个活动分别是，罗马赛车，多米诺 ，还有一个最令我难忘的一个活动那就是美点制作，在做美点之前，老师让我们把手洗的一干二净，然后回到自己的座位上听老师讲解作美点的主要内容，首先要告诉大家我们今天做的是美点奶油泡芙，还有需要的材料，他们分别是，搅拌盆，糖，盐，奶油，黄油，面粉，毛巾，这类东西。然后告诉我们需要的分量，最后选出一个组长，我们组总共有七个人，六个人都一齐指向丁珂琦她也只好认了，分好组长后我们终于可以开始做泡芙啦，我们之前听的很认真都把老师所讲的步骤全部记在脑子里一点没有忘记，第一，我们把一碗水倒入搅拌盆中，在往水中放上盐和糖，再放上黄油，放在电锅炉上搅拌，直到把黄油都搅化才可以走开，()第二我们要把一碗面放入搅拌后的黄油里再一次搅拌，直到盆子不在热时才可以停止搅拌，第三我们要把三个或两个鸡蛋打到盆中再一次搅拌直到黏黏的才可以放入袋中，这个袋子是挤出面的袋子我们挤出了很多形状，现在要放入烤箱啦等到三十分钟过后才出炉，老师又开话了那么我们在这30分钟里，现打奶油吧~，每人轮流打20下等到30分钟面包出炉时才请组长亲手把奶油挤进泡芙里，这样就成啦我们亲手做的美点啦！
时间过得可真快啊！转眼间一天又过去了，我们每个同学都拿着自己所做的美点泡芙回家了！
人的一生中，会有无数个星期天。这些星期天里，最令我难忘的，还是那一天。
那是两年前的一个星期天。这一天，我将去参加市合唱团的面试。
我从小就很喜欢唱歌，也学*过一段时间的声乐。这次听说市合唱团在招我这个年龄的同学，便赶紧报了名。为此，我也准备了很久。
我跟着老师走进了考场，那里已经坐了十几个孩子。我找了个空位坐下。几分钟后，老师开始考试。
面试的内容是歌曲演唱、模唱。快要轮到我了，我心中的小兔子不停地乱跳。我深呼吸了一下，喝了一小口水润润喉咙，让自己放松下来。
还有一个人就要轮到我了。“听说这个合唱团经常参加全国比赛，很难考的，二十几个人里面也只能挑出一两个来。”“评委老师很严厉的样子，会不会扣分扣的特别多啊？”“我会不会发挥失常，唱歌忘词，跑调”诸如此类的想法从我的脑海里如雨后春笋般的冒出来。
“徐涵钰！”老师的声音像一只无形的手把我拉向了前面。我尽量让自己看起来落落大方。鞠躬、自我介绍、介绍曲名……一切都顺利地进行着。
当我开始唱的时候，我感觉一切都静止了。风不再吹，树不再摇，窗外的车辆也不再呱噪的按喇叭，只有我的歌声回荡在考场里。
歌唱完了，模唱也考完了。我坐在等待区的`椅子上，等着结果出来。几分钟的等待，我却觉得那么漫长。如果这次考不上，下次再考至少要等上一年。等待的时间仿佛凝固了，直到老师拿着名单走进来：“下面宣布考入市合唱团的同学名单……徐涵钰！”
我心中十分欣喜。我的努力准备没有白费！我可以成为合唱团的一员了！
这个难忘的星期天，这次难忘的经历，我会把它铭记在心。
我记得四年级的时候，有这样一件事使我至今难忘。

比赛开始了，一开始，比赛的不是两个班的足球队，而是两个班的拉拉队。你听，“五（1）班加油”“五（5）班加油！”两个班的人，一个比一个嗓门大。足球队开始比赛了，我们班的主力前锋一开始就带球冲过了（5）班的防线，往球门里踢，没想到对方的守门员比较顽强，拼命守住了球，让他给拦住了。接着，他们班守门员，把球给了他们班的前锋，结果被我们班的主力先锋给拦下来了，一下子就把球从我们班的守门员面前抢到了中场，然后往对面球门一踢。哇，球竟然进了，我们的主力前锋，赢下了这场比赛的第1个球。接着比赛继续，我们班主力前锋趁对方前锋不注意，把球抢到了自己脚下，绕过后卫，斜着往门里一踢，又进了。接着我们刚想开始踢，结果，终场的哨子就吹起来了，我们只好下场。
上场的哨子又吹响了，我们班队员生龙活虎地迎战（5）班，（5）班的队员们也力挽狂澜。最终，我们以5：3赢得了胜利。
我们踢完了比赛，雨也停了，紧接着太阳就出来了，同学们说：这是我们胜利的曙光。

“徐涵钰！”老师的声音像一只无形的手把我拉向了前面。我尽量让自己看起来落落大方。鞠躬、自我介绍、介绍曲名……一切都顺利地进行着。
当我开始唱的时候，我感觉一切都静止了。风不再吹，树不再摇，窗外的车辆也不再呱噪的按喇叭，只有我的歌声回荡在考场里。

几分钟后，公交车来了。公交车在站牌处停了一会儿，我上了车，把一枚一元硬币投入了投币箱。“哐当”一声，硬币掉进了箱子里。投币箱是透明的，中间有一个齿轮半掩着。公交车里人不多，我坐在了倒数第二排右边第一个座位。
车向前*缓地行驶着，速度不快。我心里又紧张又害怕：万一我被坏人抓走了怎么办？万一公交车不到青山新城怎么办……忽然，车上那个会自动报站的嗽叭说：“下一站中天花园”。
中天花园到了，下一站是中天鑫城。公交车过了一个红绿灯，就到了中天鑫城。下一站是三小南门，再走一站就是青山新城了，那儿有我的家。终于到青山新城站了，我如释重负般地从后门下了车。

Last summer holiday， I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first， I was afraid of diving in the water. And I felt uncomfortable in the water. But father said it doesn’t matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim， but I couldn’t swim forward at all. It made me upset. Then father told me how to move， how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly， I could move a little. In fact， it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.

During the last summer holiday, I went to the Amusement Park of Beijing. My elder brother told me that it was an interesting place. We started out by car at 6:00. I saw a lot of people including a foreigner who has blue eyes .
First I went to play roller coaster that was very exciting. Then I went to play corsair that was very unforgettable. Finally I also played any other games, which I had never played. And I enjoyed many beautiful sights.

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.
First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasteddelicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.
The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou wherewe visited the region of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.
The fourth day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful and the water was clear .As we all know,Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.
The last place that we visited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of“东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived ina hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.
This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.
I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.
I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel. Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things.
I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.
Though I was very tired, I felt very happy. I will never forget it for ever.
Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.
At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it.
But to my surprise, when I went to people’s houses, they looked me up and down. I could feel that they looked down upon me. I was badly hurt. Though I was discouraged, I came to another house. A black dog jumped out suddenly. I was frightened and screamed with fear. But no one came to help me. At that time, I came to realize that delivering newspapers was more difficult than reading in the classroom. I wanted to give up, but I couldn’t.
I tried my best to do the job better. Although I was very tired, I made it finally.
From this unforgettable experience, I have learnt that if we put our heart into it, nothing is difficult and nothing is impossible.
Now, I am sitting in the classroom, happy, confident, and hard-working. As long as I don’t lose heart and work harder and harder, I will make much progress.
Everyone has some unforgettable experience. I will never forget my fiest volunteer work. Last summer, our class went to a country primary school to help the students there. First, we gave away some books and stationery to them.
Then we talked about school life. I was quite shy before, but to my surprise, I talked with some students for almost an hour without intermission. I shared my effetive study methods with them excitedly. Finally, we played games together. All of us felt so happy.
