很多人都认为七年级英语应该很简单，课程浅显，学生好管理，所以老师当然要轻松一些。其实不然。七年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学*很重要。因此，教师自己肩上的任务重大，教学上也不能有一丝的懈怠。现将我对七年级英语教学的一些认识总结如下：
一、关于音标
不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的，都是可行的。尽管如此，我个人认为在七年级下学期再逐步渗透音标教学，可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学*之后，每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学*方法与方式，随后我们增加音标的教学，以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果，可以说是水到渠成，一气呵成了。
二、关于单词教学
很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。
1、跟读。让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出。
2、记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词；在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。
3、最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
三、关于朗读
英语作为一门语言，让学生在基础学*阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中，我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他（她）开口读、说英语了，那么他（她）这一生学*英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的'几个星期阶段，我特别提醒我的学生们，一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生，则要将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最后大声朗读。一天之计在于晨，这句名言对于英语学*来说，更是如此。早自*上，我想尽办法让学生们去读，以不同的形式，朗读不同的内容，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能，让学生们都能开口说英语。
四、关于课堂活动模式
英语课堂上的同桌对话模式，我想应该一直被提倡。因此，在七在教学过程编排上，也尽量多的编排对话操练，以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示，尤其是每个单元的SectionA（包括SectionB的前半部分）句型，更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时，教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容，其中个别超纲单词，不妨也加以解释，以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。
五、关于课件制作
如今利用网络资源共享，我们可以获得丰富的教案设计、课件素材、课本录音、教材图片甚至完整的flash或video等教学资料。即使如此，我认为依然不应该全部照搬挪用，而应该利用所获得的教学资源进行二次整理与加工，使之更适合自己的教学风格与班级学生学*特点。同时，针对自己的课堂模式及教学程序，我们还可以专门为自己制作一个课件模板，这将为我们日常烦琐的课件制作带来很大的便利。
六、关于后进生控制与转化
众所周知，英语学*的两极分化现象，是令我们英语老师最头痛的。我们甚至可以发现，即使在小学毕业生中，就已经存在一定程度上的两极分化了。为此，在七年级开学阶段，根据初步的观察、调查与测试，尽快掌握班级中英语学*后进生的情况，并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心，持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励，积极帮助他们重树学好英语的信心，在课堂设计上更多的倾向后进生。
综上所述，七年级阶段只要我们英语老师用心去教，只要我们学生用心去学，相信我们就能圆满的完成初中三年的英语教学工作，为学生之后的更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
本学年，我担任七年级两个班的英语教学工作。在工作中我认真学*，深入研究教法，虚心向老教师和其他同事学*。结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，我获取了很多宝贵的经验，学到了实用的教学方式。以下是我在本学期的教学工作反思。
一 、要针对不同的教室进行教室教学
了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二 、备课充分，事半功倍
古人说过，“不打无准备之仗”，上课也是一样，不上无准备之课。我根据教材内容及学生的实际，并且针对七年级教学目标：“旨在培养学生兴趣”的基础上训练认读单词的能力，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方式，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
三 、增强上课技能，提高教学质量
上课时使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在教室上特别注意调动学生的主动性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在教室上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
四、 贯彻教学大纲的听、说、读、写进行教学，在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学
听：*时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力。
说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，*时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，教室上多让学生进行work in pairs训练，提高学生的口语能力，激发学生的学*兴趣。
读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，*时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读能力。
写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，*时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作能力。
五、 认真批改作业
布置作业做到精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方式，做到有针对性。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
六 、加强自学，不断积累知识
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*、扩大视野；不断总结和反思自己的教学实例，不断领悟新课标精神的实质，力争为成为一名优秀的英语教师做出不懈的努力。
总之，这一学期经过自己的努力，取得了一定的成绩。我会在以后努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方式，主动开发和有效利用课程资源。多问，多想，多向老教师和同事学*，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更大的进步。
新课程改革是一次深刻的改革，强调课程要促进每个学生的身心健康发展。教学目标由原来注重知识的传授而强调让学生形成积极主动的学*态度，教学的重点由重传授向重发展，由重老师的“教”向重学生的“学”转变。学生学*英语的方式和英语教学方式也应随不同年级的学生而变化。
在七年级的英语教学中，我发现了学生存在这样一些问题：
一、刚学英语的时候，学生对英语这门课程充满好奇，喜欢学*、模仿。但是，我发现自从小学读了两年后，好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学*难度的增加，学生产生了消极情感，没有兴趣，甚至厌学。
二、牛津教材词汇量增加，内容难度加大，学生怕苦而不能及时巩固。课文的配套练*也不能自觉的去独立完成。
三、教师面对一些整体学生进行教学的态度误区。教师对学生学*英语的要求过于严格，不能注意到学生的差异性，没有发现他们接受语言的快慢程度，最终导致有的学生吃得饱，有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪：上课或讲练*的时候，就会马虎，注意力不集中。
四、教师在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。有些教师就责怪学生，并因此加强反复训练。于是在教师的责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学*兴趣消失了。
针对这种现状，我主要从以下几个方面入手:
一、观察分析，了解基础
小学阶段英语只注重听说读，而写的练*相对较少，英语考试也仅仅是流于形式。而农村小学由于师资问题，英语课的教学质量也受到限制。绝大部分学生的英语基础仅限于会朗读26个字母，而不能准确地读准、写出26个字母；兴致高时，能朗读几个带有chilish的英文单词及几句日常用语。
因此，接手初一新的教学班时，要对学生进行难易适当的诊断性英语考试，包括字母测试、词汇测试等。通过测试，了解学生的现有基础，精心备课、上课。针对基础参差不齐的学生进行分层次教学，避免有一定的基础的学生对重炒旧菜，索然无味；同时对于毫无基础的学生精心施教，夯实基础。
二、主动学*，音标先行
英语学科的学*过程主要包括预*、上课、复*。牛津教材与以往教材的不同在于它增加了大量由学生独立完成的练*，而词汇和知识点渗透其中，这就要求学生必须做好预*工作，在质疑中自主学*知识，从而体验到上英语课的“成就感”。但英语学科的特殊性又决定了它的预*具有一定的难度，那么音标的教学显得至关重要。
笔者认为，在学完字母及若干基本词汇之后，要打破教材的编排顺序，系统讲授音标知识。可采用“分散归纳”的教法，及时利用字母以及一定量的词汇归纳出音标，教授读音规则，如：字母组合的发音、辅音连缀、多音节的划分等，读音规则与音标结合起来，给学生记忆单词的拐杖。也可以在音标教学中，编一些与音素相关的歌谣、绕口令及小短文，让学生在有趣的活动中巩固枯燥的音标读音规则，为将来成功记忆单词打好基础。
当然，音标的教学不能孤立的进行，应结合单词来认识其读音，这样将起到事半功倍的效果。掌握了音标，学生可自行拼读和记忆单词，既减轻了教师的负担，又增强了学生学*英语的信心和能力。
三、课堂设趣，寓教于乐
“兴趣是最好的老师”。只有不断地激发学生的兴趣，调动其积极性，才能持之以恒地学好英语。
教师在教学中要善于运用丰富多采的教学方法和手段，让学生做到听、说、读、写并举，眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用。单词教学中，可以采用实物、彩图、卡片、简笔画等教学手段来加强教学的取见性，激发学生兴趣，或者在课前进行词汇、听写接力赛；句型教学中常用的方法有表演法、竞赛法和游戏法。七年级学生表现欲强，可以让学生利用每课前五分钟的表演来巩固已学句子，如购物、就医等。同桌表演对话，会什么，说什么，不搞每错必纠，减轻学生的心理压力。巩固单词和词组时，我经常采用“竞赛法”，以小组为单位，拼写单词或翻译词组，评出“thebestteam”，培养他们的合作精神，激发学*的热情。
四、课外延伸，共同提高
要学好英语光靠每周几节英语课是不够的，所以教师可以利用空余时间开展课外教学活动，鼓励学生大胆地用英语交流，根据不同班级、不同层次进行组织，加强课外辅导和个别辅导。如，充分利用早读课的时间检测学生的知识掌握情况，听、说、读、写训练皆可。再如，培养“小助手”，把班级分为十个小组，每组一名组长，要求他们主动帮助基础差的学生，不要嘲笑他们的错误，耐心地教他们读和说，以此带动班上落后学生。成绩进步者及时奖励，在班级内创造良好的学*气氛。
在抓好课堂质量的同时，作业的布置和批改亦不容忽视。作业的选择很重要，我们要注重练*的典型性，我多以考试中常出现的基础及易错题为主，一天几题，积少成多，及时巩固，做到精讲精练。作业的批改中，我不忘给学生评价，及时赞赏进步较大的学生，激发和保护他们的信心，对于退步的同学不忘写上几句鼓励或提醒的话。
一学年来，我认识搞好自我的本职工作，不断提高自我的思想觉悟和教学水*，认真学*新的教育理论，与时俱进，连续创新，主动推进教育教学改革，主动完成学校的各项工作，尊重并热爱学生，使学生学有所长，全面发展，下头就我本学年的工作作如下反思：
一、培养英语学*兴趣
英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的教室语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮忙班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学*英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学*的兴趣始终稳定在较高水*。
二、认真备课、上课，改善教学方式、注重辅导学法
在团体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，教室就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每一天都有主动的精神状态，让学生感受到一种主动的学*气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大教室训练量，加快教室节奏，切实提高教室教学效率。除保证教室效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方法，以打好他们的初一基础。
三、做好“培优转差”
按以往经验，学生在英语学*进入必须阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7a教材开始启用、学*难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有必须基础，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*;第二组是肯学、但学*本事不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学*又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。
一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。
所以，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、学者、同行学*，争取更大的提高。
本学年，我担任七年级英语教学工作，在工作中从各方面严格要求自我，进取向老教师请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情景，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足此刻，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的提高，现对本学期教学工作做出反思，期望能发扬优点，克服不足，总结检验教训，继往开来，以促进教训工作更上一层楼。
一、做到了认真备课。
不但备学生并且备教材备教法，根据教材资料及学生的实际，针对七年级教学目标的不一样：七年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的本事，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词;设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的趣味教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量
使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上异常注意调动学生的进取性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得简便，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分研究每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*本事，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。此刻学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课。
三、虚心请教其他教师。
在教学上，有疑必问。在各个单元的学*上都进取与其他教师商讨，学*他们的方法，同时，多听其他教师的课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自我的不足。
四、认真批改作业
布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情景，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情景及时改善教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮忙我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。
教学改革在不断深入，新教材层出不穷，越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具，更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学*英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，教师更应当注重传达知识和信息的形式，为学生营造良好的学*语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可理解性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是：
1、给每一个学生起英语名字。尤其是初中一年级学生，经过一个学年的训练，每个人都能说出自我的英文名字，有的学生甚至能说出其他人的英文名字。在课堂上用英文名字来点名，叫学生回答问题。
2、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同，我注意不断适量增加新用语，逐步扩大用语量，使学生坚持兴趣，经历挑战，从而日积月累，在不知不觉中得到提高。
3、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课，我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇，但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇，如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时，这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等，或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之，注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水*。
4、力求自我的语音、语调、语言规范和准确，并根据不一样年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
5、努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用本事的场所，鼓励学生多讲英语，在英语课上，除组织七年级学生开展课文表演、课文复述等活动外，还经常根据所教资料，呈现与学生学*和生活相关的用语。并经常启发和组织七年级学生用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题，既活跃了课堂气氛，提高了他们的听说本事，又深化了教材资料。
在这一学期的教学工作中，除了对学生进行兴趣的培养外，同时还培养了他们自学的本事，并且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自我找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读本事。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验，无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高，如何共同提高所教年级的英语水*。所以，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多学*，争取提高。
由小学进入初中，是人生旅途的一个重要转折点。初一学生刚进入初中，有一定的好奇心，一般是一种较短暂的直接兴趣，随着时间的推移，课程内容增多，难度加大，就会有一些学生把这门课当成负担，到初二出现分化，部分学生厌学。作为英语课任课教师，如果对此没有清醒的认识，并采取有效的教学措施，解决好中小学衔接问题，就会陷入一种盲目的境地，以致影响教学效果，影响学*质量和跨世纪人才的培养。经过实践和努力，我认为要大面积提高中学生的学*质量，必须在解决中小学衔接问题中抓好学*英语的“六项起始工程”。
一、从明确学*目的入手，初步构建学好英语的“目标工程”
人的各种活动都是有目的的行为，同时也是由一定的动机引起的。
英语这门课对刚跨入中学的学生来说，是新鲜而神秘的。一开始，学生往往是带着好奇的心情来学这门课的，也有些学生是带着好玩的想法来学的。总之，相当一部分学生学*英语的目的性不明确，对它的重要性认识不足，只处于肤浅的了解，缺乏正确的强有力的学*动机。
基于这种状况，我注意在第一节课开始就重视讲解为什么要学英语的问题。在以后的讲课中，同样处处进行为祖国建设，为未来的工作进行英语学*的目的教育。通过课内外的多种形式引导和灵活多样的思想教育，使学生初步认识到了这门课程的重要性，懂得了它与祖国现代化建设的关系，明白了祖国建设对他们提出的要求，懂得了世界发展对他们提出的挑战。这样，从初一开始学生就基本有了比较明确的学*目的，从而为以后的学*奠定了良好的基础。
二、从基础知识入手，初步构建学好英语的“起步工程”
学时学*汉语拼音的影响，有很大一部分在起步阶段都很艰难，不是写错格式，就是读成汉语拼音。为此，从学第一个字母开始，就应当给他们加强国际音标的学*。首先让他们懂得每个英文字母发音是怎么来的，它的舌位如何。特别是舌齿音，学生很难把握，总是出错，但经过努力，总能摆脱汉语拼音的束缚，为下一步学*，为今后学单语、记单词打下了记忆和查阅的基矗。其次，在字母格式上，学生总分不清上、中、下，不是出格，就不够格。为此，我曾自编了几句格式口诀，让学生掌握，从而避免了格式上的困难。为了使学生及时巩固，我在班上搞字母书法竞赛，既进一步熟练了字母的读音，又提高了学生的英语书法水*。
三、从培养兴趣入手，初步构建学好英语的“心理工程”
“兴趣是最好的老师”，只有对学*发生了兴趣，才会享受学*的欢乐，从而更加热受学*。所以是否喜欢英语，是影响学生英语学*的重要的非智力因素，它在很大程度上制约着英语教学质量的提高。
据此，在英语教学开始阶段，我着重从培养学生学*兴趣入手，因势利导，采取多种方法激发学生学*英语的兴趣，把他们领进英语这扇大门。在课堂教学中，我注意采取了以下方法培养学生的兴趣：①“以美引趣”，即尽量注意用美的语言、表情、动作、板书等去激发学生的兴趣。②“以奇诱趣”，即注意用新奇的内容和方法，诱发学生的兴趣。③“设疑激趣”，以注意抓住知识的关键处设疑引思，使学生产生强烈的求知欲望。④“以动唤趣”，即注意在课堂上通过动脑、动手、动口等多种活动形式，唤起学生兴趣。
在教学活动中，我把各种各样的实物、自制的教具、挂图、简笔画、人物、情景和实地表演等结合起来，身体力行，与他们交朋友，一起游戏、一起听说，使他们在有趣而轻松的气氛中感到学*英语并不是件苦差事，这样潜移默化，使得课堂气氛非常活跃，学*的积极性很高，兴趣也随之越加浓烈。随着学生学*英语兴趣的增加，教学效果也有了较明显的好转。*时少言寡语的学生也产生了浓厚的兴趣，主动参与进来一块做学*英语的游戏了。这就为大面积提高英语教学质量奠定了可靠的基础。
四、从记单词入手，初步构建学好英语的“词汇量工程”
要能够熟练地使用英语这一工具，就必须拥有较高的词汇量，这是学*英语的一个重要特点，而要拥有一定的词汇量，就必须从记单词着手。记单词，这是大部分*人都特别头痛的事，对于中学生来说，也同样如此。虽然他们正处于记忆的旺季，但如何去记才能取得佳、最快、最牢固的效果，是学生在这条刚刚连起的大桥上是否继续踏实迈步的关键，如果一步跨错，也许会有许多同学在此停步，把刚刚建起的“兴趣之桥”拆掉，而放弃对这门课的学*。为了避免这一切的发生，从开始起我就加固这已经建起的兴趣之桥，利用一切可以利用的机会教他们如何再更进一步。根据不同学生的不同要求，教他们一些便于记忆、巩固的方法。如音标记忆法、归纳记忆法、情景记忆法、构词记忆法、日常生活记忆法等等，这给有些有畏难情绪的同学提供了继续迈步的动力，使一些决定放弃英语学*的同学也想回头再试试看。为了使这项工作更扎实地继续下去，为了使大部分学生不落伍，我又趁热打铁，搞记忆单词竞赛，这也为记单词找到了机会，丰富了学生的词汇量，在英语教学中产生了良好效果。
五、从会话速写入手，初步构建学好英语的“表达能力工程”
英语是门用于交际的工具课。学*英语的目的之一在于将来能够在工作中熟练地运用这个工具，以口语或书面形式进行表述或表达。这就要求英语教学一开始就重视口语或书面表达能力的培养，为了在起始课中注意培养学生说、写能力，我采用了多种培养表达能力的方法。例如我要求学生进行课前两分钟会话值日、或讲故事、或谈家庭、谈父母兄妹、谈同学等活动，调动了学生的积极性，锻炼了学生的口语会话能力，提高了学生的口语表达能力。除此之外，在一些课堂上让几组学生上台表演短剧或表演游戏。为了提高学生的会话能力，在初一阶段，我组织学生进行英语会话竞赛。同学们热情很高，自编自演丰富多彩的节目，并取得了很好的成绩。通过这一系列的活动，开阔了同学们的视野，提高了会话能力，也巩固了所学知识，对记忆单词也起到了促进作用，为初二防止分化打好了基础在全校举行的英语会话比赛中，我所带的二班的同学以生动活泼、有趣的内容、吐字清晰和标准的发音获得了竞赛第一名，我所带的一班也获得第二名的好成绩。
另外，书写也不可忽视，除了正规、准确、美观之外，还需要高速度。为达到此目的，我在初一年级要求他们从一开始，首先必须写好字，写正规字，并练*快速写正规字。我在所带的两个班搞了一次速写比赛，取得了很好的成绩，两个班中字写得比较差的同学只有两三个，相当一部分学生的字写得相当漂亮。

“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”。教师在教学中，一定要把教给学生学*方法放在应有的地位，给予高度重视。引导学生做好课前预*和课后复*，就是起始年级不可忽视的重要工作，它是避免分化的一个重要组成部分。初一阶段，是学生适应新环境、新教法、新学法的开始阶段，就像一个盲人，需要引导，需要别人的帮助，为了使初一学生开好这个头，从一开始，我就要求学生每天做好预*和复*巩固工作，并教给他们预*的方法和复*的方法，教会他们如何记笔记，如何听好课的方法，这给课堂教学减少了不少麻烦，也避免了分化的扩大，增强了学*英语的热情。他们喜欢自己的才华展示在同学们面前，积极发言，喜爱表演，这给起始年级的学*带来了不可估量的益处，既提高了授课的质量，又提高了教学效果，有利于培养学生的自学能力和内在潜力的正常发挥和发展，巩固了所学知识，丰富了词汇量，增强了重点、难点的巩固率。
