My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I don't have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I often spend the mornings doing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home because it's very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family and then hang out with my friends.I love swimming very much.

After the final examination, I received a letter from my uncle and aunt who invited me to stay with them for a fortnight. They live in the countryside near a beautiful mountain. The news brought me a restless night. Next morning, after almost a days ride on the bus I reached their home and I was kindly received by them. They prepared a very nice and airy room for me, Just coming inside, on a small table I found a vase of roses----my favorite flower. I thanked them for their kindness. I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didn't know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. 今天我妈妈给我买了几本书，有《探险历史》，《海棉宝宝》，和《喜羊羊灰太狼》。
在《探险历史》里讲了很多的非常奇妙的故事，很多关与史前战争的，很好看，妈妈说要我多看看这一类的书，即长知识，有对我写作文有好处。不过我还是爱看漫画书，只是我的作文不好，一写作文妈妈就头疼，所以我要多看一看字书，少看漫画书，等我的.作文写好了，那时我在告诉我妈妈是看漫画书看的了。
昨天，我和洪千容还有金城哥哥(是我的堂哥)、林大哥哥(也是我的堂哥，他叫："梁林明"，但因为在老家他是我们这一辈中是最大的，所以我们叫他林大哥哥，去松山湖的松湖烟雨骑单车，发生了一件趣事，我说说吧！
我们到松湖烟雨斜对面租了四辆单人单车，我们让店主给我的单车装一个篮子，(这个篮子可拆可装哦，很方便)用来装水。但那个店主说，我们不能走松湖烟雨的正门进去，因为周一至周五不能骑单车进去，只有周末才可以；店主还说，从她那里走松山湖中心小学(我的学校)的那条路50米左右有一条小路可以进去。
我们按照店主说的去"探险"，终于找到了一条小路，但又不敢确定是不是，林大哥哥就叫我们在路口等他，他先骑单车进去看看，我们等啊等，他终于出来了，叫我们跟着他，于是我们便按照：林大哥哥、洪千容、我、金城哥哥的顺序"探险"了。
路很陡，我们看对方不看单车的话，好像我们在跳舞哦，笑死我了。走着走着我们到了后门的`门口，我们就停下来，林大哥哥先把自己的单车搬上坡，接着就是一个大坑，他叫我们把单车停稳，让洪千容就来帮我们守着单车，他先跳进坑里，把我先抱过大坑，叫我钻出那个矮矮的小树，在那边守车；随后他让金城哥哥跳过去，他就把单车搬到坑的另一边，让金城哥哥把单车拿去给我守，依次把我们的单车推进了没有人的后门，最后他再把洪千容抱过大坑。这好像在进行流水工程呀！
我们是在中午吃完饭搭公交车来的，所以我们来的时候没有一个人，只有那里的工人和工作人员，因为没人，所以我们骑得很快，我们还是按顺序骑的，但这次的顺序就倒过来了，嘻嘻！我们中途中休息了几次。
我们骑到了很远的大桥，遇见了一个巡逻的保安，他把我们拦住了，说周一至周五不能骑单车进园内，除了是在本园租的单车才可以；林大哥哥说："那我们应该可以把车骑回去吧?"那个保安就说："可以。"
回去时我们一直都故意走小路，小路非常陡，因为都是石头拼的，骑完一条小路就得下来到大路，然后再上去走下一条小路；我们走几条小路就要到大路旁边的椅子休息一会儿，每次休息都说屁股好痛，因为单车的椅子是三角形的，路又陡。
最后我们把单车还了，就坐公交车回去，来回坐公交车我都说自己是第一次坐大朗公交，很兴奋。回去后，我们都说："好累呀，好累啊！"
暑假的一天 今天，爷爷在菜场里给我买了二只小鸭子，我高兴极了，马上走到阳台上去看，小鸭子看见我也高兴的跑过来，我看见小鸭子的'脚上有蹼，小小的屁股一翘一翘的。我于是领着小鸭子到楼下去散步，小鸭子在楼下的草地上跑来跑去玩得可高兴了，玩完了，我就带着小鸭子到楼上的家里去吃饭，我看着它们吃饭的样子太好看了，我仿佛听见它们在说：“谢谢！东东哥哥”。啊！今天的一天可真快乐呀！有小鸭子在我就能天天快乐了，我有小伙伴了。
时间过得真快，转眼间，我美丽而又幸福的暑假时光就结束了。但是，发生在暑假里的事，将成为我童年足迹中最美好的回忆。
在暑假里发生的事情有千千万万，数也数不完。可有一件事会使我终生难忘。记得那天晚上，我原本是要和妈妈去散步的。可是，来到楼下，就看到有许多小朋友都围在*安堂药店门口。我好奇的走上前，一问，才知道：只要买了这里的工艺品，就可以每天晚上到这里来涂抹。我觉得挺有趣的，就让妈妈给我买一个。妈妈想都没想就答应了，我高兴极了。开始挑选了，这里有很多工艺品：有卡通人物、有小动物、房子各种各样，琳琅满目，看的我眼花缭乱，恨不得都归为己有。最后，我挑了一个相框，我要自己做一个相框，把我的照片放进去。
开始涂了，我觉得很简单，可是当我拿起笔，确不像我想象的那么简单。我甚至后悔自己的选择。这时，我想起了爸爸常对我说的话世上无难事，只怕有心人。我开始静下心来，慢慢地涂，从选色到涂，一笔一划，认认真真。我连续涂了三个晚上，终于，我的作品完成了。它费尽了我的一番心思，我非常喜欢它。
这就是我暑假里最有趣最快乐的一件事，通过这件事，我懂得了：无论做什么事情，都要用心去做。在今后的日子里，我会用心去面对生活中的每件事。我相信，我一定会做的很好。
通过面试，我顺利的到了一家由父母同事开的一家螺丝厂进行实*，一路上我充满了期待，希望能够将憋在心中好几年的抱负能够一股脑儿的倾泻在这次实践活动，可一到厂房，我顿时愣住了，昏暗的厂房里，工人们忙碌的身影伴随着机器阵阵的轰鸣声，空气中充满了铁锈味、机油味。刚才那份激情一下子不晓得跑到哪里去了，甚至有了打退堂鼓的念头，但是没想到的是，厂长叔叔居然把我要来厂里实*的事事先和工人们都说过了，并希望工人们在未来几天内能够给我支持与帮助，看到我现在来了，工人们报以热烈的掌声，顿时弄的我有点不知所措，因此想脚底抹油----开溜的想法顿时被打消了。就是这样，我终于开始了我的10的实践时间。
实*第一天
厂长安排我现在厂里观摩观摩，看看整个厂里的生产流程和各个机器的功效，熟悉整个工厂，顿时我对实践的热情一下子又被调动起来了，我像只快乐的小兔子，在厂里窜来窜去，好奇的我亲眼目睹了整个螺丝的生产过程，这时我不禁感叹道，原来一颗小小的螺丝里面竟然有了这么多的学问，总的来说生产螺丝的过程分为三大块，切割、拉纹、抛光。工人们先将运来的整钢切碎，切成一个个圆柱体的形状，再通过深加工，是圆柱体变成上面是大而扁圆柱体、下面是长而细的圆柱体，就这样，一个螺丝的雏形就产生了。下面的任务就是拉纹，就是指将圆柱体上的螺纹拉出，对于拉纹，我见识了一种特别厉害的武器，螳刀，顾名思义，就是刀的整个形状像是螳螂的防身武器，仔细瞧瞧，螳刀整体成螺旋形，非常锋利，只要将圆柱体的螺丝雏形放入，让后开始旋转螺丝，螺丝雏形上就留下了一条条井然有序的条文，这就是螺纹，这时，螺丝的生产过程差不多已经基本完成了，下面的步骤是抛光，为了使螺丝更加好看美观，所以抛光这一过程是必不可少的，经过工人们巧妙的打磨，一个个刚才还灰不溜秋的螺丝们现在各个是闪闪发光，哈哈，要到最后一个不走咯，那就是进行检验，由于螺丝属于精细物品，所以对它的检验是相当严格的，必须要用到游标卡尺，这样才能确保螺丝的精度，不知不觉中，我就在好奇与有趣中度过了自己实践的第一天。
第二天
按照厂长安排，我也自己亲手实践了，我的工作是对已经生产出来的螺丝进行检验，也就是拿游标卡尺进行精度测量，刚开始，我还精神抖擞，可是老是盯着那几个无聊的刻度以后我便开始觉得乏味，尽管坐着，腰也痛了，脖子也算了，眼睛也花了，没变法，还要熬啊，这才上午呢，于是我强打精神，应付式的工作着，谁知道这一切全让厂长看在眼里，他悄悄地让一个工人对我所检验过得螺丝再检验一下，并记录下合格品与不合格品，到了晚上，正当我准备拖着疲惫的身子回家的时候，厂长突然叫住了我，我一脸纳闷，厂长笑嘻嘻的把他让工人对我检验的产品做了回报，天哪，合格36个，不合格48个，我的脸突然之间就红了，工人们也乐开了花，这时厂长语重心长的对我好、说，小刘啊，工作和学*是一个道理，不能怕苦怕累啊，你看怕苦怕累导致的直接后果就是这么多不合格的产品，要是这样的产品供应到市场上去，不知道有多少企业会因此而蒙受损失呢，我脸红着，我真的认识到我错了……
接下来的几天
接下来的几天我已经开始熟练的.掌握了螺丝的检验，基本上能做到又快又好，对我我的这种进步，厂长和工人们给予了我充分的肯定，甚至有一次以我为榜样来教育另一个工人，虽然不说，但是心里仍有几分得意。不只不觉中我的10天实践结束了。
12月的第一周我们全专业的同学在徐州的各大建筑工地认识实*，我想这次认识实*应该是一个锻炼的好机会啊!我得抓住!
什么是剪力墙，什么是基坑，什么是框架结构等等都是我们在工地上能亲眼目睹的，这样我们的认识会更深刻的。
通过这次实际的工地实*，我不但掌握了一些不懂的具体环节，而且也巩固了我在学校期间所学*到的理论知识。在学校学*，理论与实际相差较大，一些知识虽然能在短期内被掌握、被运用，但一些知识则不能掌握，也不便于记忆，更谈不上掌握运用了，因此，老师所传授的内容虽然多、广、博，但是我们学*到的只是其一部分，或者是一些皮毛的东西，要想真真正正的掌握所有理论知识，只有通过实际的学*和参观，才能达到这个目的。
这次实*就达到了目的，我们不仅学到一些新的知识，也巩固了在校期间所学到的理论知识。以前对一些施工技术要点，只是粗略地知道其施工要点，而其具体的施工环节，具体的施工步骤如何，却是知之甚少，但现在实*结束了，对我们这段时间所看到的那些施工技术，它们的具体环节及详细步骤，我们应该可以掌握了，这样就提高了自己的理论水*，也增强了自己的实际操作能力。通过实*，增强了自己对专业的热情，让自己更有兴趣将来能在建筑行业开创天地。以前听到就业不乐观时候就很茫然，学了三年的建筑却找不到好的工作，以致对自己的专业丧失了热情，没有足够的兴趣去学*专业知识。
但是通过这次实*，才觉得原来建筑行业是一个非常具有挑战性的职业，如果将来能在这个行业工作，对自己来说将是很大的挑战。为了以后能够胜任这项工作，现在就必须踏踏实实的学好每一门功课。因此给了自己压力，让自己不再觉得无事可作，让自己安心去学*，为将来工作打下坚实的基础。增强了自己的交际能力。建筑行业是一个涉及人非常多的行业，你将会接触到各种各样的人。面对一个这样复杂的交际圈，你可以从他们身上学*到很多优秀的多西，去除自身的一些不好行为，同时也可以通过不同的接触对象，增强自己的交际能力，让自己在以后的生活中更加自信，更加坚强!
实*结束了，我相信在以后的生活中我将体会到更多的东西，也相信自己在下一次实*中将会更好。我坚信通过这一段时间的实*，所获得的实践经验对我终身受益，在我毕业后的实际工作中将不断的得到验证，我会不断的理解和体会实*中所学到的知识，在未来的工作中我将把我所学到的理论知识和实践经验不断的应用到实际工作来，充分展示自我的个人价值和人生价值。为实现自我的理想和光明的前程努力!
这样的认识实训我感受颇多。就比如拿其中的某些工地来说吧，有的建筑杂物乱堆乱放，这样一来会给后期的墙面抹灰等工作带来麻烦，我个人认为要及时清理垃圾和杂物。只有注重细节才会有章序。俗话说管理出效益啊，一点不假啊，三分技术七分管理!再说某些梁都浇注歪了，这是怎么回事呢，当时的技术员监理方去哪里了，这些都值得我们思考?
我想实训只是实训啊，不可能什么都知道的，我会通过本次的认识实训在今后的工作中努力做到步步有工作的依据，争取把工作做的更好，少犯错误。这样会给工程带来更大的效益。
暑假开始了，妈妈说让我的第一个暑假过得有意义。商量和秦皇汉，霍裴煜，赵子涵，张智文，赵浩然还有他们的妈妈去青岛玩。
我们四点半出发，坐了很久的车才到了青岛。跟着导游叔叔参观了很多的景点，先去了五四广场，我看见了像火炬一样的标志，很壮观。然后去了青岛的标志性建筑——栈桥。我的兴趣是提着小桶在海里捞海带。
下午，我们去了海底世界。看到了活的鲨鱼，还有很多鱼类的标本，还有掉在空中的海盗船，抹香鲸的化石，很多会发光的水母，海马和中华鲟，鳄鱼，海豹，企鹅，还有很多鱼类，我都说不清了我记得最清楚的朋友是海狮，因为它给我们表演了很精彩的节目，我们都给它鼓掌。
参观完了海底世界，我们去做了船。雨越下越大，人很多。我有点晕船，因为船晃得很厉害。我看到了军舰，妈妈给我照了相留念。船在海上转了一圈，我终于上岸了。
晚上，妈妈给我洗了澡，因为很累，所以我早早就睡着了。
周日中午，妈妈正做饭的时候，街道对面的一棵大树倒了，压坏了电线。突然间我们院子停电了。很快，电工叔叔来修电线，没修好。
直到园林局的叔叔把那棵倒了的树砍得只剩下一截树干，用一辆大吊车把树吊了起来，放到对面的人行道上。然后电工叔叔很快的修好了电线。家里终于来电了。
夏日的晴空是明媚的，天空是湛蓝深远的，吃完午饭，爸爸带着我们去森林公园玩。车沿着滨湖大道一直往前行驶，很快就到了！
进入公园，首先，我看到了一棵棵苍翠挺拔的参天大树，像一把吧撑开的绿色大伞笼罩着整个森林。里面有供人乘坐游玩的观光车，森林小火车，脚踏自行车。我们选择乘坐的是森林小火车。当小火车穿梭在森林深处时，我们听到了鸟儿在枝头上欢快地高歌着，看见了许多鸡、鸭、鹅在小溪边嬉戏打闹，真有趣。不知不觉中，小火车到站了。下了小火车，我们又步行玩了一会儿。这夏日里蝉的鸣叫声，格外清晰，森林里还有各色争奇斗艳的花儿，真好看。
不知不觉，天色已晚，我们只好恋恋不舍得回家了。
今天上午我从辅导班回家，准备横过马路时，发现一个身穿蓝色衬衫，穿着红色短裤的小弟弟在马路边徘徊：迈出一步，又退回来，再迈，再退......这个情景我是那么熟悉——这不就是小时候的我么？

今年的暑假，妈妈给我报名了游泳，在浦西的敬业游泳馆，我一蹦三尺高，妈妈耐心地跟我说：“一共有四个游泳方式：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。最快的是自由泳，最慢的是仰泳，先要从蛙泳开始学。”
到了游泳的第一天，我们到了游泳馆取出色牌，上楼后我换上游泳裤，走到游泳池，等了一会，教练来了，把我们叫到边上，先教我们岸上做基本动作，教练说：“要学蛙泳，首先要学手，手是先伸过去，然后往外伸长，接着再合拢，最后往前伸。腿是往外伸展，然后并拢。”练了一段时间后，我们下水了，在水里做同样的动作比岸上的难多了，可我毫不气馁，努力地学着。过了好多天我终于学会了蛙泳，我想：下次我要学仰泳，游泳真是太舒服了。我兴奋地跟妈妈说：“妈妈，第二期我要学仰泳。”妈妈答应了。
第一期的蛙泳结束后，于是妈妈又帮我报了第二期的仰泳。前面的准备工作和蛙泳有些类似，但主要动作不一样。做完准备工作，准备下水了。教练耐心的跟我们说：“仰泳是身体几乎水*仰卧在水中，头部没于水中，脸部露出水面，双手要交替往后摆，而且要不断打腿，仰泳是最舒服的，像睡觉一样。”说完，教练让我们下水不断地锻炼，练仰泳的'主要动作。练了两个星期，我的仰泳已经全部会了，而且顺利地通过了考试，并且拿到了及格证书。

这是一个炎热的.傍晚，热得我喘不过气来，于是我提议和奶奶一起去游泳。
我心血来潮地来到河边，小心翼翼地走下台阶，慢慢地适应水温，水温还行，我火急火燎地冲向河里，跳向水，快活地游了起来。一会儿游到这，一会儿游到那。像一条活灵活现的小鱼，自由自在的穿梭着。

今年暑假，妈妈把我送回老家的目的有两个：一个是让我过一个快乐暑假，和兄弟姐妹们好好玩玩。二是学游泳。
因为身在水乡的我是只“旱鸭子”，所以我要学游泳。

妈妈终于破天荒地同意了我想去游泳的请求，今天晚上六点半，我穿好游泳衣，和妈妈一起冲向游泳池！

今天是我和爸爸第一次下河游泳。下河前，我们先做了一些准备活动，用水适应下身体。接着就下水了，可是水流太急，我前进不了，只好向爸爸发出“求救信号”，爸爸把我带到上流。
刚开始，我不太会游，最多只能游两三米远，于是，爸爸就边示范边讲解：双手合拢笔直地伸出去，翻掌用力向后划，同时两脚一收一蹬，像只小青蛙一样，所以叫“蛙泳”。呵呵，看爸爸的样子不像只“小青蛙”，倒像只“老青蛙”。
经过我的.勤学苦练，能游五六米远了，终于“出师”了。
7月31日 星期三 晴
今天，是我在中山大学游泳池游泳训练的第一天，我很激动，因为我要跟我的好朋友罗蓝一起上课。
我和罗蓝有说有笑的来到了中山大学游泳池，换上了泳衣，泳帽，戴上了泳镜，去找自己的那个游泳班班，现在才知道罗蓝跟我是一个班的，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。我们班的教练，也就是所有班的主教练，拿紧喇叭对准嘴巴扯着嗓子大喊：“各班人数已到齐，现在讲规则，于是，各个班的教练讲了一些不准随便下水啊，不准顶嘴之类的规则，之后带我们到泳池边做运动。下水之后，教练教我们在水下吐泡泡。“先把头放进水里，用鼻子发出‘嗯’的声音，然后头伸出水面，发出‘po’的声音。”教练说。我试了一下，在水里吐泡泡的时候，泡泡都到水面上，哈哈，真好玩！接着，教练让我们把头探下水底闭气二十秒，身体要浮起来，轮到我憋气的时候，我不知不觉的别了三十秒，实在是憋不住了，不小心呛了一口水，“咳咳，好难受啊！”最后一个项目，*行划水，教练把我们拉出去再拉回来，一定要手脚并拢，一直憋气。教练拉我的时候，我憋得很好，拉回来的时候呛了一口水，把我脸憋得像红辣椒。
游泳课真有趣！
7.27 天气：晴热 温度 ：39度
今天是我学*游泳的第二周了，经过一星期的学*我已经会闭气，能连贯基本的蛙泳动作了。爸爸妈妈今天都休息，特意都在泳池边上陪我练*。其实我知道，他们主要是想看看我的学*成果。所以今天我暗下决心，一定要好好表现。
“周雨荻，下一个就是你了，先做好准备。”教练点我名了，我一下子紧张起来，赶紧把动作要领在脑子里理了一遍。“一、二、三，跳”我扑通一下就掉进了水里，脑子一下子就蒙了，教练过来扶我起来，让我再来一次，原来是我太紧张了，都忘了怎么入水了。在爸爸妈妈鼓励的目光下，我再次做好了准备。一下子我就找到了感觉踩对了节奏，“蹬两脚、抬头、吐气、吸气”我牢牢跟着教练的口诀走，一不小心我竟然游了5个回合，这是从来都没有过的成绩。得到了教练的表扬，我快乐得像条小鱼般在水里乱拍。
妈妈从没见过我游泳的样子，这下看到了开心得哈哈大笑，连说“太好玩了太好玩了，女儿你真棒！”我也找到了学游泳的乐趣，我还要学会另外的泳姿，要像小鱼般自由自在地在水里玩耍。
暑假到了，我想大家一定都很高兴吧！对，我也很高兴，因为暑假里可以放松心情，去外面旅游，还可以去游泳。说到游泳，我以前可是一只名副其实的旱鸭子。可是，经过一个暑假的努力，我终于学会了游泳，想听一听吗？那我就给大家讲讲吧！
暑假里炎热的一天，我们全家一起去游泳。看着姐姐在游泳池里自由自在地游来游去，犹如一条小鱼在水中欢快地穿梭，套着游泳圈的我，心里可痒痒了。终于，我在家人的鼓励下，我鼓起了勇气对爸爸说：“我要学游泳！”可爸爸却说：“你可别像上次那样半途而废，要知道不被水淹到是学不会游泳的'。”爸爸的话不禁又勾起了我去年的回忆。去年我参加了游泳班的学*，可是我却掉到水里被淹到了，我吓得哭了，像一个逃兵逃回了家，再也没有勇气去继续学完游泳课程。可现在我却满怀信心地说：“我不怕，我一定能战胜心里的恐惧！”
于是，我开始了学游泳的旅程。首先，爸爸教我闷水，因为以前在游泳班里学*过，所以我一会儿就学会了闷水。接着爸爸又教我换气。有时我还是会紧张，可一想到我只要学会了游泳就可以与朋友们一起游泳时，我又给自己打气加油。但我总是被水呛到，爸爸没办法只好先让我多练*闷水游，终于在我的努力练*下，我可以闷水游一小段距离了。全家人包括我，都为此感到高兴。
现在，我已经学会了游泳，可以像姐姐那样在水里游泳了，我也从这次游泳的经历中懂得了一个道理：恐惧是可以战胜的，只要你努力，就一定会成功！
